bug in food
I went through the drive thru on Sunday, April 10, 2022 around 1:00pm to get lasagna. They said they couldn’t bake it but would put cheese on it. I figured it would be fine, until I got home and opened it up, starting eating, to then realize there was a massive cooked bug in it. Absolutely disgusting. They did not give me a receipt, but my total was $9.32.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology and maybe even a refund.
Sexually diseased lobby
Two of the managers Makayla Brill and Chad Bacon did a sexual oral action in one of the restaurant booths. They knew with one was not on camera due to being Management. The location was the Rib Mountain Wausau Wisconsin locations. Better cameras are needed in the store.
Desired outcome: More cameras. 3 staff should be present at all times in stores, so sexual acts dont happen.
Leto pizza
I hate to complain about food - but when food is as expensive as it is now and hard earned money is spent to purchase supper - the product should be edible. I purchased a keto pizza from fazolis in Owensboro. I came home and opened the box and was shocked. I am including the picture. Pizza was burned and so hard and crispy it couldn’t even be warmed up. This occurred on Wednesday, February 2nd. Very disappointed and live 25 minutes from there so return was not an option.
Desired outcome: Reimbursement for my time and money - replaced with the same food perhaps.

On October 17th at 1:47 pm and ordered my food the employee as well as manager had a full conversation over my plate. No mask. When I brought it to their attention manager became angry that I wanted a refund and did not want the food. He then told me I couldn't get a refund until someone else comes in. I told him I was complaining to corporate then the refund became available. I don't think during this time employees should be speaking over people food without protection. I hope my money is refunded and would not recommend this franchise. The store # is 5025 it is located at 10 harding mall drive. Never again! Overpriced. Door dash driver waited over 40 minutes for order. No meatballs on baked spaghetti, no salads as ordered.
Door task dropped at doorstep because he lost money waiting for our messed up order.
I live 10 minutes from restaurant and didn't want to drive to hope Mills to Elizabeth's.

My family and I visited the Ankeny Fazolis restaurant on Thursday, May 27th 2021. We were a party of six adults. We ordered our food and then sat down at a table. Our food was delivered to us and the breadsticks weren't ready with the order. My son asked that when they were ready could the manager bring a lot of them. The manager was rude to him and said I suppose you want 15 of them. My son replied that that sounded good considering there were six of us and we would probably eat that many. (Which we did, most adults usually eat at least 2.) When we finished the breadsticks one of my sons went up to the counter to ask for more breadsticks and was ignored because the manager was arguing with the employees at the counter. A few minutes later my other son went up to the counter and was also ignored. Then my husband went up to the counter and was also ignored. He observed the manager complaining openly about the fact that they were out of breadsticks because our family had ask for the 15 with our original order. She knew that my husband was standing there listening.
We have never been treated with such disrespect. She was rude, judgemental, and treated us awful. We won't be going back.
She may have had a bad day but we didn't deserve her treatment. By the way we never got more breadsticks.
Covid infected employees
At least one employee at fazolis on national road in Columbus indiana tested positive for COVID and keeps working without a mask. Employee is serving food, coughing and self-reported tested positive for COVID. Management lets employee touch female employees inappropriately. Poor management and poor cleanliness. This store is a disgrace.

I had a complaint on another website. They never got back to me. I had a terrible experience in fazolis in Sandusky Ohio. This was in April of 2021. Employees were terribly rude. Two of the girls are always rude. The rest our good. I believe one is a manager. Used to be my favorite place to eat. Haven't been back nor has my extended family. Terrible customer service. Bought a duo family meal with extra side of salad
Ordered through app and time said 8 12 pm for ready . Supposed to pick up from drive through. Husband was there over 50 minutes. He had to go in they forgot the order evidently. Then the salad had brown spots. Spaghetti and fettuccine Alfredo were Luke warm. This is the worst experience. I feel I deserve a refund of my $20. 07. This is unexceptable. The management of this location needs replaced.

MY husband and I were in Avon 10/13/19, was approx 6:30. receipts read 6:26:37 and 6:25:22 P.M. We both have the Fazoli's app and we both ordered the Classic Pasta Sampler which came with a small beverage. Both of our meals were just warm when we received them by the time we had had them for less than 5 minutes they were pretty much cold. Not only did we get pretty much cold food, the items served were not fresh. The Lasagna was very over cooked or old as the pasta was very hard and I do mean hard on ends where it was been cut I assume in a serving size. I don't know if they cut serving sizes when a pan of Lasagna is cooked or how they do it, but the fact that it was hard and I mean very hard on the edges where it had been cut in serving sizes. The spaghetti had very little sauce on it. It was like eating spaghetti with no sauce. The meatball was good just luke warm. The fettuccine Alfredo also had very little sauce, not enough to make it good, plus the fact the noodles and sauces we pretty much cold. We have never had a problem with the Fazoli's we usually go to which is on state road 135, Greenwood, Indiana. There have been times at this store we had to wait for our meal to cool off, which I would rather have it to hot as to being cold when right after you get it. The bread sticks we received were warm, however I was surprised we were only given 4 total bread sticks. I ordered a fettuccine entrée meal and they didn't give me the breadsticks that I paid for so then I went back through the line and have to sit behind the cars in front of me. They never offered to run it out to me or anything and I only have a 30 minute lunch so didn't even have time to eat my food. Bad experience definitely don't wanna come back.
