Fanduel cheating me on live casino blackjack
I had a 6,3 showing and the dealer had a 6 showing. My bet was $60, I double down to make it $120. They flipped a face card. Then somehow it “glitches” and the next thing I see is then taking the cards away and I had lost. I stopped everything and talked to support. They “claimed” that I had a 9 and 3. Why would I double down when I had 12 against the dealers bust card? This is blackjack 101. After they didn’t believe me and nothing was done, I requested that tho e last 5 cards that were just in play be turned over. All of the sudden they deactivated the table and kicked me out of the support chat. How convenient when I requested some proof they did that. All they needed to do was show me that I was wrong and that would’ve been that. Instead they made it even more obvious they were not truthful. I took screenshots throughout with time stamps for proof. All this over $120 bet. How can anyone trust them after that?
Desired outcome: Bare minimum my $120 back, but in reality after all this I should be paid the $240 that I should’ve won. I was showing 19 already against your 6,8.
Fanduel fraudulent charges
Woke up to several charges taken on my debit card this morning. I have never even been on the Fanduel site. I called my bank as soon as I saw the charges. They are going to issue Provisional Credits for the transactions, but I'm concerned that the charges will come out before they are stopped and Fanduel will argue the charges. Reported my card and awaiting a new one. I live on a very tight income, so I would never spend money this way.
Desired outcome: Charges be removed and any fees that are charged reversed.
Wagering on FanDuel
I've played Fantasy Football for about 10 years never winning anything big. Then when they came to Pennsylvania the fantasy games became less as they forced you to bet more on sports and their horrible casino games especially slot machines. Well I finally won a 3 team pro football parlay in which I bet $100 and cashed out for $880. The next day after 10 years my account was suspended for suspicious inconsistent irregularities. I tried to call and chat with a live person but that's next to impossible. Today 3 days later they sent me a letter requesting my (1) bank debit card that I've bet with for 10 years; (2) my Driver's License; and (3) a picture of me holding a newspaper with today's date. FanDuel made me feel like I'm some kind of criminal for winning. I decided I don't need FanDuel and their horrible customer service.

September 30 2022. For the last week or so I have been playing cash eruptions on fanduel now I play this game on many platforms but like all the others games it I unfair I no by playing this game on multiple site fanduels odd are greatly decreased. I unfair how much money you can spend on this site and never see a decent win. For instance when I play this game on DraftKings I always get fre spins and bonus round on fanduel it’s rare . I just pumped probably 150 bucks into fanduel cash erosion and I got very few bonus or free spins and my best win was like 14-18 dollars. I just tired of fanduel saying they are fair play but the results don’t show. You play a lot of money on there slots and the bonus rounds for and game are always week and unfair . Don’t call your self fair when you not.Yes I’ve won nice a few time but the wins vs what you put in are garbage compared to other sites. Fanduel is by far one of the worst casinos online. You talk to no humans at all if you complain or ask a question you never get an answer they will E-MAIL you stating we check seen nothing wrong your case has been closed you can send in 100 complaints it always comes back the same. I play on alot of sites and this is the worst, I play $6 to $10 dollars a spin on DaVinci Diamonds over $2,700.00 and finally hit the BONUS it paid me nothing at all the next spin i hit the BONUS again it paid me $40.00 tried to complain and they e-mail me NOTHING WRONG HERE I CALL [censored]. Unauthorized bank accounts charges
On February 22, 2022 Fanduel Inc, Roar Digital, BetMGM withdrew WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION $10,000.00 from my business account and $4,500.00 from my personal account at Chase Bank. I opened dispute, Chase Bank initiated investigation but received responses from these companies that authorization was given by Telecheck - no proofs were provided from what phone or computer was given authorization. My identity was thieved, my accounts at Chase Bank were hacked, and these companies stole my money. I already opened police investigation and will report these companies to FBI. I request my money back.

On 4/1/22 I joined Bovada online Sportsbook to bet Futures on Tiger Woods at Masters 4/7/22. I bet the $100 I deposited, & won $50 (on Tiger finishing in top 10, first day. 4/7/22. That was my first, only, & last sports bet ever. My so-called matching $100 Bonus was "Locked", so as I am a regular horse bettor on TVG for years, with no problems, & familiar with horse betting, I waited till Derby Day 5/7/22. Did not bet Derby, but bet horse #9 (in the 9th race at Curchiil) $10/win, $10/place, & $10/show. The 9 horse won, & Bovada listed my winnings as $119 (have screenshot) When I could not access any of $100 "Bonus" or "Winnings I finally got past Robots in "Chat" suggesting articles to read, & got a Human, he said I would have to bet $5000 more on their website before I could get "Bonus" Obviously I missed this in the pages of "Fine Print". Finally a supervisor told me how to "FORFEIT" Bogus Bonus to "Unlock" my funds. I did, $119 was available to withdraw, so I tried. An email said it would take two weeks or so to get check. Then 4/16/22 they say they can't "Verify" the address I've lived at for over two years, USPS delivers my mail there, Re-sent address, then today "Chat" guy says my email "does not exist in their system" I have Screenshot of account page with "Withdrawable" funds & my email address there. On supper bowl night! I had my neighbor place a ten Dollar bet on the Rams. I didn't have a credit card so I asked my neighbor to please use his credit card for I could be able to win $285 Dollars. As of this Date I haven't received any kind of payment from fanduel. We place the bet along with a couple of other bets with the same credit card. All the bets were accepted by fanduel. Now! Hi my name is Wilson Cardona I am not getting any reply from fan duel customer service for my account was suspended for over a month for no apparent reason besides them saying multiple accounts which was not true . I had $169 in my account and after a month they finally reopened my account but with $0 as if they took my $169 . The following week, 9/8/21, I received an email from FaDuel stating my account has been suspended due to some inconsistent activity. No specifics but I suspect their system didn't know how to handle a vpn. Since then, I had contacted customer service multiple times. They can't help me because the account is suspended. FanDuel had requested copies of my drivers license, credit card, and a picture of me holding a paper with the day's date on it in order to confirm my identity. All of which I provided. Still no resolution. FanDuel should either activate my account or refund my account balance. Instead, all they do is stall.
