My husband didn't get meat sauce with his spaghetti. It just had tomato sauce along with bread stick on top & now soaked in sauce. I did not have not 1 piece of chicken in my pasta white sauce. I even tod the waitress I wanted like the picture on the wall including chicken & all. We ordered more bread sticks & waited 15 minutes & finally went to the counter to get them ourself. There were numerous dirty tables with dirty dishes, cups, silverware, with no one cleaning them off. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes until I finally said excuse me" could I get a refill on tea. You would have thought I had asked for a million dollars with the look I got. The 2 waitresses just standing & talking . It was obvious there was no manager on duty.

I came into Fazoli's today 05/27/2017 @ 1:16pm to eat lunch with my son. Horrible cashier that didn't smile, didn't speak besides are you dinning in and gave me a total. Once I received my food I seen my bread sticks was on top of my meat sauce so I asked for more and the lady rolled her eyes. She sat the new bread sticks on the table with looking at us an turned and walked away quickly after. I've sat here for 30 minutes without anyone bring any extra bread sticks over so I sent went to the front and requested some and was told a waitress will bring them by. Well since then I ended up walking out without bread sticks becuase my food is now cold! Worst customer service ever. Location was Independence, Missouri.

Drive up: 9:29 pm Monday May 8, 2017, wanted breadsticks . Told we could have some with a meal only ( low stock ). Granddaughter said she would take ravioli. Came around to window. Clerk, Because it's late we do have two full trays of sticks if you want some. Granddaughter takes meal, opens her meal and everything is cold! Then had to ask twice for her drink.
As we leaving the guy says drive safe.
No apology for cold food or offer to make it right.
I want to add one more thing here. My granddaughter was doing something that made me upset, so I told that i already had enough and if she continued her behavior she would have to walk home. I slapped her across the face before taking her home. As soon as she got home her parents asked her why she was crying. She told them, and i was told that I am not allowed to see my granddaughter again unless someone was there to supervise.

I am so sick of this store I have decided to not go there anymore. We drove up to order, ordered the chicken Alfredo manicotti, and the girl said, " We don't have manicotti anymore". We said, "You still have it on your menu". Then she said"I can't hear you, we don't have any manicotti". We could hear a girl laughing in the background. It was around 7:00 P.M., the dinner hour was well under way, and I just don't have any idea how a featured item could be gone already. It doesn't matter, we drove away, apparently making money is not on these women's minds. I would fire them for their lack of respect and performance.

My bf went thru the drivethru to bring food home to me, he gave them a coupon for 6 free breadsticks(they didn't give them to him) and asked for a side of Pesto sauce, they didn't give him the Pesto sauce either, and my fettucini noodles were stuck together and undercooked, and not enough Alfredo sauce, the meal was NOT appealing and I was NOT happy, and when I called to speak with manager the employee that answered the phone was so rude, (as she was answering I heard her telling another employee to shut the f*** up, very low class), she didn't want to put the manager on the phone, but I insisted, in the background she was talking about me, saying "I was complaining about some Pesto sauce" ...manager was supposed to email me a coupon to reimburse me whole meal, coupons for free desserts and my breadsticks...it never happened, I think managers name was Krista, she kept apologizing for how rude her employee was, but never rectified the situation. I kept trying to call fazzolis and they never answered the phone. Needless to say it was a HORRIBLE experience and I've yet to be reimbursed.
beware, poisoned food!!
I went to Fazolis with my friends and ordered some meals. The place was nice, but food had that strange taste, but anyways we ate everything because we were super hungry. When I came back home I felt sick and my stomach was in pain. I spent the whole night in toilet! Called my friends and asked how they were and they all were also sick. Two days later we came back to the Fazolis and demanded our money back and we were treated like dirt and they basically kicked us out! Terrible place! Don't eat there!

I entered at about 11:30 AM. Made my order of which I was given a number
and tray with salad and drink cups. I took a seat and ate my salad After 30
minutes still no food I asked for manager after making a few complaints as in

Management never bothered to say a word to me or guests. What I would like
to see in future please if there is a problem have management come and

The service has really gone down hill the past 2-3 months. I spoke to an area supervisor 2 weeks ago. Last night that supervisor, store manager, and 2 other "corporate like" people met to discuss things. Today I am calling corporate to get contact information for the franchise owner. There is another serious issue that needs to be handled with this store as well.
found foreign object in food.
This company does not value their consumers. After find a foreign object in my family's pasta meal we were told to wait 6 weeks to find out what it was. After waiting well over 6 weeks we were told that they will NOT disclose the name of the foreign object. Instead they gave us a generic answer that it was a FUNGUS. They never even reimbursed us for the meal and my child and mother fell very ill. This denotes poor customer service.

Ashland Fazoli's has the worst customer service. I can not believe how rude they are to customers. No smiles, just all looks of discust. have never been so disrespected. Instead of You're welcome, I had the window shut in my face. THANK YOU, for you great customer care!

I just visited Fazoli's and purchased a side salad. I was mortified when I opened it. The lettuce was brown and the tomatoes strarting to shrivel. This salad should NEVER have been sold. It should have been thrown away 1-3 days ago.
Waiting to long for my food. Its been longer then 20 minutes
I waited in line for 15 minutes and then got to register and they said it would be 45 minutes before all food would be ready. The staff had a terrible attitude and they were moving very slowly. When I was standing in line the staff didn't seem concerned. I had a meeting within the hour and I came here because it was quick. I left without food.
I ordered through the catering menu back in April 2018 for my rel educ program. We were billed $228.90 so I signed off and handed the delivery guy a copy of our tax exempt status which should have brought our bill to $218.00. However, our parish credit card was charged $229.99. I just returned from work, having stopped at Fazoli's on Merle Hay Road in Des Moines. The woman at the drive thru window was very rude to me. Very abrupt, rude and unfriendly. I asked questions and she acted like I was wasting her time. I will not be returning to Fazoli's.

We were sold moldy breadsticks. My child consumed most of one before we noticed but we had several that were moldy. Please see attached photos. I did call the restaurant and nobody answered. Not to mention we sat for 20 mins in the drive thru.
Sue H. at store 5905 is outstanding at her job. I am a regular customer and when I call in my order she knows what I want (because I order the same THING all the time) and almost every time I arrive IT IS THERE WAITING FOR ME. Great service by Sue H. and here team.
On April 11, 2023 around noon, The drive thru worker was covered in animal hair and I do mean covered and I definitely knew a lot of that was going into my food . Which it did and she should not be working with a shirt that has animal hair on it . Plus she was definitely not well maintained, had on pajama pants with holes in the bottom area !
I ordered a dozen breadsticks and got home they were not done. Couldn’t take them back since I was on my lunch break. They knew when they were pit in the bag they weren’t done. This order was placed on January 9,2023 at about 12:00. The Fazolis was in Carbondale, Illinois.
WHY? The management team that decided to change from Coke products to Pepsi products should be fired. One of rhe reasons that I enjoyed Fazolis is becaus you had Coke products. Diet Pepsi tastes nasty. Well, you just lost another customer. So sad.
