Feb 6th 2025 Daughter go t$20 credit for e-gift code from survey completed, decided to try the try before you buy deal for the custom picked product which was A22 Biotin boost Hair+Scalp Serum and best seller magic liquid 527 extra strength collagen along with a mystery gift that's free. Same day order was made, I reached out that I wanted Order cancelled then next day Feb 7th 2025 We got a email stating that the order was prepared and would be shipped soon. After that email I reached back out to customer support again on both email addresses I was provided and got no response. I feel I should not be responsible for shipping price or any other price since I requested order to be cancelled same day it was made. Order number is #501003372598 I did not give consent to have charges be made on my account, I was charged shipping $6.38 and then a preauthorization charge of $115.84
I do not appreciate the hassle caused by this when it could've just been cancelled when requested. I think customer support service needs to improve and actually answer customers in order for things like this to not happen again. No one has reached out or given any assistance. Just left a very distasteful experience in our lives. This company doesn't seem professional or that they care about their customers. I hope this helps somebody cause we will never come back to this company, this was first and last time. I think its dirty to not cancel order when it was requested shortly after order was even made. If order does ship and we receive it, then we will return right away for no further charges.

SpoiledChild did not approve your cancellation, billed you regardless, and is currently ignoring all your support requests — typical shady subscription scam schemes. They respond to queries at their own pace so that they can let orders go through and capture people in their billing cycles.

As they billed you without your permission, challenge the $115.84 preauthorization together with the $6.38 shipping fee with the bank or payment service of your choice. Should they wish not to allow a refund without extra fees, raise an issue with the FTC and the consumer protection agency in your area. They are not interested in helping customers, but rather, in trapping them into payments. End the relationship now before they attempt to bill you yet again.
