So, I was really excited when I saw the video on the Finger Comber website and also on YouTube. But, let me tell you, this wig was a complete disaster! It came in a box with just a piece of tissue paper, no plastic bag or anything. It looked like a prop from one of those Tyler Perry movies (you know, the ones that are just plain awful). I can't believe I spent $100 on this piece of junk and to top it off, there are no refunds! Now, I know what it feels like to be catfished because this wig is definitely not the same as the one on the website. It's straight up garbage! So, if you're thinking about buying from Finger Comber, be careful because you might end up with a hot mess like I did.

I was really excited to try out Finger Comber's wigs after seeing all the beautiful pictures on their website. I even watched some reviews on YouTube and they were all positive. But let me tell you, I was sorely disappointed when my wig arrived.

First of all, it wasn't even packaged properly. Instead of the usual plastic bag, it was wrapped in tissue paper. Not a good start. Then, I ordered the Blow Out wig, which was supposed to have some volume and texture. But what I got was just straight hair that looked like it had been flat ironed. Not what I was expecting at all.

To make matters worse, the hazelnut color I chose looked really dull and dusty. It didn't look polished or shiny like it did in the pictures. And the biggest issue of all was that the wig didn't even have enough hair. I could see my wig cap peeking through in some spots. Not a good look.

I paid $78 for this wig and honestly, it was a complete ripoff. I didn't get any value for my money and I'm really disappointed. I wouldn't recommend Finger Comber to anyone based on my experience.

According to Finger Comber's policy, if the tracking information shows that the package was delivered, they are not responsible for the product. To my surprise, Finger Comber didn't even respond to PayPal! Luckily, PayPal refunded my money, but I was really disappointed with Finger Comber's lack of communication and customer service.

Overall, I would not recommend ordering from Finger Comber. It seems like they're only in it for the money and don't really care about their customers. If you do decide to order from them, make sure you have a backup plan in case anything goes wrong.

The Havana Hair from Finger Comber is a bit of a disappointment. It's seriously dry and can be quite damaging to your natural hair. While it's great to have this 4c style, it's nowhere near as soft as anyone's actual 4c hair. My own 4c hair is touchable, but this 4c fiber is definitely not.

I reached out to Fingercomber about this issue, and their response was to "use some shea butter." Unfortunately, this fiber doesn't absorb shea butter at all, and it doesn't do anything to make it softer. In fact, hair like this can actually cut into your real hair where it meets it and cause abrasion with every movement.

I have to say, I'm not entirely convinced that Finger Comber is a black-owned business. If it were, I think they would be more diligent and proactive about providing a service that actually helps black hair, rather than causing harm.

I ordered THE SOF-KINX HD UNIT with a "pinch of salt," but when I received it, I found that it was extremely thin and had a small sliver of gray in it that I had to search for. I paid extra for that "pinch of salt," but it seems like they barely added anything to it. The unit did not look like the HD examples on their website, and I was very upset that I paid so much for a "handmade" unit that looked like this.

I decided to reach out to Finger Comber about my concerns, and they responded promptly, which I appreciated. They apologized for my disappointment and asked me to send pictures of the unit on and some of just the hair by itself. I did as they asked, and they responded by saying that it was the same unit and that they make all of their units on a breathable cap. They also mentioned that the wefts may become visible when exposed to light, but that it is not noticeable when the unit is worn.

However, I still feel like the unit I received does not look right. I understand that handmade products may have some variations, but I do not think that justifies the thinness and the small sliver of gray in the wig. I was hoping for a more natural and realistic look, but unfortunately, that is not what I received.

Overall, I appreciate Finger Comber's prompt response and willingness to help, but I am still disappointed with the product I received. I hope that they can improve their quality control and make sure that their customers receive the products they paid for.
