The way John o'hurley treats the women on the show. He must be sexually deprived as he is always asking the women to hug him tightly. This is discussng to me. Please have this stopped. It spoils the show. Thank you.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Tonight (1/17/12) was outrageous. Steve Harvey, who always favors the African American families over the white family, allowed an African American contestant in the final round to get the $20, 000 to retract an answer and then gave him unlimited time (the fellow took about 4 additional outside of the seconds) to come up with an answer. That answer won the family the $20, 000. Without being given the extra time, the chance to retract the bad response and to come up with a second one, they would not have won. I don't begrudge the family, who played a OK game otherwise, but what was allowed was against the rules. I've never seen any other family been permitted to retract an answer and come up with another one OUTSIDE of the 20 second time period. Earlier in the game, Harvey also encouraged another from the African American family to retract an answer and come up with another, which he did. That one was wrong and didn't help the family, but the one that got them the money was simply unfair since other families have not been given special treatment to win. HARVEY IS A RACIST ### and the producers are as well for allowing it. Imagine if the races had been reversed...

I've been watching the show for years. I will say I enjoy the show. I'm to the point where this show should be put on BET as every episode "MUST include a black family. I ask why, Do more black families apply or do more black families get accepted to play. Either way with Steve H at the helm or production staff picking who is to play each show.. I would say that some fishy business is going on. U watch and do your own math. Show has a BET feeling to it as well as shows it BIG TIME.

He lets the black people cheat. Lets them give answers after the buzzer. The buzzer time is extended for black people. I've seen the buzzer go off right after his question for white people. His jokes are not funny at all... no talent. He gets mid evil if someone says something he don't like. Steve Harvey is a blatant racist on Family Feud. He needs to be replaced with someone who has talent and fair to all races of people.

episole 113 Krueger vs Riley The Krueger were cheated Jeff gave answer of French fries and steve said he couldn't say that. Then the Riley family was able to steal it with the same answer. Why was it not ok for one the ok tor the other family. Then they didn't give the mom Diana a chance to answer her question.Think they need to review the episole. It makes people like me not want to watch this show. I like it when it's fair.

Love the show, I think steve is so funny, at first I thought he was nicer to black family's, you see a hint of extra happiness at times when they win, however this is the way of the world, he can't help it, (example: if your child was playing who would you want to win)?

The constant applause the director of the current show encourages only adds noise to the show but not excitement. I find that and asking the contestants to shout "20 THOUSAND DOLLARS" in the final round very annoying to the point I am about ready to stop watching. Also they could help Steve (the best host since Richard Karn) with some suggestions about what to say so he doesn't end up sounding like a machine. There are other ways to open the show besides "We have another good one for you" or calling a contestant up could be said in other ways besides "Give me Blank".

This is the most racist show. I no longer watch it. Steve Harvey is always cracking on the white familys. Almost every episode is a black family against a white family. Come on now. If people don't see what I'm talking about that's crazy. Dancing around and gospal singing. People don't need to hear that. I want to know what's up with blacks verses whites. They made there point damn we have a black president now. Now if there was a white host actting the way he did. The blacks would be on the phone with the NAACP so fast. Its ###.

I have stopped watching what was once my favorite game show, it is a one sided game, going in favor of blacks since harvey took over, i've heard wrong answers given but if they are black it's o. k., you can just see the joy and glee on his face when they win, that commercial where the black woman keeps yelling and I quote, we're going to play steve we're going to play steve, eleven times has tooo stop, I hope someone can read all this letters of people complaining, these has to stop, family feud has gone to the blacks
All of you are ignorant. There are allowed to be black people on the show dumb ###. And of course there is a problem if a black person is host. The show is way more funny and entertaining now that Harvey took over. So why don't you all get a life and stfu!

The FAMILY FEUD is supposed to be a family show but the questions asked by Steve Harvey are too sexually explicit. I alway loved watching the show with our children and now our grandchildren but lately we cannot sit and watch it together since you just don't know what to expect.
I suggest that the show gets back to being oriented where people of all ages can enjoy it.

OK..i was watching older episodes of family feud that I had recorded with Steve Harvey as the host. I have never had any problem with Steve at all in the past. I always enjoyed his humor and entertainment value. Well, after watching all of these episode of family feud with almost every show being one white and one black family I sort of felt that he was bending the rules a bit for the black families. I'm not racist by any means. So I came here to my pc and googled these words to see if any one else felt the same way. ( steve harvey treats black better than whites on family feud ) wow..what a crap load of people agree with me. Not that I really give crap because I don't but just sharing what i thought and wondered if I was being bias or other people felt the same. As it turns out I'm not bias.
did you ever notice how steve harvey takes time to chat, make jokes, while the people behind the answers put up the correct answers for the black families? he is a racist pure and simple...it is a shame what has transpired at the family feud...
I love Family Fued...and by far Steve is the best host yet, however i find it highly rigged that some families get 1 second to answer questions...the other family gets 5-10 seconds to answer the same question
Recently watching episodes with Steve Harvey. The answers that are on the board are a bit embarrassing like slang. This is a family show and I dont think answers on board were provided exactly from surveys such as turdets or sexually explicit words. I dont know if anyone else has noticed. I am going to try and contact higher ups and just find out whats going on
Ok I'm BLACK and I agree steve harvey treats the black contestants way better than the white contestants. I don't like it... I can tell he favors the black families. Which is not bad but he should treat everyone the same. Ever notice how he never asks the white family's about their occupation or hobbies... I just don't like it and I don't like him. He's not even funny and yes.. It's a bit explicit. I want a new host like Cedric the entertainer or Tom Brady... Please get rid of Steve!

And one more thing why is it always black against white?!? I think there are asians Hispanics Indians and a ish load of other races and ethnicities. I don't like this at all. Makes me feel uncomfortable just looking.
I myself am African American I will say, some of your post are racist and disappointing. especially the comment about not wanting a Mexican President, and African American only making up 12% of the population not 50%. However, I have watched Family Feud for years. I have noticed more diversity on the show. I think because the host is black more blacks are applying to be on the show..it's that simple. Steve needs to be fair to all families. Steve is old school...you just feel happy seeing someone look like you (just how many of your comments reflect the same point..you want to see more white people like you)
Family Feud ratings are at a all time high since Steve. Yes, I have noticed the questions have been more sexual. I agree, this could be tone down. Maybe the producers are trying to reach a mature demographic. I'm not sure of the reasoning. On a positive note, I have seen more Asians, and Hispanics on the show. I just watched an episode with an African American Muslim family. The show needed more diversity! However, I would like to see more family focused questions...but if the Nelson ratings show a older demographic is watching..I don't see a problem. My favorite host are Steve Harvey and Ray Combs hands down.

I totally agree that there seems like there has to always be a black family on with a white family and Steve Harvey does treat them differently. Also, a man of his position and money should know how to speak proper English. He begins every show by saying that the families want to win "theyselves" a lot of money. Theyselves isn't even a word. And I can no longer watch this show with the kids because the answers they post on the board are just plain dirty. Why can't they be phrased in a better way like they used to be. It sometimes borders on porn!

I've been watching family feud for many years and lately we just can't believe the ridiculous questions ..let alone the answers...one answer the other day was "massive dump" ..to get ready to wear a bikini..and this show is called"Family feud"..and I totally agree with the other reviews..Mr Harvey certainly favours the black family's and let's their answers slide...well we've given up watching your show Steve! Steve Harvey often ask guess what they do for living. I don't think that's the best question. A better question would be for him to ask them to tell him something about themselves. In the event they are employed doing something for living that is embarrassing or something that makes them less than proud or they are unemployed and don't necessarily want to share that with the world they can avoid feeling uncomfortable.
I am not surprised that white people do not like the show now. Steve is not a good host. He said himself that he is new and is still learning the rules. There is also staff informing him if an answer can be accepted or not so its not really his fault. I watch sometimes, and my husband and I see many mistakes that are made. But not just in the favor of blacks but whites too. Steve is just being himself. I think the white guy that hosted who kissed everyone in the mouth was disgusting; most of the families were white, but my family still watched. I think we as humans always think about race instead of just watching a darn tv show. They have brought many families back on the show because they weren't given a fair shot (they announced it). I Personally don't like the sexual questions, but they were being asked before Steve started (answers come from surveys not the show). That's just what the world has come to. You worry about the perversity of the show for your children, but your comments are just as offensive. I thought why is there always white against black too, but white people would just DIE if there were two black families. White people, just because your family is white and your community is white does not mean everything should be white. There are other races and other communities. It is just a game. And the woman who thinks this should be on BET, no, then they would all be black. You don't own the show. Wow, we cant even watch the same tv show. I don't get how you can be that caught up in race to automatically dislike something because you see black people- Enough that you would "complain"! How can you read your comment and not think, "this is how I feel, but how stupid it sounds reading it."
Inappropriate questions. "What kind of fruit or vegetable could you use in the kitchen or the bedroom?" Too many sexually charged questions, responses and facial/body responses. This is Family Feud. Clean it up. Also find it discriminatory against other races. 50% or more black. What gives. Contestants should represent the population. How angry would folks be if other shows didn't represent the population base.

I have never saw a episode that Steve never ask contestants something about themselves. The Rice family were never introduced. I will talk smack about family feud. Forever...Steve Harvey should be fired!
Our family has looked forward to watching the 'feud' ever since Steve was hired. He made the show popular and enjoyable again, well beyond it's original popularity, in my opinion. Unfortunately, for our family, the show has taken a detour down a path we find less funny, enjoyable or comfortable to allow the kids to watch any longer. We know whenever Steve's involved in something, it's gonna be edgy, I get that. But it seems to have gone 'over' the edge, at least for us. The language, behavior, sexually charged questions at every angle possible, ridiculous answers that no one would get which include answers that are sexually explicit and not realistic at least in our 'family' realm. The clear favoritism Steve initiates with certain contestants and families - not referring to 'color' btw, as he cuts it both ways as far as I can see. But his hosting manners have shifted from making sure both families feel welcome, comfortable, respected and just have a great time. It's not right to make a contestant feel that their answer is stupid even if it is.Who cares... it's a game and suppose to be fun. I love when he's playful and clearly teasing, but more often now I see contestants being humiliated in the name of 'entertainment', as he says, someone has to be a sacrifice. Why? Says who? Is it what they sign up for? Anyway, tbh... I would rather quit watching while I still feel the love for him if you know what I mean rather then give my tongue anymore fuel to rattle against him, especially when I think he's a good soul. Perhaps it's time to consider a name change to the 'funky feud' :)
After watching several episodes critically I agree that the questions can be a bit too risqué for a family programme. BUT I am appalled by the racially charged comments here. Why is it bad when the black race dominate something good not that I am saying the do as some ignorant people have stated here. Even to the extent that someone said they have had their say ..we now have a black president. ...and something to do with prevent a Mexican from becoming president. ...shame on you for having such ridiculous thoughts. What gave you the right to think that a Mexican can't be president are they less human. What makes you believe that whites are better than any other race...is the blood running through the veins of whites liquid gold whereas the rest of us have plain old plasma...it's ignorant people like you that cause trouble where there's none. As someone said its a damn TV show...why should you use that as the catalyst to be insulting to your fellow human being. We are all humans inhabiting the planet Earth ..no one is better than the other person and I don't think Steve Harvey treat the families differently as per their race or colour.
What I have noticed is that sometimes some families have their points miscalculated and even that is in a few occasions.

I watch Family Fued regularly. I am Indian origin. On today's show 10/29/14, I noticed that the answer was gun/weapon. The contestant was a black family and she answered- whip and she got it right. Also, I have noticed that in the final survey run to win the big bucks, the blacks are always given easy questions and the number 1 answer has atleast 40+ points while the white families have the number 1 answer with 20 to 25 points in the survey. This is very unfair.
Steve Harvey "appears" to favor African American families, over Caucasian, Latino, etc. Steve Harvey works for the show/network...he acts in a way that he is told to. He is the reason I continue to watch the Family Fued on GSN.

It seems to me that other races are a bit jealous of the African American face appearing on television a lot more now. What seems to be the problem? Where were your concerns when the game show consisted of majority white families against white families? I like the diversity. Look around people, other races exist! White, black, green, or purple, bottom line is Steve show that we all can make ### of ourselves at times, and it's not just blacks with ignorant responses when doing so.

I think steve Harvey is a racists. The show on 12-30-14 the black family won and he said thank god and they won 20, 000 dollars. I think that's what is wrong with todays people. They don't even know how there own race is.
Family Feud is my favorite game show. Actually, it's the only one I watch. Yes, I have noticed the way Steve tends to treat the black families better but deal with it. I personally don't care if there's more black families on the show. So what? It's unfair he tends to give them more chances but he'll stop when enough complaints on in. I love the show and Steve. However, this show has the lamest prizes than all the game shows. $20, 000 for five people? And maybe a car if they win all the way through? Who gets the car out of the five? Why is it done like that? On other game shows, you can win $20, 000 within minutes if you're lucky. Family Feud needs to up their game on the prizes. Maybe 20, 000 per person.
Then there's the famous Mastrino Brothers that went on the show to hustle more money for themselves ( I guess one of the brothers has a charity for his kid but apparently their mother stole all of the family's money for herself and now the "brothers" are fighting over it online.
