They own me $229.52
This company is a fraud charge me for something that is supposed to be one time offer. I email them last month to cancel all the orders because I have them all in boxes not even and they refuse to send me the labels. They said that is past the 30 days I have four boxes and today they another deliver for me for January 29, 2024 and I already try to cancel the last order because the form to do it online does not matter how many words you type to make a complain they still said that is over the limit of 200 words so it does not submit the complain. Please reviewed an warned people they are scammers and stealing money from people
Recommendation: no recommendations
Do not order from this company they charged my card for something I did not order and refuses to refund my money
Negative negative negative negative do not order from this company. They totally suck. You can not reach them on the phone. They charged my card for a product I did not order and refuse to refund my account. I reached out to the bbb and I hope they take this company down.
Recommendation: never i will recommend any one to buy from you Never again
This company is horrible they refuse to refund my money. I was charged 180.57 for something I did not order and it was shipped to an address that does not belong to me. You can only deal with them thru email no phone. And there is not one competent person available. They totally suck.
Waste of Money
I fell pry to another hair growth product. I used the product as directed. I saw no results. I emailed the company and was sent a coupon for 20% off of any other product that the company carries. I replied that I won’t buy another product because the one I am using doesn’t work for me. I received an email saying my order was due to ship on 11/20/23. I click on the link to cancel order but to my surprise the link does not have an option to cancel order! So now I am battling to get the inferior product stopped!
Recommendation: Be wary of this company’s promises and free trial offers!!!!
Extremely Deceptive and Sneaky Practices by Spoiled Child
I recently had a highly unpleasant experience with Spoiled Child I feel compelled to share. Despite canceling my subscription with them in May 2023, was shocked to discover an unexpected charge on my credit card three months later. Upon investigation, it became clear that Spoiled Child had reinstated my subscription without my consent.
One would assume thating a subscription would be enough to avoid any future charges, but Spoiled Child apparently operates different principles. Upon realizing the unauthorized charge, I immediately attempted to regain access to my account through their website, only to find that I had been locked out. This lack of transparency and the effort to prevent me from managing my account is extremely concerning.
What adds to my frustration is the that I did not receive any online receipt or tracking information for this charge. The only reason I discovered the unauthorized charge was through the notification from my credit card. Such negligent practices further exemplify deceptive nature of this company.
It is evident that Spoiled Child greatly complicates the processing subscriptions, making it frustratingly difficult for customers to opt out. Their lack of transparency and questionable business practices leave much to be desired. I strongly advise anyone considering a subscription with Spo Child to proceed with caution and be prepared to face similar challenges in the future.
Overall, my with Spoiled Child has been deeply unsatisfactory. Their deceptive practices and obfuscation of cancelation procedures have left a bitter taste in my mouth. I cannot recommend this company to anyone and I feel compelled to warn others about the potential frustrations that may arise from dealing with Spoiled Child.

SpoiledChild Review: Scam Alert - Don't Waste Your Money!
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with SpoiledChild. I mean, I was excited to try out their product, but after paying for everything, they put a hold on my checking account and then...nothing. I waited and waited, but there was no update on my order. I even checked the tracking number they gave me, but it didn't show any movement.
Now, I'm not one to jump to conclusions, but something just didn't feel right about this company. I mean, if they were out of stock or something, they wouldn't have taken my money, right? And when I tried to look up their contact info, it was nowhere to be found on their website. Plus, the address they had on file for shipping didn't match up with the business address.
Honestly, it all just seemed a little fishy to me. And when I did some more digging, I found out that SpoiledChild has been taking at least $6 from millions of people! That's just not right. I mean, $6 might not seem like a lot, but when you're doing it to that many people, it adds up fast.
So, needless to say, I shut down my order and moved on. They kept my $6, which is whatever, but it's just not cool to be scamming people like that. I really hope that someone shuts them down soon, because they're definitely not a legitimate business.
SpoiledChild's "Try Before You Buy" Package: A Scam to Avoid!
I recently made an order on SpoiledChild's website for their "try before you buy" package. I was excited to try out their products and was happy to see that I wouldn't be charged until I decided to keep it. However, to my surprise, my account was charged $132+ immediately after placing the order. I was quite upset about this and wanted a refund as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I couldn't call them, so I had to email them instead. I couldn't believe that they charged my account immediately without my consent. I explained my situation and requested a refund, stating that I did not want the product anymore.
To my surprise, they told me that they charge your account to protect against fraud. Who does that? I was not happy with their response, but they agreed to refund the amount, which took TEN BUSINESS DAYS. I was quite disappointed with this, as I needed the money urgently.
The following week, I was charged $165+ for a "subscription" that I apparently signed up for. I did not understand that I did that. Once again, I couldn't call them, so I had to email them and WAIT. They agreed to suspend the subscription and refund me in TEN BUSINESS DAYS.
The next day, I was charged $165+ AGAIN. I was extremely frustrated and upset. I am now out $300+ and have never even tried the product. I will NEVER try the product again.
I wish they had other payment options like Venmo, Zelle, or ApplePay where you can call if there are problems. I now have to email them and wait again for a resolution. I strongly advise you to NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY.
Terrible Customer Service and Smelly Products: My Experience with SpoiledChild
I just have to say, I had a really bad experience with SpoiledChild. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them. Let me start with the customer service. It's just terrible. They don't even have a phone number, can you believe that? You have to wait two whole days just to get a response from them by email. I've been trying to cancel my subscription for over a month now and it's been such a hassle.
I did buy their hair serum and it's okay, I guess. But the smell is just awful. I've never used a product that stinks so bad. It's like they didn't even bother to make it smell nice. I feel like they only started this company so they could say they own a business. It's just not worth the aggravation.
Trying to cancel my subscription has been so annoying. Apparently, canceling a subscription is not the same as canceling your account. Who knew? I just wish I had never bought anything from this company in the first place.
The only good thing I can say about SpoiledChild is that the little tubes come in pretty colors. But that's about it. The containers are way too small and the product is overpriced for what you get. They really need to work on their concept.
Overall, I would say to avoid buying anything from SpoiledChild. It's just not worth it. The product smells bad, the containers are too small, and the customer service is terrible. And seriously, get a phone number so people can talk to a real human being.
Warning: SpoiledChild's Deceptive Free Trial Scam
I gotta say, I'm not too happy with SpoiledChild. I thought I was just getting a free item for $5 shipping, but turns out they enrolled me in a free trial without my permission and pre-authorized $116! And get this, they didn't even tell me until after the "free" item had already been processed to my debit card. What a scam!
To make matters worse, they added another full-priced item to their presumptive trial without even informing me beforehand. I mean, come on, that's just shady business practices.
And if you're not keeping a close eye on your email, you won't even know they're going to charge you at the end of the month until after they've already charged you. It's like they're trying to trap you into paying for something you didn't even want in the first place.
I don't know about you, but my time is valuable and I don't appreciate having it wasted by these fraudulent offers. It's like they don't even care about their customers, they just want to make a quick buck.
Honestly, I wouldn't even bother with SpoiledChild. No product is worth the hassle of dealing with a dishonest company. I mean, who wants to be a part of a "capsule culture" that's all about a lack of integrity? Not me, that's for sure.
SpoiledChild Hair Serum Review: Great Customer Service and Promising Results
I recently got my hands on a trial of SpoiledChild's hair serum for my hubby. He's been using it for three weeks now and it seems to be working well for him. Initially, I was told that the trial would last for two weeks and if I didn't see any difference, I could return the unused portion for a full refund. However, after reading some reviews, I found out that it takes about 4-6 weeks to see any noticeable results. So, I decided to call their customer service to return the product since the trial had already run out in two weeks.
I explained to them that it didn't make sense to have a two-week trial if it takes longer to see results. To my surprise, they offered me a $75 coupon to use on my next purchase or a return label for a full refund of what I already had. I was impressed with their prompt and professional customer service. They had charged my account for the first bottle, but I was aware of that beforehand. The "refund" was only applicable if the product didn't work for us.
My husband decided to use the coupon and give the serum another month to see if it actually helps. If it doesn't, I can easily cancel my auto-ship with just a click of a button and try something else. It's that easy! I must say that I'm a fan of SpoiledChild's sister brand, ILMakiage, and their makeup products are the best I've ever used in that price range. So, I'm hopeful that this hair serum will work wonders for my hubby.
Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience with SpoiledChild. Although there were some initial hiccups with the trial period, their customer service made up for it. I would recommend giving their products a try, especially if you're a fan of ILMakiage.
Disappointing Experience with SpoiledChild: Dishonesty, Poor Customer Service, and Unprofessionalism
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with SpoiledChild. I mean, I was excited to try out their products, especially since they promised a free, full-sized sample. But as soon as I placed my order, I found out that I would actually be charged if I kept the sample. What kind of free sample is that?
So, I tried to cancel my order right away, but apparently it had already shipped. Which is weird, because I didn't even get a shipping confirmation for almost two whole days. What's up with that?
Anyway, I tried to reach out to customer service to see if there was anything they could do, but when I responded to their email, it ended up going to their sister company instead. And let me tell you, the people over there were not very nice about it. They basically chewed me out and dismissed me for not sending my message to the right place. Like, come on, guys. Can't you just help me out?
Overall, I just felt like SpoiledChild was really dishonest and unprofessional. They lied to me multiple times, their customer service agents were rude and dismissive, and it just seemed like nobody really knew what they were doing. I ended up filing a chargeback with my bank and I'm not even going to bother accepting any packages from them. It's just not worth it.
Honestly, I think Spoiled Child is a pretty fitting name for this company. They seem really greedy and immature, like a bunch of spoiled kids who don't know how to run a business. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Captivating and Heartfelt: A Review of The Kite Runner
I order a lot online. I also like to try new products and brands I've never heard of. When they have the, "try it before you buy it" offer then I'm all for it. I've found some of my favorite brands, I still use today, using this method. I didn't lose out like most, but I got charged as well. Just a tip if you do try it, Make sure you return within the 14 days. That means make sure your order gets to them within 14 days after delivery. I read somewhere that after that they would give you store credit. I just wouldn't risk it because what the heck are you gonna do with store credit on a product your returning? Should be a red flag. Also, I've noticed imaginary refunds that they posted to my SpoiledChild account, but never actually got refunded to my credit card. I got charged full price for the product that was returned within my 14 days. Still haven't been fully refunded yet. Not sure if u will be. Customer service has been quick, but not informative. So makes me think it's just AI generated or something, or just templates that they send out. Nothing that actually describes my issues I have. So still waiting for my full refund, but other than that DO NOT BUY from them!
*Btw product smells gross, at least I thought it did and I don't think really does anything tbh
SpoiledChild Review: Don't Fall for the Free Trial Scam and Terrible Smelling Serum
I was having some major issues with my hair falling out, so I decided to take to Instagram to find a product that could help me out. That's when I stumbled upon SpoiledChild (spoiledchild.com). The free trial period sounded like a great deal, and the reviews on the website seemed pretty positive, so I decided to give it a shot and placed an order.
However, after I placed the order, I started to get this nagging feeling that something wasn't quite right. I knew about the whole "placing funds on hold to prevent fraud" thing, but I still wasn't feeling too happy about it. So, I decided to do some more digging and find some REAL reviews. That's when I came across a website that confirmed my suspicions. Luckily, I caught it early and called my bank the very next day to get a new credit card so they wouldn't be able to charge me the giant amount (like $145). The charge did eventually "fall off," but it took WEEKS instead of the promised days.
After weeks of waiting and countless emails that said things like "we're so sorry but your package is delayed," I FINALLY received the product today. While I do love the packaging and the concept behind the product, those are the only positives. The mask looked fine, but the serum smells AWFUL. I sprayed it on my hand once to smell it, and it made my asthma act up like crazy. I've been coughing for a few hours, and I can't seem to get the smell off of my hand. I don't think I want to put something that smells like straight up pinesol anywhere on my body. Needless to say, I will not be using it.
In conclusion, I would advise anyone considering SpoiledChild to steer clear and not make the same mistakes I did. Always look for reviews outside of the product website itself before buying stuff like this. While the packaging and concept may seem promising, the product itself falls short in a major way.
SpoiledChild Review: High-Quality Skincare and Beauty Products That Deliver Results
I was just browsing through the reviews of SpoiledChild and I was surprised to see that some people are having issues with billing. It's really sad to hear that because I just made my first purchase from them last week and I didn't have any problems with billing. I ordered the collagen bottles, scalp serum, and face serum and I was billed for all of it.
When I received the products, I was really impressed with the packaging. The collagen bottles are in squeezable plastic bottles and the label is a bit difficult to read because the lettering is in a light orange on a white label. The scalp serum, face serum, and vitamins bottles are in more solid plastic and glass containers. The packaging came with easy instructions on how to use. I also got a full-size hair vitamin bottle, a scalp brush, and a tinted lip balm for free with my order.
I've been using the liquid collagen (mango) and I really like it. It's a bit thick and like a gelatin fluid but it's easy to drink with water. The face serum (blue bottle) smells amazing! I've tried many serum brands from shiseido, Lanc?me, charlotte tilbury, tatcha, etc, and SpoiledChild's serum has a lovely light scent that smells spa-like. I have dry skin and so far this is a nice barrier I use under another serum.
The scalp serum spray comes in a very well-made glass bottle. I did notice that the spray comes out in almost like a circular ring, so parting the hair and having the spray too far from the area won't get it in the part so you'd want to bring the spray bottle in closer.
I usually take Vital Proteins collagen powder with coffee and bought SpoiledChild collagen for something stronger. I'm really looking forward to seeing the results. The total billed was $156 but so far, I think it's worth it. I'm really happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend SpoiledChild to anyone looking for high-quality skincare and beauty products.
SpoiledChild Review: Disappointing Products, Nightmare Return Process, and Poor Customer Service
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with SpoiledChild. I reached out to them before my trial ended, but they still charged my card $160. I mean, come on! I thought I was being proactive by trying to cancel before the trial was up, but apparently that wasn't enough.
So I went through the whole return process, which was a total nightmare. They bombarded me with sales bots and useless auto-responses, and it took forever to actually get to the return page. And even then, they still didn't follow up with me. I had to file another return request just to get a response, and even then it was just more spam.
And then they charged my card again, three days before the trial was even over! I tried emailing them multiple times to get my money back, but they just told me it was too late and offered me a measly $50 discount. Like, seriously? I'm not going to give them even more money for their useless products.
Speaking of which, the products themselves are pretty underwhelming. They claim to stimulate hair growth, but honestly, it's not much different from just massaging your scalp on your own. And like with toothpaste, if you just start taking care of your hair better, you'll see a noticeable difference without their products.
But the worst part is how difficult they make it to return their products. It's like they want to make it easy for themselves, but impossible for you. I even filed a complaint with BBB, and I encourage anyone else who's had a bad experience with them to do the same. Don't let them keep scamming people!
And don't even get me started on their auto-responses. Every time I tried to start a return, I got the same "we're so sorry for the inconvenience caused" message. It's like they don't even care about their customers. And when they charged my card again, I tried to screenshot the transaction, but my bank wouldn't let me for security reasons.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend SpoiledChild to anyone. Save your money and find a better product from a company that actually cares about its customers.
I was charged twice on my account, never received the product. These authorizations were not authorized nor did I receive a email for these payments.
They charged me Twice AND thy charged my credit card again this month. I contacted them and still waiting on response even on FB. And worst i did not een receive the product they charged me for twice.

Try before you buy damage eraser
They advertise the try before you buy as being free only pay the $9 shipping and handling but they pre-authorized the payment which was $139 CAD plus $13 CAD for shipping. My partner saw the pre-authorized payment and was upset so I contacted the company to cancel the order. You can't actually talk to real people, you get messages from the AI Melissa who...

Try before you but
They advertise try before you buy only 5 dollars, they took that and out a hold on 48.00 dollars that they said was a pre auth amount and would fall off and my money would be released. I waited and continued to check and the pre auth that was pending has turned into a charge! They lied and I want my money back yet when I try to talk to them I am given the run around, they have a chat on their site I tried but the lady took my complaint and transferred me to a agent, but in order to talk to the agent they wanted me to pay an additional 5 dollars! This is ridiculous and I have not even gotten the product!

They don't stop charging my credit card
My wife fell for some social media scam and now they don't stop sending us pills and other stuff. My wife signed up through a friend on social media. They said they have tried cancelling the subscription but it keeps charging me every month. I put a block on my credit card and they still keep charging me because they have me listed in there as "subscription". These folks don't answer their phones and replies to e-mail are slow and unproductive. PLEASE CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION. PLEASE STOP CANCELLING MY CREDIT CARDS. THIS IS A SCAM.

Apple Cidar probiotics
Today, Friday October 20, 2023, I wanted to try Spoil Child’s Apple Cidar probiotics, the ad read “try before you buy” paying $5 for shipping. Not only has my account been charged the $5 shipping fee, I was also charged $51.94. Because of the company’s deceptive tactics, I no longer want to try the product. Please return my $5 as well as the $51.94.
Desired outcome: I want all my money ($5 + $51.94) refunded.
Cancellation with no refund
I had got a subscription with spoiled child hair care products. my first shipment was supposed to arrive and it did not. I called complaining that they charged me full price for the products that I was supposed to have a try before you buy which that did not happen. I have been charged every month since then even though I have canceled the subscription the very first month that I got it. I have sent them several emails demanding my money back letting them know that I am not receiving their products and that I wanted my money back and they are refusing to give me a refund even though I have clear proof that I canceled my subscription, I even had one of their employees cancel my subscription again and yet as of today, 23 September 2003 they are charging my bank account again for $164. These people are a joke I will not do business with them ever again, nor will I recommend them .
Desired outcome: Would like a full refund for the past three months
Products made my hair fall out now, they are refusing my refund and offering a giftcard to their company
Spoiled Child's products made my hair fall out. They only tried to process my refund one time, said that it was returned by my bank. I immediately contacted my bank, no issues with them. They said that they don't even see a refund come across from Spoiled Child. Contact Spoiled Child again asking them to reprocess it because upon confirming with my bank there was no issues. I also sent back all the products that I am requesting a refund for. They offer me a $120 giftcard to Spoiled Child stating they know it's not the refund I wanted but they hope it satisfies. Why would I repurchase products that originally caused an adverse reaction for me?
Desired outcome: I would like my money back. $100.90
Received another package and charged to my credit card account on August. 20th, I didn’t authorize it.
There is no information to reach SpoiledChild. I called the company [protected]), but the answering machine hung up. Also I emailed a message and I still never heard from them ([protected]@spoiledchild.com). I wanted to get refund of $46.64 because I didn’t order it again and I didn’t authorize it. Also I wanted to make sure that it won’t happen next month.
Free sample isn't actually free
On August 12th, 2023, I followed a link from one of their ads on Instagram for a free sample of their product. I go through all the links and surveys to find the appropriate product for my hair with every detail of the site detailing that I'd initially be charged for the product then refunded within 1- 4 business days as a form of "fraud protection". After I check-out I discover a change to those details now saying I'll be charged the full amount for the product if I keep it. That's right. I'll be charged the full amount of what was supposed to be a free sample if I didn't return it to the company within 30 days of its arrival.
There was no way to cancel my order after I confirmed that I had been misled by their deceptive advertising, and their "resolution" was to confirm how "frustrating" it is to be "confused" by their intentionally misleading advertising while offering me a $40 off discount code.
I repeatedly told them I didn't want a code, I want my order to be cancelled and for my money to be refunded. They claimed there was nothing they could do and that I'd have to spend back the package to get my refund. That is, IF it even arrives. Packages get lost in transit all the time, and I could be out $52.70 for something that was supposed to be free.
Do not shop with the company. They'll do anything they can to keep your money while trying to act like they care about customer service and integrity.
Desired outcome: I just want my order cancelled and full refund. That's it.
Subscription
After trying out their product I returned it within days of the trial period. I got a message that my subscription has been cancelled and I will not be charged. I verified that there are no other hidden accounts or charges and was again told that all my subscriptions are cancelled and I will not be charged. Today I get a charge for $101 ! I am trying to reach them . I hope they refund my money.
Desired outcome: full refund
Same! You all, we should do a class action suit against them! (MY EMAIL AT THE BOTTOM,
LET'S DO THIS!)
seriously! I have all my emails from them etc that tells me Everything was canceled, HOWEVER they just basically stole 155.00 out of my account! Doesn't look like yall canceled me, does it? Then they told me they would give me acredit+ WHAT PART OF I DIDN'T ORDER THIS NOR DO I WANT IT! SO I DANG SURE DON'T WANT A CREDIT!
WHAT IS SO HARD FOR YALL TO FIGURE OUT? I MEAN SERIOUSLY... DID YOU GO TO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL? MY GRANDKIDS UNDERSTAND IT! BUT NOT YOU ALL! UGHHH
CHRISTIJJ20151@GMAIL.COM THIS IS MY EMAIL YALL. let's see about taking this further so no one else gets burned like we did!
Well ,they said free sample so they can have access to your bank account ,they sented me something just to try they dont know if I like it or not they took $63 something ,I told them that I don't use their products

SpoiledChild
Tried two products at $78, and before I even got the shipment, I was charged. Decided then I wouldn't be happy with a company that doesn't stick to their contract, (try for free before buying). Ten days later, another shipment of $100 product was at my door. This is not what I signed up for. Sent one box back over a week ago and still haven't received my refund. Sending the other one today. They have no customer service phone number to talk to a person. I've left emails with them that go unanswered.
Desired outcome: I need a refund of $170 worth of product.
Refund for $168 because it’s supposed to be a 30 day try it before you buy I was charged the full amount the day I placed the order.
On June 25 I placed an order that was supposed to be 30 days try it before you buy it so I paid for shipping then I noticed they charge my bank card $168 and then noticed it said if I kept it after the 30 days they would charge me another $157 equaling well over $300 for three products. It’s been nearly a month and it states that shipping status is not available on their website and also on USPS website. I have sent six emails to the website which is the only way to contact them and Customer Service is absolutely horrendous as you cannot reach anyone. I’ll be very very shocked if I actually receive a response . Do not order from them unless you are prepared for 100s of dollars to come out of your account the 30 days try it before you buy it is absolutely a scam. They will charge you for the full amount right upfront and then charge you a few more hundred after you receive the product. They also immediately play Sean an auto fill, which I cannot get my name taken off of because I’ve tried and my credit card information is saved onto their website and it’s literally there’s no way to delete it so they can just charge my card whenever they like Harbor much they like for whatever product that like. It has no option to delete your card. I’ve sent several requests, demanding that they remove my credit card from their site and there system. And also state you would receive your products within 3 to 7 business days is located in the United States which I am and once again it’s been nearly a month and it says status of tracking is unavailable although they’ve already stolen almost $200 worth of my money. I sent an email stating that I want to refund it all of it including shipping address to keep their product and of course I’ve still not heard anything back. How this company has not received a class action lawsuit yet is beyond me and it blows my mind. But whatever when does pop-up I’d love to be included in that class action suit because you cannot advertise a product and say you get to try this for 30 days before you buy it and it clearly showed up on checking out that I was only paying I believe $5.99 or $7.99 for shipping and handling and then I would pay the amount full after 30 days of receiving the product beginning on the day. I receive the product if I liked it and decided to keep it but yet they charge the entire amount nearly $200 on the same day I placed the order instead. And I can’t stress enough the fact that they state is that it will take only 3 to 7 days yet it’s been a month and it still says my checking status is not available and the only way to reach these idiots at suit an email form that you fill out and you get an auto response that they will get right in touch with you, and that does not happen. You’re an absolute [censored], and a fool if you order from these people. It is a scam and you will get ripped off so if you give them your credit card information be prepared to be robbed! None of this is exaggeration, and you’ll find out for yourself if you decide to order.
Desired outcome: Also, would like to know when the product will arrive.
Same thing happened to me I tried canceling the “subscription” 3 times and I’m still being charged this product isn’t even worth the money I want a refund
Spoiled child
Yeah someone charged my card almost $60 I need that money back in my account today I am stranded in the middle of nowhere that money is for a car part for my car and now I'm stuck in the middle of nowhere and it's a f****** holiday weekend and I can't move I need that money on my account today there is no offense or buts I will complain and leave horrible reviews on all my social media accounts and I will tell everybody I know not to get anything from you because you guys authorize payments on cards without actually having the correct information I am beyond pissed off
Desired outcome: Reimbursement on my card today
Free trial is not free. They add on sneakily another product.
Free trial is not Fred this is from June 28 early in the morning. I want my money back and I can’t even speak to a real person. Only emails and they said that they are sorry for the frustration by giving me a $40 credit which is fake to me because I would still have to pay shipping. I do not want to buy the product. This is a Catchin real. How can I say click here for free trial and just pay the five dollars shipping and it all be lies. I want my money back.
Desired outcome: I want my money back plus time is suffering
Billing payments
Returned $170 worth of product and the said the “return didn’t go through” so now I’m just out the money. I have never in my life heard of this. Worst customer service I have ever received. I am an esthetician, every client I ever have and every person I ever talk to about skincare will know to stay so far away from this brand. Sub par products and then just steal your money. Also reported to BBB
Desired outcome: My refund
Stay Away from SpoiledChild: A Review of Their Deceptive Practices and Poor Quality Products
I recently had an experience with SpoiledChild and it was not a good one. I saw on Facebook that they were giving away free samples, so I decided to give it a try. However, I was not informed that they would charge my credit card $246 for the samples. That is definitely not free!
To make matters worse, they did not inform me that they were sending another order my way. I only found out when I received the package. I was not happy about this and decided to dispute the charges with my credit card company.
What really bothers me is that they never informed me about the charges. I received an email stating that my card would not be charged, but that was clearly not the case. This is not a company that I would recommend dealing with.
To add insult to injury, the products were not good. They had a terrible smell and were not suitable for someone with asthma like myself. It's not right to endanger someone's life with a product like this.
In conclusion, I would advise anyone to stay away from SpoiledChild. They will take your money and the products are not worth it. Save yourself the trouble and find a better company to deal with.
SpoiledChild Review: Poor Customer Service and Unauthorized Charges
I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with SpoiledChild. I was curious about their product and decided to give it a shot with their 'trial' offer. Big mistake. First off, they charged me for the trial, which was a bit of a red flag. But then, to make matters worse, they charged me right away for refills without my consent. And to top it all off, there's no way to get in touch with customer service and remove your card information. It's like they don't even care about their customers.
I tried reaching out to them through their website, but haven't heard anything back. It's frustrating because I haven't even had a chance to try the product yet and I'm already dealing with all of this nonsense. I really wish I had done my research before signing up for this mess.
If SpoiledChild wants to improve their service, they need to make it easier for customers to cancel at any time and remove their banking information. And they definitely need to get a customer service number so people can actually get in touch with them. It's just common sense.
Overall, I would not recommend SpoiledChild to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go with a company that actually values their customers.
SpoiledChild's Fraudulent Business Practices: A Warning to Others
I recently tried out SpoiledChild's products, which they offer with a free 14 day trial. However, I was disappointed to find out that my credit card was charged a whopping $130.00 just 4 hours after I made my purchase. I was not expecting this and it left me feeling frustrated and cheated.
To make matters worse, the company automatically signed me up for refills every two months without my consent. I was shocked to see that two months after my initial purchase, my credit card was charged another $86.00. I had never used the product and did not sign up for any type of refill, so this was completely unexpected and unwanted.
What's more, the company charged my credit card even though I had not yet received the product. This left me wondering how I could possibly return a product that I had not even received yet. It was a frustrating experience that left me feeling like I had been scammed.
I feel compelled to warn others about this company and their fraudulent practices. I have never written a review before, but I felt it was important to share my experience with others. SpoiledChild's false advertising and shady business practices need to be exposed and taken down from social media. I urge others to stay away from this company and avoid losing money like I did.
