Professionalism and slip hazards.
I was in Idabel Braum's on Wednesday evening. Some of the staff were having an argument and from behind closed doors, you heard one male employee yelling at someone loudly that this is [censored] [censored] and a a few more unintelligible words and [censored] multiple more times. One of the female employees then stormed from behind the door and ran to ladies room. Totally unprofessional for a business serving the public. In addition, another ongoing problem are the floors. It feels like they are using the kitchen grease mop in the lobby area. Every time you walk in the door, you nearly slip and fall ( and I am NOT an elderly person). You have spent so much to remodel our Braum's and we love it, however, the floors look disgusting again and you slip & slide all over the store and track that greasy mess into your car. It makes us not want to go inside-- and Braum's is our ONLY store we purchase our meat, milk, eggs and produce from. Please help!
Desired outcome: Educate staff on proper behavior at work and teach them to properly mop a floor.

Desired outcome: Way better Jelly's?? I dare you to try what your serving now and tell me you're ok with what you have now!!! I'd put money on better sales with better Jelly's!!!
Cleanliness
Someone in corporate should really take a visit to the Guthrie, Oklahoma store on Hwy 33. This store is discusting. There is mold on the vents in the dining room and ceiling tiles around them, the bathrooms are horrible and out of soap. I'm sure the employees wash their hands before returning back to work though. There are dead flies in the window sills, and there were 2 clean tables at 11am in the dining room. The whole time we were there about 7-8 employees just standing around talking in between customers.
Oh and BTW if you expect a full scoop of ice cream on anything you will have to ask to make sure and get a full scoop. You wouldn't want half a gallon of gas when you pay for a gallon is what I have told them the last three times I've ordered ice cream.

This is sad to say the employees at this store need major training the way they treat customers in drive thru. The employee are very rude and all the way around. In drive she handed my card credit back to me drop on the ground in drive thur she say sorry just closed the window. Then she asked to pull around to wait on my food. Another employee to hand my food to me didn't say have good day or nothing. I asked the employee about is ketup in the bag he said " I don't know " and walked away. Very bad store from the management team there.
Service and store conditions at Dumas Texas
On Sunday July 24, 2021 at 4:30 pm my husband and I stopped at the Braum's in Dumas to refresh ourselves and get something to eat. The women's restroom was FILTHY. A pile of paper towels was on the floor by the stool covering a mess. The floor had soap and water on it. The sink was dirty and the flies were terrible. My husband said the men's restroom was dirty as well no pile of paper towels covering someone's mess.
The floor by the condiment station had water all over it and no one was bothering with clean up detail.
I went to look at the ice cream but that area was filthy as well. Ice cream dripped off the stainless steel equipment. The display cases for the ice cream were dripping with ice cream and the lids covering the ice cream were full of ice cream spills.
The soft serve yogurt machine looked like ice cream had exploded on it. No evidence of an attempted clean up.
While there a customer warned us about the water on the floor. Not one employee said "be careful" and not one employee acknowledged our presence. If a shift manager was present she/he was not attempting to improve the store's appearance.
The store was too dirty for us to order anything. We left and will not likely stop there again. I do hope for the reputation of Braum's that situation will be remedied before the health inspectors stop by.
We love Braum's so seeing this store in such a mess was shocking.
Desired outcome: That the store will be improved and worthy of being a Braum's store.

I went and ordered an breakfast combo 1 My order number is 508501. There was 2 flies in my coffee and I didn't realize until I drank some. I'm very disappointed because I love your breakfast but cannot go back. Sigh, disappointed customer.

This morning I ordered 2 sausage eggs and cheese biscuit combos and sadly they gave me a very very old sandwich that been sitting there for I don't know how long and I could not even eat it it was so bad. I have try calling before I came on here. I called 5 times and no answer. When I called it just rung then when I called back the lone was busy servals time called back again still no answer. Very disappointed and I will not go back to that location. Just horrible. This is your location in Duncanville, TX. I will never serve anyone what I purchase today. I know and food services because I'm a manager myself. They really need to get it together

Food and attitude of employees
We usually go to the Braums located in Edmond Oklahoma off Covell and I35. We get breakfast on weekends and sometimes during work week. My husband always orders Bacon, egg cheese biscuit and he gets sausage every time. Thus morning it happened yet again and our bag of sausage biscuits the sausage was over cooked and tough. We also have had my cherry limeades made terribly. Either no cherry or too much lime. It's never good. We call to let them know and they kinda argue about it. One time my husband went through drive thru and it took them a long time to take his order. There were no others in the drive thru lanes. Then someone drives up in other lane and they wait on them. From there everything goes bad. The lady tells my husband she was in bathroom and was rude in the process. We have decided that after overpaying for this food and rude service we may have to start going somewhere else. We usually spend up to $20 at a time for wrong orders, burnt sausage and taste less drinks. It's getting ridiculous to pay for nasty food.

the customer in front of me had to wait 15 minutes for biscuits and gravy. I waited about 25 minutes till I complained. the area needed wiped down desperately/ nothing was filled ketchup, plastic ware. straws etc. employee at register was a disappointment. manager needed a bath & a hair cut bad. now syrup all over counter. they didn't seem to know what they were supposed to be doing. running around blind. I could have done a better job

Cherry Limeade and Grilled Chicken Salad
So I have been going to Braums for years and have always loved the food and of course the ice cream lol I order a grilled chicken salad almost every time I go and have never gotten a salad with rusty lettuce ever! Well that ended tonight I went to the Braums that is normally a really good in Sand Springs, OK. but tonight I ordered a large cherry limeade with extra cherry syrup and it was absolutely disgusting and then my salad had rusty lettuce! So tonight was really the first time I have ever been disappointed in Braums 😔

How they close!
I find it disgusting that when your stores close at night people are sitting on counters by the soda machine, climbing on cabinets where ice cream and things go just to clean a mirror how they take their hats off and let there hair down how is that being clean hair falling everywhere possibly dandruff, lice, scabs, whatever they may have. Taking there clothes off and looking trashy until you are clocked out work clothes should stay on and hats and hair should stay up!

I went to eat my cheese burger and there was a sheet of paper inside of it. Then I ordered a cheeseburger with cheese and received a burger with out cheese. The cashier at the check out named destiny was rude and replied that "we don't have Apple Pay" but I come here all the time and they do. Bad experience will never come back. They had no gloves on as well.
