Eventbrite Refund for ticket I purchased

There was a pool party in Houston, TX. Supposedly and after I purchased my tickets the event was moved to another location without me even knowing> I did not find out until I called the Maya Lagoon where the event was suppose to be and the employee told me over the phone that i was moved elsewhere but she did not know where, Well i lost my money and never got a refund after trying to contact the company i got NO where

Eventbrite Incorrectly receiving tickets for other people

For the past month, I have been receiving one to two emails a week from Eventbrite. I do not have an account with them, nor have I purchased any tickets. Each time I receive an email, it is for another person. They do not seem to have a phone number or email address that I can use to contact them to resolve this issue.

Just this week:

email 7/14 to Marina for an event in Jefferson City, MO

email 7/12 to Macayla for an event in Cameron, MO

Desired outcome: Please stop emailing me

Eventbrite Gary Vaynerchuk in London 2021

Due to covid, the organizer, Integrity Events Limited, had to cancel the event to London.

In due time, we requested a refund of £188,76 but the organizer has never reimbursed us despite constant emails and requests.

My order number was #[protected]

Desired outcome: I would like to request Eventbrite making sure that we get reimbursed as the organizer is now organising new events so this means they have financial capacity.

I have received multiple emails confirming, In various other names, tickets purchased on my account. I thought that I deleted my account and yet I am still receiving confirmation emails. What is up with this?

Eventbrite using a covid voucher code

I purchased tickets for an event in 2020 that was cancelled because of COVID. I received a voucher code. I tried to use the code to pay for tickets for an even in August 2022, and the code was not recognized. I paid for the tickets and tried to let them know I needed to be reimbursed. There is no way in to Event Brite and the even organizer sent me back to them for payment. I need help!

Eventbrite Ticket sales

On 11/16/2021, I purchased 2 tickets to the Randy Houser Concert that was postponed to 5/24/2022. I have received nothing from EventBrite for access to this concert. My original confirmation was erased as well as the EventBrite app on my phone. A friend of mine had the same thing happen. When I call their customer service phone, the message says they are on a Holiday.

Eventbrite Rejected By Security @ Paid VIP Event

In February 2022 I went to an Eventbrite event in the Tristate area. I am lucky I got footage for my blog before the actual VIP. Two VIP tickets were paid for. VIPs were scanned prior to event. The VIP started very late close to midnight in the same room as non VIP. I never saw the complimentary drinks offered either. The whole event was very disorganized. When the actual VIP came up the security guard allowed others to go around me and my friend. I was rejected for this paid service along with my friend. I never got the pictures I paid with the celebrity @ event. Email to customer service has gotten me nowhere. I continue to try to get my VIP fees back over $200 for two people. I was scammed by security. Beware of scammers hiding out online.

Eventbrite Incorrect seating allocated for what was booked

I booked and reserved tickets for the Viennese Christmas by Candlelight at Bristol Cathedral on Saturday 4th December in Bristol, England. I particularly did not want tickets with restricted viewing so I reserved and paid extra for 2 tickets in Band B (Middle) of the cathedral.

Wehn we arrived there were only seat at the sides which were restricted by pillars and you could not see anything at all. I may as well have booked the cheap seats, it appears that people sat anywhere, I was very disappointed and will not be doing this again

Eventbrite Santa sing along dec 21st rockefeller centre

Booked Santa sing along in august, Attended Santa sing along this evening, Eventbrite tickets said the event was on 52nd street so we walked there. No sign of an event so we Looked on Eventbrite to find out it was in theatre row. This was 1.6 miles from where the ticket stated it was, $20 in a taxi back to the correct venue and my kids missed 35 minutes of the show.
Why weren't the tickets updated to show the correct venue address?

Eventbrite Haus of Torres Production

Order #[protected] I had asked for a refund form an event that was cancelled in March 2020. I was supposing refunded 152.60 Oct 26 2021 to my credit card by Haus of Torres through Eventbrite Canada. The refund never went onto my credit card. I have all the documentation from my credit card Capital One and the documentation from Haus of Torres. Both companies have stated its not their problem. I am the one out $152.60. I do not know who to contact or who can help. I am asking as you are a reputable company (eventbrite) to assist with this situation please. Eventbrite Sausage and cider festival - March 2020 x 4 tickets

I am writing to inform you of my lack of support and acceptance of refund requests. Several emails to organisers of the event with no success or replies. Only reply I had was that ‘they do not give refunds' despite the original tickets being purchased two years ago! Event still not confirmed or attended!

Eventbrite Android app accessibility

I'm having problems with the eventbrite Android app version 8.11.

the developer contact details on Google Play store are not up to date - I get an automated email directing me to a contact us section of the website, where it seems impossible to actually contact someone - just gives restrictive options regarding what the issue might be, with FAQ links using the 'this hasn't resolved the issue, contact us ' link at the end of an unhelpful article just takes back to the beginning.

no easy way of contacting support or app developer.

the issue with the app is :

when I view a ticket, the app overrides my screen brightness settings and permissions, and turns the screen brightness up to its maximum.
the app won't allow me to adjust the brightness manually.
I've checked the app permissions that I have control over, and it's not amongst this.
I was not asked for extra permissions when I updated the app.

I can not view tickets safely anymore without eye pain and visual issues.

there is no option in the app view in the phone settings to uninstall the update.

please sort this out asap.
it's a really important disability access issue.

Desired outcome: issue in app resolved. ability to roll back to an earlier app version in meantime.

Eventbrite Unethical behaviour

This is not a complaint against Eventbrite itself but of a customer who has booked 10 tickets to our event which is a Black arts event promoting diversity, equality and change. the Customer has used the name Enoch Powell, which as you may know was a well known racist politician from the 1970's.
This is a direct threat to us as an organisation and our event, please can this be acted upon.

Eventbrite Request for refund denied

I purchased 3 tickets in July for a concert August 21st.

3 tickets $132.18

2 of the 3 people have cancer and are immuno-compromised, and we prayed the numbers of COVID-19 cases would not keep climbing, but they did, and by mid August, the hospitals in Fayetteville were at max capacity.

With no phone number to call, and no posted information on event COVID safety, we had to make the decision not to attend the event.

I filled out the refund request, and even chose COVID-19 from the pull-down options.

My refund for request was denied with the reason: it was a sold out event.
What a crock... once again MONEY is more important than HEALTH.

At the top of the denial, it says alternate resolution offered, and absolutely no information on what that would be, and no link or site to go to.

This company completely ripped me off!

I will NEVER give eventbrite another dime of my money and will discourage EVERYONE I know from doing so.

There was nothing posted that gave a deadline for requesting a refund.
There was even an option they provided of reasons for requesting a refund being COVID.
If the concert lost money, I would not be be demanding a refund, but sold out, means they made money hand over fist, and refunding me $132.00 is not going to break their account
Not refunding my money will keep from spending MORE money with the ticket company, and will create bad publicity as I plan on sharing my story on Facebook and other social media.

Eventbrite Eventbrite customer service is for organizers not you

Event Brite is designed for the benefit of the organizer. They can sell anything (concert/event tickets) however they want (with promises they don't have to fulfill like VIP amenities). If you don't get the service the way it was intended they still will not help you. They will tell you to contact the organizer. The website is only designed to get your money for the planner and for eventbrite to get processing fees (I paid $150 in fees). You will get charged two ways to use their service VIP tickets for me totaled at $1, 150. Don't buy any concert or event tickets unless you are ok with ANY result. Just know that customer service only will take messages and phone calls from people who are planning an event. Not people who are actually trying to get help. I didn't get the full amenities of my VIP ticket and nothing was done about it ($940 wasted).

Eventbrite San Diego all white yacht party

Emails stated 4 boarding time, to be there by 3:30pm. Waited in like till a little before 5 to get in and I was in the top tier percent to be let in, was suppose to leave at 5pm it's 6 still hasn't moved. Effectively the organizers of this event. Requested for people to line up for 2 hours prior to board their event and that's not even the worse case scenario of what happen, Not enough to workers to staff the bar, long lines, three decks of music only seen two.

Eventbrite Business reimbursement

Case number #5847726 re: awaiting reimbursement .

Despite numerous attempts to get a genuine response, this company has very cleverly manipulated the art of ‘the automated reply' sending this very concerned and frustrated customer on a goose chase, through to a dead end circuit that fails to provide any support whatsoever.

This is now a legal issue and appropriate action is impending.

Eventbrite Refund for cancelled cro mags concert at voodoo belfast 2020.

Hello, please can you assist in getting my refund for the cancelled cro mags event. My order is #[protected]. Tickets purchased a year ago (14 may 2020).REFUND due £27.26. Eventbrite will not refund my money for this cancelled show. It's rescheduled for over a years time which I will not be able to attend. Not my fault original date cancelled, totally unreasonable for Eventbrite not to refund me. Please can you sort my refund which I am due.

Eventbrite I have not been paid the money I am owed

I am owed just over $1000 for a previous event. I have not been contacted and I am appalled at the way you have set up the business online so no answers can be made. You send us on a clicking frenzy to get absolutely nowhere and can never speak to a human. What kind of business are you running and what kind of service is this? I need someone to contact me immediately and tell me where my money is.

You will be losing a valued customer over this.
