i got a new furnace, hot water tank and air conditioner from McAra Energy Inc. and i gotta say, im pretty happy with it. Chris did a great job and made sure everything was good. i would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs this kind of stuff.

McAra Energy Inc. is great! They helped us out when we were having trouble with our furnace during the really cold weather in January. Chris and his team were super nice and got the job done quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!

I got a gas heater put in my garage last December. Chris (the boss) was awesome to deal with, and the team that put it in did a great job. I called 5 different places for prices, and none of them were as good as ***. McAra knew their stuff, did a great job, and acted like pros. Don't bother looking around, just go with McAra, they won't let you down.

I worked with Chris and his team at McAra Energy for a furnace tuneup this fall. They did a good job and explained everything to me. Now I'm all set for winter! I also got air conditioning installed by them this spring and it worked great all summer. Chris is a good guy who cares about his customers. I'm happy with their service!

I used McAra Energy Inc. twice. They put in two air conditioners and moved all my venting and HVAC when I expanded my house. Chris, the owner, is friendly and informative. His workers are knowledgeable and respectful. They know their stuff and figured out what I needed. A year later, everything is perfect. The two cooling systems work great in my home with high ceilings. I'm happy and would recommend them to anyone interested in HVAC or A/C.

I had a problem with my furnace's condensate pump a few months ago. It didn't always work, so I put a big plastic container under it to catch any water that didn't get pumped. I bought a new pump, but I hadn't installed it yet. Last Monday, I heard a low sizzle coming from the pump, and I saw that the container was almost full of water. I took the pump out, emptied the container, and put the pump back in. Suddenly, there was a loud bang and sparks! I turned off the furnace right away, but I needed to find someone to install the new pump quickly. I looked online and found McAra Energy Inc. I was worried about calling them because you never know what you're going to get, but they were great! They came quickly, changed the pump, and charged me what they said they would. They didn't try to sell me anything else. A few hours later, they called to make sure everything was okay. I'm happy with their service! Five stars!

McAra Energy put in a new furnace in my house four (4) months ago. I still ain't got the papers and Warranty Certificate. Chris *** who owns the place got mad when I asked for the documents and told me to chill out. When I wrote a review on their website and with ComplaintsBoard.com, Chris *** texted me on my phone and his number is right there. He used some bad words and implied some stuff. He don't seem like he wants to give me the papers I should get. The OEM might say my warranty don't count 'cause of this guy's attitude. Chris ***, who owns McAra Energy, is keeping the papers for the furnace he put in, even though I paid him all the money he asked for. He won't give me the manual and warranty certificate unless I say good things about him on social media.

I went to the home show in October and got a discount for an *** unit and instal from McAra Energy Inc. The install happened in November, and most of it was done well. However, some of the pipe shifted, the hole that was cored was not foam insulated and caulked, and the tech forgot the proper clips. The owner, ***, came by to caulk the hole after I expressed concerns about water and critters getting in. I was told the mess of the pipe shifting would be redone when they came back in the spring to finalize set up. They said we would be given a fortress to cover the messy install and have it in writing. When they came to hook up the *** unit, they said they didn't have the fortress because it got used on another project and don't know when one would be in. When I asked for the proper clips to be installed instead of the cheap and sharp pieces of metal, *** started swearing at me that he's been good to me since the *** units have now gone *** in price and we got a deal. He began yelling, swearing, and pointing at me. He said that his crappy looking job looks no different than our old *** gas meter (60 years old). I said we didn't pay $4k for the gas meter like we paid him, and it was like that when we moved in (10 mos ago). We had already paid in November thinking everything would be honored. He was yelling at me so loud and aggressively and pointing at me that other contractors that were at the house had to step in. He slammed my gate and stormed off yelling ***you, you're on your own. He will not answer phone calls or emails. I don't know where this now leaves us with our warranty since he won't call or reach out. We thought after a few days he might calm down and apologize for his hot-headed behavior, but we have not heard a thing. We now need to hire another company to come and check the install and explain how to operate and winterized, etc. We're left with improper and unsafe equipment securing this to my house and need to pay to have everything corrected and inspected.
