Etailz I had the exact issue almost word for word as the past two complaints

I had the exact issue almost word for word as the past two complaints. I purchased through *** and was given a confirmation number and they marked the item as shipped very early. By then I was excited because I did not expect such a great turnaround time. The delivery window was around a week after they marked as shipped, so I was patient. One day before the delivery period started, I was worried that there was no tracking update, and since I purchased a server rack, I know this is not something that can easily be overnight shipped so knew there was going to be a delay. I emailed them and was told they are confirming with the warehouse for shipping - this was on a Monday. By Thursday, I had no response so emailed them again. Still confirming with warehouse. The week they had already missed the delivery window by two days, so I asked for a cancellation given that they had not even shipped the item, only created the tracking number so I cannot cancel through Amazon. They told me they had to confirm with warehouse to cancel. Another two days, I ask for updates, and was told they are waiting to hear from their warehouse. I said I would open a complaint on ComplaintsBoard.com, and my order was finall cancelled within 5 minutes, no response from customer service. Today is the 10/5, and I first emailed them on 9/13. Be wary of this company, they have terrible business practices and will get you by tacking advantage of the *** system.

The seller wont start a warranty claim for me for Amazon order ***. This is a SRAM chain with a defectiver PowerLink connector. SRAMs warranty policy says the retailer has to initiate the claim. The seller is just telling me to return it, but I dont want to have to go through that effort. I just want the defective part to be replaced with a working part.

On 2 Sept I bought a "2 Hounds Design Freedom No-Pull Dog Harness and Leash, Adjustable Comfortable Control for Dog Walking, Made in USA (Medium 1") (Royal Blue)" from Amazon. After 8 Sept, I got notifications that it was "being shipped". But on 28 Sept, I still hadn't received the collar and leash, so I called 2 Hounds to find out where my order was. They told me I bought it from a third party dealer. I called Etailz, but only got a recording and they weren't taking messages. So, I emailed them to cancel my order. But on the same day, the order wasn't cancelled, it was filled. I waited until 6 October and still didn't get the item, so I emailed again to cancel the order and get my money back. They cancelled my order right away, but I've sent 3 emails since then asking for a refund of $41.93. The Amazon order number is ***. I want my money back because they charged me for items I never got. I haven't heard anything from Etailz at all since I started emailing them. I've been checking my Amazon Order status for updates. FYI, it currently says "One the way, but it's running late." It's been about 1.5 months and I already bought a similar item from another seller. Tonight, I'll send them another email asking for my refund and telling them I reported them to the ComplaintsBoard.com.

Etailz I ordered from Kaspien via Amazon, order number 111- on March 26, with delivery expected by April 6th.

I ordered from Kaspien via Amazon, order number 111- on March 26, with delivery expected by April 6th. I contacted Kaspien because I hadn't received my paid item. I emailed them, asking to cancel and refund the order as tracking showed it returning to sender. They refused, telling me to wait. An employee said it was out for delivery in Washington, but I'm in New York. Tracking confirms it's returning to Kaspien, not to me in New York. Kaspien Support's response acknowledged shipment processing and provided a USPS tracking number, noting COVID-19 related delays. They advised patience and to report if the order wasn't received soon. Later, they mentioned ongoing transit without updates and provided a link to track the package. I reiterated my request for order cancellation and refund due to the return process, providing the tracking number showing delivery attempts in Spokane, WA, and return to sender status in Farmingdale, NY.
