Sale never went through due to their website glitch or something.
Bought a Colt fro FF. Filled everything out correctly twice. Instead of completing the sale at the end it simply returned to the start page. Sent email got some double-talk back. Did everything correctly but FF never did respond back with a remedy. never experienced anything like this before. I gave up as anyone would. leaves me feeling very skeptical of this company. Won't ever go back.
Unprofessional Owner Accuses New Customer of Scamming, Cancels Order
People with attitudes can't provide proper service. The owner, Chad, had some issues. He accused me of being a scammer, even though I am a new customer who simply wanted to make a purchase on his website. It's a shame because he could have made some money from my order. However, he decided to cancel it and label me as a scammer. It's quite amusing, to be honest.

Nightmare Experience with F&F: Unreliable, Unresponsive, and No Regard for Customers
About a year ago, I decided to place an order with F&F. Boy, was that a mistake! I patiently waited for my order to arrive, but two whole weeks went by and still no sign of it. I tried reaching out to them multiple times, but guess what? They never answered their phone! Can you believe it?
Finally, after what felt like forever, I managed to get a hold of the owner. He told me they were waiting on uppers for my order. Okay, fair enough. But then, out of nowhere, he changed his story and said they were waiting on lowers instead. I was starting to get frustrated, you know? And to make matters worse, they continued to ignore my calls. Can you believe it?
After a lot of persistence, I finally managed to reach the owner again. This time, he told me he was out on deliveries and promised to check into my order once he got back to the office. He even said he would call me back in two hours. Well, guess what? Two hours turned into a whole day, and what did I receive? An email. An email telling me that my order had been canceled. Can you believe it?
I immediately called the owner, demanding an explanation. He had the audacity to blame it on the girl in the office, saying she must have canceled it by mistake. He then had the nerve to tell me that I would have to wait up to seven days, or maybe even longer, to get my refund. Can you believe it?
Well, I wasn't about to let them get away with this. I threatened to involve my financial institution if they didn't give me my money back. And you know what? Just one hour later, I miraculously received my refund. Can you believe it?
Let me tell you, my experience with F&F was nothing short of a nightmare. I strongly advise you to steer clear of this company. They are unreliable, unresponsive, and clearly have no regard for their customers. Save yourself the headache and find a more trustworthy firearms seller. Trust me, you'll thank me later.
Beware of Buying: Terrible Customer Service and Exorbitant Restocking Fees

This store ain't all about that good ol' customer service, ya know? They reckon that if ya waste their precious time and decide to shop somewhere else, they gonna slap ya with a hefty 20% restocking fee if ya try to return somethin' within 7 days. And get this, even if ya never take that item outta the store, they still gonna charge ya! Spend a grand, and they only gonna give ya back 800 bucks. Ain't that a kick in the pants? I reckon y'all should steer clear of this store for any reason. Now, I might be in the minority here, but since they don't give a hoot 'bout takin' care of their customers, I ain't ever comin' back. What they do care 'bout is takin' advantage of folks who change their mind on a purchase durin' these tough times. If ya find the same item somewhere else for a lower price, ya got every right to shop there. This store be chargin' way too much for their stuff and they don't even feel bad 'bout it.

ZERO STARS! I really don't recommend dealing with Family Firearms. Don't bother trying to talk to them because they get easily frustrated. I'm 57 years old and let me tell you, this was the worst online buying experience ever. I'm so disappointed! Their website is super misleading and they demand attention by using all capital letters. You can see all the anger issues and red flags right from the top of the page. I bought a pistol that they claimed was IN STOCK. I even contacted my FFL and got a copy of his license to email it to them, hoping to speed up the process and make the transaction smooth. They say that in-stock items ship within 1-5 business days. So, after waiting for 12 days with no updates, I reached out to them to check the status of my order. Turns out, IN STOCK and IN STOCK LOCAL are two different things. When I made the purchase, it was shown as IN STOCK and according to their website, it should have shipped out within the first week. But nope, my purchase was in the green box that said "IN STOCK," yet there was a long wait because they had to go through their distributor to get it! Sonnie, the guy I dealt with, became really rude and unprofessional when I asked to cancel my order. Only then did he inform me that the firearm was "supposed" to arrive at their facility on the same day (how convenient). And when I questioned the 12-day timeframe that had already passed, we talked about their cancellation policy fees, and he got angry and decided to cancel the order and give me a full refund. He even had the nerve to tell me I was fired as a customer and blocked my newly created account and my access to their website. I've never seen a business be so rude just because they lost a sale. His website and emails used to have Bible quotes and religious notes, but they were all gone from the last emails I got from him. He likes to pretend to be a nice guy and use religion, but when he gets frustrated with a customer, his attitude changes. I guess he'll remove all that from his response to my feedback. What a true narcissist! His actions were so immature and unprofessional, it's unbelievable. *** I wasn't even gonna bother leaving this review until I found out he blocked my personal internet service provider address from accessing their website. But guess what? I can still see it using my mobile internet, and I can also use any other WiFi service! Trust me, blocking me and firing me as a customer was unnecessary because I would never do business with them again, even if they were the only shop on Earth. So get a life and grow up, don't treat people like this! Congrats on earning this feedback, you totally deserved it. And I'll make sure to leave more reviews for you elsewhere. God bless, haha.

Don't bother trying to communicate with them because they are easily frustrated, I am 57 years old and this was the WORST online buying experience Ive Ever encountered, Very disappointing!
