breadsticks
My fiancee and I ate at the 1840 Alysheba Way, Lexington, KY 40509 location on May 31st, 2018 about 7:30pm. I got a couple of breadsticks to go and we were eating them on the way home when he found a plastic like substance in the bread stick. When we took them the breadstick back and talked to the manger he said he knew that the brush was coming apart and offered to give us more. Below is a picture of the substance. We declined that offer and asked for a refund and he gave us $15 out of the $22 we spent. I visited the store in St Joseph Missouri, the employee I have a problem with is named Jessica and that's all I know. I don't know her last name. I showed up 15 minutes until close which generally I try not to do they had already pulled both drawers and both cash registers man head mop the floor. As I kept it across the wet floor and approach the counter she rolls her eyes leans back to her boss and asks if they're still open when the clock is on the wall she can see that that there's a customer standing at her front counter. As her boss proceeds to say yes, she throws her body backwards in a fit of rage rolls her eyes come stomping up to the front counter to take my order I fumbled through my words and just said ""two fettuccine alfredos."" She then walks back to the back, I assume to ring me up since she didn't have a drawer up front. And then comes back around the corner tells me my total I give her my card she snatches it out of my hand. She goes and runs my card comes back and throws my card on the counter with my receipt didn't say thank you didn't offer me if drink nothing didn't ask me if I needed any pizza absolutely nothing nothing but attitude. It takes a lot to rock my boat. But someone better get that girl oñ a tighter leash. We rarely eat at Fazoli's anyway because it takes forever to get our food, and typically there is a high schooler in charge of other high schoolers that run that place. I don't want coupons or any other b.s. I just want you people yo realize what's happening there..

I ate lunch at fazolis on w mason street in Green Bay in 3/6. I found plastic and chunks of gooey stuff in my tea. I complained to the manager and all they wanted to do was give me my money back. I have been sick with diarrhea since then! That's two weeks of diarrhea. I finally went to the doctor and they said it was food poisoning. I was drinking that nasty crap in my drink and now I'm sick and can't fight this diarrhea. If it's not gone by this weekend 3/17. I will be filing a legal report. This is ridiculous! This store got me sick. Yes I showed them what was in my drink, I got no apology or anything. Very rude customer service and very disgusting food.
caesar salad
On 1/31/18 I purchased food from the Fazoli's drive-through in Paducah, KY. When I arrived home and unpacked my meal, the Caesar salad was unacceptable. If there is going to be a $2.99 charge for a Caesar salad, it should contain more than just a handful of lettuce and some cheese. Also, it is worth noting that Caesar salad traditionally contains only romaine lettuce and not iceberg lettuce.
twice baked lasagna
This evening I purchased a twice baked lasagna through the drive-thu at the Grove City, OH store. When I got home and opened it, I was very disappointed. The lasagna didn't even fill the pan, had very little cheese and looked dry. Certainly not the hot, steamy, cheesy lasagna I'd expected. The twice baked lasagna is what I always order so I know what it looks like. I called the store to see if I received the wrong thing. I was hoping they would offer to replace it, as I was really looking forward to having that for dinner. Instead however, I spoke with an argumentative manager who was unwilling to resolve the issue. I wasn't rude to her. I simply asked why it wasn't the same and hoped she'd offer to remake it. That's not what happened. She informed me the twice baked lasagna is now cut differently, that's why it didn't fill the pan. She then let me know they stopped using as much sauce and cheese, because it was "too much". I told her I liked it that way and that's what I expected to receive when I placed my order. I let her know the food I received wasn't worth $7.50 to me and I asked if I could get my money back. She proceeded to raise her voice and argue with me that it was the exact same lasagna. My response was, without all the sauce and cheese it really wasn't the same and I didn't want it. She continued to escalate the situation by insisting the lasagna was the same. At this point I became frustrated with her unprofessional attitude and lack of interest in resolving the matter. I let her know I wasn't interested in arguing, I just wanted this fixed. If she wasn't able to remake it, I wanted my money back. She let me know I could replace it with a different meal, but could NOT get a refund. By then I didn't want ANYTHING from Fazoli's. I just wanted my money back. The way she spoke to me was extremely unprofessional and rude. Instead of trying to prove me wrong, she should have apologized (which she didn't do), accepted responsibility and done whatever was necessary to make it right. I let her know again I just wanted my money back. When she refused once more, I asked if there was anyone else I could speak with or if I could have the number to the corporate office. At that time she said to go ahead and bring it back and she would provide a refund.
She could have avoided this entirely by simply saying, " I'm sorry you weren't happy with what you received. Would you like us to remake it for you or did you want to replace it with something else?" I'm baffled by how this simple situation was handled. I've never been treated that way at a fast food restaurant. It was a bizarre experience. My family and I frequent that location, but this makes me not want to return.
disgusting unsanitary restaurant on 11/4/2017 - appleton, wisconsin
I am looking to be contacted immediately regarding this issue. I am downright disgusted in the Appleton, Wisconsin location (Richmond St.). My family (daughter, parents, husband and I) dined in this evening and the entire experience was ridiculous!
First, when ordering - my husband downloaded the Fazolis app and it had a promo for a free baked spaghetti. The cashier could not figure it out and told him there was nothing he could do. My parents ended up ordering and added our food onto their order. I went up to the counter with the app (which the offer was only valid for an hour once redeem was clicked, which it was). I asked for a manager. He discounted the meal off. Great. The cashier then forgot to ring up my moms dessert and walked away. There was one other person in line at the time.
We walked to the back of the restaurant and it was filled with dirty dishes! thirteen tables had plates, cups, spilled food. The garbage can we passed had dishes stacked ontop of it. I had to clean a table myself to sit to eat. The restaurant had about 4-5 other customers at this time. We waited for over 20 minutes for our food. When they brought it, my husbands pizza slice was hard as a rock and burnt. His fettuccini noodles were crunchy. My bakes spaghetti was crunchy as well. Worse, they ran out of forks. There were no forks or spoons or cup lids by the self station. We waited 15 more minutes - still NO forks. Still at this time, nobody came out to clean or bus the dirty tables.
The drink station was overflowing with water and it was all over the floor and the rags drenched. Nobody was cleaning or emptying it. There were no drink lids, no spoons, no forks. The floor was soaked and there was NO caution sign.
By this time, our food was all cold while waiting for forks. I actually had to walk around the restaurant myself and collect dirty dishes from the tables and piled them on the front counter so they would clean utensils. I spent ten minutes as a customer cleaning the tables in the lobby and bringing dishes to the counter!
Other customers were clearly disgusted and some left quickly. Meanwhile, several workers leaned against the tables in back. The manager on duty should be terminated. Not only does he have no customer service skills but this restaurant would have been fined heavily in the health department walked in tonight.
My family had to go up to the main counter multiple times to request the dishes be cleared in the lobby, ask for forks, and ask for breadsticks. I personally asked for breadsticks three times. The guy came out with four breadsticks in a basket and passed our table and gave them to another customer. This happened twice. I had to go back up to the counter again and ask.
Then when my mom got tired of waiting for her dessert, my dad and I went back up to the counter for that, too. The cashier said "he forgot." Really? She then waited over 15 minutes for that. This is all the while the cashier paced the front counter and made one breadstick run. I went back up and asked for a store managers card and the cashier said they didn't have one. I asked for the manager on duty and asked him for a store managers card, in which he refused to give one saying "he could help me."
We couldn't even finish our meal (cold, crunchy, disgusting). We couldn't even throw it away as the garbage can had dishes piled on it. The entire time we dined in nobody cleaned once. I walked around during my visit and took pictures. There was four (no dishes) clean tables in the whole place.
This disgusts me so much that when the workers came around for breadsticks, they didn't think to clear tables first! I personally cleaned a table off for another customer to sit to eat. I do not even work for Fazolis!
The whole experience was absolutely disgusting. This was our first dinner out with my parents, husband and 7 month old daughter and it will be forever a bad memory and ruined. I am absolutely expecting a refund at the very least!
To sum up:
- Almost every table had dirty dishes (not even a peak dining time - 8pm)
- Only a handful of customers
- Not once did anyone come to clean the tables
- Ran out of forks, spoons, and cup lids
- Soda machine was pooled with water - they placed a wet rag
- Water was all over the floor - no sign and nobody wiped it up
- Garbage can was stacked with dirty dishes
- I (a customer!) had to go around collecting dishes and bringing them to the counter so they could clean forks
- Had to constantly ask for breadsticks
I literally am sick to my stomach from this food and entire experience. I am so, so disgusted. I literally am at a loss for words!
fettucini alfredo
It started out as a nice night at Fazoli's. I went up, ordered my food. I was third in line for ordering. I got my number. I never was asked if I wanted a drink or a meal or anything. I just got food. I had to go back up in line for a half hour for a cup. I ended up getting a medium instead of a large. Then, I got back to my spot, expecting my food, but nope. Not there yet. I was patient, I waited for my food a little bit longer. I went up to the register and I asked what the hold up was all about. They said that my food was still being made. I have never heard of Fettucini Alfredo that takes 45 minutes to cook. Talk about fast food Italian. Also, I looked around the place, I had the number 16 even though on the receipt, my number was 14. I got the number 14 up at the counter but then another person had 14 that I didn't even know! They got my order and it wasn't their food. I saw them reject the food and I knew that it was mine. I had to ask the waitor if he could give me the 14 and the other customer the 16. The waitor gave it to me and I got my food. I had to wait for an hour and a half for my Fettucini Alfredo and the Waiting Staff ended up being the people that helped me! Unbelievable! The wait staff was very nice but management stunk. I hope that maybe my next time will be a little bit better.

I was waiting on my order and when ten minutes hit I walked up to the pleaser cashier and stated my problem and said very kindly and charmingly, I'll grab my manager and check on what's going on with your order. I was please until a gentleman who was management I guess told me I was lying pretty much and that he will get my good to me very stern and prissy. If " Juan" the great manager is running that store and the cashier presents themselves better then their superior then I think Fazolis needs to re evaluate the members of tthe team and start promoting and getting rid of the non pleasant, in customer friendly people because word of mouth is big and I'm not happy with my visit "1st time in ten years might I add" and will definitely be telling my peers. They were really rude when giving me my order and not nice at all, my food was kind of cold and i got a medium instead of large drink. Very disappointed and the website kept glitching on which location i wanted to pick up from. It sent it to the wrong one since it was closer, but they wouldn't fix the issue when i went to go pick it up and didnt realize it had the wrong store choosen. I'm not sure if i will go to fazolis again after this experience. Workers clearly didn't know how to properly handle costomer service, coming from someone who works in customer, service(dominos). The customer is always right! Apparently not here at either mason street store in green bay, wi!

I went out to eat at the fort dodge fazolis today and over heard their manger Roger cussing at some young adult girls and a child. I also over heard one of the young girls saying a person working there was talking about her family member who had passed saying he deserved to die while at work. The manger needs to learn some respect and to not cuss at costomers and needs to get his workers under control. All in all I will not be going back there again due to rude management and employees!

I was in there today finished with my meal and wanted a box for a couple pieces of pizza and breadsticks. I was told I could only have a small black box that couldn't hold crap or a small triangle box. You have bigger boxes but don't let people put their leftovers in them what's the point. I'm someone that eats here frequently and won't be back for awhile. When I have three kids one of which is a baby I don't need three different containers for food when I don't even have that much to take.

This the last thing one day when I came in and I was getting ready for work I saw 2 females I think they both were blondes but one was laying on a silver counter n the other girl takes her hand and smacked her on the bottom I think they were to supervisors or managers but I didnt say anything cause I kept my mouth closed n I didnt want to get anyone in trouble. But christine is a cool manager its just that sometimes she can be somethin else. I walked out cause it was a problem wit my check so she told me but I guess I wasnt understanding it so dats y I was mad. But christine seems to be an alright manager. She can be mean sometimes but I like her.
It was basically my first regular job because I worked at a temp service before I came to this fazolis but since I been hired here I been hearing cursing n ts been playing back there every since I walked out. Christine doesnt like to hire people I heard one of her employees say dat. Not to mention while I was working one day I heard a female say wats up my [censored]
While she was on the phone and working I didnt say anything cause I was quiet n was basicially a good worker. But since she didnt wanna hire me back I though I should tell the truth.
the size of our meal and the price
I just spent 30 dollars on 2 kids fettuccini and 2 adult spicy ragitoli dinners. The adult dinners where same size as kid with just a few breadsticks. I'm very disappointed. We use to eat are fazzolies at least once a week even though it's a trip to get to the nearest one. We always got the spicy sampler now they don't have it. It took 30 minutes waiting in the drive through to get such a small meal. Even the kids meals had small amounts in them.
We are a family of 4 and can't afford to eat out if the food is not going to be enough to fill us or the kids up.
brownie sundae
Hi. I ordered a brownie sundae which was supposed to come with caramel and gelato icecream on top but instead was just the brownie. I spent over $40 on food there and they gave me just a plain brownie. Not to mention, the girl in the drive thru was very rude because we ordered so much food. We asked to add drinks to our order and she acted like it was the hardest thing to do. I'm very disappointed and will not be returning there.

The Parmasean cheese inside the lid had mold in it and I checked several bottles and they were all like this and bout made me want to spit up my food very nasty. It is in in sanitary and could cause someone to get very sick such as myself please take this in consideration and do something about it. This is very confusing for us since we have on many occasions used this deal since we are on a very strict budget with being a family of seven. My husband tried to tell the drive thru staff but they still would not honor the deal. If this deal is no longer available at the Vandalia, Ohio location then then your website needs to be updated and the staff should know to not honor the deal some Mondays and not others.

My family and I went to Fazoli's and Jasper Indiana. And I got spaghetti with sauce in the side but cheese on top. @ first I barely got any cheese so I went back and asked for a little more and ended up with a mountain of cold cheese which in return made my spaghetti quite cold. My husband got chicken pram which he said the chicken wasn't warm either. They were also put of several pastas and sauces as well as carry out containers. Just an overall unhappy experence

Husband went to Fazoli's at 5120 US Rt. 60 East, Huntington, WV 25705 between 5:00 -6:00 pm on July 3, 2017 amount of $67.00. They didn't give my husband a receipt, he thought it may be in the bags but it wasn't. So I don't have a customer number. My complaint is, they said they overcharged our order by $6.00. He had used our debit card from BB&T bank. No one there knew how to credit it back to our debit card? So instead of handing him the $6.00, they said we can give you dessert. He said I didn't want dessert. They said we can give you cheesecake and proceeded to give him two slices of cheesecake? My husband just took the cheesecake slices and left.(He was waiting there forever). So we ended up paying for the desserts we didn't want? What? Are you kidding? Anyways, I would like my $6.00 back and not a store credit either. Also,

cleansing
This was our second time stopping at the fazolis on the east side of madison wisconsin the first time it was messy. Ok it was dirty my wife just said. Well she's right, so we tried it today again oh oh🙄it was worse then the first time we stop.
This time I had to use the men's room omg begezzi there was pee all over the floor in the water closet room and the rest of the bathroom needed a good cleaning.
And we were the only two in the place. We never got ask if it was good or not, did not get offered bread sticks at all🙄and that why I wanted to stop there again. And when we left there were 4 employees siting on the counter doing nothing and the place was so unclean it was bad.

yes i went thru at 12:00pm. there was a line around the building so i chose to go in.. there were 2 people in front of me so i waiting patiently.. finally my turn and the little kid looked like he just got out of bed the manager looked like she had been doing yard work and i went to order the ultimate fettachini and of course its not on the menu. so i ordered 2 chicken fettichini with broccoli and of course i got no chicken on either of my orders. i paid $19.60 for both and i waited almost 15 min for my 2 dinners that i ordered to go. I was expecting a small wait but not 15 min. I finally had to go up and ask someone once they finally came to the front after about 2 min. then the dirty manager said it is coming up now... the little guy who just woke up handed them to me and they were sideways in the bag so all the sauce has been ran out in my bag and car. The bread was so hard we had to throw it away. i have no sauce left so now dry noodles with a little bit of broccoli. I will not be returning to ur store anytime soon. I have been trying to call the store for almost 30 min now for them to rectify the situation but nobody is answering the phone. You have lost a very dedicated once a weeker customers... i will pay the extra and get my pasta from olive garden.
