Warning: FanPass is a Scam! Do Not Use Their Services!
I have to warn you guys, do not use FanPass! I paid for tickets for a game on the 23rd December but until now, I still haven't got them. I reported the issue to them but they didn't even bother to respond. It's such a shame because they are cheating people! I demand my money back and a compensation for ruining my Christmas as well as my client's Christmas. I will be going to the newspaper and report them because I can see they are cheating a lot of people.
Surely they're aware of the issue because I have photos from the tracking site and I did send it to them but with no response still. I know there is nothing wrong with the address because I checked it twice and asked if I could change the delivery address but they said no, so it was always going to Manchester from the start. I want my money refunded to me tomorrow. If not, I'm going to report them to the police. They didn't wait for me until Monday so I won't wait for my Monday either. I also demand compensation. What is your claim policy by the way?
To make matters worse, today is the game day but UPS is not working on Sundays. What a waste of opportunity that is! And guess what? They sent me the tickets ONE DAY AFTER the game. It's so ridiculous that they're not replying to my emails and they don't even have a phone to contact them. I can confidently say that FanPass is a SCAM! Don't use their services!
Review of Fanpass: Disappointing Customer Service and Misleading Ticket Information
I decided to go for a football match between Chelsea and Tottenham on January 23, 2022 and I thought Fanpass would be the perfect option for purchasing tickets. I picked my desired section - ELS4 which was said to be in the middle. However, when I arrived at the stadium, I was surprised to find that my ticket was for ELS1. This section was situated in the corner close to the away end.
I felt disappointed and immediately contacted the customer service department at Fanpass to make a complaint. However, they didn't respond positively and told me that ELS4 accounted for the entire lower sections of the east stand! This simply didn't make sense to me as I distinctly remember selecting a specific section while making the purchase. Plus, my ticket clearly stated ELS4 Row: best! I paid a premium price for what I thought was a great seat in the middle. Instead, I got a seat in the corner.
Despite numerous attempts, Fanpass did not respond and help resolve the issue. I am feeling frustrated and let down as their lack of response has left me feeling like I have been robbed. I wonder if anyone else has had a similar experience and can advise me on how to take this matter further.
The most ridiculous thing is that Fanpass went on to say that ELS4 accounted for the whole lower section after I complained. This just seems like a cover-up to me and it leaves me feeling cheated. I do have proof of having purchased the ticket for section ELS4, but it seems like they are not willing to help me out.
Overall, my experience with Fanpass has been disappointing and I would not recommend them to others. It is not okay to make changes in the ticket without informing a customer, especially when they have paid a premium price. I hope Fanpass will improve their customer service in the future and take care of such issues to keep their customers happy and safe.
Avoid Fanpass.co.uk for Match Tickets: Terrible Service and Failure to Deliver
I recently placed an order for the Tottenham-Huddersfield match through Fanpass.co.uk. After completing the transaction, I received a confirmation email which also informed me that the ticket would be delivered at least 3 hours before kick-off, which was scheduled for 12:30 pm.
Since I was familiar with the rules, I waited patiently for the tickets to arrive as I had paid for them. Unfortunately, as early as 9:00 am, I was already getting worried as the tickets had not arrived as expected, despite being informed that they would be delivered by 9:30 am.
At 9:30 am, I was forced to leave my hotel which was quite a distance from the Tottenham stadium, without receiving the tickets. I immediately contacted Fanpass through email inquiring about the tickets but did not receive any response. I was starting to feel frustrated and annoyed.
Upon arrival at the stadium, I still had not received the tickets and attempted to contact Fanpass through multiple emails. However, the replies I received were unhelpful and did not solve the issue. Their response kept insisting that a person named Sam was attempting to contact me.
Finally, they gave me his contact number for me to call him, and I spoke to him, but our conversation was unfruitful. He kept insisting that he could not deliver the tickets to me. Despite attempts to contact him repeatedly, he refused to pick up my calls. Fanpass continued to inform me that he was trying to reach out to me, but I never received any calls from him.
I even gave them my friend's number to confirm if the problem was related to my phone, but even that didn't work as Sam kept refusing to pick up calls. I waited until 1:00 pm, but still, the tickets never arrived, and I never received any calls or emails. It was very terrible as it ruined my mood entirely, and I felt like a complete loser.
The entire experience was stressful, and in the end, I had to leave the stadium without watching the match I had paid for. It was disturbing, and I feel it is very unfair, and I strongly demand a refund as I feel cheated by Fanpass. Overall, I would not recommend this service to anyone, and I urge potential customers to stay away from Fanpass as they deliver poor service.
FanPass Review: Reliable Protection for Customers on the Secondary Market
I recently bought tickets for the upcoming Chelsea-Liverpool football match at FanPass website. I chose downloadable tickets because I was traveling to the match. However, as the event day was approaching, the tickets were still not available for download. I decided to contact customer service to find out what was happening.
Thankfully, they replied quickly with the response of a real human being within an hour of contacting them. They asked me to be patient while they contacted the seller. After a day or so, I received a text message from the seller stating that the tickets were only available in paper form. This situation seemed fishy to me because the seller’s name was different from the name on the account. I also noticed that they weren't responding to my texts for days.
I contacted customer service again, and they responded quickly like my last interaction. They confirmed that they understood my position and guaranteed to cancel the order with a refund process that would take ten days.
I visited my FanPass account this morning to check if the order had been cancelled. To my surprise, they had already recorded that the order has been cancelled. Just now, my credit card company notified me that the tickets had been fully refunded to my account. This refund was much earlier than the ten days they had anticipated.
In conclusion, my interactions with FanPass lead me to believe that they are a professional and lawful company that takes the protection of their customers seriously. They understand that there are inherent risks with secondary market sales, and they have policies in place to protect customers from fraudulent behaviour. I would happily recommend FanPass to anyone looking to buy or sell tickets on the secondary market.
Disappointing Experience Purchasing Tickets from FanPass for Aston Villa vs Liverpool Game
My experience with FanPass was quite frustrating, to be honest. I purchased 6 tickets for the Aston Villa vs Liverpool game on the 14th of December 2019. Even though the tickets were not confirmed yet, FanPass went ahead and charged me over ?400. The next day, the seller confirmed the tickets and promised delivery. However, over the weekend, I repeatedly checked the website to see if there was any update, but all I saw was a note of delivery pending.
As I heard nothing back, I decided to contact FanPass using their instant messaging option. I informed them that I had not received the tickets or any information regarding them. On the day of the match, I received a message from the seller saying he received the tickets late, and that he couldn't deliver them to me. Unfortunately, I was at work, and did not receive the message until 14.30 pm, which meant it was impossible for me to attend the game. I immediately asked why he didn't communicate earlier with me. He apologized and promised to tell FanPass to issue me a refund.
However, when I reached out to FanPass, they refused to issue a refund claiming that the fault wasn't on their side. This was despite the fact that the seller acknowledged he was late to deliver the tickets, and FanPass didn't reply to my enquiry regarding the tickets' whereabouts the day before the game.
Overall, I felt quite disappointed, and I urge FanPass to contact me via email to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
FanPass - A Complete Sham! Hidden surprise handling fees and unprofessional customer service. Don't waste your money
So I was thinking about getting tickets to this big sports event I've been waiting for a long time. I stumbled upon FanPass, a ticket reselling website, and I thought it would be a great deal. However, I soon found out that their website is a complete sham.
First off, they claim that there are no hidden costs, but that's just a straight-up lie. When you go through the ordering process, the ticket price you see is not actually the final price. They added ?65 for 'handling fees' which was not mentioned anywhere in the ordering process. I even went through 5 steps of ordering and delivery process but did not see any mention of handling fees.
When I emailed them to complain, their responses were very dismissive, and it seems like they don't care a bit about their customers. They explained to me that the handling fee was for their service and to cover the delivery. But if that was the case, then why does it state throughout the ordering process that delivery was free? It appears that they add this handling fee at the very end of your ordering process, which easily missed. I mean, how can you change the price at the final step of my order when you state on your website that the ticket price is final?
I was hesitant at first to write this review, but then I found out that I'm not alone in feeling ripped off by Fanpass. Apparently, many people have faced the same problem and have left negative reviews on Trustpilot. However, FanPass does not seem to care about their negative reviews on there, as they have not responded to them. But they seem to have the time to respond to my email with a sarcastic message instead. Very unprofessional, in my opinion.
My advice to anyone looking to buy tickets to any event, don't use FanPass. They are completely unprofessional and have no concept of customer service so don't waste your money. And to the folks over at FanPass, I hope you do improve your service, but at this point, I'm not exactly holding my breath.
Terrible Experience with Fanpass: Rules Ignored, Fees Charged, and Scammed with Fake Tickets
I have got to tell ya, my experience with Fanpass was a real downer, and I read all of their Terms & Conditions! Let me just say, they don't give a hoot about those rules.
They claim to protect buyers as soon as they buy a ticket, but let me tell ya, that's a load of bunk. I found a great deal on two football tickets and jumped on it, thinking I was good to go. But then I waited and waited for the seller to confirm the sale, and they never did. So after 24 hours, the same tickets were back for sale! Unbelievable.
So I bought them again only to get a message from Fanpass (they were quick on that, gotta give 'em that) telling me that it happens all the time and that the tickets are put back up for sale automatically but only once. I mean, come on, Fanpass, this is outrageous! According to their rules, the seller should have been punished for this and I should have gotten better tickets for the same price, but nope, didn't happen.
Wanna know what did happen? Fanpass charged me an arm and a leg for their fees (165 bucks!) and the seller still didn't confirm the sale. And yep, you guessed it, the tickets were back up for sale AGAIN. At this point, I knew I was getting scammed, but I bought them again just to prove my point - and guess what? The tickets were still up for sale even after that!
I don't know what to say, other than it's pretty obvious that Fanpass is playing me for a fool. They aren't following their own rules, they're charging me an absurd amount for their services, and worst of all, they could be letting anyone sell fake tickets on their site. I mean, how do I know if the tickets I'm buying even exist?
All in all, I'd say you should steer clear of Fanpass. I hope to hear back from them soon about this situation, but honestly, I don't think anything is going to change.
Fanpass: A Clever but Very Untasty Scam" - My Experience with a Fake Company
So I recently "bought" some tickets from Fanpass (fanpass.co.uk) for my son's special gift of attending the Tottenham-Man U game. Of course, I wanted to make sure I purchased from a trustable and certified seller, and they claimed to be just that. However, things quickly went downhill from there.
I tried to contact them two weeks before the game, but no answer other than a standard reply. It was frustrating that they had no phone number for me to reach them. Finally, five days before the match, I received an email saying they tried to contact their "trusted and certified seller," but no luck. I kept emailing them, but still no answers.
Just two days before the game, they offered me away supporters tickets from a partner at half value. However, they still had regular tickets for sale on their site. I reluctantly agreed since I already had flights and a hotel booked, and my son was excitedly anticipating this experience.
On the day of the match, five hours before the game, I received a sudden email saying the away tickets were at my hotel. We rushed back across London to the hotel, only to find out that there were no tickets. We waited for an hour, but still nothing. It was all part of their scam, and I was foolish enough to trust them.
Now, back in Denmark, they refuse to refund me because the partner supposedly delivered the tickets to the hotel. I even got the hotel to write a note claiming they never received the tickets, but Fanpass still doesn't believe me or the hotel. My son and I had to spend extra money trying to get tickets and trying to contact Fanpass, all while being devastated by the experience.
Their customer service is non-existent, and their idea of a response is just a canned reply. Don't ever buy from this fake company. They took my hard-earned money and left my son and me with unfulfilled dreams. It's a clever but very untasty scam.
I wouldn't recommend using Fanpass to anyone. They claim to be a trusted and certified seller, but their actions prove otherwise. Don't be fooled by their promises, or else you'll end up like me, empty-handed and disappointed.
FanPass Review: Fraudulent Tickets and No Customer Service
Hey guys,
I just wanted to share my experience with FanPass, and to say that I'm really disappointed with their service. To be honest, it's not surprising given the back and forth I had with their support team.
Basically, I bought some tickets on their website and when I presented the confirmation to the Chelsea FC ticket office, they told me it was fraudulent and recommended me to report it to the police. I even have a note from the ticket office saying "report fraud to police". I mean, how can FanPass be a legit partner of Chelsea if the tickets they sell are fake? I tried to find their name on Chelsea's website, but with no luck.
On top of that, UPS lost the package during shipping, so I never even received the tickets. I had to call UPS myself and they said they would investigate and compensate if they're at fault. But FanPass did not help me at all and remained silent. I spent £640 for nothing, and they didn't even try to recover a single penny. I'm not ruling out the possibility that they did ask for compensation from UPS, but kept the money themselves.
When I confronted them about this, they denied all responsibility and kept repeating false statements. For example, they said that I could "track" my parcel on their website, but I couldn't find it. When I told them that, they just kept insisting that I could. They even told me that the reason I couldn't track it was my phone. Like seriously? I sent them screenshots and they ignored them. It's like they're trying to ignore my messages and get out of trouble.
I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but I just want to warn people that FanPass is not a trustworthy company. I've even taken legal action against them. It's important to stand up for social justice and eliminate these fraudulent companies.
FanPass: A Fraudulent Business to Avoid for Ticket Purchases
As someone who is new to the UK, I was excited to attend my first football/soccer game in London. I searched online for tickets and came across FanPass, which was the first website that appeared on my search results. I purchased two tickets for the Chelsea vs. Manchester United game in October 2018, with the game scheduled for October 20th.
However, things did not go as smoothly as planned. FanPass emailed me on October 8th, stating that they had shipped the tickets to my home address in London. However, after a week passed, the tickets still had not arrived. When I tried to contact FanPass, I found that there was no phone number listed on their website, and they were unresponsive to emails.
After a long and frustrating back-and-forth with FanPass, I finally found out that the tickets had been lost in shipping, with UPS being responsible for delivering the parcel. I immediately called UPS, and they told me that the shipper (FanPass) needed to request an investigation process. However, FanPass refused to take any responsibility and blamed me for not receiving the tickets.
As a last resort, I went to the Chelsea Stadium on the day of the game, hoping to sort out the situation. However, to my shock and disappointment, I found out that FanPass was not an authorized agent of Chelsea Football Club, and the tickets I had purchased were drastically overpriced. I had paid ?637.71 in total for 2 tickets, including more than ?120 "handling fee," while the average ticket price was only ?50-70 British pound. The ticket office staff advised me to report FanPass for fraud.
I attempted to contact FanPass again after hearing this news, hoping that they would provide a refund or other assistance, but they refused to accept any responsibility for the situation.
Overall, I would strongly advise anyone against using FanPass for purchasing tickets. As someone who was new to the UK and unfamiliar with the process, I made the mistake of trusting them, but they turned out to be a fraudulent business. It is crucial to do your research and only purchase tickets from authorized agents to avoid being scammed and losing your hard-earned money.

Disappointing Ticket Purchase Experience with No Refund
I had a regrettable experience purchasing tickets for the Liverpool vs. Saint-Gilloise Europa League match through Fanpass. My transaction took place on 29th September 2023, with the understanding that tickets would be provided 24 hours before the match. However, Fanpass failed to deliver the tickets within the agreed timeframe.
The failure to uphold their end of the agreement led to a significant disruption in my plans to attend the match, causing frustration and disappointment. To exacerbate the situation, Fanpass has refused to issue a full refund for this failed transaction, adding further dissatisfaction to an already disappointing experience
Desired outcome: Fully Refund
FanPass Review: Terrible Customer Service and a Major Mistake in Ticketing
I wanted to buy tickets for the chelsea vs Arsenal game, and I found FanPass (fanpass.co.uk). I was really excited to get good seats, so I paid 599.76 for 2 longside lower tickets. But when I got to the game, I was surprised to find out that my tickets were not for the lower section. They were for the longside upper section, which is much cheaper. I was really disappointed and upset.
So I complained to FanPass about the mistake. But they ignored me completely at first. I had to threaten to take it to the ombudsman before they finally responded. Even then, they insisted that I had purchased the upper tickets, despite the fact that I had clear evidence showing otherwise. I showed them a screenshot of my purchase process and my credit card bill, but they still refused to admit that they had made a mistake.
So now I am taking legal action against them. I am collecting evidence and preparing to make a small court claim. It's been a hassle and a headache, and I don't recommend anyone else use FanPass. If any of you have had a similar experience, please reach out to me at ***@hotmail.com.
Overall, I was really disappointed with the way FanPass handled this situation. Their customer service was terrible, and they refused to admit their mistake even when presented with clear evidence. It's a shame, because I was really looking forward to the game, and I thought that FanPass would provide a good service. But in the end, they let me down. So if you're thinking about using their website, I would advise you to look elsewhere.
FanPass Review: Unauthorized Ticket Seller Leads to Disappointment and Financial Loss
So, I wanted to share my experience buying tickets through FanPass. I was excited to purchase 2 tickets for the Chelsea v Liverpool game at Stamford Bridge. However, things did not go as well as I had hoped.
When I arrived at the game, I was shocked to find out that the tickets I had purchased were rejected outright. The ticket steward told me that the tickets had different names than mine and my friend's. It was frustrating to learn that FanPass is not an authorized seller/reseller of game tickets.
As a result, I lost a large amount of money! I was absolutely gutted! It felt like I had been robbed in broad daylight. I don't recommend buying tickets from FanPass, they should be closed down!
I've sent them an email and I'm waiting to hear back from them. I'll update this review once I receive an email reply from FanPass.

Avoid Fanpass: Terrible Experience and No Guarantees
i had a well bad experience with fanpass cuz i bought a ticket for the match between liverpool and manc city for a specific day (saturday 13th of january) but the day of the match was postponed in one day and i had to go back home the next day. i had come all the way to liverpool just for the game and fanpass didn't give me no solution. they just told me to speak with the seller who wanted to pay me less than the half of the original price for the ticket. a serious company would at least give some guarantees to respect the original conditions but fanpass just left me out on my own. i missed my flight and it was a really stressful situation. i wouldn't recommend fanpass to nobody and i think people should avoid this company. there are better options out there and ones that won't scam you. stay away from fanpass if you don't wanna lose your money and your time.
Beware of Touts Selling Tickets on FanPass: A Cautionary Tale
I recently purchased tickets for a Premier League match on FanPass, and had quite the experience. The seller I bought from informed me that they were unable to deliver the tickets, but that someone would meet me at the stadium. I tried to get in touch with the seller multiple times to ask for the tickets to be delivered, but each time they told me that someone would be there soon.
To my frustration, after the match had already started, the seller informed me that the person responsible for delivering the tickets had actually been arrested and that I would not be receiving them. Truth be told, I began to suspect that this seller never had any tickets to begin with. It's difficult to understand how FanPass is able to verify that their sellers even have tickets to sell.
I want to stress that I am aware of the many positive reviews that FanPass has received overall. However, I highly advise potential buyers to beware of touts selling tickets that they may not actually have. In my case, I still have not received a refund for the tickets I thought I would be receiving. But, let's be real, we all know sub-optimal outcomes can occur sometimes in life. So, if you want to take a chance on this site, just be aware of the risks.
My Disappointing Experience with FanPass Ticket Service
So, I gotta say that my experience with FanPass wasn't so hot. I was jonesin' to go to the Chealse-Valencia match the other night but, living outside of GB, had to order the tickets to the hotel I was stayin' at. No big deal, I thought, and submitted the hotel address provided by Google Maps. After a day, FanPass sent me an email confirmatin' that the tickets were delivered to the hotel. But when I got to the hotel, no tickets were to be found!
Anyhoo, after some investigatin' and callin' around, it turns out that the tickets were possibly delivered elsewhere because there was an error in the address. However, instead of helpin' me sort it out, FanPass just kinda blamed everyone else involved. I only had three hours until the game started, and nobody was able to help me find the tickets in that time. As you can imagine, I ended up missin' the game.
Now, I did get some emails from FanPass but they didn't actually provide any useful information- just the same address I initially gave 'em even though I clearly told 'em that the tickets weren't there. So, now I'm here writin' this review hopin' that I can maybe get a refund for the tickets. TBH, I'm not really holdin' my breath on that one.
Overall, I was pretty disappointed with FanPass- while the initial process of orderin' the tickets was fine, the customer service and follow-through left a lot to be desired. So, if you're thinkin' of using FanPass, just be sure you double, maybe triple check the address and make sure you've got enough time to iron out any potential issues.
FanPass Deception: False Advertising and Lack of Transparency in Ticket Sales
I wrote my thoughts about FanPass on trustpilot.com, but the response I received was definitely not from a human. I shared my experience about purchasing tickets for Liverpool vs. Atletico on March 11th, and it was far from a smooth process. The biggest issue I encountered was that the website advertised "no restriction view" (I can show proof with a screenshot if needed), but when I arrived at the stadium, I couldn't see a portion of the field.
Basically, they blamed it on the sellers and said that sometimes details about the seats are missing. But if the seller provides the exact location, it will be clearly visible on the listing below the categories.
I believe this is a clear case of deception, and they are misleading the consumers. I demand action be taken regarding this issue, and that I receive a refund for my purchase.
My order number is 1745080. I hope that in the future, FanPass will be more transparent and honest in their dealings with customers.
Beware of FanPass: Slow Refunds and Customer Service Nightmare
Ok, so let me tell you about my experience with FanPass. Last October I was super excited to go to a Champions League game and I ordered 3 tickets from them. However, as luck would have it, the tickets never arrived. So the day before the big game, I reached out to FanPass to see what the deal was.
To be fair, they did offer to look for alternative tickets for me, but I wasn't interested in that. I just wanted my money back. They told me I would receive a refund within 14 days. Well, guess what? It's been SIX WHOLE MONTHS and I still haven't seen a penny!
I've sent them a bunch of emails, but they just ignore me. They keep saying I can contact their team for help, but honestly, that hasn't worked out so well for me. It really feels like they're on a permanent vacation or something!
So, that's my experience with FanPass. Not looking so good, is it? But then, out of nowhere, I got a response from them. Apparently, they DID process my refund, which I guess is good news.
But still, it shouldn't have taken so long and it definitely shouldn't have been so hard to get in touch with them. Oh well, I guess all's well that ends well. If you have any issues with FanPass, I'd suggest emailing their team and seeing if they can help you out. But don't expect a speedy response!
WARNING: My Terrible Experience with FanPass – Don't Fall Victim to This Scam!
I'm writing this review to warn you about my experience with FanPass, and let me tell you, it's not a pleasant one. At first, I thought this website was the perfect solution to sell my tickets for the much-anticipated Arsenal V Manchester City match that's playing today on 01/01/22. Unfortunately, I was wrong.
Despite the first couple of 5-star reviews that I read, I soon discovered that this website is nothing but a scam. I listed my tickets easily enough, but within a couple of days, both my listings had completely vanished. I immediately contacted FanPass twice, using both the normal email and the complaints email, but I received no response. It's been a week now, and I'm still waiting to hear back from them.
The worst part is that I've been robbed of approximately ?200 in broad daylight. When you list your tickets on the website, you have the option to upload a screenshot of the ticket itself, which is what I did. I foolishly believed this would prove that I was the legitimate owner of the tickets, but it turns out that the people working at FanPass are nothing but scammers, and they have stolen my tickets.
I'm writing this review to warn you not to make the same mistake that I did. Please avoid this website at all costs. It's a complete scam, and you're better off using other websites to sell your tickets.
If by any chance FanPass responds to my emails and reimburses me for my stolen tickets, I'll come back and update this review. But until then, please stay away from this fraudulent website.
Disappointing service from FanPass - a warning to others
So, let me tell you about my recent experience with FanPass. I decided to order tickets through them as part of a 3 day short break. However, I was left very disappointed as the tickets didn't arrive as promised 48 hours before the event. I couldn't help but feel nervous, as I had already travelled nearly 300 miles prior to the event, and now my travel plans were in jeopardy.
I reached out to FanPass for assistance, but their response was extremely slow and unhelpful. It wasn't until 24 hours before the event that they finally contacted me to inform me that the tickets were e-tickets, so we set off on our journey.
However, things took a turn for the worse when we received another email later that day stating that the tickets had been posted. Unfortunately, this was after we had already gone 300 miles away. I tried to explain this to FanPass, but all they could say was "It says on our site we will post." I was left feeling frustrated and helpless, especially because they were unreachable via any means other than a very slow email service, which they called "Chat."
To be honest, this was by far the worst online purchasing experience I have ever had. I am overly disappointed with the service provided by FanPass - they are a real bunch of cowboys. I strongly suggest that you think twice before using them. It's just not worth the hassle!
Beware of FanPass: My Experience with Getting a Refund from an Illegal Third Party Site
I can't believe this, they deleted my review twice! I'm really upset and just had to leave another one because I feel like people need to know the truth about FanPass. I had been trying to get a refund from them for weeks after a sporting event I was supposed to attend was postponed due to the pandemic. But no matter what I did, they wouldn't give me my money back. It's so frustrating because we're all going through a really tough time right now and it just feels like they're taking advantage of that.
After a few weeks of dealing with them, I decided to reach out to the PR group for the club I was supposed to be watching to see if they could help. And that's when I received the shocking news that FanPass is actually an illegal third party site. I had no idea! It makes so much sense now why they're so difficult to work with and why they don't even have a phone number to contact them. It just feels shady to me.
Other companies are doing the right thing during this pandemic and offering refunds and flexibility to their customers. But not FanPass. It's just not right. Even Airbnb, which is a similar kind of platform as FanPass, is offering refunds to their customers. And they're a legal company!
I just think it's really important to call out bad behavior from companies like FanPass. We deserve better as customers and we shouldn't have to deal with this kind of nonsense.
