Unethical behaviour
From 12 August to present. FBA Stores, (800) 554-8495, had representatives that said that they guaranteed I will be supported through the learning process until I recover all the funds I had invested through my business through amazon. I have invested over $18,000.00. Initally, $995.00 for 4 days (Aug 23; Aug 31 to Sept 2, 2017) of FBA Stores workshop and $9995.00 for further Gold Coaching/instruction assistance (1 n1 for three days) but was supposed to be 2 weeks and support until I recovered my investment of $10990.00. Further invested with Category Approved.com. "We'll do the grunt work for you". I request to ungate 3 Categories, of which only one (1) Category was completed with no avail to get support there also. Stating only, that changes in amazon policies does not provide them a way for them to complete the ungating. No compensation offered although I had called and requested a refund. They gave me companies to go to to order from to complete the ungating but that was the same as going to amazon and provide for my own way to ungate through amazon's policies. No support was provided when I did find a product, that large per unit storage fees ($1200.00) would or could incur if I didn't sell the product in a timely manner and I had to invest $500.00 in shipping fees to take down my FBA stock to avoid further storage fees. No assistance of support was provided as I went through had to learn for myself that Other fees charged by amazon which were extortionate on products listed that after a sale, shipping the product to include labor and supplies to ship, caused losses in the cost to approximately $900.00+. I still have stock investment also. Only through amazon have I received support for my business with amazon.
I would appreciate a full refund of the $9995. 00 invested for the support that was guaranteed me to recover after 6 months in business with support of FBA stores.
I have a witness to the guarantee from their affiliate staff at the workshop and witnessed non support when calling support staff that said they would make themselves available.

I would like to chime in, in 2017 we were taken for 40k from fba stores, in washington state. I have filed with the ftc, my local authorities, and nothing. I see the ftc has awarded 10 million? where is ours? this is such bs. we still pay monthly on this, adam bowser and his "crew" are crooks! I just had to go through cancer treatment surgery, no one gives a blank about that. I have all the proof that we were swindled, where to turn from here?
diamond coaching and business practices
I agree with reviews of other folks about FBA Stores business practices and won't repeat my story here. Stay away from them at all times.
I tried to do something about FBA Stores by going into arbitration and lost. In summary, the ruling was: I was responsible for reading and understanding the terms and conditions before I signed the contract. Refund claim denied. See yah!
This rest of the review is for people trying to get their money back from FBA Stores for a Diamond coaching package.
Please like and share this post on all websites where people are complaining about FBA Stores and on the Facebook pages or websites of people that are in the same boat as we.
The great news in that I have not given up.
I have been reviewing the contract terms and conditions about Bonus #3 (getting a 2nd Amazon store).
I am NOT a lawyer, but I think Bonus #3 (2nd Amazon store) is NOT deliverable and MAY/MIGHT/COULD BE/POSSIBLE grounds for breach of contract.
If you are a lawyer, have a lawyer or contact one, please ask them to review the reasons shown below in the email.
Don't get too excited yet. We still have to ask FBA Stores to clarify the aspects of Bonus #3.
You can do this by sending an innocent clarification email to FBA Stores and ask them to answer a simple question.
Please send the following in an email to Ron Dunn (FBA Stores General Manger) at ron.[protected]@fbastores.com and Kailla Walls (FBA Stores "Student" Manager) at kailla.[protected]@fbastores.com.
Don't modify the email body. This is about getting an answer from FBA Stores and NOT ranting or making demands.
Let's see what they say and go from there! Happy emailing! Please post your results from FBA Stores.

Subject: Amazon Insider Network Bonus #3 - Deliverability Clarification
Dear Mr. Dunn and Ms. Walls,
I have been reviewing the Amazon Insider Network contract terms and conditions about Bonus #3 (2nd Amazon store) and I need a clarification.
I have a simple Yes or No question to ask:
Is Bonus #3, in its entirety, a deliverable,
contracted benefit that I paid for?
I don't think Bonus #3 is deliverable by FBA Stores for these reasons:
1. It is unethical because creating a 2nd Amazon
store is forbidden in the Amazon agreement
2. It could do harm to my business (Amazon store) if
Amazon shut me down
3. Receiving the benifit I paid for would force me to
violate my agreement with Amazon to have only 1
store
When can I expect your answer to my very simple, Yes or No question?
This is the description of Bonus #3 for your easy reference:
Bonus #3: 2nd Store setup in Boston with fully loaded laptop and MiFi.
We create your 2nd Amazon Store so that you
can double your income and sell your product
twice as fast.
We provide you with the 2nd computer to run
and manage your business from so that you
don’t link both accounts together. We show you
to how to keep everything separate so Amazon
will never link your accounts.
Sincerely,
Your Name

Scam! Scam! STAY away from FBA Stores! It looks like some comments here are comments made by FBA Stores too! Trying to lure you into believing that they are legitimate. Making it look like a customer complained and lost in the arbitration and the customer. Don't get easily brainwashed by these fools!
Achipupu--- you are POOPOO. YOU are the FOOL.. The above comment about arbitration is indeed true. The guy even used his real name.. not something made up like you did!

misleading and exaggerated descriptions of gold level membership
During a January 2017 Dallas 3-day FBA Stores workshop I bought their $9, 995 Gold Level product based on promises of advanced coaching, immediate access to their wholesale program offering products with large profit margins, and to recoup my investment in 6 months. These claims were untrue.
1) FBA Stores (aka Online Auction Training Center Inc; FBA Distributors; Amazon Riches, Amazon Profits Course, Amazon Success Workshop, Amazon Riches Home Study System, Insider Online Secrets Group) engaged in misleading and exaggerated descriptions of their product and claims of monetary success during the 3 day workshop.
2) FBA Stores failed to fulfill the commitment for "a lifetime supply of product with great deals for your store" and "immediate access to product with 20% profit margins" from their wholesale program. Over 6 month, I was unable to make a successful purchase from the wholesale department. By July 2017 their wholesale department was closed.
3) FBA Stores LLC failed to meet the commitment for advanced one-on-one coaching. The advanced coaching was a repetition from the 3-day workshop and is mostly offered free at Amazon. It is in no way advanced.
I agree! I received the 2-day training event in San Antonio in Jan 2017. They gladly took my $9995.00 and although they gave me 8 phone call instructions, it was with 3 different instructors so information was not consistent and each time I had a new instructor the class started over with the basics.
They do NOT honor their claim of recouping your investment within 6 months. I'm not ever going to see it returned.
overall experience
I signed up for 3 day course after being deceived and lied to by there setup man to the tune of $1300.00 at a Free introduction. Promised I could not fail. Said there was a money back gurarantee and I would get one on one training and to take my computer with me so they could work with me so I would be a success.Total lie.
When I showed up on Friday July 14th. for the 3 day training session I was told we wouldn/t need our computers for that day and there wasn/t enough Wi-Fi for us where we were.Another deception!
Chris Bowser started right in on telling us how successful he and his brother were.
He then went on about how successful his con artist buddies who were there as his assistants were. The mood changed from what I was told we would be getting to how much could we get our hands on for money to buy inventory to invest in Amazon. I was led to believe I could be successful for a reasonable amount but now it changed to $30, 000-$50, 000.
I would not have spent $1300.00 if I had known that this was nothing but a scam up to including how to cheat the tax man on our taxes- legally of course! This is not America and we don, t get the tax breaks as they do.
When I realized what a sleazy operation this was and there was no way I was going to get what I was promised I did not go back for Saturday or Sunday classes as I know they would have tried to force me to borrow $30, 000=$50, 000 on my credit cards and come Monday morning I would have been a very sorry person.I hope this helps other people from being victimized by these maggots.I consider this a lesson learned and my $1300.00 loss could have been a lot worse.I just wish there was someone I could report these people to so they can, t come back and victimize more of us clueless Canucks again.
Sincerely yours,
Jim Major
Wow, that's amazing to hear this and other stories. I just wish I would have been smart enough to look into this before I got suckered. It is very dishearting to see and hear that people are all saying the same thing. Maybe it could become a class action suit, Thank you for your post,
fba store by adam
I went to the three-day seminar they offered and signed up with a Salesman I don't know if his name is even real. The entire seminar was a con a complete scam. I learned after they got Ten Thousand Dollars from me that the deliver nothing they say at all. And that the people that work and run the three days seminar don't even work for FBA but are hired pros to scam you of your money and will say anything to get you to write that check. It is so sad they hurt a lot of people and please stay away from signing on to their joke of a business. All they do is lie and lie and lie. Nothing is as they say it is. 80%of all people do not even follow through with it after they give them the money because they can't do it, it's just too hard and time-consuming and not what they were told at all at the seminar. PLEASE DO NOT DO IT..! You will be sorry if you do. Like me
FBA Stores give a great sales pitch, but has absolutely no product and provides a very substandard training. You pay them anywhere from $5000 - $35, 000 and they will give you between 4 and 6 online training sessions. Also, do not be fooled by their "6 month guarantee" that they mention multiple times throughout their training/sales session to get you to buy their system (which they will later deny that this is what you are buying). They emphasize multiple times throughout their seminars that at the end of 6 months, if you have not recouped your investment, they will refund your investment in full. No, they will not! Instead you will get a letter from Chris with a listing of excuses and well-rehearsed scripts about the service they have already provided to you and how their trainers are business owners too and refunding would not be fair to them. Aside from that being an outright bait and switch, If you do the math. that means you are paying anywhere between $1, 250 all the way up to $5, 833 per hour for these one-hour online "training" sessions which, quite frankly, are not very helpful and is information already available on YouTube. Save your money. I bought into this and I have regretted it ever since. A very expensive lesson learned.
I had a similar experience to the rest of you. I signed up in the LA workshop in January 2017 and found these postings whilst researching for a class action suit in Calif. I could join. If one gets started, please count me in!
Hi Sheri,
I am sorry to hear that you have to go through this. I signed up for the Diamond Package but realized early enough that they were not delivering on their promises and make you feel like an idiot. I filed for arbitration and they are coming to California. They don't want to refund my money, obviously, they want to give me 1/2 for doing nothing at all for me. So here we are battling in arbitration. If you are here in California, like me, would you like to be my witness and take this opportunity to say your part? I welcome all people who are here in California to contact me and talk to me. my email is fdmhall4816@gmail.com
I have nothing to add to the complaints here, which are detailed and well-documented. I am researching class action suits against these people, who managed to convince me to part with the better part of a year's salary, and I see nothing. Anybody initiating an action?
they are scammers and i fully agree with everything said here, i had the same experience... all that money just went to waste, all just empty promises.
Buyer beware! Their 3days workshop is just a teaser to get you into their training by given you the information to spark your interests, just tip of an iceberg to make you want to know more and by appealing to your emotional security for the financial future you might be concern about. In the training session they keep re-emphasizes how much money you are going to missed out if you don't rush to sign up their Diamond mentoring programs, because you are just going to missed out so much money by not using their resources that will enable you to cash in on this holiday season.
And without their mentoring programs, you are going to make so much mistakes on Amazon that could resulting Amazon can shut you done, and on and on the entire training is about to up-sell you their most expensive programs which will cause you $35000, and that's generous of them to give you $5000 discount because is the workshop specials...
I am attending their 3rd days workshop tomorrow, and I can't wait for one of their coach to try to pressure me to buy their Diamond program, I am going to make them work so hard and think that their have got me hooked, it will be so...much fun😂😂😂😂

I and about 20-50 other Students have paid a great deal of money to be educated by Adam and Chris Bowser who claim to have made millions from their business. I began in August of 2015 and each time I get together with them they are constantly pitching their new and improved services but have yet to fulfill the promises made from August of 2015. It started with a free workshop on how to sell on Amazon, then it went to a $1000 3-day workshop, which was just enough to get you interested in learning more. Then it went onto a $35k investment into their lifetime education program, personal coaching and access to the "great deals" and their fulfillment program. When you couldn't get any help from the Coaches that they say are experienced in doing this business, and they are not, most just got hired and have never had their own amazon store or have a successful amazon store, or they don't answer the phones or call you back. In evitable they sell you on the master mentor program getting you to fork out $20 so you get the personalized attention, that they should have been giving you in the first place. They sell you stuff that appears to not sell in anyone else's store, probably stuff that got sent back from someone else's store. And now its in your store taking up storage space which amazon charges you a great deal for. I've spent over $100k+ with them easily for products some, I lost money on while selling on Amazon. can you believe I actually paid more than I made to sell it on Amazon? who does that? In any case, I've pleaded with them on countless occasion to get things square away, almost 2-years later and I'm still working that out. I finally said I want out and I'm done. I asked for my money back 1/2 of what I've invested in their company and we are at a cross road where many others and I are seeking to get our investments back via a Class Action Law Suit. They leave us no choice.
He says "if anyone is not happy with what they received from us, he will more than happily, give them a refund" but actions do not always match the words, because people have been trying to get refunds from them for months and they will not answer emails, or phone calls.
I am so thankful to see this post. Only because FBA stores by Adam needs the FBI to come in and close them down. I invested a few months back and nothing was as they promised or sold. I am going to have to pick up a second job to cover the burden I have but on my family. The coaching is awful, My coach never sold one thing on Amazon ever and was coaching purely for his coaching book. If anyone wants to do a class action I
think it's hard because they cross ever "T" and dot every "I" just enough to say... O we cover that. These guys are pros at this game, they higher ed in outside sources to make sure the scam is covered legally. DO NOT DO FBA stores by ADAm.. you will be sorry. !
coaching program
FBA Stores is a complete scam! They tell people that they have thousands of products available at 20% ROI and they don't. When you try to buy products with the credit cards you were instructed to get at the 3 day seminar to buy product, they can't even take them. What kind of company can't even accept a credit card?
They go through coaches like crazy and it seems like most of them have no actual Amazon selling experience. I think they are just getting people off the street to work for them. And with the $35, 000 you pay them for this coaching, you can learn more on your own.
When they sell you on these coaching packages they tell you anything you want to hear to make you sign up and pay them money, even if it means going into debt to pay your bills. As long as they get their money, they don't care. These people won't even give you the time of day when you call in to express concerns or try to fix your problems. When you call in, all you get is a customer service rep that says they are sorry and nothing gets done.
You will never get your money back on this investment! It will take you years to even make back how much you invest in your coaching package, and by that time you will have gone bankrupt filling Chris Bowser's pockets and funding his vacation home.
It's too late for me, but if you are reading this get out while you still can! Don't give Chris Bowser another dime!
There must be an attorney somewhere willing to take on a class action (on our collective behalf) against FBA Stores and the Bower brothers?
Amazon filed civil suit against FBA Stores on December 6th, in Western District Court for injunctive relief and damages including, among many things, trade mark infringements; and Washington Attorney General filed complaints for violation of Washington state consumer protection and business opportunity regulations. The cases are all spelled out pretty will by Amazon and Washington AG in their respective filings; Documents are online. Bowsers have to have a pile of cash somewhere from all this scamming. Only question is whether anything will be left after Amazon is through with them. Amazon trial is set for July, 2019.
Bowsers requested a jury trial. Sweet. It's civil so they can't hang 'em. But they can gut them.
If someone knows a nice mad-dog attorney looking for a project, this might be the ticket. Otherwise, us "Diamond Students" will never see a dime.
Yes they promised Suppliers, distributors, 20% plus profits.
Then I found out that the coaches don't anything about the promised suppliers and distributor lists and the products found using their methods will not make a profit because they cost more than you can sell them for. Is there a class action suit ?

I have lots and lots of documents, names and testimonies from other people but I don't see any way of uploading the files besides the pictures.
Actually, it was an additional $20, 000...not $20 hahaha sorry for the error
If there is a class action suit please let me know. I attended the seminar in 2017 here in Tampa, FL and joined as I think a Diamond member with their company thinking they were part of Amazon and would help me to learn the process. I would love to get the ($8, 000) fees I paid back. Email me at kabenthy@sbcglobal.net. Thanks!
I lost my copy of the Razon program. May I have a link to download it again please? Thanks, Laird. Eagle One Deals. eagleonedeals@gmail.com
I purchased a program from them at a Summit in Vegas called Razon. Paid $500 for it. I lost it on my computer. Anyone still have it? I would appreciate a copy please? Thanks, Eagle One Deals eagleonedeals@gmail.com
I hope a class-action law suit will be started in Massachusetts. I just found this link regarding "complaints/FBA-Stores". Back on 11/16/2014, I attended a 3 day seminar in Boston, MA. I foolishly signed up for their Diamond Coaching Plan - "Amazon Insider Network" Mentoring Program at a cost of $19, 995.00. Immediately, Adam started pushing me to purchase products through (FBA) Fulfillment by Adam, with products that he recommended, stating I would easily make 20% Profit Margins, if not more. I ordered 3 different shipments to send to Amazon totaling an additional $13, 000.00 between 11/21/2014 thru 12/31/2014. All of these were products that were recommended by Adam and then Skyler. Everything started going downhill right away, not receiving my "Personal Weekly 1 on 1 Coaching Sessions" on a regular basis, coaches not calling they should or leave me hanging all day & never called, receiving damaged products, etc. I won't go into more details regarding this horrible scam by the Bowser brothers, as I know many more have gone through this nightmare. Bottom line, after trying to succeed on my own for 2 years & losing more and more $, I finally closed my account & had to refinance my home to pay off my credit cards or go bankrupt. Please put me on the contact list if a class-action law suit ever gets filed. My contact email is suzi.celes01@gmail.com
Sadly, I am yet one more person that would like to join a class-action suit. I signed up for the $35K and also fell for the Auto Arbitrage for another $3K. Like many others I am dealing with paying the credit cards that Average Joe set up for another $3, 500.00. Please put me on the contact list if a case gets filed at 48tenderheart@cox.net.
Has anyone started a class action suit in MA? If so please let me know at shopsmartmarket@yahoo.com . We also have lost a lot of money with Adam. My mother took out her retirement money just to pay off all the credit cards used for FBA Adam.
Do not get sold into thinking your going to make any money or even getting your money back. I know they preach that you can get your money back even when you do all that they expect you to do. They will attempt to make a $500 settlement with your $11, 000.00 investment
I would also like to be a part of any class action suit against FBA...Nothing that they promised would happen has happened. Email is rlpro316@gmail.com
We to were taken over on this Scam. All the promises they made were untrue. I'm am contacting the Attorney General in New Jersey tomorrow, I sent a email to the lead prosecutor in the case yesterday. I'm looking for anyone to speak with that understands a little how this works. We are out over $60, 000 when said and done.
We have also been duped and have paid the $36000 +. We have been fighting a losing battle using their techniques and our products are now lost due to the shut down of FBA Stores Fulfillment center. Is there a class action suit we can join?
