Durin the last week of June, Berkshire Springs dropped off 2 5 gallon jugs of water that are too heavy for me to move. They left them right at the door of my condo. I have contacted them 4 Times. They have still not removed the material. I am not, nor have I ever been a customer of Berkshire Springs. I want these bottles GONE. I'm gettin nowhere with this company. Can you help?

The water delivery account got canceled on 6/01/22 when we moved to another state. The company kept charging for services on 6/3/22 for $109.40 (they said they'd give the money back). On 8/5/22, they charged $197.40, and on 9/09/22, $36.85. They're now saying they don't have a note in their system to cancel the service or refund the money, and they can't do anything about it. They say a manager will call us back, but that never happens.

The last conversation was over two weeks ago (Nov 12), and the manager promised to call me within ONE week with the check number and mail it to me. But I haven't received my refund yet. I didn't get all my water on August 8th. The driver took 6 bottles and left 3. I called and they said they would bring the rest on 8/22. I got 4 bottles on 8/22. They took $151.66 from my account. That's at least $80 too much. I can't see my statement. It says I'm not allowed. I called and talked to *** on 9/8. She said their website is having problems. She said they charged me on 8/8 for the order. They charged me again on 8/22, and there was a fuel charge too. I'm arguing about the second fuel charge. It wasn't my mistake. They also charged me for a full delivery on 8/24, but I never got it. When I called again on 9/8, *** said her boss would check my account after lunch. I haven't heard from them since.

The last time I called them was 8/13 and I advised them that if I do not get my check within the next week or so, I am going to file a complaint with ComplaintsBoard.com. I was assured that I would receive the check. Obviously, I did not receive a check since I am filing this complaint. On 12/14, I didn't receive any water. On 1/6/22, I didn't get water either. And on 2/2/22, the same thing happened - no water. I decided to cancel all my deliveries because of this issue. To make matters worse, they haven't been able to keep any employees, so I keep getting skipped over. On 7/2/22, I still didn't receive any water, and the same thing happened on 8/3/22. Then, on 10/10/22, they charged me $197 for water that I never received. And on 11/7/22, they charged me $96.82 again, even though I canceled my deliveries and no driver showed up. As a result, I've had to buy bottles of water from the grocery store. I've been trying to contact this company since 11/11/22, leaving messages on their machine. I've only spoken to two people, and both of them said that billing would call me back, but they never did! So, I canceled my deliveries again on 11/28/22 for November 29, 2022. I also canceled my December deliveries with a new customer service representative on 11/21/22. Additionally, I canceled my cooler rental. Despite all this, I still didn't receive water in the November delivery. Therefore, I need a refund for 11/29/22. Since I've stopped all services, I shouldn't be charged for anything in December. They also need to pick up their cooler. This company can't seem to retain employees, and now they're trying to charge me for services I didn't receive. Once I receive the water that I already paid for, I will be canceling my account. I expect a refund to be credited back to my credit card.

We've been using Berkshire Springs for years at my office. Everything was fine and we were happy with the delivery schedule and service until about 2 months ago. In October, the price for our rental cooler went up by $2 a month without any notice. For a small office like ours, that's a big increase. We asked for a break on one month's payment and they said they would send us a new invoice with the updated fee. We were okay with that and even thought about buying a cooler with monthly insurance for next year. It's been almost 2 months, maybe more, since we talked to customer service. We never got a new invoice, even though we sent multiple emails, made phone calls, and left voicemails. We asked for a water delivery with a new water cooler and 4 bottles of water, which was supposed to come on December 22. It's been almost a week and we haven't received any calls, emails, or deliveries. Every time we call, we're put on hold for 45 minutes to an hour, just to hear a recording telling us to leave a message. And when the recording says to press 7 to leave a message for a live person, it doesn't transfer to voicemail at all. We left several messages and didn't get a call back. We also sent several emails and didn't get a response. We're really frustrated and thinking about switching to another company.

Then, I got a call from *** the manager, who said that Berkshire Spring no longer delivers water to our area. But during the next week, Berkshire Springs delivered 6 large bottles to ***, but they didn't deliver the 8 cases of water to me, ***'. I called Berkshire Springs again and spoke to ***, who said she was confused and spoke to her manager, who said she has no idea why the water was delivered and again told me they no longer deliver to our area. So, I found a new company and started using their service. I went on vacation for a week, and when I returned, there were 8 cases of water for me, ***', and 6 big bottles for *** bubbler, which had been sitting in the sun for a week on my lawn. I called Berkshire Springs again and asked what was going on, and I spoke with ***, who spoke to her manager, but the manager wouldn't speak to me. She said we wouldn't be charged and to keep the water. However, we were both charged on 8/5/22. We had to throw out the water since it had been sitting in the sun for a week. I called Berkshire Spring water again and spoke to ***, since the manager refuses to speak to me. She said she would reimburse us, but to date, we haven't been reimbursed, and I call every week. *** said her manager corrected the issue and that we should have been reimbursed, but we haven't. I am asking for reimbursement for the water that wasn't supposed to be delivered since they canceled our route.
