On the 15th March 2024, I wanted to make payment of $400 for subscription as a Gold member with eworldtarde, instead I got debted 3 times making it $1,200 instead of $400. I complained George William been my account manager and he promised to refund the money. Later he said the company policy is that the refund will take 90 working days.
Its now over 120 working days and I have not gotten my refund.
The presumed Finance Manager, Mr Simon, now is denying receiving the $1,200 debted from me. Please I want my money refunded and I will be claiming damages for not refunding my money which I would have used to turn around for Business.
Claimed loss: i am claiming damages of $5,000.
