Falinas Beware of Falinas.com: Disappointing Experience and Unethical Policies

Hello fellow shoppers, I recently had an experience with Falinas (falinas.com) that left me feeling quite disappointed and frustrated. Initially, I was happy to make a purchase at what I thought was a good price and agreed to create an account for future purchases. While I did not make any additional purchases immediately, I routinely checked my account and hadn't noticed anything out of the ordinary until a few months had passed.

As I was reviewing my account last December, I discovered that the balance had dropped by 50% without any explanation. I reached out to Falinas to inquire about the discrepancy and to my surprise, they claimed that in their terms and conditions, "credits" (which they equate to your money) have an expiration date of three months. Essentially, if you don't use the credits within that timeframe, they disappear.

I was quite taken aback by this policy. I feel like it's borderline unethical to convert someone's money into credits and then be allowed to make it disappear. Falinas seems to believe that just because they can write something like this in their terms and conditions, it makes it legal. I was so upset that I am even starting a class action lawsuit against them.

I want to warn fellow shoppers that doing business with Falinas may come with risk. Please, read everything carefully and understand what you are agreeing to before making any purchases on their site.

Falinas Buyer Beware: My Disappointing and Costly Experience with Falinas.com

I was extremely disappointed with my experience with falinas.com, as I felt that I was completely ripped off by them. Like many others, I was drawn in by the expensive-looking price of ?3 for a nail polish and quickly placed an order without reading the terms and conditions properly. Unfortunately, this led to me accidentally subscribing to their subscription service without realising it, and for more than a year I was charged a whopping ?24.95 per month without even receiving a confirmation email to remind me of my subscription. As a result, I was recently debited ?399 which was an absolute shock and felt like a complete steal. It's horrifying to think that a simple purchase of a nail polish could lead to such a costly subscription without my knowledge or consent.

In my frustration, I decided to contact the customer service team, but was disappointed to hear that they could not give me a full refund. Instead, they offered to give me credits to spend on their site, which was not what I wanted at all. I feel like this was completely unfair, as I did not ask for this service, and did not want or need it. I expected better customer service and an understanding of my situation, but instead was left feeling taken advantage of.

I'm extremely unhappy with my experience with falinas.com and I will be sure to share my story on all of my social media channels if I don't receive a full refund. I think it's important that others are aware of this kind of predatory business behaviour and that people are held accountable for their actions. No one deserves to be taken advantage of like this, and I am truly disappointed with the way that falinas.com has handled my complaint.

Falinas Terrible Customer Service Experience with Falinas Cosmetics: A Warning to All

would I try to purchase anything from them. It was really frustrating as all my efforts to communicate with them were ignored and disregarded. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and responsibility shown by Falinas.

To begin with, I purchased a product from Falinas and cancelled it in due time. However, Falinas failed to acknowledge my cancellation and went ahead to ship my purchase. This was very frustrating as I had taken time to inform them about my cancellation.

Upon receiving the shipment confirmation, I immediately contacted Falinas to notify them that I had previously cancelled the order. Their response was careless and showed no concern about my situation. Despite receiving further communication and even evidence from the logistic company that the product had been returned, Falinas still ignored my complaints.

In order to claim my money back, I had to involve my financial institution to help me reverse the payment. This was completely unnecessary and avoidable if Falinas had taken appropriate action.

In summary, I strongly advise everyone to beware of Falinas cosmetics as their services are nothing but a big scam. In my opinion, it is highly unprofessional and disappointing to have such poor customer service in this day and age. In conclusion, I would never consider shopping with them again.

Falinas Falinas.com Review: A Nightmare of Unauthorized Charges and Shady Business Practices

My experience with Falinas (falinas.com) was nothing short of a nightmare. I cannot even express the level of frustration and anger I felt when I noticed that money was being taken out of my bank account without my knowledge or consent. When I contacted my bank, they informed me that it was Falinas who had been deducting money from my account for the past three months, and each time they had used a different name.

When I contacted Falinas to inquire about these unauthorized charges, they claimed that I had agreed to a membership. However, I knew that I had not given them permission to take money from my bank account every month. Upon further investigation, I discovered that the company had enrolled me in a membership without my knowledge or consent when I made a purchase.

I was shocked and appalled by this shady business practice. The company had intentionally misled me, and they refused to refund my money. I wrote to them multiple times, explaining that I had no interest in a membership, nor did I ever authorize them to take ?24.90 from my account monthly. Despite my efforts, the company refused to refund my money.

To make matters worse, I was forced to order over ?100 worth of products that I did not want in order to receive a refund. It has now been five weeks, and I still have not received my order. This has been a complete and utter scam, and I am disappointed in myself for falling for it.

If you are considering shopping on Falinas, I urge you to reconsider. This company is fraudulent, and their business practices are shady. You may end up losing money and receiving no products in return. Don't fall for this scam - it's not worth it!

Falinas Warning: Fraudulent Business Practices at Falinas.com - Stay Away!

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with Falinas (falinas.com). It pains me to share this, but I feel it's essential to warn others about this company's fraudulent practices.

Upon placing an order and making a payment, I received a product confirmation email from Falinas. However, my troubles began when I noticed a minimum charge of 37 euro on my credit card statement a week later. When I reached out to inquire about this charge, Falinas informed me that it was because of membership fees that I had unknowingly signed up for when making my initial purchase.

Confused and angry, I asked where my order was, and Falinas claimed there was an "error" and that they couldn't locate my order. However, they offered to charge me 37 euro as a top-up so that I could make more purchases as a VIP member. Alternatively, I could check their rules, which allegedly showed a monthly fee of 9 euro, but why charge 37 euro?

As if that wasn't enough, Falinas never answered my question about missing my initial order, and they charged my credit card for subsequent months without any cancelation options. They ended up stealing 48 euro from me, and I had to order a new card from my bank for safety.

This experience is truly a nightmare and a genuine case of internet fraud. I urge you to avoid Falinas at all costs, as they are a terrible company with questionable business practices. I sincerely hope someone takes action against them and that they pay for their fraudulent behavior. Please protect yourself and stay away from this dogie company, which certainly cannot be from Denmark.

Falinas Falinas Review: A Sham, Scam, Scheme or a Modern Beauty Site?

Let's talk about Falinas, the company that claims to be the hip and modern beauty site. It is true what they say about not having a social presence, not even an Instagram page. One can't help but wonder, why is that? Could it be that they have something to hide?

It is important to note that this company's reputation is under intense scrutiny due to a plethora of negative reviews from angry customers. You may ask, why are they so unhappy? Well, the reason behind it is quite simple. Falinas gets access to your banking details through their terms and conditions, knowing full well that most people don't read them. Once they have access, they debit your account for monthly membership fees that they convert into credits, all of which you agreed to by ticking the T&Cs.

Unfortunately, the problem arises when you try to get your money refunded. They will not budge even if you feel that you have been scammed. They claim to be generous by sending a "sorry-to-see-you-go" email, assuring you that you can still use the credits anytime you wish. However, that's just another trick because your credits become invalid after 90 days, just as you approved by ticking the T&Cs.

Their customer service is not as effective as it should be, and their terms and conditions are excessively one-sided. All of this makes for a sham, scam, scheme that's hard to detect but very much real.

In conclusion, if you're looking for good value and a company you can trust, Falinas is not the answer. Shopping elsewhere may cost you a little bit more, but it will definitely save your bank account from further damage in the long run. Don't be fooled by their promises and their extravagant offers, they are not what they claim to be.

Falinas Unsatisfactory experience with Falinas.com – My review of their business practices

I recently had an experience with Falinas (falinas.com) that left me feeling quite disappointed. At the time, I thought it would be a good idea to try a smaller and lesser-known company instead of using a large and established one. Their prices seemed reasonable enough, so I decided to purchase two shower/bath gels as a present for my wife. Each item cost just over ?8 with an additional ?2.32 for shipping.

When my order arrived, I was surprised to find that the items were poorly packaged and the box was even open. Despite this, the items didn't appear to be damaged, so I didn't make too big a deal out of it. That was until I found out that an additional ?24.90 had been taken out of my account without my knowledge or consent. I immediately contacted their chat service to ask for a refund, only to be told that I had been enrolled as a VIP member and it was my responsibility to read the terms and conditions. Although technically they were correct, I felt like they were out of line from a moral perspective.

After accepting that I was unlikely to get my money back, I was told that I could use the credit to buy more items. I decided to order the same two items again for my wife, but I was surprised to see that they were now priced at ?14 each with an increased shipping fee of ?6.24. I couldn't understand why the prices had gone up so much, especially since the weight and route for delivery remained the same. When I asked Falinas about the increase, they explained that I was no longer a first-time buyer, but rather a VIP member. I found this extremely confusing and frustrating, especially since I thought being a VIP member should have benefited me in some way.

Falinas, an online shopping website, has been receiving a lot of negative feedback from its customers. Many customers, including myself, have had their money taken without their consent. It appears that during the first purchase, Falinas tricks their customers into signing up for a VIP membership. This membership results in monthly charges of £24.70 without the knowledge of the customer. To make matters worse, Falinas transforms the stolen money into credits and refuses to reimburse it. These credits can also expire, which is even more frustrating.

Falinas Warning: Stay Away from Falinas - Shady VIP Program and Poor Customer Support

I recently had a terrible experience with Falinas, an online store that I would strongly advise against using. Last summer, I took advantage of a good offer and made a purchase through the website. Little did I know, I inadvertently signed up for their VIP customer account, which was buried in tiny terms and conditions that I didn't notice. I later found out that they were charging me between €21-€23 each month, which I only discovered two months later. It was a total of about €50, and I was not happy about it.

Upon contacting Falinas customer service, the only way to communicate with them seemed to be through their online chat system. They informed me about the VIP program and claimed that I had signed up for a contract where the money taken out would be credited to my account to make future purchases. They refused to give me a full refund and instead insisted I use the credits to purchase more items. My grandfather is 78 years old, he just uses his phone to check messages. He is not going to buy makeup thing on this website! As a potential customer of Falinas, I was hoping to make a purchase on their website and have a satisfactory experience. However, unfortunately, I ended up falling victim to a hidden subscription scam. For several months, I was being charged 24.95 Euros without my knowledge or consent. This practice is not only appalling but incredibly illegal, especially when companies are expected to provide invoices for transactions that exceed 25 euros.

I recently had a frustrating experience with Falinas (falinas.com) and felt compelled to share my story. Unfortunately, it seems that this company engages in shady and unethical practices that can leave unsuspecting customers feeling swindled.

One of the most concerning issues with Falinas is their automatic "VIP membership" program. Apparently, as soon as you press "order" on their website, you are automatically enrolled in this program - without any advance warning or disclosure. The cost of this membership? A whopping 40? per month. What's worse, many customers (including myself) don't even realize they are being charged until they check their bank statements.

Falinas Beware of Falinas: Unauthorized Charges of ?298.80 on my Credit Card!

When I decided to purchase a perfume gift for my wife from Falinas, I thought everything would run smoothly. But it wasn't until recently that I learned that my credit card was being debited with a hefty ?24.90 every month for the past twelve months. As a result, I was charged a total of ?298.80 that I never authorized.

To make matters worse, the condition that they would debit my credit card unless I declined the offer within 14 days of purchase was not made clear to me. It felt like a sly move from Falinas to debited my account without my knowledge and without giving me a heads up about their plans.

I was surprised to see that there was no warning to this effect on subsequent emails or subsequent debit payments. It's unfair and unethical because I was not made aware of this practice. It's frustrating to think that a company would resort to such practices to make a bit of extra money, especially at the expense of their customers.

I reached out to Felinas customer service about this issue, but they have credited my account with far less money than they debited. It's unacceptable, and I'm reporting this to my bank as a fraudulent transaction. Falinas Disappointing Experience with Falinas Membership Program & Customer Service

I recently had an experience with Falinas that was less than satisfactory. While purchasing a product on their website in March, I was automatically enrolled in their membership program which costs 24.95 euros per month. I was not aware of this, and when I realized what had happened, I contacted Falinas to request a refund. Unfortunately, they refused to issue a refund, stating that I should have read the terms and conditions outlined in the order confirmation when I made the purchase.

I felt like I had been tricked, and I was frustrated that I had to get customer service involved to sort out the situation. They reminded me that it was my responsibility to terminate the subscription after the purchase, which I did not know I had to do.

Over the course of several months, I accumulated credit that I could use towards other products on the website. However, I had not received anything in exchange for this credit, as I had not made any additional purchases. If you are considering purchasing from Falinas (falinas.com), I urge you to read my cautionary tale. Roughly a year ago, I made the mistake of purchasing a perfume from the site. What I didn't realize is that I was automatically enrolled in a VIP program without my explicit permission.

As a result, €39.90 was deducted from my credit card each month under the guise of "credits." It was explicitly stated that these credits could be used for future purchases. However, I never authorized these transactions, and I never received any notice or confirmation that I had agreed to such terms. Nevertheless, month after month, my account was being charged without my knowledge or consent.

When I finally discovered what was happening, I immediately contacted the company for a refund. However, to my shock and frustration, I was informed that my credits had already expired and that I could not be reimbursed. I was outraged, but more than that, I felt violated. It was as if I had been robbed in broad daylight, and there was nothing I could do to stop it.

In the end, I had to take measures to rectify the situation, including filing a formal complaint with my bank and a separate complaint with Businessconduct. Dk. It turned out that the company claimed to be a Danish one, but I'm not convinced of that given my experience. In the end, I can only say that Falinas is a scam, pure and simple. Falinas Beware of Falinas: Hidden Fees and Unfair Practices

After having an unfortunate experience with Falinas (falinas.com), I feel the need to let others know about what happened. Initially, I was enticed by the prospect of joining their VIP section to access cheaper prices for a one-time purchase. However, I soon found out that by joining the VIP section, I had unknowingly agreed to pay a monthly fee of about 40 euros. The first month, the money was taken out of my account, and I only discovered what had happened after I spoke to their customer service team. To my dismay, I learned that I had to opt-out of this fee and would not be receiving a refund.

What's worse is that once I was tricked into agreeing to this fee, I found myself tied up to more purchases, and I had to opt-out each month if I didn't want them to take my money. It's a sneaky tactic and not a fair way to treat customers. But that's not even the worst part.

Falinas also has a clause that the money they take from you will only remain available for use for 90 days - if you don't spend it all before then, they'll keep the rest. I was never aware of this before, and it wasn't even stated on the FAQ page.
