FanPass A complete scam

I want to share my deeply disappointing experience with Fanpass to warn others and prevent them from falling victim to this scam.
On 26 December, my family and I purchased tickets through Fanpass for a Manchester United match, spending a staggering £267.94. This was meant to be a dream come true for my 15-year-old son, who purchased the tickets in his excitement to see his favorite team play live. Sadly, that dream turned into heartbreak when we were denied entry at the venue.
To our dismay, we were explicitly instructed not to approach the counter or official staff, confirming that the tickets were fraudulent. We had flown all the way to the UK from abroad, hoping to give our son this once-in-a-lifetime experience. Instead, we were left stranded and devastated.
Despite repeated attempts to contact Fanpass, no refund has been issued. The entire experience left us emotionally and financially drained, with my son's dream utterly crushed.
For reference, our purchase was associated with +44 [protected], further validating this terrible incident.
I strongly advise everyone to avoid Fanpass entirely. They exploit fans’ hopes, leaving them broken-hearted and out of pocket. Learn from our experience — stick to official ticketing platforms and protect yourself from this scam.
Fanpass should be held accountable for the pain and loss they’ve caused to unsuspecting fans like us.

Fan pass had fraudulently scammed you. Immediately, initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card, as the tickets were fake. You should present evidence, which shows that you paid for the ticket and were denied access at the venue. Make a formal complaint to Action Fraud and Trading Standards about Fanpass selling counterfeit passes in UK. Alert other people using social media platforms and consumer review websites to avoid being sold fake tickets by the company. Don’t let them profit off your family’s heartbreak

FanPass Disappointing Ticket Purchase Experience with No Refund

I had a regrettable experience purchasing tickets for the Liverpool vs. Saint-Gilloise Europa League match through Fanpass. My transaction took place on 29th September 2023, with the understanding that tickets would be provided 24 hours before the match. However, Fanpass failed to deliver the tickets within the agreed timeframe.

The failure to uphold their end of the agreement led to a significant disruption in my plans to attend the match, causing frustration and disappointment. To exacerbate the situation, Fanpass has refused to issue a full refund for this failed transaction, adding further dissatisfaction to an already disappointing experience

FanPass FanPass Review: Terrible Customer Service and a Major Mistake in Ticketing

I wanted to buy tickets for the chelsea vs Arsenal game, and I found FanPass (fanpass.co.uk). I was really excited to get good seats, so I paid 599.76 for 2 longside lower tickets. But when I got to the game, I was surprised to find out that my tickets were not for the lower section. They were for the longside upper section, which is much cheaper. I was really disappointed and upset.

So I complained to FanPass about the mistake. But they ignored me completely at first. I had to threaten to take it to the ombudsman before they finally responded. Even then, they insisted that I had purchased the upper tickets, despite the fact that I had clear evidence showing otherwise. I showed them a screenshot of my purchase process and my credit card bill, but they still refused to admit that they had made a mistake.

So now I am taking legal action against them. I am collecting evidence and preparing to make a small court claim. It's been a hassle and a headache, and I don't recommend anyone else use FanPass. If any of you have had a similar experience, please reach out to me at ***@hotmail.com.

Overall, I was really disappointed with the way FanPass handled this situation. Their customer service was terrible, and they refused to admit their mistake even when presented with clear evidence. It's a shame, because I was really looking forward to the game, and I thought that FanPass would provide a good service. But in the end, they let me down. So if you're thinking about using their website, I would advise you to look elsewhere.

FanPass FanPass Review: Unauthorized Ticket Seller Leads to Disappointment and Financial Loss

So, I wanted to share my experience buying tickets through FanPass. I was excited to purchase 2 tickets for the Chelsea v Liverpool game at Stamford Bridge. However, things did not go as well as I had hoped.

When I arrived at the game, I was shocked to find out that the tickets I had purchased were rejected outright. The ticket steward told me that the tickets had different names than mine and my friend's. It was frustrating to learn that FanPass is not an authorized seller/reseller of game tickets.

As a result, I lost a large amount of money! I was absolutely gutted! It felt like I had been robbed in broad daylight. I don't recommend buying tickets from FanPass, they should be closed down!

I've sent them an email and I'm waiting to hear back from them. I'll update this review once I receive an email reply from FanPass.

FanPass Avoid Fanpass: Terrible Experience and No Guarantees

i had a well bad experience with fanpass cuz i bought a ticket for the match between liverpool and manc city for a specific day (saturday 13th of january) but the day of the match was postponed in one day and i had to go back home the next day. i had come all the way to liverpool just for the game and fanpass didn't give me no solution. they just told me to speak with the seller who wanted to pay me less than the half of the original price for the ticket. a serious company would at least give some guarantees to respect the original conditions but fanpass just left me out on my own. i missed my flight and it was a really stressful situation. i wouldn't recommend fanpass to nobody and i think people should avoid this company. there are better options out there and ones that won't scam you. stay away from fanpass if you don't wanna lose your money and your time.

FanPass Beware of Touts Selling Tickets on FanPass: A Cautionary Tale

I recently purchased tickets for a Premier League match on FanPass, and had quite the experience. The seller I bought from informed me that they were unable to deliver the tickets, but that someone would meet me at the stadium. I tried to get in touch with the seller multiple times to ask for the tickets to be delivered, but each time they told me that someone would be there soon.

To my frustration, after the match had already started, the seller informed me that the person responsible for delivering the tickets had actually been arrested and that I would not be receiving them. Truth be told, I began to suspect that this seller never had any tickets to begin with. It's difficult to understand how FanPass is able to verify that their sellers even have tickets to sell.

I want to stress that I am aware of the many positive reviews that FanPass has received overall. However, I highly advise potential buyers to beware of touts selling tickets that they may not actually have. In my case, I still have not received a refund for the tickets I thought I would be receiving. But, let's be real, we all know sub-optimal outcomes can occur sometimes in life. So, if you want to take a chance on this site, just be aware of the risks.

FanPass My Disappointing Experience with FanPass Ticket Service

So, I gotta say that my experience with FanPass wasn't so hot. I was jonesin' to go to the Chealse-Valencia match the other night but, living outside of GB, had to order the tickets to the hotel I was stayin' at. No big deal, I thought, and submitted the hotel address provided by Google Maps. After a day, FanPass sent me an email confirmatin' that the tickets were delivered to the hotel. But when I got to the hotel, no tickets were to be found!

Anyhoo, after some investigatin' and callin' around, it turns out that the tickets were possibly delivered elsewhere because there was an error in the address. However, instead of helpin' me sort it out, FanPass just kinda blamed everyone else involved. I only had three hours until the game started, and nobody was able to help me find the tickets in that time. As you can imagine, I ended up missin' the game.

Now, I did get some emails from FanPass but they didn't actually provide any useful information- just the same address I initially gave 'em even though I clearly told 'em that the tickets weren't there. So, now I'm here writin' this review hopin' that I can maybe get a refund for the tickets. TBH, I'm not really holdin' my breath on that one.

Overall, I was pretty disappointed with FanPass- while the initial process of orderin' the tickets was fine, the customer service and follow-through left a lot to be desired. So, if you're thinkin' of using FanPass, just be sure you double, maybe triple check the address and make sure you've got enough time to iron out any potential issues.

FanPass FanPass Deception: False Advertising and Lack of Transparency in Ticket Sales

I wrote my thoughts about FanPass on trustpilot.com, but the response I received was definitely not from a human. I shared my experience about purchasing tickets for Liverpool vs. Atletico on March 11th, and it was far from a smooth process. The biggest issue I encountered was that the website advertised "no restriction view" (I can show proof with a screenshot if needed), but when I arrived at the stadium, I couldn't see a portion of the field.

The response from the FanPass team was in French and said, "Les places sont list?es par des revendeurs (particuliers ou distributeurs interm?diaire) ce qui explique le fait que les details exactes des places ne sont pas toujours renseign?s. Lorsque l'emplacement exact est renseign? par le vendeur, il apparait clairement sur le listing en dessous des cat?gories." Basically, they blamed it on the sellers and said that sometimes details about the seats are missing. But if the seller provides the exact location, it will be clearly visible on the listing below the categories.

I believe this is a clear case of deception, and they are misleading the consumers. I demand action be taken regarding this issue, and that I receive a refund for my purchase.

My order number is 1745080. I hope that in the future, FanPass will be more transparent and honest in their dealings with customers.

FanPass Beware of FanPass: Slow Refunds and Customer Service Nightmare

Ok, so let me tell you about my experience with FanPass. Last October I was super excited to go to a Champions League game and I ordered 3 tickets from them. However, as luck would have it, the tickets never arrived. So the day before the big game, I reached out to FanPass to see what the deal was.

To be fair, they did offer to look for alternative tickets for me, but I wasn't interested in that. I just wanted my money back. They told me I would receive a refund within 14 days. Well, guess what? It's been SIX WHOLE MONTHS and I still haven't seen a penny!

I've sent them a bunch of emails, but they just ignore me. They keep saying I can contact their team for help, but honestly, that hasn't worked out so well for me. It really feels like they're on a permanent vacation or something!

So, that's my experience with FanPass. Not looking so good, is it? But then, out of nowhere, I got a response from them. Apparently, they DID process my refund, which I guess is good news.

But still, it shouldn't have taken so long and it definitely shouldn't have been so hard to get in touch with them. Oh well, I guess all's well that ends well. If you have any issues with FanPass, I'd suggest emailing their team and seeing if they can help you out. But don't expect a speedy response!

FanPass WARNING: My Terrible Experience with FanPass – Don't Fall Victim to This Scam!

I'm writing this review to warn you about my experience with FanPass, and let me tell you, it's not a pleasant one. At first, I thought this website was the perfect solution to sell my tickets for the much-anticipated Arsenal V Manchester City match that's playing today on 01/01/22. Unfortunately, I was wrong.

Despite the first couple of 5-star reviews that I read, I soon discovered that this website is nothing but a scam. I listed my tickets easily enough, but within a couple of days, both my listings had completely vanished. I immediately contacted FanPass twice, using both the normal email and the complaints email, but I received no response. It's been a week now, and I'm still waiting to hear back from them.

The worst part is that I've been robbed of approximately ?200 in broad daylight. When you list your tickets on the website, you have the option to upload a screenshot of the ticket itself, which is what I did. I foolishly believed this would prove that I was the legitimate owner of the tickets, but it turns out that the people working at FanPass are nothing but scammers, and they have stolen my tickets.

I'm writing this review to warn you not to make the same mistake that I did. Please avoid this website at all costs. It's a complete scam, and you're better off using other websites to sell your tickets.

If by any chance FanPass responds to my emails and reimburses me for my stolen tickets, I'll come back and update this review. But until then, please stay away from this fraudulent website.

FanPass Disappointing service from FanPass - a warning to others

So, let me tell you about my recent experience with FanPass. I decided to order tickets through them as part of a 3 day short break. However, I was left very disappointed as the tickets didn't arrive as promised 48 hours before the event. I couldn't help but feel nervous, as I had already travelled nearly 300 miles prior to the event, and now my travel plans were in jeopardy.

I reached out to FanPass for assistance, but their response was extremely slow and unhelpful. It wasn't until 24 hours before the event that they finally contacted me to inform me that the tickets were e-tickets, so we set off on our journey.

However, things took a turn for the worse when we received another email later that day stating that the tickets had been posted. Unfortunately, this was after we had already gone 300 miles away. I tried to explain this to FanPass, but all they could say was "It says on our site we will post." I was left feeling frustrated and helpless, especially because they were unreachable via any means other than a very slow email service, which they called "Chat."

To be honest, this was by far the worst online purchasing experience I have ever had. I am overly disappointed with the service provided by FanPass - they are a real bunch of cowboys. I strongly suggest that you think twice before using them. It's just not worth the hassle!

FanPass Beware of FanPass: My Experience with Getting a Refund from an Illegal Third Party Site

I can't believe this, they deleted my review twice! I'm really upset and just had to leave another one because I feel like people need to know the truth about FanPass. I had been trying to get a refund from them for weeks after a sporting event I was supposed to attend was postponed due to the pandemic. But no matter what I did, they wouldn't give me my money back. It's so frustrating because we're all going through a really tough time right now and it just feels like they're taking advantage of that.

After a few weeks of dealing with them, I decided to reach out to the PR group for the club I was supposed to be watching to see if they could help. And that's when I received the shocking news that FanPass is actually an illegal third party site. I had no idea! It makes so much sense now why they're so difficult to work with and why they don't even have a phone number to contact them. It just feels shady to me.

Other companies are doing the right thing during this pandemic and offering refunds and flexibility to their customers. But not FanPass. It's just not right. Even Airbnb, which is a similar kind of platform as FanPass, is offering refunds to their customers. And they're a legal company!

I just think it's really important to call out bad behavior from companies like FanPass. We deserve better as customers and we shouldn't have to deal with this kind of nonsense.
