This site sells random products at cheap prices, until they are gone.

First of all, it's not like Amazon or Overstock. You can't just pick what you want. You have to check the site daily to see if they are selling something that you want. They sell 1 single product per day, and it's a toss-up as to what will be on there. You can go a month without seeing anything you'd even be remotely interested in, but when they do, the prices are REALLY cheap!

I have this site in my RSS reader, so I will always see the deal of the day!

Woot I have been watching the deals on this site for awhile

I have been watching the deals on this site for awhile. I finally bought something and the price was great and received the item as promised.

I always thought that the deals were too good to be true but I was wrong. After seeing the good reviews here on site jabber it gave me the confidence to buy from them. I only wish I would have done it before. I have let a lot of good deals go by out of fear. It won't happen again.

Thanks to all the people who took the time to write about this site for giving me the confidence to shop at Woot.

Woot Great customer service

Recently made a purchase that was not as advertised. I emailed for a refund and they responded saying that, acc to their return policy, my item was not eligible for refund. After pressing the issue further and offering a valid argument, they obliged and refunded the price of the item and the shipping fee. I see a lot of negative reviews on here and I have to agree with some of the concerns. I feel the return policy is a bit too strict but it is clearly laid out. Perhaps my agreeable experience was due to my longevity as a customer but whatever the reason, they've kept me as a customer. Also, I paid with Amazon payments, so I don't know if that affected the outcome since I'm a regular Amazon customer, also.

Woot Deals Woot is a website that allows us as consumers

Deals Woot is a website that allows us as consumers to share sales and deals we have encountered or know about. I have purchase items that others have shared links to and have saved good money.

Deals Woot offers a site that I use to find the best deals around. Even if it means saving 5 bucks, it's still a savings. You are under no obligation to buy anything, and you only buy something when you want. Once you find something you like, the website will have a link to the site that has the item on sale, it's that simple. Browse and view anything posted, or post a sale yourself. Once you find a good sale you woot that sale up and that helps others know that must be a good one.

Check it out it's one of a few great sites to share sales and deals that allow us as the customer to save money, it's a win win.

Daily Dose of Laughter and Daily Gadget Deal! - I heard about this site from my brother a few years back. www.Woot.com promotes ONE DEAL A DAY... meaning you snooze, you lose. The promoted product is available to buy from 12:00am-11:59pm each day. Some finds are incredible, some wacky, some just plain dumb. But it's a site I hit on a daily basis, if not just to provide me with some funny reading material. =) I've bought a few products from the site and it's completely legit. Service and delivery is professional and prompt. I've bought a digital camera, the Lemonader, random household products. My brother has bought a ton of electronic gadgets from this site since he's a gadget freak. Never had a complaint. On the plus side, after he got bored with a couple of them, he sold them on Craigslist for a profit! Check the site out and let me know what you think. =)

Woot Forget simple Buyers Remorse- WOOTER's REMORSE is far worse!

We were among the Woot addicted. Many purchases with them, My husband and I were looking daily, honestly not once a day either, not to miss the insane deals and Great merchandise. It was kind of fun. BUT... I am afraid those days are GONE. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE! I have SEVERE buyers remorse (Wooter's Remorse). Customer Service SUCKS, Return policy NONE, If your product does not work or is broken or just the crappiest thing on earth, you have NO recourse. You may as well have thrown your money in a bonfire! So all in all, the "insane deals" I thought I had gotten in the beginning have become rather expensive when it all washes out. We are stuck with crap - that is not good enough for Goodwill. I used to tell EVERYONE about Woot, friends, family, strangers, I LOVED WOOT.
I wish I could turn back time, and reserved judgement. I am sure that everyone i told too found out the hard way - this company is the worst one on-line to buy from hands down. Ugh! In the beginning the company was just different and definitely 5 stars... How do I even give this company ONE star now? They have gone down hill and the deals are just not all that great anymore!

Fiverr features semi and full experts in field's from Writing SEO for your website, or drawing an outstanding characterization from your phone. Everything in between. One will edit your paper, another will create a cover for your E-book. Another, will write it for you. A stunning diversity of talent!

The deal is, and agreed upon work... is $5. Five bucks. Well it starts there. Add an extra (gig as they're called) bit of work: extra pages, additional copies, colour vs b&w, etc., the cost goes up - but only in $5 to $10 increments. Want it in 24 hours... add $10 bucks.

But what you're getting for a terribly reasonable price I have found a treasure trove of possibilities. For $5, plud an extra "gig" fee of $15, an A Capella instance of my singing a tune (which I thought sounded great), was sent to a professional sound engineer on Fiverr, and he added the musical track (and had to alter tempo here and there as I was off), and it was amazing. For $20? That's insane!

Check Fiverr out, it's a playground of opportunities, and, of course, you can sign-up to sell YOUR gig there as well.

CAVEAT! You have the opportunity to message with the pro, prior to agreeing on price and go-ahead. Ask ALL your questions at THAT POINT. Make sure you've all bases covered with expectation. You can ask for samples of seller's work. In the end, If what you receive is BELOW YOUR EXPECTATIONS, you can 1. Request the work be improved before you accept, or 2. Cancel the gig because it was just that bad. You can't lose.

Woot Woot Rips Offs

Received my Just Black Pixel 3 128gb two days ago. The phone loaded, however the sound on this phone does not work. When I call my friend they only can hear a couple numbers spoken when counting to one hundred. When they speak with the volume all the way turned up, they sound as if they are talking two rooms away through closed doors. Under the listing "Hey, you there! These items are expected to have a moderate level of wear & tear including (but not limited to) scratches, dents, and dings. Outside of their physical appearance, they have been tested to be in full working condition. Batteries are tested to function at minimum 85% capacity."

This phone is definitely not tested or working as a phone, funny I thought a Google Pixel 3 was supposed to work as a phone? I guess due to risk COVID-19 being transmitted they laid off the Woot test monkeys and instead hired some frogs? The item delivery took over 10 days to be delivered so I guess they are now using guppies to deliver the items that appear to only be good enough to serve as over priced door stops! Next time I want a door stop or a phone my time and money would be better spent going to the city garbage dump to pick a couple tin cans and string which work better as a phone then this PHONE "WHICH IS TESTED TO BE IN FULLY WORKING ORDER" - NOT!

I am returning this phone for a refund which I was told will take another 12-15 business days to even hope to get the money back as per Woot SNAIL CUSTOMER service! Shipping takes 5 business days, processing take 5 business days and another 3 - 5 business days for the money to actually be returned to my credit card. This is my first and last business transaction with WOOT! WOOT definitely does not provide the same customer service that I have experienced with Amazon Prime. I have been the biggest fool to try think as a subsidiary of Amazon they would have any customer service. I theorize WOOT rips off your money parks it in some high interest account. So they actually make money off having our money in this account over the period of one month that is the time that will actually elapse between paying for the phone, receiving the phone, returning the phone and getting money back. WOOT does not make money off selling quality items at low prices with specialization in volume! WOOT seems to be the largest rip off racket ever. Stay Clear!

Woot Horrendous customer servive

I recently placed a very simple order: 2 wireless charging docks for my sansung galaxy S6. Expecting delivery in a few weeks, I was very happy to get a package from Woot! In the mail three days later. I ripped apart the small bubble package they sent me, only to have that happiness disappear in an instant. They sent the wrong item.

Instead of receiving 2 wireless charging docks, they sent me a single Micro USB to HDMI converter cord. "Alright, I'll just talk to their customer service and have them send me the correct order" I thought to myself...

This is when their lack of communication and terrible service structure completely ruined my first experience with their company.

I sent them a polite "Hey, you guys sent me the wrong item" email, and got a response within 8 hours "Your refund has been processed and should reflect on your original payment method in the next couple of business days". "Alright, It's over at least" I thought to myself as I actually found the same item from china for 4.99 each instead of woot!'s 27.99 price.

A few hours later, their customer service sent me another email, saying "Hello,

I am sorry for the incorrect response sent you in the previous mail, we kindly request you to ignore it.

Upon checking your concern towards the item I am sorry to hear the item(s) you received is not as expected. Unfortunately we do not have any replacements available to send you. I have initiated an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) to return your order and created a prepaid return label."

So I print out my label, package the cord I never ordered up in it's original packaging and am just about to head out to drop it in the mailbox when my phone beeps saying I have another new email... Low and behold, it is again from "Woot!"s confused customer service department.

"Hello,

We are very sorry to hear that! If you believe there is an error from our end, we request that you send us photos of the items. You should be able to attach them directly to a reply to this email. If you are unable to get them to attach, you can send them directly to us at ***@woot.com. If you do it this way, please be sure to include the order number so we can easily find your information. Once we have that, we can investigate your options for you further. We apologize for the inconvenience."

So now... I need to tear off all the tape I just bundled onto the cut package to mail out, so that I can send them pictures of what I recieved... AFTER they already told me to print out a prepaid mailing label and mail the wrong item back to them... I am gritting my teeth at this point, as the complete lack of communication between their support staff is driving me bonkers... It should be obvious at this point why they have lost a lifetime customer at this point... I actually begin thinking this is all part of a scam they do to con people out of their money intentionally.

Nonetheless, I unpackage the cord, snap photos of it with the original receipt and email it to them as requested. And THEN re-package the cord and drop it in the mailbox.

A few hours later, I get another email reply which reads as follows:

"Hello,

I'm so sorry about the problem you had with your item. Unfortunately, we do not have any replacements to send you. We have two options: (1) We can issue a partial refund in the amount of $10.00(for both the items) and you keep the item, OR (2) We can issue an RMA with a prepaid return label and you can return it for a full refund. Please let us know how you would like to proceed.
"

Let me remind you, I paid $64 for these two wireless charging docks, and now they are trying to offer me a refund of 10 dollars to keep an item I don't even want. So naturally, I explain to them that I already mailed the package out, that their communication between customer service reps is horrendous and that I want ALL of my money back.

The rep replies back with:

"In order to return the item for full refund, please use the label and paste it on the item and return it back to us.

Your refund will be processed once we receive the item and should reflect on your original payment method in the next couple of business days. This time frame may vary from one financial institution to another.

I hope you understand our limitations."

"Alright, it's in the mail, I am all set for a full refund once they recieve the item" I think to myself... So I wait about a week and they eventually send me an email stating "Woot! Has recieved your item"

Another few days goes by and I recieve another email... Stating that 27.99 has been refunded onto my account... I am FUMING at this point... Because even after telling 6-7 different customer service reps that I bought TWO chargers, and only recieved ONE item I never ordered... they only reimbursed me for ONE charger.

My email back to their customer service at this point is not very nice... I had to threaten to bring the company to court before they would actually refund my entire order. After serveral days, and several other emails from their customer service department which seems to have ZERO communication with its other members, I finally recieved my second refund... in two parts... Because yes, their customer service reps are that inept.

Even though this company is owned by Amazon, it does not have anywhere near the customer service of its parent company, and they will make life difficult on you any way they can.

Avoid at all costs.

Woot Apple Earbud pro Headphones

Okay 6 months ago I order these headphones from woot. Refurbished at $354, well they don't work now and don't charge. I bought these for my daughter's birthday and now she is so disappointed. I emailed woot 3 times and with a two line answer it is over 90 days you are out of luck. Refurbished means they are fixed to manufacture standards, which they were not and will have the same warranty that refurbished from Apple will have which is 1 year. So, here I am and No phone number, no help and they don't really care. Next step is an Email to the CEO.

Unacceptable.

Woot Apex 100

The Apex 100 Steelseries keyboard developed a hardware problem and cannot get anyone to help . I have been trying for over two weeks to get help. Also the item was listed as new but it was a discontinued item... software no longer available. I want to send it back but Amazon says it did not ship, but Woot's site said it is an Amazon company. Phone number for them does not work.

Desired outcome: Money back or new item to replace.

Ijust received the exact same invoice today. same items same price. This is a scam and as long as they don't have your credit card number just ignore it. I get orders from Norton Antivirus,and Best Buy Geek squad every day.

Product was never delivered. Woot claims that it was and will not acknowledge my communications. I suspect that the drugged-up delivery man left it at the wrong house.

Conversely, Woot may have never sent it.

A scam in any case. terrible (i.e. non existent) customer service.
I was going to buy a $1200 television from them. I might as well take the 1200 big ones and flush them down the porcelain bathroom receptacle!

Woot Never deal with this company

I have ordered an item from www.woot.com about three weeks ago and received nothing yet! Contacted customer service and asked what was going on with my order and the person on the phone said that he had no idea. He said my order was shipped and that it was on its way. Then I asked them to cancel my order and asked for a refund and the answer was "no refunds". What a joke!

To share your sentiment a little, their customer service is non existent. They won't even accept returns on defective merchandise if it is after 2 weeks. It takes them at least 3-4 days to ship the item, then you find out the battery is dead soon thereafter, and yet even though it is undeniable defective, they refuse to allow you to return it.. I bought "new" sheets from them earlier this year, which had two big holes in them. I returned the item and was eventually refunded, but they were so rude when I contacted customer service. Simply not worth the $5-10 discount you might get from ordering from them.

Woot Terrible service

I made an order with Woot for three items about a week ago. When I received a confirmation email I found out they shipped only one item. I immediately contacted customer service and asked what was going on. They said that there was some sort of mistake, apologized and said that everything will be fine. Week passed and one item is on it's way, the other two are still processing! Things I ordered are gifts for my loved ones! Now I'll receive only one item on time, but I need all three! What a disaster!

Woot Bad customer service

I purchased an item from Woot, but it was damaged and I could not use it. So I contacted customer service and asked for a replacement. At first I was ignored, but then I finally received a message from them stating that they were very sorry that my item was not working properly! They then suggested I contact the company and see if it is covered under warranty. I did as they said but received no reply. I checked their return policy and it clearly stated that they return the money if the received item is damaged. That actually never happened! These people stole my money!

Woot I'm very disappointed in this site

Unfortunately even though our new shipping address was saved in the profile, my husband's order still had it shipping to our old address. We contacted them immediately per the confirmation email to let them know what happened and their response was that they could not stop the order and we would have to wait until it was returned to them. I'm sorry, but why have a link in your confirmation emails telling customers to contact them immediately if their is a problem with the shipping address when they won't do anything about it. I'm very disappointed in this site.

Woot Empty Promises

I purchased an EMachine from woot.com that was suppose to come with a Windows 7 upgrade.When I tried to download the upgrade from EMachine, I was informed that the serial number was invalid. After many Emails, phone calls and empty promises, still no upgrade. My Emails now go unanswered!

They keep emailing me and claiming they charged my PayPal account for a big total and there's not ever been that amount in my account anyways. If they're trying to scam me, good luck. I have nothing,im a widow, and they should be ashamed.

I did not receive the cord or the mouse and I was placed on hold forever! I am also a Yelp elitist and I will make sure to put it in a screenshot to let everyone know how crappy of service I received! This was a birthday present for my college student located in Kansas!

Just BE CAREFUL.

I got a fraudulent invoice with a PayPal heading with a charge of $989 - same as the previous complaint. I called the customer number listed in the invoice and someone with an Indian accent answered and he asked for my phone number and my name. He said he would call me back to fix this unauthorized charge. BUT, he never called.

I am still waiting on a refund for products i never received. all they keep telling me is send them back a form for them to investigate it. They have already told me it's their fault and the packages never made it to the delivery company...so where is the issue of hoding my money for me getting nothing?
I've explained over and over that they were birthday gifts and so now the birthday was over 3 weeks ago, i had to go and buy mroe gifts and looked very bad in front of a friend for giving them late presents. so now i am twice out of pocket and want my money back
I will go on every website i know of and every persion i know will be told how bad this company is if i dont get my money back soon. absolute crooks
