I ordered some goodies from Shane company, and they shipped that to my by Fastway couriers company. Last week I have got email from Fastway that my parcel was successful delivered to me. Unfortunately I didn't get this parcel and I try chat with them about it. I create a few queries about that and try live chat with their customer service. So far any success. Customer service is very unprofessional, they don't provide any support and leave me with no answer. I should get answer for my queries between 24 hours and that's never happened again. At this moment I still don't have my parcel and any information regarding it. I try complain that both service, courier and customer care but again I can't find option to do that. I am very disappoint and I strongly advise against using their services.

Desired outcome: I wish get my parcel or refund.
