I want to know HOW to stop these people from stealing money from everyone. I cancelled the Everbrite smile order before the trial dates and was told that nothing more would be charged to my account, BUT they have started charging my card under different company names, such as WTE*Credit Guard Dog and IBUILDWEATH.

Whoever these people are they are hiding under the name MembershipCare.net. Each of the companies have a toll free number to call but you get the Membershipcare.net people. They claim they have several clients. Yea, several bogus names and so called "memberships" that we have joined and didn't know it!

There has to be a way to get companies like this OFF the internet. Does anyone know how to do this?

I haven't even received the trial order yet and my card was charged for 87.26, but it doesn't tell you that you have to do a contract, if I had saw that it would have been cancel. Was trying to do something for my grandchildren or my son. My total charges are 3.87 + 87.26 and don't have nothing? It's a big scam that is for sure

I also was charged $158.27 for what I'm still wondering.I got the sample in the mail for $5.95 snd then nothing else. This is a huge scam, the numbers don't work either that are listed. My bank even gave me
one and that one is disconnected! The charge on my bank statement was Tal white teeth with a bogus phone number.Sounds like they are going under many different names.I sure learned my lesson on ordering
anything online! It also cost me 4 overdrafts, which is ridiculous.!

Hi, i have also been unfortunate to fall for the EverBrite Smiles scam, i have been at my wits end since i discovered £153.31 had been deducted of my Master card last week.
When contacting CapitalOne mastercard about it they, told me who it was, and that it would reoccur monthly unless i contacted Everbrite and stopped it. Thats where the fun starts as the contact no. i was given was not the right one, and on emailing that got me nowhere too, i found other contact no.s through complaints board, all coming to a dead end. When i eventually i did speak to someone in the States, she told me it was`nt them and did`nt have any of my details, so that was that. The CapitalOne credit card company were`nt helpful as it just went to an Indian call centre, who told me it would make no difference if i cancelled my card as they could`nt stop Everbright taking more money, and that i could fill a dispute form out, which they are sending me.I cancelled the card anyway as i also have the added problem of Cleanwhites apparent scam as well, i can`t believe how stupid i have been as i`m always careful, but is it true about Everbright have ceased trading and are reimbursing people.
Does anyone have the correct contact no. for CleanWhites so i can get them off my back too
before they send me another pack which incidently as with Everbright came well after to date for sending it back to stop them, here`s hoping this gets sorted out,
G.Potter.

They charged me for the amount of $158.27 Feb 2, 2010 under the name MALLORY HILLS phone# [protected] GA.

I called the number, and the recording said, all charges for $158.27 for Jan. and Feb. will be refunded back to customers. I can wait to get my refund. That was a lesson learned for me.

I called my Bank, they cancelled my card and marked it as fraud.

They charge the promo $2.19 and then never sent the product and 14 calendar days later charged my account for $87.14; I called and they refused to refund the money and said I was outside the trial period... however I was calling 10 'business' days, so I was in the trial period, but they still refused and then sent a cancelation e-mail after I threathen the AG & Consumer Protection and offerred $20 back and to place me on a fraud internet list to 'ruin' my internet credit?!? I canceled credit card and disputed charge and reported them to official agenices...

I agree. I just had $158.16 taken out of my account and I thought I was ordering a sample of this stuff. I didn't know I was entering into a contract. It is my fault but it is also a scam that they would take the money. I haven't received any products since then and their mail box is full.

I didn't even order them. My visa company noticed a fraud charges to my account. My visa company closed my account and issued us a new card. I tried to call [protected] twice to find out why they got my card number, but they didn't answer my call . I also called [protected]. A lady answered my call and cancel my account. I told her that I didn't order that. She canceled the order for me.

Everbrite Smile money debited from account for product before trial period over

I ordered a 14 trial of the Everbrite Teeth whitener for 2.95 on the 1/12. On 1/17 my bank account was debited 126.95 for the teethkit. I have attempted to call the one 800 number but the company is closed today. This throws my bank account into bounce mode having other checks out to pay car note and phone bills. What do I do next to resolve this matter and get my money back.

I ordered the trial and did not receive the product. They extended my trial another 10 days. I still did not receive the product and canceled within that trial period. They charged me $85.50 anyway, and I am still in dispute with them, even though they acknowledge that the account was canceled and the product was returned. The "billing" department cannot be reached by phone, and every time I've called, it's either call back in 3-5 days, or wait and check my statement. I haven't gotten a credit and it's been several months. My credit card company is going after them for the charge.

I called their customer support number on the bottom of their Terms & Conditions page at 9:51 am MST on a Friday; I got through in less than ten minutes. The representative was polite but she tried rather than allowing me to cancel, to extend my trial period time. This would have still charged my card after 14 days of signing up. I insisted that she not extend the trial, that she send me no further products and that they be absolutely no further charges on my card (I did not have any charges because I cancelled as soon as I realized that people had been charged after 10 days). She obeyed my wishes at that point. She sent me an email and directed me to the following website: [www.xmorders.com/ct/] She had me fill out my information and there were four boxes that required her assistance to fill out. I should be receiving a conformation email within 48-72 hours, and if I do not I was told I will have to repeat this process.

I feel sorry for the people at the call center taking these calls—what a horrible job—talking to people who have been tricked by a big company. Please remember as you talk to these people on the phone that this is their job and they are not the ones that "stole" your money.

I'm not sure. It was easier to cancel my card and wait for a new one. I didn't want to take any chances since it was impossible to get a hold of someone. Better to be safe than sorry.

This is absolutely terrible! I just went through the same process as all of you! How ridiculous! Question, I finally got through on the phone and talked to someone and they directed me to that website where i entered everything, but is that all I need to do now? I just put in all that information and then was directed to a screen that said they would send me an email confirmation. Is that all that is needed to finally get this mess over with?

The number you can call is [protected].
These guys are nothing but scammers...even though I properly cancelled my accounts they went ahead and charged me anyways. The supervisor said that the agent I spoke with did not do it correctly. Now they are reversing the charges. I filed a complaint with the BBB.
Another company to watch out for along this same lines is CelebritySmile...BEWARE! Do not use them either...the same exact problem and they charge even more!
