I stop by at 9:45 pm to order a family meal and as I were ordering the guy were really completely unprofessional and rude ordering, then when I reached the pay area I asked the exact total change I owed in which he said back to me ‘it's whatever I told you at the beginning at the line and said he'll i don't kno'..! Then threw my food at me then after called me bra..! Referring to me being African American while shaking his head..! At first I assumed he were disabled because he were falling against the walls and his words were slurring then I noticed he were drunk.. it was a bad experience epecially for my kids to see it.!

My family had just got back in town and ordered 2 family meals through the drive through. 2 spaghettis with meat sauce and 2 fettuccine alfredos with Chicken. We got home and everything was there but the chicken that was already paid for. I immediately called and was told that I needed to come back for the chicken and when I told her (Kasey) that I'm already home and had no intention of making the trip back she said that she would put me down for 2 chickens to be picked up later. What the hell am I supposed to do with 2 sides of chicken? Order more pasta so you can make more money? And when I said I didn't want it she stated that I would have to drive back to get my refund which is crap since I already came home. Because the staff there can't make sure their job is done right by checking the order before it leaves. It wasn't like they were busy. If I'm paying for something that I don't get I'd call that stealing!
totally unsafe to eat here the employees clean trash and back to fixing food for customers
I was offered a free samplier meal but it expired and that was ok. I live a hour and a half from the clarksville location on Lowe's dr. I was very dissatisfied with my dinner I ate some of it then after seeing the employees touching trash and then fixing orders without washing there hand I actually puked in front of the door it made me so sick. Besides it was not pleasant and I made several trips to the counter begging for bread and dressing I felt like they were totally milking my wallet. After I asked for more bread for my uncle I was honest enough to let them know I was full and I needed to buy bread sticks and a To go plate but my uncle was still eating and he has been waiting on bread sticks that we both asked for 10 minutes ago to eat wile our food was still warm and we would have been more than willing to pay for them. So after I observed the workers it just made me sick how can a company let this happen why don't they care and if I got sick it is and never would be a issue to them

I stopped at your Richmond Road store in Lexington on my way back to work on my lunch break. I only work about 30 seconds driving from that particular store. I got there at around 1pm and ordered pretty much immediately. I ordered Soup and Salad. Long story short 40 minutes later I get my food. The woman who took my order, who was very nice btw, offered me a free desert for the time, but at this point I was already 30 minutes late back to work and I didn't have enough time to wait on her to get back from going to get it so I declined. I work very close to this location and I do like the food, but there is absolutely no way I am going to spend another lunch break (and more) waiting on it. Something needs to be done about this asap. I personally will not be going back, and I am going to make sure my coworkers who also frequent the place are aware of the potential loss of time they may incur by ordering from there.

My husband and me came inside the restaurant and odered our food, went and got our pop and waited. They brought our food out and I asked if they could bring us some silverware since there was none and the server said sure. So we waited about 20 minutes and nobody came so my husband went up and asked about the silverware and she said oh sorry there is none because we didnt have a washer tonight and we been busy all day. So they told him there was some plastic silverware to the side of the counter and he got it and brought it back. Of course by this time my and his food is nice and cold so I kept telling a server here a server there about this and they said ok we will let the manger up
front know. While we waited I kept asking for bread sticks and finally after about 20 minutes we got 4 bread sticks. So we waited, waited, waited and finally my husband went up and asked who the manger was and can she please come to our table. She comes up to our table and says she was never told anything about what we were telling her, by this time its been almost 2 hours. She tells us well if I would have knowen I would have warmed your food back up. We let her know about the breadsticks, silverware, and the cold food and she said again im sorry and if I would have knowen I would have warmed your food up. So we asked her name and she said Hallie, not sure if thats true because she had no name tag on and when we asked about that she said mangers dont wear name tags. We asked for corporates number and she said sure I'll go get that for you. So we waited, waited, waited and finally my husband and me went up asking for the number . This Hallie would not come back out to give us any information or number. I asked and watched different workers going in the back asking her to come talk to us and give us the information and she refused to come out or give us any number. Very disappointed in the treatment and service we received and the nonchalant attitude like oh well who cares if you had no utensils, food was cold, and you waited for breadsticks and was continually ignored.

I ordered from Grubhub for the first time tonight to have Fazoli's delivered. I received my food and was missing 2 items. I called Fazoli's and spoke to someone who claimed the items were not in the order. She then got the manager and I was disconnected. I called back spoke to a man who said he was the manager and said he had to call Grubhub and that I needed to call back in a couple minutes. I called back after 5 minutes and a Hispanic woman answered. She was rude when I asked to speak to the manager i was busy speaking to. She talked over me and told me they were too busy to talk because of dinner rush and when I asked for her name she hung up on me!
I drove to the restaurant, I was obviously upset. I asked for corporate info, her name, my sandwich and cheesecake and a refund. The same Hispanic girl from the phone basically told me she would not do any of that. Claims she was a manager and refused to provide me her name. She again talked over me and was rude. Then told another employee to call the police.
The man I spoke to came out and talked to me like a human being and explained he couldn't refund because it was Grubhub. Fine. Just give me my sandwich and cheesecake and her name. He refused.
The Hispanic woman then started talking over him. I asked her not to talk because I was done with her.
All I kept hearing was it's Grubhubs fault that they would have to reorder and deliver. I was already there! Why couldn't they give me my $7 sandwich and my $3 cheesecake?
Guess who shows up? The police. Is it common practice to call the police on every upset customer? I wasn't belligerent, I didn't make threats. Did I raise my voice a bit? Yes. I was upset. I think I had every right to be, don't you?
The Hispanic woman was young, wears glasses and claims she's a manager. She needs to be fired. She even told me she didn't want her job anyway. The other guy was a witness to this. He was an older larger man. He did help some but that woman keep chiming in and he said she was over him so he couldn't give her name either. He should be given a raise for having to work with her.
I will never set foot in a Fazoli's again. My company, UGG just had food catered a couple weeks ago for all our employees. I'll be sure they hear about this experience and we'll go with someone else in a few weeks.
At least Grubhub helped. This woman can take a lesson on customer service. I work customer service for UGG and my employees would be fired for how I was treated.
I will be posting to social media as well as news in my area. Calling the police on customers has to stop. Now I know how those people at Starbucks felt.

I always stop at the fazolis in st charles, over the last month I have had 4 incidents with them that I just refuse to go back. 1st was placing an order online for 1pm and I got called into work so I called and asked if I could pick it up at 12:30, girl said sure no problem, get there and no food! Which is funny considering it would have been ready if I went through the drive thru. 2nd AND 3rd time I ordered extra maranra sauce only to get home and no sauce. So tonight I order extra sauce and the girl hands me the bag tied shut and walks away (im in the drive thru) I open the bag and guess what NO sauce again, so I'm waiting for the girl to come back and she stands at the window and just looks at me until I say ummm hellooo? She motions and says do you need me? I said yes I do I even ordered exta sauce and theres not a single one in here. To which she replies yes I know! She walks off for a few moments and comes back with 1... I'm like so you KNEW my sauce wasn't in there and just was going to send me on my way for the 4th time. Like I know its only .50 but EVERY time I go there I'm basically gifting you .50 and then coming home to breadsticks with NO sauce which pisses me off! And then for her to stand there and say ohhh ya I know. I wanted to be like that crazy lady at rhe mcdonalds drive thru over the chicken nuggets! Its stressful that everytime you go somewhere they mess up your order. I refuse to go back there

I had a fazolis catering van 609ybr was the license plate number and the tag said laurel co. Following me. This vehicle wouldn't pass me but drove like a crazy person. They were riding my bumper to the point that my small child in the backseat could tell I was afraid they were going to hit me. I truly feared for my child and my safety! I cant believe someone would be allowed to drive a vehicle like that. Cars dont get that close to bumpers when stopping. After I got off the road to let them pass me they still continued to drive crazy! If this person cont to drive, a bad accident is gonna happen.

I have been to fazolis many times throughout the past 3 years and each time i order the exact same thing. Today i went to fazolis on Nicholasville Road in Lexington Kentucky, where i have been before, and ordered the exact same thing that I had in the past. The order has always came out to be $11.11 and i have always received my ceasar salad after paying before i receive my food. Today the order total was $13.11 because i was charged for a drink when i was not supposed to be when i made my food a meal, and i also did not receive my salad after i had paid and neither did my friend. I just received my food and did not get my salad either and had to tell the associate that i had one.

I visited the 48th and Vine st location in Lincoln Nebaraska, earlier this evening and when I got home I found a cockroach in the bag with the food still alive. This is unacceptable! Restaurant cleanliness should be a supervisors main priority along with customer service. We went there for a quick hot dinner but was served bugs on a plate for $19.12.

My family enjoys eating here the food is amazing but the service is friendly except the employees are very short strung anf always short staffed. We have had reoccurring issues with getting our food in a timely manor . each visit we speak with either a debbie or a Jess who always take very lovely care of us but we have never been able to speak with the general manager. Any time we ask to speak to him we are informed he is either off work or * out in his Car* and we are directed to debbie or jess . yes they fix our issues for us and take care of us as managers should but still our question is how can a store be staffed or fully run if the GM is always missing. There are things we do not feel we should speak with debbie or jess about like the fact that we are told gossip about other employees or how the general manager is speaking poorly of his management team ...these are things we need to be able to bring up to a general manager not to an you employee or manager. We would like to come in and see happy fully staffed employees who are not speaking gossip or starting trash rumors about each other. We do not need to hear how the general manager is out in his car because he is upset with his other managers or what he is accusing his other employees and managers of doing or not doing as guest this is not our business and makes our visit very unhappy and unpleasant. We enjoy the two managers and little Ryan is aleays very good to us as well but lets face it you cannot run a business from your car which we have seen I believe his name is Kevin. On multiple occassions sitting in the parking lot in his car while the store is busy. This is not acceptable in my eyes or my husband's. We would like to see a change jn this store. And by change we do mean more active managers then the two we do see and happier employees.

Hello, my name is Brian Anderson and I am a Fazoli's rewards member. I just finished a 4 day 12 hour stretch at work and my wife wanted me to pick up food to bring home. I went to the Owensboro Ky. store on 7/29/18. When I ordered my food I wanted a kids spaghetti with meat sauce, I had a rewards coupon for a 1/2 price lasagna with drink purchase and wanted to make it a meal with a salad with White Balsalmic vinegarette and 6 extra breadsticks The girl at the window could not get my coupon to ring correctly and got a manager. He was able to override the system and give a discount. When I got home and opened my order (drive through) I received a kids spaghetti with no meat sauce, a baked spaghetti with no meat sauce and red wine vinegarette with my salad. So basically the only correct things on my order were the drinks and breadsticks. I can understand if someone doesn't put the right dressing in or forgets silverware but almost this entire order was incorrect. I understand now why the coupon didn't work is because they were trying to apply it to the wrong item And sadly enough the coupon was on my phone screen and they took it from me trying to get the coupon to work, they had the phone in their hands and still didn't catch why it would not work. Like I said, I just worked a long stretch and was too tired to go back. I did try to phone the restaurant at about 9:30 pm and no one ever answered the phone. I was appropriated charged for the food I received just not the right food. I checked the receipt and the order was placed entirely wrong.

Today I went to Fazolis in Kalamazoo Michigan. I drive 45 mins to get there. I waited in line. 2 cars in front of me. When it was my turn I tried to order 2 of the 5 lunch specials. Well they refused it because it was now 4:02 which upsets me greatly. I go there 1-2 times a week. After this experience I'm seriously rethinking about going back. They were rude about it even. I mean I was in line for it. I even called and talked to manager and all he said was sorry it's after 4. Have a good day.

My Mom and I went to eat lunch out at Fazoli's as a treat on July 7th, 2018 at the East Independence location in Springfield, MO. She ordered the Ravioli and I ordered the Baked Ziti. My Baked Ziti came out with lots of small meat chunks which the menu did not indicate it would have in it. I am a vegetarian and the meat chunks were so small and numerous it would have been very time consuming to pick out, by which that time my meal would have been cold. My Mom went up front to ask if it was supposed to come with meat in it as it wasn't advertised to have meat in it. She said we would have to indicate if we didn't want meat in an item and proceeded to charge my Mom for a new meatless Baked Ziti. My Mom is nicer then I am as I would have refused to pay for a new one as the it wasn't advertised that it would have meat in it. Is there anything that we can do to remedy this issue such as refund, etc.?

We went to eat at tour Fazolis in florence KY store #5956. After we ordered we went to get our drinks they was out of tea and coke, had no lids, straws or silverware, all the tables was dirty had to wipe the table down.. after waiting 15 mins for our food to get to the table the food was cold and took another 5 mins to bring the bread stick out to us.. we ordered 2 # 14 and a # 1. I spent $30 for what some cold nasty food no one like. The cold food it a health problem.. you really need to check in to this. Never be as disappointed as I was this trip.. thanks for you time
