The product I ordered from GGM Gastro International GmbH (ggmgastro.com) took a whopping 4 weeks longer to arrive than I had anticipated. And to top it off, when I finally got around to installing it, it didn't even work! Can you believe it? So, naturally, I sent it back, expecting a prompt refund. But guess what? It's been almost 3 months now, and I'm still waiting for my money to be returned. Can you imagine the frustration? It's like they've forgotten all about me!

Ik snap echt niet hoe dit bedrijf kan blijven bestaan. Serieus, dit is een van de allerslechtste bedrijven waar ik ooit mee te maken heb gehad. Op 19 mei ontving ik een verkeerd artikel en tot op de dag van vandaag (29 juni) hebben ze het nog steeds niet gecorrigeerd. Serieus, hoe moeilijk kan het zijn om een fout recht te zetten? Het is gewoon belachelijk.
Ik heb meerdere keren contact opgenomen met de klantenservice, maar ze lijken gewoon niet te willen luisteren. Ze beloven steeds dat ze het probleem zullen oplossen, maar er gebeurt gewoon niks. Het is echt frustrerend. Ik bedoel, ik heb betaald voor een product dat ik niet eens heb ontvangen en ze doen er gewoon niks aan. Het is gewoonweg onacceptabel.
En alsof dat nog niet genoeg is, is de kwaliteit van hun producten ook nog eens belabberd. Ik bedoel, ik begrijp dat je niet altijd topkwaliteit kunt verwachten voor de prijs die je betaalt, maar dit slaat echt alles. Het artikel dat ik uiteindelijk wel heb ontvangen, was gewoonweg waardeloos. Het viel bijna uit elkaar toen ik het uit de verpakking haalde. Serieus, hoe kunnen ze zoiets verkopen?
Ik ben echt teleurgesteld in GGM Gastro International GmbH. Ik had gehoopt op een goede ervaring, maar helaas was het tegenovergestelde waar. Ik raad iedereen ten zeerste af om zaken te doen met dit bedrijf. Ze zijn gewoon niet betrouwbaar en leveren slechte kwaliteit. Doe jezelf een plezier en zoek ergens anders naar een betrouwbare leverancier. Geloof me, je zult er geen spijt van krijgen.

Really terrible! Trying to order a unit with all the fittings for our installation since September 2021- keep hitting brick walls - company won't give out specs or information. It's Terrible! It's they who have lost out - our other assets would have been ordering the same units. We're now going elsewhere to a company that actually want to trade and make money!

This company, GGM Gastro International GmbH (ggmgastro.com), is absolutely terrible, fraudulent, and unprofessional. We strongly advise anyone to avoid doing business with them.
They delivered a cooling table to us that was defective. We tried to reach out to them through emails and calls, but they hardly responded. It was nearly impossible to get any repair service because no reputable firm wants to work with them. On top of that, they still haven't refunded us for the faulty product.
Calling them is an absolute nightmare. You have to wait for hours in never-ending waiting lines. And when you finally get through, you are greeted by rude and incompetent customer service representatives who speak French, even though you specifically selected the German service. They act surprised and redirect you to the German customer service, where you have to wait all over again. And when you finally get through to them, you are met with more incompetence. They simply tell you to send an email. After wasting an entire hour on this frustrating process, you send an email and receive no reply.
Months after placing our order, they informed us that they don't have any technicians available and that we should find one on our own. However, every firm we contacted refused to work with them!
We are still waiting for our refund and have wasted countless days dealing with their incompetence.
Consider this a warning: refund us within 7 days for our order *** with Case Number: *** or we will take legal action and make our dissatisfaction public!
Disappointing Quality and Horrendous After-Sales Service: A Warning about GGM Gastro
I recently made a purchase of ?2453.70 from GGM Gastro, and I must say that the delivery was quite impressive. The items arrived promptly, which was a relief. However, I was quite disappointed with the quality of the products. They were just okay, nothing extraordinary.
But let me tell you, the after-sales service was absolutely horrendous, I can't even find the right words to describe it. The delivery driver, who was following COVID guidelines, didn't bother to have me sign off on the goods. Instead, he quickly left without giving me a chance to inspect the items properly. And guess what? When I finally had the opportunity to check them, I discovered that one of the items had been severely damaged during transit. It was a complete disaster!
Naturally, I immediately contacted GGM Gastro and provided them with detailed information and photographs of the damaged item. But to my dismay, I didn't receive any response from them. Not a single word. So, I decided to send them three more emails, each one including photographs of the damaged item. But guess what? Still no response! Can you believe it?
Feeling frustrated and desperate, I resorted to sending them a detailed letter in PDF format via email, specifically addressing their 'complaints department'. But guess what? You guessed it right, I didn't receive any response or even a simple acknowledgement. It's as if my concerns were completely ignored.
Now, I'm stuck with a useless ?505 kitchen sink unit that's damaged beyond repair and a ?511 kitchen unit with a door that doesn't even fit properly. It's a complete nightmare! And to make matters worse, the link on their website that supposedly leads to information about transportation damage just takes you back to the same page. How frustrating is that? There's absolutely no advice or information available regarding transportation damage.
It's quite disappointing to see how GGM Gastro quickly responds to inquiries when you're interested in making a purchase, but completely ignores you or even rejects you when something goes wrong. It's absolutely unacceptable! I mean, what good is a broken or incomplete kitchen to me? All the units should be in working condition, right?
I strongly advise companies and individuals who are considering buying from GGM Gastro to think twice and look elsewhere. Trust me, the chances of experiencing transportation damage when ordering from Germany are quite high, and GGM Gastro seems to have a policy of providing absolutely no after-sales service whatsoever. It's a complete nightmare!
Please, do yourself a favor and avoid purchasing from them. Consider yourself warned. As for me, I'm going to contact my credit card company and demand a full refund for the damaged item. Let's hope they actually provide a genuine customer service, unlike GGM Gastro.

Terrible Customer Service and Faulty Ice Cube Machine: A Disappointing Experience with W.A.A.R.D.E.L.O.O.S. Company

I have never been treated so incredibly 'rude' regarding the purchase / malfunction of a brand new professional ice cube machine.
Right from the start, the 'air-cooled' ice cube machine wasted excessive tap water (+/- 5 liters of overflowing water per hour) because the float is probably not functioning properly and it only produces watery ice cubes.
Of course, immediately contacted the *customer service in Germany (*that's as far as you can go!) and then waited endlessly for a written response from the technical department.
After that, after 5 phone calls, countless emails, and dozens of WhatsApp messages, we received a short useless response asking if we wanted to make videos of the malfunction.
So, in the end, we filmed for 'half an hour' how more water was running out through the drain hose than ice cubes were being produced!
Then, once again, weeks of countless phone calls (with the customer service lady), various emails, and countless WhatsApp messages, we received a short 'vague' message with a *PDF about tightening a screw and that the 'water-cooled' machine uses more water (*I bought the air-cooled version?) And, oh yes! First, unscrew the lid of the brand new machine yourself!?
To make a long story short... after 3 weeks 'plus', we finally refused to fix it ourselves and demanded a new machine or a refund.
Response: the machine has been unpacked, so it's used (*only to try to get ice cubes out and to make the video on GGM Gastro's request) and the purchase was more than 14 days ago.
In short: 0.0 in terms of customer service, no returns or exchanges for a malfunction-free machine, nothing, and therefore stuck with a useless, poorly functioning brand new ice cube machine.
What a W. A. A. R. D. E. L. O. O. S. company this has become in the past year.
I have 4 other professional kitchen machines from GGM Gastro Germany (Ochtrup) in my company, but after being treated like this, they will never see me again. What a bunch of huge scammers!
My goods arrived broken. After 6 months I am still trying to resolve this matter. Customer service is non existent. No return phone calls. Empty promises every time. I now get an automated email telling me my case is closed. Do not waste your money. Dreadful company to deal with.
