I have been with Finger hut for over 6 years, and they canceled my old account and gave me a new account. I found out that both of my account had Safeline plus on them. I call safe line plus and ask why, and I didn't get an answer, so I cancel Safeline plus and I was paying the two of them. Then it took 3 month before it was canceled. I ask about the money that they to cover my old account I got the run-around, and I still have to pay my bill when the money they took out would have covered my old account. I was not offer on refund or reason why there closed the account other than

Flash furniture square plastic folding table / country coffee kitchen mat
I ordered two items these were the folding table and kitchen mats, both on August 10/2022. I looked at my Fingerhut status, and I realized I did not change my address as I moved to Folsom from South San Francisco, CA. I quickly changed the address on the billing address but I didn't know there was a shipping address need to change. Once I changed it. Then it seems like they already shipped to South San Franciso, CA instead not at my place Folsom, CA. I DID inform them, and I wrote it with the information. I never received the items, I am sure somebody took the items that were delivered to the old address. I did my best to inform them with a note FIVE TIME! I did not tell them that I am deaf. However, I never receive any note from Fingerhut information, no apology, and I never receive it. NEVER. From that day and the year 2022 to 2023, I still pay the bill even though I never RECEIVED two items. I was charged for no reason! I can file against the Fingerhut with a good lawyer because of my handicapped and because I have been disadvantaged. This is very serious.
Bissell canister vacuum
I ordered this with another item on 12/7. I received my other item so I emailed them about this one. The shipping label was created on 12/8 but the item was never received by the carrier. I have email multiple times and was told to wait a few days it was on its way then to wait until the 19th. Well after multiple phone calls as well and the last phone call being on 12/17 I was told shipping would be waived the item would arrive the 19th. The 19th was yesterday and nothing. The shipping was never waived and the tracking does not work because the label was only created and the item never left. I have tried to get a refund and nothing. I have a billing statement due and the item I haven’t received is also on it. They have done both to help other than tell me to wait. It was a Christmas gift that will not be here and I gave them then benefit of the doubt and waited. Their customer service could care less. I want this resolved and I have emails to show I have tried on my end. I have attached a photo of what the shipping still says to this day.

I ordered some jewelry from fingerhut that was fake it was a necklace for my daughter that changed colors it turned black green and red and I got a set that I sent back to with the label they sent me and everytime I call they keep saying they didn’t receive it then they made me do a affidavit I did that and they keep playing with me and if you can see in the picture of the ring it fake and look how fat it got my hand

Customer service & supervisor I spoke with on 12/16/2022
On 12/6/2022 I ordered a Serta Cobie Microfiber Convertible Futon Sofa Bed. I had moved from Springfield, Ohio in June 2020 and went to the website and updated my information. After I ordered the Serta Cobie Microfiber Convertible Futon Sofa Bed I noticed the website had my old address as the address where my item was supposed to be shipped. I called four times to ensure my item was sent to correct address and customer service and supervisor said they would make sure it was shipped to same address. On 12/16/2022 Pilot called and said my sofa bed was available and I called my mom to open the door for him. But Pilot delivered to wrong address. All these customer service agents throughout out this process were rude and did not take my concern of the furniture going to Springfield, Ohio seriously. Blame was placed on pilot and when I asked that this sofa bed not get delivered he said, "Do you not need this item to sleep?" I can purchase a sofa bed from a furniture store and it is not this supervisor's concern about what I need! Why on earth would I purchase an item so expensive when the agents were so careless. I also asked that my account be closed and it has a zero balance. This supervisor made threats that my credit score would be impacted.
Desired outcome: . I am a good customer ALL ATTEMPTS TO MAKE THIS RIGHT SHOULD BE MADE BY OFFERING DISCOUNTED ITEMS, NO SHIPPING COSTS FOR NEXT FEW MONTHS, AND AN APOLOGY!!
Overcharging /Fraudjalent un-authorization practices
Fingerhut FETTI keeps checking my credit report periodically with out my authorization even when i don't have a balance, that's right ! ZERO balance because i refuse to purchase any products that are simply too high on their website ! All they do is blame EQUIFAX this is horrible for the average consumer. I paid off my account early ahead of schedule, so now that i'm not using it they actually sent me a threatening letter stating if i don't use the account by a certain time they will close my account. They are trying to force me to spend money and get me more into debt that i'm already in. This causes my FICO score to fluctuate periodically and this needs to stop.
Desired outcome: I want FINGERHUT FETTI to Stop using my account for unfair practices checking my credit report periodically with-out my authorization. Stop forcing me to use my account when i have a Zero balance and i'm on a fixed income.
Unauthorized credit card charges
I am being sued by Fingerhut in the amount of 569.34 plus any interest and cost of collection says on a Fingerhut account last 4 digits 3112 with meta bank this account was opened on 04/28/2010 without my permission I didn't know about it until I received these documents of being sued my late wife Cassandra Rainey and her 2 daughters are the ones who forged my signature and made the purchases using this credit card there are copies of the billing statements. What I am needing are the statements of purchase with their signature so I can prove it wasn't me but that my signature was forged to purchase the items bought. I have never missed a payment. Now your company says I did, and I sure as God above I made my payment ""October 3, 2022 for $38.99. I have no Conformation Number because you never added the payment to my account that I paid Octobers payment.
I called the bank and got a Tracking Number for the payment, but you refuse to take it and refuse to call my bank to check payment was made.
After calling 6 times all I got was unknowledge people answering the phone.

Fingerhut Fetti is fraudulent in reporting to credit agencies..
I have been a Fingerhut customer for a decade or more...
The last two purchases have been over $600.00 each...
Even though I have ALWAYS made my payments on time, Fetti continues to drop my credit score..I contacted Fetti numerous times regarding there reporting mistakes, they say there reporting properly..
Please don't continue to lure people into your scheme of helping establishing credit as I'm proof your fraudulent in your advertising statements, I am proof...my credit score continues to tank buying Fetti products.!.after my purchase from Fetti, laptop computer and power lift chair both about $700.00 each..my score drops 10 to 15 points never to increase to improve my credit score.?.

I opened up an account with this company in May. The product that i purchased was only 480$, Ive been making payments on this account every month for four months now and still owe a balance of 463.27 Im so aggravated with this company and will never order anything else from them. Not honored promo effecting credit
Recieved a magazine in the mail with a promo back in July 2022 that if i purchased a product within a certain time frame, All payments will be deferred till January 2023. had no interest in buying anything at the time, but since it was a great promo i decided to buy my sons birthday present early. Unfortunately, that promo was not honored. I have since been called everyday asking for a payment for my supposed delinquent account. I have spoken With customer service and their collections department a couple hours a week and they have affirmed multiple times that everything is good on their end. That was all great up until i recieved an email this morning that my credit has dropped 32pts because i missed a payment. This is completely unnacceptable and have since had to pay 3 months worth to get my balance to 0 to fix my credit on a mistake fingerhut made and not myself.
Desired outcome: Get the missed payment removed from my credit due to your error.
It may not be an error I made an agreement. They did not keep there side
Erroneous billing charges
Fingerhut which I have had for 20 years decided to change to Fingerhut Fetti at some point this year 2022. I however have not used either account since Nov 2021. So much to my surprise I received a bill for $33.00 in apx June 2022. I disputed then ended up paying to avoid dinging my great credit score while also cutting up my card and closing my accounts. Then lo and behold I receive another charge for $33.00 in Sept 2022.
This time I wrote back I absolutely refuse to pay a charge I did not make on a closed account. And how in the world is it for the exact same amount with description of FMG*ADINS [protected] [protected]? No where do I read there is a fee for having this card and there never has been. Since I cancelled it before this last bogus charge cannot be legal even if it is a fee of some kind. All I got back from Fingerhut was a late charge warning?
I have filed a complaint with the BBB and am awaiting their decision.
Desired outcome: I would like all that I have paid this year and an apology from the company with my cancellation acknowledged.

Plastic folding table and achim cottage / country coffee mat
I ordered one Square Folding Table and one Country Coffee Mat. They sent them to the WRONG location in South San Francisco, CA, where I lived for over 20 years. Then I moved in March of 2022 to Folsom, CA 95630. I found out they already shipped to the old address, 800 MEMORIAL DRIVE APT 30 SOUTH S F CA. I bet some tenants accepted or took it as they pretended to be ME, sadly. I did change the shipping address immediately after I found out that happened. I AM DEAF. I CAN NOT CALL. I do not have a special device for the deaf/hearing impaired. So I immediately sent an email with any information I could reach. I explained what happened 5 or 6 times, maybe more. No one did not reply to me about whether the delivery should be redelivery or what? NOTHING! Then I received the billing payment today. I thought to myself, are you kidding me?! Do I have to pay $163.33 for something I don't receive two products for two months so far... So I have to pay? The manufactured or received/shipping, or what you called that, doesn't work. I asked for reverse delivery to my home. NEVER. I bet the tenants are happy!

This is very complicated to explain however I am a former auditor and I believe my account reference customer number [protected] was REPLACED from Advantage to Fetti…. However nothing replaced BUT RATHER ADDED.
The total amount I’ve ever spent on this platform form since I got it has been approximately $1432.32 since May 24, 2021.
I conducted my own audit because I noticed that even though I paid on my FETTI account which is the only account I thought existed, I was still getting US postal mail of the collections from Fingerhut which was mine boggling. One account replaces another all information replaced from that account goes into the new account. Why was the advantage count left open? I have never received any balance higher than $1300 but yet I have an advantage account with a previous balance of $864.43 and a FETTI account where I have a $1300 balance with $380.00 remaining purchase power. $572.00 of the balance is restricted due to “advantage credit”, this was either purposely orchestrated to be confusing or just doesn’t make sense in whoever decided on doing so within the organization should definitely conduct their rollout a little bit more agile. This was basically added in the count left its balance with a total do duplicated onto another name balance which I was keeping up on however the other I didn’t even know existed until I started receiving past due calls.
The numbers just don’t add up and is not congruent with my past payment history that I have recorded. That $1432.32 that I have ever spent using the credit on the site has been paid on the minimum due on the FETTI account since I got the platform. All of a sudden an old account that this FETTI account has supposedly replaced stayed in the background accruing large amounts of interest exceeding 29% as well as late fees capping off at $41-$42. During these economic hard times this is not a feasible problem and greatly sets me back both mentally physically and financially. This account has been reporting to my credit bureaus every month severely damaging my credit score and all three bureaus.
I can see if both accounts were connected in someway and the payments reflected both accounts however the two separate entities and it even says it in the verbiage make payments on both accounts?. Why make payments on both accounts when every purchase I ever did was on the original platform?
Layman’s example
Lets say you have an bank account at A Bank with a $5,000 line of credit. You made $1000 worth of purchases on that credit from a bank leaving you with a balance of $4000.
You receive a notice that “A bank” is being replaced with “B Bank”
B Bank balance is $4000 on a $5,000 line of credit with amount of $1000 owed with a $100 minimum.
Give or take a few months you make your payments to B bank whether it’s minimum or higher. You made your payment for the bank which was in the amount of $1000 bringing your account back to $5000 woo hoo with $0.00 balance
However, you were still receiving past due notices that you owe $1000 to your previous “A bank balance” that’s accruing massive amounts of interest and exorbitant late fees.
You don’t really know what’s going on until you read a small piece of fine print saying that you were told that the account was replaced. Nothing was replaced but rather added. Frankly I do not know where this account came from and they also mirrored my account method of payment. I already found all of us including every payment I’ve ever did it just doesn’t add up. What do we need to do to get this rectified?
I never opened up a second account if you changed it or replaced it with a new name from advantage to FETTI that’s fine however why is there an outstanding balance still remaining on the advantage? And why is it accruing when I only made purchases utilizing the balance that was on my main account which I’m assuming now is FETTI? Furthermore why are more payments made on the FETTI account and only two payments on the advantage account because I didn’t do my due diligence to look into this further.? Basically I have a balance of 1300 that’s it that’s all I was approved for however that has changed because I have an advantage account that is $800 and a Fetti account total of $1300 totaling $2100. You telling me that’s all from late fees? I’m having a licensed auditor review this as well to see if he comes up to the same conclusion. This is tremendously hard to explain on this platform and to be honest will need to be handled I believe through an arbitration or maybe even a court (I have all the documentation to prove otherwise including my signature is approvals etc. as well as all the mail etc. I believe during the transition they have been a glitch and what is happening is there are some new representatives who probably don’t know what’s going on because it happened prior to their employment they got flustered and they end up hanging up on people. You can’t blame the company Fingerhut for that I do understand because I too am a business owner. However I’ve seen a lot of complaints with us and obviously it’s a common denominator I actually over 230 complaints and more than 75% of them are this same very issue? Yet nothing has been resolved on it why? I suggest that a representative reaches out to me on my account I left you my customer ID above and get this rectified immediately.

I placed the first order on July 12, and wasn't sent to the proper page on their website. I was sent to the thanks for your payment page, and it showed that I had a zero balance. Their website is very confusing. I waited 2wks and the shipment date came and went with no product arrival. So, I went back into the FH website, and placed the order again on July 21. This time, I was taken to the down payment ($40) page- or at least it showed up on the website that it needed to be paid, but I could not pay it that day as I just sent out all the bills. I therefore waited until August 1st to pay, and I did so via debit card directly on the FH website. I remember this well as it was my daughter's birthday, and I completed the payment while on the phone with her. On August 5th, I received an email from FH stating that they received my down payment of $40. There was no product or shipping information on the email, so I went on FH website again. I was trying to locate some clear and concise info, which is not an easy thing to achieve from this site and find out nothing but the fact that an old address was listed as the shipping address, and this was thus also incorrect. I had to contact my bank and thankfully the payment did not come out of my account. So, explain why I had a website tell me that it did; the automated system told me my order could not be cancelled because it was in the shipping process, and I received an email from FH stating that my payment was received. And then you wonder we have just been waiting. It's crap, customer care is crap, changes simply need to be made. Period. I will NOT be purchasing anything from them in the future, even though there is a credit amount available. No thank you.
Desired outcome: I simply want FH to know the inconvenience that the customer goes through because of an ineffective website etc.

I have this acct for many years and have only used 4% of my available credit, and never late.. Ever, ever, ever and these people just take what I was doing every single month on time and changed to another account without my knowledge or consent! I can't speak to anyone that knows what they are doing, and they hang up because they don't understand anything that I am saying or what I need. I am having a difficult time to even get this fraudulent thing closed. I am so done... How dear they not inform me and how dear they say I owe anything and say im late...! You stupid junk heads get forreal.

Lucid comfort collection mattress
On 06/16/2022 order number- ord114620013 i ordered a lucis comfort collection 12 inch plush gel memory foam mattress. On 06/18/2022 i received my order. On 06/19/2022 i emailed a request that i received the wrong item and got a different mattress and one that was hard as a rock and tried to get them to take it back. On 6/19 i called fingerhut and was told they were emailing me a copy of the return slip, i asked for a box for returns she told me to go to the nearest ups to obtain one that they dont provide shipping packages. I emailed them back on 06/21/2022 11:26am, telling them i still had not received the return slip. They emailed back 06/21/2022 2:54pm statingwe have forwarded my request to the correct department and they would be contacting me. On 6/22/2022 9:00am they sent me an email stating that they would only take it back if we refuse delivery. That the package needed to be inspected. Its a compressed mattress. You have no idea what it is till you open it and it inflates. I emailed them back telling them about this issue and that i tried to contact them when i recieved the item, they sent me back antoher email on 06/24/2022 2:37 pm saying sorry we cant take it back only if you refuse delivery. I emailed back on 06/27 5:16pm letting them know i did not get a lucid mattress which is what i ordered and thats not what was in the box, they responded back with the same generated email on 06/28/2022 at 10:13am saying it would not be returned. I have pictures showing that this mattress is not a lucid mattress and images of what this particular lucid mattress looks like , lucid has a label on there matresses and this one does not, its also only 10 inches and hard as a rock and looks nothing like the picture, its def not a gel mattress, only the fabric looks the same. I am requesting they take this aftermarket mattress back and refund my 802.49. I can buy the actual lucid for that somewhere else. I have all emails showing communication and regardless of a return policy, this is not the item that i ordered! this is a different circumstance and because of the lack of communication and circumstances i request they remove the charge, accept the returned wrong item and do not put any bad remarks on my credit. I have paid on time every month with good standings with this company. Im very disappointed in the custoemr service. I have tried to make contact every day and was told this was returnable the next day by there customer service. They can go back and listen to the phone call.
Desired outcome: REFUND MY 802.49 TO MY FINGERHUT ADVANTAGE ACCOUNT. I WILL SHIP THIS MATTRESS AT MY COST BACK TO THEM.
I was double-charged on my account and they refuse to fix the issue
Every month I go into my Fingerhut app to pay both my Fingerhut fetty and my Fingerhut Advantage it states the month that you pay for and so far it was working good. For the month of June it did not work good they double charged me I paid and when I called to get the issue resolved they refused to solve the issue but instead told me that I have to pay twice
Two systems
I have fingerhut account. They went from one loan company called advantage, to fetti. I am being billed for three orders on both accounts. When I asked I was told that they could not remove the orders, because the advantage accont was closed and I had to pay the whole account. The fetti account was set at a month, and the orders after that month must be payed. Even if the orders are the same.
I am dealing with this exact issue. They opened an unauthorized account and now I have two bills with same charges. They barely speak English, and don't seem to have any reference.
