Good food and that's about it
This is for Braums in Pryor and Vinita. To start, all the workers hygiene is horrible. Greasy hair and skin, sweaty, and the white uniforms are so dirty and stained. The tables look like they've all been wiped with a dry towel. The food is stuck and smeared on all the tables. There's flies and fruit flies everywhere. There are two customers and at least 5 workers, and not one could stock Napkins and sauce cups. Maybe one order on the screen. There's food all over the front and sides of the trash cans. People have come in to shop and they end up just leaving because no one is checking them out. The wait times for anything are insane. If you order a shake, plan on eating your entire meal and continue waiting for your shake.
Recommendation: Go through the drive thru if you want to try Braum's. Otherwise steer clear. The cleanliness, or lack there of, alone would make you want to turn away.

It is very dirty here. The ketchup dispensers are caked with old ketchup (it's only 11am) and has HAIR stuck to it. I told one of the workers and asked for ketchup packets instead. We were here eating for about 40 minutes and no one has come to clean them. In spite of seeing 2 employees go on break. The baby booster seat was so sticky and nasty that I doused it with hand sanitizer and wiped with napkins. The table is so sticky that we had to put napkins down on it before we ate. Just nasty.
Desired outcome: Fire everyone and get some who will CLEAN !!

i go to the Braums on Callfield road in Wichita Falls almost every morning on my way to work about 8 45 am. Today was the 3rd time I ordered the #1 combo, as i usually do, sausage egg and cheese biscuit with hash browns and coffee. Today was the 3rd time I did not receive my hashbrowns. The First 2 times I didnt think anything about it cuz people make mistakes but 3 times in a row? Needless to say I am not too happy at work and open my bag and no hashbrowns and no sugar or creamer for my coffee. Just thought i would let someone know. thanks.

October 26th around 10:20pm. I drive up to the drive through knowing I only wanted what I always get a bag of burgers plane (no cheese). No cars were in front of me or behind me at the time. I waited for a few seconds and no one greeted me so I drove up further to the last window to order as I thought maybe the machine/speaker isn't working. I place my order with a young man at the window and said: I just need a bag of plain hamburgers NO CHEEZE and I'm sorry I thought your machine might have been out of order so that's why I drove up. He took my order and money and gave me change. Then within a few seconds a man (whom I found out later was the manager-Jose Martinez) pop's his head through the drive up window and YELL'S angrily at me saying: "Why did you drive up You saw me in the screen? Can't you wait more than 3 seconds? Why did you drive up? I said: No, I didn't see or hear anyone on any screen and please do not yell at me sir. Then he goes back to whatever he was doing. The young man then say's here is your change and said: Would you mind pulling up please and we will bring your food to you. I said Ok. 5-10 min later. A young man comes out and brings me my food and I say: excuse me what is your manager's name? He says:"I don't know"so I check my bag and the order is wrong. All the burgers were fully loaded and not plain and dry like I had ordered. So I drove around to the front and went inside calmly as I am a manager supervisor myself and have been for many years and understand how mistakes can be made. I walk up to the teller inside and say:"Hi you guy's got my order wrong they were suppose to be plain no cheeze. No one responds except the guy cooking the food looks at me and says: "Oh! You just want them plain no cheese? I said: Yes please. Next this so called manager of yours comes to the counter yelling at me again. He says:" You didn't say you wanted plain you said cheeseburger because I took your order."I said: Excuse me? I didn't order through you remember? I ordered through the young man at the window and I know what I always order and you had better stop yelling at me. By the way what is your name? He's says:"Jose, Jose Martinez and you can call right now or whenever you want I don't care. You can call whoever you need to call right now. I said calmly:"Hmmmm ok thanks and I will." So the correct bag of burgers was made and I said thank you to the young folks working at the counter and I was walking out he was yelling "Thank You Thank You for coming in as if it were a joke and he made me look bad to the employees. Then I get into my vehicle in front of the building and look inside and he is mouthing off staring at me in front of his employees.
I have never and I mean never been treated at any place like this in my LIFETIME as if I were the problem. I am the customer doing Braum's a favor by buying food from you. This individual whom you have managing this facility is in my opinion observation a very hostile individual not capable of representing Braum's as a manager at all. I have been to many Braum's in my 30years of living in Texas and this has to be the worst experience ever. The sad thing is I love Braum's. This guy does not need to be in management for sure and if he stays you all need to send him to anger management classes. He came at me hard all throughout my experience last night trying to make the customer appear as the problem to the employees when in reality HE is the problem you have at this particular Braum's. I sure hope that I was the only customer who had a bad experience because if not then you definitely need to dismiss this individual for his conduct to customers. Customers do not deserve to be yelled at and belittled by a loose lipped angry individual who somehow has the title of manager at this particular Braum's.
Desired outcome: Anger management classes and or demotion of this particular so called manager at your Braum's facility.
Employee raises
Ok need help with something. If you work somewhere and the new boss gives you a raise, but then that boss gets fired and so they take your raise away and say he wasn't suppose to give it to u. Can they do that cause I didn't think they could? What does a person contact to report or can get help with this. My daughter is getting the bad end of this place and I don't think they r treating her fair or even legal really. But dam sure work her n put her on schedule when she's off without even asking her.
Desired outcome: She gets her raise back she's worked hard for. And the back pay from it
The whole experience

Worst Braums ever and have been eating at Braums since the chain opened. We dined in.
Order taker did not speak good english and had a hard time communicating after several attempts.
Charged for two cheeseburger meals when we only ordered burgers.
The cheese and mustard was left off of one burger.
The second burger was dry and hard. The meat was half the size it should have been.
We didn't complain because we were so frustrated and just left.
Desired outcome: Money back or Two Free replacement meals at another store.

I placed an order for banana split without almonds. The banana split came with almonds, and I advise them that I did not order it with almonds. The girl at the window said that the order was made with almonds, and I let her know that I am allergic to almonds and would not have ordered it. They made another banana split, however as I started eating it. It also had almonds. I returned to the store and ask for the manager. The manager Daniel addressed my complaint. I showed him that this also had arms in it and I just needed a refund. I asked also for the district managers upper Management's phone number, and he advised there was none. Imagine that

chicken sandwich tasted nasty. old chicken. ordered chicken strips didn’t get handed to me. drove off

I went to get breakfast this morning I got a #4 2 44oz drinks and a bag of burritos. I WAS THE ONLY 1 IN LINE had to leave because it took over 10 minutes, so I left. I was late to work, called to get a refund and I have to go back and give them my card info again? No no, you should be able to see my card purchase and reverse it. IT HAPPENEDLESS THAN AN HOUR AGO. In the future if all the other chains are closed, if I go back im going to pay as my food is ready to avoid and further inconvenience. You see if you can't provide service in a quicker time than 10 minutes then you can wait for my money. Never going back.
Cleanliness
We go to the new Braums on Soncy in Amarillo because it is closer to our home, I must say it is new and a very nice store and we have always enjoyed going there. We have been there several times before and always enjoyed the food. The past three times that we have been there we found the dining room to be filthy, the tables had not been cleaned, there was trash under the tables and the floor had not been cleaned. The first time I just gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking they had just had a busy spell and had not had a chance to clean up. But I did notice nobody was trying to clean up while we were there, nobody touched a table, swept the floor, anything. The second time we were there we found the dining room in the same condition as always the food was delivered quickly and was very good, but the dining room was again filthy tables were dirty, cups and straws were left on them and the floors had not been cleaned and again no one was trying to clean that I saw. Yesterday was the same experience trash under the tables, tables were dirty and the counter where the cokes are dispensed was covered in dried coke that people had spilled, and nobody was trying to clean anything. I had to find a place on the counter that I hoped the cup would not stick to just to put the lid on the cup. And although the food was great as usual, my wife had to find the cleanest dirty table she could for us to set and eat. And again, nobody was trying to clean. When I was at the coke dispensing counter trying to find a clean spot to set my cup down an employee looked at the counter, looked at me and walked around me and went back to the service counter. As much as we love Braums for the great food and value, we probably won't be back to this store at least anytime soon. The first couple of times I overlooked it, but the third time with no change you begin to think it is a trend or lack of training.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response about what action if any is being taken, I don't want anything in return, just would like to see what the company policy about seeing that this is corrected might be.
Waited 52 min and still didn't get my order
We waited for someone to answer the car in front of us for 20 minutes then waited for five minutes to take our order then we waited another fifteen minutes to get to window to wait even longer and then after paying we still waited so I ask them if it was almost ready if it wasn't I told them to just give us what was already done then the lady came to the window and told us that we only waited for sixteen minutes and I said not from the time we got in line and there was only one other car in front of us and she said we only have four people here well I'm sorry I also work in fast food and she didn't need to be as rude as she was to me even made my 14 year old daughter angry because of the way she spoke to me .. this is the worst service I've ever experienced in my life..

The Deluxe ⅙ lb. Hamburger & Cheeseburger ad is deceiving
Just got home from Braums in Choctaw, Ok. With our three Deluxe ⅙ lb. Hamburger & Cheeseburger, Just before i eat mine I open it up to add a speck of salt to it. there was only one slice of tomato one tiny pickle and a speck of lettuce. Ours didnt look like the one in the Ad. Come on you guys You can do better than that.
Desired outcome: Lettuce is not that expensive
