Well, I have purchased from Fantastic Furniture previously, the experience I had from FF Helensvale was the most appalling. I made an order and in discussions with the sales lady, I opted for delivery and it was agreed for an afternoon delivery. I was advised that I would receive a text with the delivery time and if that time was not suitable, I would have the option to make another arrangement. I have to drive 5.5 hours so the plan was to get there by 12:30pm - all planned perfectly. I received an SMS just before 5pm advising the delivery would be between 7-10am. Ok - so I am not going to be there as per the discussion with the sales person. I ring the store to 'fix' the error. This is when things went from reasonably annoying to downright disgraceful. I spoke with "Darlene" who told me we never give customers the option of afternoons, I asked if she was calling me a liar and she basically agreed that I was incorrect. Blamed 'the new girl', was totally defensive, obstructive and defiant. Darlene is not recommended for dealing with the public. She was nasty and accusing and cut the call short, said she would have the manager phone me and hung up on me.
