We were involved in a hit and run with another driver who is insured by Falcon Insurance
We were involved in a hit and run with another driver who is insured by Falcon Insurance. He hit us so hard it popped his hood. He stopped and got out of his to put his hood down, and took off. We have a picture of him getting back into his car on the driver side. We called the police and filed a report. The detective over our case sent the driver a letter and the driver filled out a signed statement admitting to hitting us and leaving the scene. He also called the PD and stated what he wrote. The driver told the detective he told his insurance the same thing. We were able to identify the driver in a line up. The insurance representative told that she had a recorded statement from his girlfriend and it stated that the insured was not driving but she, his girlfriend was driving the car and that the insured has a signed an excluded driver waiver to not cover any other drivers on his policy. However, the insured has stated he does not know a the person they named as his girlfriend and this is not what he told the insurance company. The insured wrote the official police statement before the supposed call. The insured wants to make this right through insurance but Falcon is refusing to pull the updated police report. When we called to speak to Falcon, they are extremely rude and will not speak to us about anything because they have closed the case. They have not completed a full investigation.

The Complaintsboard.com will not factor in these reviews- currently an A+ for this business- unless I file a complaint for them to intervene. By the time a complaint is processed for a car insurance company, the window for recourse and repair is past being a viable alternative. My car was caught in collateral damage with a car that caught fire and exploded in a parking lot when everyone was inside. There is no question about what happened as the other car is demolished. Now three weeks later, Falcon insurance group is still waiting for a police report that doesn't exist- the fire department came. In the only call I got through to the adjuster, ***, she refuses to proactively help, refuses to offer a rental car because they can't say if their client is at fault and now will not take calls- she sends me directly to hold and doesn't come back. Side note- I tried calling the 800 number to find a supervisor and mistakenly got Falcon Insurance, Aviation. When figuring out it was the wrong company, the supervisor let me know that they have taken legal action with this other Falcon Insurance Group because of all the calls and bad reviews they get mistaking the two. Look up this other aviation *** on *** reviews, they have a disclaimer trying to *** off all the complaints from this company listed here. Avoid this company if at all possible."
I started my car insurance on 7/1/22 and was told by my agent thru Way.com that I was covered until 7/31/22. I got notification that my *** is due on 7/18. Tried contacting my agent to find out what's going on and she hung up on me. Now my calls & texts are being ignored. This company will not get another dime from me! I will be reporting them to the Complaintsboard.com & blasting them and my agent all over FB. Scam!
Someone has to do something against this insurer, it is worse than it is, the collision centers do not deliver the vehicles ready because this insurer does not pay them! It takes 30m or more to answer calls! They blame the collision center when they talk to you, and when they talk to the collision center, you tell them that you are to blame, the adjusters never answer, they are a cheek of people! the worst on the market! they are a headache, irresponsible, poor pay

I was at a complete stop waiting for the light to change when he rear ended me. FALCON INSURANCE property damage claims adjuster NEVER answers the phone it goes straight to voicemail 8-4pm nor does she contact me back! I have to call other people within the insurance company and leave a VM in order to get her attention or an update. I have sent all pictures that was requested. I have been without a vehicle for 24 days exactly because the claims adjuster is delaying the process purposely regarding a rental. I have asked for a RENTAL repeatedly but she doesn't respond back and literally disregards the question stating and I quote "this is handled by the property damage manager and will reach out to her" but hasn't, she also stated that the insured who rear ended me, she is unable to reach him! And she stated and I quote"it takes 30 days until we send your claim to our management for approval of your claim"! The adjuster hung up on me the first time I actually spoke to her! By far extremely unprofessional. I have had to email the claims department 3 times in one day and 6 times another day just to get this adjuster to call me back! This insurance does not live by integrity like they say, whatsoever! They're motto is to DELAY,DENY AND DISPUTE!

This has been a terrible experience working with this company. Communication is TERRIBLE. It's impossible to get the claims adjuster or her supervisor to return calls & no one replies to emails. They do not get in a hurry to do anything. When you do get someone on the phone, they tell you they'll do something & then call you back...never once have they followed through. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I've had to do entirely too much work on this claim & I wasn't even in my car when their client hit me.
I have never seen a more unprofessional company in any industry. They never answer their phones and when you leave messages, they never return your call. Then when you finally do get in touch with someone, they say they cannot get a response from their insured (customer). Well, isn't that frustrating? Now you know how WE feel. And I would bet that is their standard response to try to not have to pay a claim. I have now got my insurance carrier to deal with them. Hope you never get involved with this company.
I am currently going through the same as all these other reviews I was hit but their driver and pushed into another car in a brand new car that I have not even made the first payment I literally picked up my license plates maybe two days before . I was told to upload the photos also and since I have done so I have not been able to reach anyone at this company or the adjuster my accident happened on 5/29/2022 and it is June 14 but I was getting worried when I wasnt receiving call backs after leaving numerous voicemails with my adjuster so I tried reaching back out to the main company line and it always tells you they are experiencing a high volume of calls and if you want they will return your call but no one ever reached out I am beyond *** to have to go through this especially when their driver is at fault this ridiculous that you have to chase an insurance company down

I am unable to speak to the adjuster that is over my claim. He will not return my calls and when I do call I speak to different adjusters and they are very rude no customer service etiquette. I was even told that this company does not have any email what so ever, which is ridiculous. I have never heard of a insurance company let alone any company that does not have an email to be able to reach out to anyone. It is now 2/18 and still nothing, although I have heard that they have a check but have not even received a single letter from this so called company. I am already to the point that I am going to small claims court and sue this company and its client. It was their client that hit my PARKED car while he was drunk and yes I have a witness. I have asked and have even emailed the company to ask for a supervisor to call me but nothing. This company wants to low ball me with $2,200 when every place I have gone to gives me the quote of $6,000.00. Every time it rains my car gets SOAKED in my trunk because of the way he hit my car. I have to have tape on my car just to be able to use my blinker and my bumper is all messed up. I have been trying to get ahold of Falcon Ins Group several times and I'm getting nowhere. I was on hold for over thirty minutes waiting on a claims adjuster and after joining the conference call, it hung up. I have been trying to find out who the adjuster is on my claim. I was informed that the previous adjuster was no longer working with the group and I would receive a call from the new adjuster, but that's been over two weeks. My car is at the dealership, awaiting Falcon Ins to accept the claim. Your client backed into my car on the dealership lot. I have filed a police report on 04/18/2022 and have video proof with pictures to support my evidence. I need this issue resolved. It has been 2 months since the incident and I have yet to get any answers back from Falcon Ins Group. I have uploaded the video footage along with the police report with photos showing your client with his car standing outside my vehicle after he hit it.

I am so hurt that this company has not shown me any type of respect or any conclusion as to what is next. I pay 700 a month for my Jeep. I work hard and don't bother anyone. I have pride in my Jeep, and when I was hit, this really took a toll on my mental health. I'm determined that people are against me. Being suicidal and also battling with mental health issues has finally made it worse. The Jeep is all I have in this world. I lost my husband last year and now this. I just want someone to tell me what to do next. I hate myself that this has happened to me. I wish I would've insisted on immediate compensation, especially after getting hit by a foreigner. I just asked for cash because I'm starting to think the insurance company is a scam. Please, someone assist me with my questions. I'm becoming more and more worried. My car was totaled by a Falcon-insured driver on March 2, 2022, resulting in significant financial and health-related issues for me. I immediately filed a third-party claim with Falcon, but their agents have not been helpful at all. In fact, they are extremely rude and unprofessional. One agent even hung up the phone on me when I attempted to call to discuss updates regarding my claim. I understand that their business interest is in tension with my incentive to be financially covered for my losses, but that tension certainly does not warrant the type of behavior and approach I have been experiencing in dealing with this company.
After I initially spoke to Falcon, they sent me a letter regarding my rental car reimbursement rights as applicable to my claim. Falcon's insured driver was immediately declared the sole (100%) at-fault party by the investigating police officers and witnesses. Subsequently, both my insurance company, and much later, Falcon conceded. However, Falcon has still not, to date, reimbursed me even a dime. I have submitted to Falcon numerous invoices for my out-of-pocket rental car expenses pursuant to applicable insurance regulations that require an at-fault driver's insurance company to reimburse the not at-fault driver for the cost of rental expenses in proportion to their liability.
I am now being completely ghosted by Falcon agents—not having received any amount of reimbursement to which I am legally entitled. Additionally, I have been attempting to settle a bodily injury claim with another assigned Falcon agent, who was civil at first but has now cut off all communication with me as well. I plan to file a lawsuit against Falcon shortly, but feel it's appropriate to share my horrific experience in dealing with this highly questionable insurance company. Please be informed of their unethical, unprofessional, and simply "bad business" practices if you can.
This horrible SCAM auto-insurance company only offered me $35 for nearly $2,000 worth of damage. They do not have adjusters that look at the damage in person and avoid calling you despite their customers are the ones hitting your vehicle. Their employees have no customer services skills at all (ironic) and clearly need to be reported to the state and every state they work with.

The sad part is that most of ot could have been avoided if I had a more considerate and empathetic Claims adjuster than ***. *** has been neither considerate, instead extremely inconsiderate, nor empathetic, instead he has been rude, condescending and combative. He even had the audacity to convey to me..." we, assuming he is referring to Falcon Insurance Group and himself, don't even know if your vehicle was actually stolen". It took me over three days to file a claim since Falcon Insurance Groups *** was closed or not answering the phones from the morning of December 24th, through December 27th Yes, my vehicle was stolen from an affluent area in *** on Christmas eve. Fortunately with the help *** Police and *** services, my vehicle was recovered with some damage three hours later. My phone, three fishing reels, a Christmas Ham, much of my clothing. It is now January 13th and I had not heard anything back from Falcon Insurance Group and when I call to check status i was immediately treated as if I were a liar and lower class citizen by a employee of Falcon Insurance Group that should be doing all he can to help me get some answers, instead he may as well have said "How Dare you Interrupt my day. Fortunately you state that all calls are being recorded for training purposes, You should listen! I am also very surprised that with an overall customer satisfaction rating of 1.05 out of 5 you are still showing an A+ rating with the Complaintsboard.com. Someone please explain that to me

Claim TX22-05350. Got rear ended by Falcon client 35 days ago. Really disappointed with their adjuster. She hung up on me once because I didnt have claim number. No adjuster ever sent to my house to see car. I have to take pictures and send them. Adjuster says only rear damage estimated and I now have to wait until next week because they didnt evaluate the front damage. How can they miss evaluating the front? Its where all the damage occurred! Because they forgot now I have to wait a week for them to redo evaluation. Adjuster said I would get a text to use to send evidence in *** hours. I got the text 100 hours later. Why not be truthful from the start? I called six times all day Monday and no one answers. Left a message on adjuster phone on Tuesday but she never called me. I called the *** number and got transferred to her on Friday. She tells me she will call me but when I tell her I left messages with her in the past and she does not answer she basically told me I was lying. She said its not true. This business needs a lot of help. Even customer service agents sound frustrated when I call them. Its rediculous. Im out of a car and Im getting nowhere with this business. I also have fractured hand bones and have been out of work a month due to accident. Client was probably on the phone when she slammed into my car and two others. Adjuster says If I want a rental car I have to pay out of my pocket. And later get reimbursed? Im getting medical bills and have been using my personal insurance and I have been paying out of pocket so I dont get sent to a collection agency.

The worst insurance company ever! Their client had hit my car on 10/25/1019 car that was parked legally at my house. Left no note or anything. We had video evidence from our neighbor and after filing a police complaint it took them a while to find the license plate match. The Police report was filed and we got a copy. My insurance contacted Falcon insurance immediately after that and calls after calls they keep giving some reason. They again requested the copy of all the pictures, video evidence and police report copy. Then finally one of them asked us to a their local claims adjuster here in DFW Texas area. We took the car the same week and they took the pictures etc taken and they submitted to the claim. Then every time we call they have some reason. I am surprised how rude they can be. Most of them attending the calls are not qualified. It is okay not to know the information, but you don't have to be rude. The supervisor has a voicemail only feature and never returns the call. They are telling now that they are in talks with their client? What does that have to do with us to wait for months? The police report, pictures and video explains everything! I am already in contact with a lawyer and am going to file a lawsuit. They are definitely not an A+ rating. Cannot imagine how they are still in business. I am not the first. I see that they respond they will be in contact regards to the claim, its not just to contact but if you had resolved the issues their wouldn't have been so many bad complaints on Complaintsboard.com and reviews. The driver admitted to having his phone in his hand, dropping it while driving, and hit me due to trying to pick up his phone. I immediately filed a claim with Falcon Insurance company and was issued a claim number. It took over 48 hours to receive an emailed link to upload photos of the damage to my car. Since Wednesday, I have not been successful in getting any personnel from the insurance company on the phone until today. I will wait on hold for long periods of time to be transferred to various employee voicemails. When I have selected the call back option, Falcon Insurance will call, but when I answer the phone, no will talk and I'm hung up on. This morning, I actually got through to one person to ask about the status of my claim and I was informed of my adjuster's name and phone number. I had to leave a message and I recognized the name due to leaving a voicemail for this individual last Friday. Still haven't gotten the call back from Friday. Today, I have looked at all the reviews on Complaintsboard.com and I'm living the same experiences as many other people. I'm definitely being ghosted. I tried calling back and asked to speak to a supervisor over the claims department (recommendation from my insurance agent) and I was told "no" and then hung up on. Honestly, I was shocked, but from my experiences with the company so far, not surprised. Unfortunately, I'm still left without a vehicle to drive or any forward progress in the claims process with Falcon to have my car repaired. I am not the type of person that really reviews anything, especially provide negative reviews. However, I feel it is important for others to know that the actions behind Falcon's advertised definition of integrity and customer service is nonexistent. At this point, I have reached out to my insurance carrier to deal with them.

Zero stars! On November 26, one of Falcon Insurance's clients slid off of the main road and slammed through my iron fence causing a lot of damage on both sides of my driveway. I filed a claim with his insurance company and got nowhere with them. They kept insisting that they could not get in contact with the insured for their statement. This went on for almost six months. The man driving the truck admitted he was driving too fast on the wet road and said it was his fault to the police officers on scene, which was written into the police report, which Falcon has a copy of. His mother even came to the scene and kept telling me "we have insurance and they will pay you". She was wrong. During this claim process, they only send letters saying that they can't get in contact with their insured for their statement. You're constantly sent to voicemail and no one returns your calls. On April 6 I received a letter from them stating that our loss has been abated at this time, basically saying they will not pay for their client's at fault accident because their client would not give a statement. I had to file on my homeowners insurance to get my fence repaired. This company is not a legitimate insurance agency. If you want to get your client's attention, send them a certified letter! If they sign for it and don't respond to your agency, they're at fault, period! It's obviously their client's fault because my fence didn't jump out into the road and cause the accident! Uninsured and unlicensed people are what they specialize in. If a client won't respond to their agency for statements, they should not be able to renew their registration or their drivers licenses (if they have one) until they take responsibility for their actions! This is why insurance is so high. Unbelievable. I hope that my insurance files a subrogation lawsuit against them. I'm also considering starting a class action suit since it seems that many people on this Complaintsboard.com thread and *** Reviews are experiencing the same treatment that I am.

They don't deserve a star. On May 29, one of Falcon Insurance Company's clients backed into me. She automatically told me she was at fault and that she would take care of the damage. She gave me her insurance information and driver's license information. I called *** on Tuesday, June 1 since Monday was a holiday. Their representative said they would have someone contact me within 24-48 hours. No one contacted me. So I called again on Friday, June 4. *** picked up and asked me to hold and then they hung up on me. Then I called again. On hold for about 21 minutes then a recording came on and told me to go to their website. No response from their website. On Saturday, June 5 spoke to their representative and told her what had happened the previous day. She gave me the adjuster's name and his phone number. She recommended I try him on Monday. I called him no answer. Left a message. I have been calling him every day and no response. Called their main number and spoke to another representative. He sent me the web app to download pictures of the damage to my car. The app did not work. I also asked him to give me the adjuster's ***'s name. He provided his name which is *** and his telephone number because he was away from his office. I called him, no answer. I left a message. I called the adjuster. No answer. I called the main number again the following day spoke to another representative she provided an email address to send the pictures to. Spoke to *** on June 9. I sent the pictures to the email address. He said adjuster should be calling by 3 p.m. He called on June 9 but unfortunately I was not able to answer my phone at the time. He left a message saying that the app should work. So I called him back around 3 p.m. or 3:30 p.m. No answer. Left another message. I have called him the adjuster every day since Monday, June 7. Have not spoken to him or heard from him since June 9. Very disappointed with this so called insurance company. They are not reputable. Shame on you Falcon Insurance Company! "

The driver was at fault, admitted it on scene, and was eventually arrested. I made the claim the next day which was a Sunday. I waited for a couple of days like I was instructed to do and attempted to call to speak with the adjuster assigned to my claim. I was not able to reach her for a couple of days. When she took my statement that was the last time she ever answered the phone again. I attempted to speak with her supervisor and that proved to be just as difficult. All voicemails I got promised a call back within a business day which are never followed through with. In August, I was told my adjuster had went into a different position and I was assigned a different adjuster. Still no updates. When I finally was able to speak with someone, I was told the police report was missing. I'm not sure how that is my issue since it is the insurance companies job to obtain that. That being said, I promptly provided that to them, as well as the other estimate from a previous accident my wife was involved with. Falcon told me they wouldn't cover the damage on the bumper only to the tail light because the other company was paying for it. I gave them email correspondence with that company stating they are only covering their damages caused by their driver. I call almost daily and rarely receive a call back. I have called my adjusters manager numerous times and she forwards my emails to the adjuster and then I finally get a call back. My claim has been in "management review" for several weeks with no updates. Today is September 3 meaning it's been 55 days since I was hit. There is never an explanation on what is going on with the claim only that it's still under review. I have attempted to contact my adjuster's manager manager and have never been forwarded to him. On one occasion I sat on hold for 12 minutes and was transferred to my adjuster's manager again. It is my opinion they are stalling trying to figure out a reason not to cover the damages. I will be filing a complaint with the Texas *** regarding this company. I hope not many other people have to deal with unprofessional company

This company is HORRIBLE. My original adjuster, ***, took a month to contact me and had no clue what was going on with my case. Within that month, I spoke to her supervisor, ***, who I thought was actually going to help me, but she did not. I still keep calling her and leaving messages and she NEVER calls or emails back. It took over 6 weeks to finally get them to accept responsibility and "agree" to pay for the damages and supplement that the body shop has sent them. I think it would have taken longer, but I kept calling every other day to their customer service *** to see what is going on. They really didn't help either except "contact" the adjuster and her supervisor, who again never called me back. I don't even know if I am going to get my money back for having to pay for a car rental because this company doesn't pay for it. You have to pay for it on your own and then they reimburse you, which is funny because they don't want to pay out in the 1st place! I also haven't received any response about compensation. I mean there has got to be some way to get a hold of someone who can do their job and resolve all these issues! If you ever have to deal with this company, you need TONS OF PATIENCE!

Falcon Insurance Company holds the auto insurance policy for the driver who struck my vehicle on 08/05/2022. The company has been unresponsive, failing to return my phone calls or respond to my emails. Falcon Insurance Company has acknowledged responsibility for my claim, yet they are obstructing my efforts to engage in communication. I have sent a total of 8 emails and left 5 voicemail messages, with the most recent attempt on 10/13/2022, and still, I have not received any substantial communication. The only response I've gotten was a brief email confirming that they have accepted liability. Repeated efforts to contact a supervisor by phone have been fruitless; after enduring approximately 30 minutes on hold, the company's phone system disconnects, preventing me from speaking to a live person about my claim. It is imperative that I be contacted by a claims specialist or a Supervisor immediately to settle my claim.

I was in an accident. I was stopped at a red light and the person who hit me has Falcon's Insurance. The accident happened nearly 3 months ago. I have been trying to get in contact with their workers. I have called my adjustor many times. It seems like he does not even work since he has never answered his phone. I was was passenger in a vehicle that was rear-ended by one of their insured. This company never contacted us AT ALL! We had to do the initial contacting. This company is the worst to deal with. What should have been an open and close claim they have dragged out for months. Once you send in everything they request they come back and say that's not enough information and they come up with something else for you to send in to prolong the claim. They also use very deceptive practices. They asked for permission to very my employer, rate of pay and hours missed due to the accident. Once they got in contact with the employer they didn't even verify that info they tried to ask information to see if they offer health benefits and if I was enrolled, even after I've already clarified that information with them. When confronted about that the supervisor's response was "Well they said if we have any questions to ask?" My claim still isn't resolved because they won't accept the itemized *** from the hospital, they are requesting another statement. I'm sure once they receive that they will come up with something else not to settle this claim. Even to date they are still contacting my employer to try and verify information that they weren't given permission to verify.

An individual insured by this insurance company hit and damaged my car on September 21, 2022. I have since filed an insurance claim with his insurance company and sent evidence of the damages to my car. My claim # is TX22-15432 and the adjustory assigned to me is ***). They state that they will wait 30 days to attempt to contact him and then will close the claim without paying whats rightfully owed to me to repair the damages caused by their client. I will, if need be, file a lawsuit involving the insured party and his insurance.
Accident occurred 8/24/22, claim filed 8/25/22. Claim# tx2213624. Provided all information they requested. Didnt send out a claim acknowledgment until 9/12/22. Strung me along for 47 days saying they havent received a statement for their insured. Adjuster slipped and told me she had spoken with the insured a few days prior but didnt get a statement. Seems to me they advise their insureds to not give statements so they dont have to pay claims. Sounds like fraud to me, but Im no attorney. Their insured had no problem doing all kinds of statement giving when he tried to file a claim with my insurance even though he was at fault. Interesting that I tried to reach out to the adjusters supervisor and manager and was never able to make contact with either, nor did see see fit to call me back.

My insurance claim was denied. One of their policy holders spread through a yield signed and hit the rear left drivers side. I was at a stop sign and saw that it was safe to go. I was headed west and their insured driver was heading north. I saw that it was safe to proceed after I stopped at the stop sign. They stated I caused the accident. They ignored the traffic laws and refused to approve my claim stating their driver did not have a stop sign or a light so that makes it my fault. My wife and I have tried to call her back, have left voicemails, and send emails and have not heard from her yet. I had questions in regards to the rental services they offered and there is no way of getting a hold of her or anyone else in this agency.This is an insurance company I use and pay on a monthly basis, on time, and feel that I do not deserve this type of treatment. This insurance company was the insurer for a man who backed into my husband's car while it was parked. It has been almost two months and they finally sent a check in my name because the vehicle is registered to my name. The issue is they also added the lien holder onto the check and my husband specifically told them he had a body shop doing the repair. The shop has refused to accept the check, saying it has to be stamped by Carmax. Carmax is saying the check would have to be mailed to them and then they can mail it back within 14 business days. In the meantime, my husband is without a vehicle and we do not have an additional three weeks to wait for a check endorsement. We have called every day for a week and left countless voicemails to request the check be reissued to just my name or reissued to my name and the body shop's name so that my husband can pick up his vehicle. This company is difficult to work with and get ahold of. We are simply needing a new check printed so that we can get our vehicle from the mechanic shop. They are threatening to place a mechanic's lien on the vehicle because it has been almost two months!

As you can determine this was after a month of no real information on repairs. When she told me via an earlier phone conversation she did tell me she needed a picture of the damage without any specific details. After a couple of weeks without any return calls or emails I finally reached her via a phone call and she gave me a list of pictures she required of my car and I have provided the list of pictures. I have asked her if she or an Adjuster will assess the damage required to repair the damage and did not receive any definite information, only to submit the pictures. I am still waiting on information from her on what the status of my claim and have left messages on her phone for updates and have not received any return calls or emails.

The claims adjuster gave me a choice of entities authorized to issue an estimate of damages; out of this list, I chose *** on *** in ***, ***. Their estimate of damages totaled $813.14. I understand I am not required to have Nu Way repair the bumper cover, and I do not wish for Nu Way to do the job. On April 7, I emailed the Falcon claims adjuster, ***, and told her that I wished to have the car repaired at a shop of my choosing. She never responded. On April 19, I emailed her to ask her what had become of my claim. I have not received a response to that email, either. On April 28, I called Falcon Insurance and was told that they had sent me a check for $813.14 in late March. If they did indeed send it, I never received it. I HAVE received regular mail correspondence from them dated March 23, so they have my correct address. I have tried to contact *** by telephone, with no luck.I can only conclude from this silence, stonewalling and inaction that Falcon Insurance does not intend to settle my claim. On April 19th a Falcon insurance driver did a hit and run on my car. My car was parked on the side of the road and he hit me so hard that my car rear ended my boyfriends car damaging both of them. We luckily had a witness that had seen it and had a picture of their car with their license plate number on it. The police ran the license plate number and got in contact with the driver that night where the driver admitted to the police that he did it. We later filed a claim with falcon insurance and sent all the pictures of the damage they requested and the police case number. It is 2 months later now and they still havent fixed either of our cars. The told me that they still havent gotten in contact with the driver so there has been no progress made. The claim department was notified and requested proof of damages, so I emailed over pictures and subsequently provided repair quotes. Since that date, I have not received a proper resolution. My calls result in being placed on hold, only to be told that the adjuster is unavailable. This lack of accountability from Falcon Insurance Company is unacceptable. The delay in covering the cost of my damaged fence is not only an eyesore but also poses a security risk by inviting trespassers. I urgently require a resolution. We got to the part about which body shop I needed to take my car to and the list they have had no shop close to me whatsoever and i said those are way too far away. They then said I could take my car to my own shop but they may not honor the price to fix it and Id be liable. Which I asked why would I be liable when you list shops that are 20-90miles away from with low pricing that is not realistic for where Im at? I mean we havnt even had anyone look at the car yet to see what the total damages are and all she did was give me an estimate based on photos they had me take of the exterior. So then she started talking over me and wouldnt listen so i asked to speak to their supervisor which she gives me a random woman who when I asked her title she said claims fast track supervisor but immediately got on the phone and asked me to stop yelling? I wasnt yelling but was on speaker phone. It was very uncomfortable so I asked who she reports to because already I dont feel this is anyone supervisor just another agent. So her name was *** Aquire. On the claim's paperwork Falcon listed their customer as liable. *** has not released my truck from the auto shop, they have not responded to my multiple calls or the auto shops request for payment. The agent/adjustor is *** and I call often to receive an update but I have never spoken to her. ***) is the auto shop and they are ready to release my truck as soon as they receive payment. The truck was ready on 7/26/22 this was communicated to Falcon's adjustor *** and ***, there has been back and forth communication between *** and *** since 7/26/22 when they requested pictures and a supplement, *** submitted timely, on 7/27/22 the insurance company requested invoices, *** submitted. On 8/1/22 there was an email asking for expenditures that are required as part of an alignment/calibration, these were provided by the auto shop. On 8/4/22 *** requested an update regarding the claim, however they received no response. On 8/9/22 *** requested an update, however they received no response. I will be emailing Chin *** and *** at *** however I expect no response as they have not responded to the auto shop or my multiple (more than 100) calls.

Had to wait 3 to 4 weeks for my vehicle to be dropped off at the collision shop because the at fault driver didn't want to comply with his insurance company. On the 21st of February Falcon Ins told me to go ahead and take my vehicle to the collision shop. On the 23rd of February I dropped of my vehicle and Enterprise rental came to pick me up from the collision place. Thinking that I was going to get a rental and head back to work. Nope I was told by Falcon that I had to pay out of pocket for this rental reimbursement rule that they have. I had to come up with $1100 plus with a $300 dollar deposit for two weeks. I couldn't afford $1400 dollars for a rental. I called back Falcon and told some woman about what is going on. She told me there is nothing we can do. So I was stranded for 9 hours at Enterprise. I kept calling Falcon Insurance but they would not answer because the knew it was me calling about the rental. I have been without a vehicle for 2 and half weeks. I couldn't get to my jobs, lost wages and missed a payment on my new vehicle. Almost lost my job. All because of this unfair rental reimbursement rule on an accident I did not cause. My bills are behind because of this. I called again and told them that I could not afford the rental. I was told that they would reimburse me $65 for the days I did not have a rental. Now I am thinking that they are refusing me a rental from the start. May have to take my strong case to small claims court for lost wages and pain and suffering if I don't hear back from them in two weeks.

On July 13, 2022, my son's 2006 sedan was parked legally on the street when an insured driver collided with it while it was stationary. The driver was intoxicated at the time and was driving on a suspended license, yet the authorities only impounded her vehicle and allowed her to leave on foot. Falcon Insurance has been delaying the claim process, claiming they cannot proceed without the insured's statement. Despite being contacted, she claimed to have no memory of the incident. My son has provided photos of the driver and the accident, but the insurance company insists on a statement from the driver before moving forward with the claim. Her lack of recollection should be considered her statement. The police report clearly states it was her fault, but the insurance company refuses to accept it without her direct statement, which is illogical. The adjuster assigned to the claim has blocked my number due to my frequent inquiries. My son has missed work and school because he is without a vehicle, causing inconvenience to our family. The insurance company's insistence on a statement from the driver, despite her admission of not remembering the accident, is baffling. The vehicle is at the repair shop, yet the adjuster has not resolved the issue. We are disappointed and frustrated with the way the insurance company is handling the claim. We seek an immediate resolution. The inconvenience of arranging transportation for work and school has been burdensome. The insured driver was intoxicated at the time of the accident, and my neighbor, who witnessed the event, was never contacted by the insurance. Her failure to remember the accident is likely due to her intoxication. By the time the officers arrived, she had apparently sobered up. We appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. My brand new car was hit by someone insured with this company if you check I had listed several reviews at the time detailing this because it was I could do after not getting any answer from adjuster for weeks on when my car would be taken care of I also filed a complaint with the *** Insurance board against them because they give you the run around by not answering or returning your calls for weeks. I finally was able to get them to start the process of repairing my vehicle and they did so but during the process I was told they do not pay for rental cars they would just reimburse you for any money spent but that they dont even reimburse you also if you had to use Uber or Lyft. Since getting my car repaired I have not been able to get in touch with my adjuster once against to start the process . I spoke with her once where it seems as if she accidentally picked up the phone agreed to send the paperwork by email for me to return to her to start the reimbursement process also that she would send the paperwork by mail for reimbursement of my medical bills and claims as soon as we hung I immediately began calling her back bc she had no email address to do all this I have yet to get in touch with her again or receive any email or mail in regards to this matter I have been repeatedly calling and leaving voicemails everyday that goes unanswered I even reached out to her supervisor *** in regards to this matter leaving numerous voicemails and making calls by I have yet to receive a call from either one this claim is going into months of being settled if this company would actually do their part and actually respond to the consumers or do whats actually supposed to be done instead of putting ppl off and forcing them to pay for these things that they are responsible for they have countless reviews from consumers saying the same thing yet they get to continue doing this over and over

Still an existing issue with Falcon Insurance
Still an existing issue with Falcon Insurance. Their fully insured driver slammed into my truck sitting in a parking lot off the feeder road speeding and texting. She slammed her car into my back passenger door and knocked the back end four feet. Falcon insurance had all the information within 4 days of the accident. The police report, their driver, myself, and an eye witness placed 100% fault with her. Falcon took 17 DAYS to even give me a claim number. Their settlement procedure was evidently spewing $1200 settlement over the phone with absolutely zero justification for over $8000 in damage. Of course, I rejected it. Falcon received the numbers from a receipt for mechanical damages I had to repair in order to drive to work. They also received an estimate from the body shop. THEY NEVER RESPONDED TO IT OR MADE ANY ATTEMPT TO EVEN DISPUTE THE NUMBERS. I got tired of trying to talk to a person by late June. A demand letter from my attorney was ignored from mid-August until early February (six months later). Falcon resorted to claiming that my truck had pre-existing damage, post damage, and even said there was no way that the accident would cause parts on my truck to be damaged from the accident. They blamed it on my "lack of maintenance". They even sent me a settlement letter for 0$, just because they could not force me to take a settlement that would not help me. I finally had to serve a petition to the driver for small claims court-November . (IT IS NOT IN COURT OR HAS BEEN SCHEDULED). They finally sent an independent adjuster over ten months after the accident-first time truck was looked at by them. They tried to knock down the numbers $1800 from him-even though he told me directly that additional damage was caused by waiting so long to get the truck fixed from the initial accident. They have resorted to intimidation tactics such as a cease-and-desist letter from an attorney. This company lies and is deceitful. Even lied to their attorney

Was hit by their policy holder 2 months ago. Theyve largely been unresponsive and made minimal progress. They barely respond through email. When they do, its as though a confused child is responding. Their call back feature is mostly them on mute on the other end waiting for you to hang up. Waiting in the call line disconnects you after 30+Minutes. *** wont return calls anymore. Were waiting for the supervisor to approve your estimate ok, after 2+ months? They didnt even look at it. They had me take pictures.
My mother was killed by the driver insured by Falcon insurance in April 2022. My sister and I filed a claim and were told to provide death certificate and police report. After providing those documents, it's been impossible to reach anyone in the company. They hardly respond to their phone, promise to call back and never do, no followup, no updates, no communication. My attorney has also tried to talk to them on the phone and has written to them - no response. This is the worst insurance company I've ever had to deal with. I'll be filing complaint with Department of Insurance. I don't understand how this company can have A+ rating. Shameful
A Falcon Policy holder hit my parked car and the have not responded to get a rental over two weeks. The employees don't care about the situation and will always give you the run around. We as the people need to hold this company liable and get their license taken away. This *** is a scam and should not operate.
