I have used MRE and MRE Light and both work very well as true meal replacements. They aren't whey protein. Redon has consistent products in their MRE line and I will probably be trying their other products soon

I sent a note to this company. They never responded but did send an email asking for a review. Turns out you can't submit a negative review. This tells me something about the ethics of this company. there is no true way to get feedback from customers as only good reviews are accepted on the site via email link.

Ordered 4 Total War Pre Workouts and only received 1. When I called them, they say they shipped all 4 and that they need to do an investigation into the matter. Meanwhile, I'm without the product I paid for or my money. If they shipped it or not or if FedEx stole from the package it is not my problem. CS could definitely be improved, great way to treat their military community.

Continuous unwanted ringless voicemails I have made one product purchase through Redcon1 over a year ago, and now have continually received unwanted ringless voicemails on my phone as recently as today (company can bypass *** the phone and go straight to voicemail.) I have called and asked to be removed, instant messaged, and Redcon1 still can't seem to figure out how to correct a problem they had no issue setting up in the first place.

Inability to take customer calls and pick and ship items in a reasonable time. Order # XXXXXX. I understand that its the holiday season but it shouldn't take going on 7 days to pick and ship order. Order placed on 11/28 and its 12/03. I call customer service many times to just receive a voicemail. I've contacted customer service via chat and reps are not helpful one bit. I am a first time customer and hate it buy won't be doing anymore buisness with redcon1. I just want my order cancelled and money back asap.

Placed order on 5/25. Order has not shipped as of 6/17. Emailed and called for help. I purchased a package from Redcon on May 25th totaling 61.98. The order number is XXXXXX. After about a week the order had not shipped yet. I reached out via the websites live chat and spoke with Davin. He informed me that the tracking was not updating and they would repack and reship the package with the same tracking info that day. This was around June 3rd. After another handful of days nothing had changed with the tracking update so I reached out again to express my concern. I was told the exact same thing by Davin that he told me on June 3rd. In between then and now I have spoken to Davin via Email and Chat as well as on the phone and he has repeated this information to me every time I've spoken to him. Sometimes he has even copied and pasted the first message he sent me. I have gotten no help from redcon on this matter and as of today, June 17th, my order has still not shipped.

Order was placed 7/24. Payment was processed 7/27 but product never shipped as of 8/8. I placed an order(#XXXXXX) on 7/24 valued over $100. The shipping label was created and my payment was processed on 7/27. After a few days, seeing as my product had not shipped yet, I reached out to Davin for help on 7/31. I asked if there was an issue with my order. He told me that there was no movement with the tracking as I had stated in our messages and that he would resend the package using the same tracking information within 48 hours. I called customer service the following Monday on 8/3 to confirm that everything was going smoothly and they told me that the order was being processed and it would be sent out Tuesday 8/4 at the latest. On Wednesday 8/5 I checked my shipping label confirmation and it showed that my shipment had been cancelled. I reached out to them and they said the package was still being processed and that it should ship out that same day. As of writing this on 8/8, the shipping label still shows that the package was cancelled and I haven't gotten a proper response or explanation from Redcon1. As a first time customer, this is unacceptable because my products were never sent out even though my money was taken 2 weeks ago.

Placed a order on 10/18 worth $234. I paid extra for 2-3 day shipping and its now 19 days later and I have still not received my order. On 10/18 I placed a order with RedCon1 my order number is #XXXXXX worth $234.66. I also paid for expedited 2-3 day shipping via UPS. Once my order was processed I received a tracking number, when I went check the tracking it would tell me waiting pickup from the carrier. After a few days of seeing this on the tracking I reached out to customer service on 10/26 asking why my order had not been picked up yet. They apologized for the tracking not updating and stated it was a issue UPS was having. They also said they would refund me for my expedited shipping cost (which they did) and repackage a new order to have it resent out to me that day. I received a new tracking number, but when I would check on the status of the package it would say waiting pick up from the carrier. On Monday 11/2 I reached back out to customer service saying I still have not received my package and never got a response. On November 3rd I called customer service and was told they have no idea why my package wasnt shipped and they would have it sent over night via FedEx at no additional charge. Well its now 11/6 and I have no products and no updated tracking. I would like this issue to be resolved ASAP.
