Freezing
I and my sister, and my mom are all part of the Evox family, however, my mom sent endless emails to freeze her subscription for June, but the did not freeze, and then she emailed again for August and they did not freeze ... the one receiving emails don't read date carefully, they were asking to freeze coming dates, not backwards freezing... can you kindly reply to us, we love the place but we feel that we were not respected
Desired outcome: give a month or 2 in subscription as per emails , to be included and extended the subscription to count for the frozen period
