Three out of four managers at the Express Clothing Store at MacArthur Mall are the worst. They harass the sales associates about harassing the customers about applying for credit cards when not every customer wants to be tied back to a store. One manager, is also disrespectful of an associates hours when I distintly heard that she had to leave when her shift was over. Instead he contributed to prolonging the closing process and told the associate that she can leave when he is finished. There was no way in leaving, because when the mall closes for customers, the associates are locked into the store straightening while the manager is making phone calls. Another manager, gets mad when an associate receives once to twice a week visitors in the store when the business is slow those days. Also, the managers are hypocrites on training. They give negatives marks for an associate not using something they have not even been trained to use. Something needs to be done before the company gets sued for having disrespectful, egotistic, worsome, hypocritical managers.

I always buy my stuffs at Mango, CK and Zara and I thought I can add this line on my list of favorites so I gave it a go and splurge a bit but to my dismay they are actually THIEVES! NO! NEVER again! I should have read all this reviews first before going online. I never have experienced being charge more than what I purchased and it is a 100 bucks! I just hope that my orders will come with the right size cause as what I have discovered from the other reviews they will give you a wrong size on purpose so they can charge you some more. so Frustrating. SHAME ON YOU EXPRESS!
I am complaining, because the store manager of the Express at the Sunrise Mall location was out of line, very disrespectful, and in fewer or more words, was a nut case. I am an inventory Auditor that was at Express to do their inventory. Their manager was rude from the very beginning and for unjustified reasons requested that i be thrown off the inventory and be removed from the store. I have six witnesses that can vouch for me that i was never disrespectful, that i didn't say anything, and yet to her i had an attitude. She had commented to our crew that we needed to make sure we re-folded the t-shirt stacks, that was understandable, and when she had me leave, she made the re-mark that her store was a disaster. I had specifically been put on tables to ensure the re- folding of the t-shirts. IT was out of line the way she treated me, and i used to be a customer and now i will never, never shop there EVER again, and i'll also reccomend to my friends and everyone else not to either. Their manager should have thought about the way she treats people, because now that's their store losing money.
There was a manager at Macarthur Mall who is now at Patrick Henry Mall in Newport News and she is awful. She is all up in your face as soon as you walk in the store and the employees won't leave you alone about the credit cards, whereas they used to be pretty lowkey about it. I have spend thousands and thousands of dollars in that store and she is so annoying and rude that I will be shopping strictly online from now on. They used to have these cute girls that were so sweet and wore the clothing so when I went in I was like oh that would look good on my daughter, and I bought it. I haven't seen any of them in awhile. I am guessing they all quit. Makes me so sad because I loved shopping there.
I walked in today 10/1/2017 to pay my express credit card bill at a express nj outlet store in elizabeth store number #1747 and i kindly asked for a bag even though i only made a bill payment and didn't purchase anything but i had a lot of stuff in my hand so i wanted a bag to just put my things in. Cashier told me i can't because they are for customers i looked at her like " ok i just got done paying my express credit card with you how does that not make me a customer? " it's disgusting how store chains like these are, I should say the employees and managers. managers are not probably trained and are far by the worst ones with the attitudes and not very helpful. i do however love the clothing in this store however the customer service is over the top disgusting!
10/11/18 I got to front desk to pay about 10 min before closing, lady cashier look at me and just said I be right back and left me standing there there was another cashier next to her he had to ring me up because I was just standing just wating for her to be back.
I bought 5 school trousers at the beginning of the year for a 7 years boy and I was very disappointed with the product because 4 of the 5 trousers tear of underneath with the thread coming out and when sewn they tear off again
Sunday 9/11/22 went to express store at 1:30pm. Store opens at 12pm on Sundays. Paper sign on the door saying closed for inventory will reopen when we can, doors were locked. Saw 3 employees inside. Called to see when an estimated time would be to open doors, employee unable to provide an answer and said “when we are done.” Lost our business.
