I am getting the run around by customer service on the phone, chat and email. I never received and order I placed but I am being ask to pay for items I have not received. Where do I go from here. I have been told several times I will receive a form to make a report with the police department. I have not received anything at this time it's been about a month, I speak with someone again today I was told the form was mailed to the wrong address and that it would go out to the correct address today. When I asked why I'm I receiving Telephone calls to make a payment after a representative told me the payment request is on hold until this issue is resolved I was also told the form was mailed to me back on 3/10/15 I will now start saving what information I can, who want's to pay for something they never received and also who wants the credit score damaged due to poor customer service. Help any suggestions on what can be done next?
they call from an 800 number about six times a day never laeve messages, or any info when you call thsi number you get the run around finally you get talk to some one that is no help at all
My account was billed for two unauthorized purchases, from different states even thought I called Customer Service to report it, they did nothing. I even had to close my bank account because they try to make a payment for $866... I'm tired of calling them for nothing. Where can I report this company?

The same thing happened to me, now I being sued for 600.00 and some odd dollars for breach of contract. I decided to do some research on Fingerhut to see if the same thing has happened to other people, What i found is not good at all. Please those of you that did not received your products keep detailed information and anything else that may help you if you get sued. I wish I would have known that they did not take care of this matter, I called them each time I would get a statement and advised that the products were not received and I was told they would take care of the matter, I got t the same response every time I would call. This went on for some time and finally the invoices stop coming so I took it for granted that they finally fix the problem, never once did they tell me that they will send paperwork and to notify police.
