For over a month now I'm plagued with Fiorella Insurance calling me multiple times a day from different numbers, even out of state numbers. It has gotten so bad that I now I block all unknown phone numbers but of course they continue to leave the same generic voicemail everytime. I have never requested information from them and would honestly like to know who sold my info to this spam agency. I already have health insurance, please leave me alone.

Clearly planted 5 Star reviews. Look at the similar formats. I made the mistake of responding to an online ad for an insurance quote. The phone calls and texts started immediately, about 15 a day. My calls to them have been ignored. Block the number and they just use another. My next move will be to file a complaint with the *** Obviously, I wouldnt recommend buying anything from a company with such pathetic business practices.

I have blocked each of the five different numbers they have called me from, but they just keep calling and leaving the same voice message. I never even placed a request for insurance! These calls are unwarranted and nothing short of harassment. Please remove my number from the call list. Like many others have already stated, I would never give them my business based on this fact.

Same complaint as everyone else! I get four calls a day from first thing in the morning! I have insurance so I know I didn't enter my info. They're getting it through some other means. Stop calling every morning and evening. If people don't call back in a week, leave them alone! I contacted my carrier, and they helped me block the text messages, but I still get the calls and messages every single day. They overload my messages, wasting time cleaning out 28 or more messages from them per week. Ridiculous business practice!

I have told them to stop calling me, have blocked many of their numbers, and yet they continue to call with different numbers nearly every day. I have never seen such persistent robocaller nonsense from any company, especially one that claims to be Complaintsboard.com accredited. I never requested any quotes from this "company" or any other for insurance, but somehow they continue to call, text, and leave recorded messages from ***".

I have been in contact with Fiorells insurance all this week trying to get home owners insurance since the co. i had went under,i have been dealing with an agent named *** and she has been wonderful, i know i called her many many times in a panic mode because i needed new insurance right away and she has gone above and beyond to help me never once was she irratated by me calling so much she was always very professinal and answered all my questions and also calmed me down i am very grateful to have *** as my agent in my eyes she is amazing and really cares about her customers so a big heart felt thank you to Fiorella insurance and a *** .

She was on the phone with me the first time for an hour before she had to transfer me to Florida Blue, but she held my application in pending for me till I could find out what was going on with my new plan for 2021, unfortunately I had to call the market place directly just to find out that I was a victim of fraud. I am very upset with Fiorella Insurance Agency, Inc. due to the endless text messages that I keep getting on my cell phone. I seem to get about 4 or more messages each day from different numbers. We never answer the number calling but the number that they are calling from comes up as Fiorella Insurance Kingsport Tennessee. We keep blocking the number but we get a second and third and fourth call from them on different numbers. We have now called them and asked them to remove us from their call list. The gentleman that I talked to at the insurance company kept insisting that we must have put my number in to a web or phone call for information about their medical insurance. He claimed that they have an A rating which seems absurd after all the calls that come to me with no correspondence from me.

I was looking for health care and also made the mistake trying to get a quote for insurance and once I put my email and phone number I immediately started getting text messages and phone calls every day lots of times thru out the day. If that had not harassed me so many times I would have called them back but because of the harassment of phone calls it sent red flags up for me. Felt like it was a scam because nobody else called me after 2 messages but this company kept calling. So I went with another company that did not harass me and I'm so glad I did. Anybody that calls that many times to me is desperate and I don't go that route with desperate cause it makes me feel like it's a scam. So beware putting ur information in trying to get a free quote cause after u do they will blow ur phone up night and day with phone calls and text messages

I was looking to get on obamacare. Instead of using healthcare.gov to look for insurance I instead made the mistake of entering personal info onto a different deceptive site which was named healthcare but instead of. .gov it was .org and I was oblivious to this red flag (please one use healthcare.gov for signing up for insurance as it's safe to assume other sites are scamming.) Thanks to my haste i entered some personal info into this scam site. It showed me a list of different insurance providers abd i chose one which was unnamed and claimed to be affiliated with BCBS, aetna etc. Two minutes after i chose this option, Scott from Fiorella (he never mentioned this name, just said he was from bc-bs of florida) called me from a recorded line offering me a too-good-to-be-true "triple-layered protection" package. I asked about aetna but he claimed it was only Florida Blue and that they were based out of Stewart FL. Being a fool i said yes to a few of his questions and spent almost half an hour chatting with him about plans and said I'll consider it. Ever since making this mistake I have gotten three to four calls a day from these shysters. I asked them to stop calling me. Despite assuring me they took me off their call list last wednesday I still get calls from them and blocked their number today. If this continues I will notify LE. I compel everyone reading this message to NOT involve yourself with these frauds and shysters. If you're looking for health insurance use the govt site healthcare.gov and no other online resources, as most lookalike sites are scams.

Due to ongoing illness, my initial insurance was no longer available to me. I obtained insurance through an Insurance Representative a couple of years ago, but the policy rarely covered care at my preferred hospital, so I searched online, and this is when the initial problem started. The calls started flooding in at an alarming rate. The calls finally were resolved. My illness has progressed, my insurance has denied claims, I'm not sure why, but I was told by a my insurance carrier CSR, to call the Marketplace and or the company to ascertain what the problem is with the policy. I did try to resolve the problem, but to no avail. As I stated I need the health insurance since it would be less money through the Marketplace I was told again, rather than go a different route available to me. I figured it would be safe this time to go on the Marketplace website and apply for insurance. I searched and immediately several phone calls started flooding in. I patiently explained that I do not want all of the calls, I only want to speak with one or two Representatives to compare rates, and to take me off the call list immediately. A certain company did stop calling after I ask a couple of times. Of course ***, no matter how many times you ask them, they are very unprofessional, uncaring, annoying and disrespectful of others time and privacy. I have received calls from them since the beginning of April, non-stop. It is now almost July . Utterly ridiculous. I have reported them to the FTC. I have missed very important medical appointment calls because they were not able to leave a voicemail due to the fact my voicemail is constantly full from this company *** Insurance. I have no desire to ever do business with such an ill mannered company.

I'm plagued by over 25 spam calls from a persistent insurance agency
I have received over 25 spam calls from a certain insurance agency. They call every day, sometimes multiple times, leaving the same recorded message. Each time I block their number, they contact me again the next day from a different number with various area codes. I have no business relationship with this agency, never sought to open an account, and have no interest in any interaction with them. All I desire is for the calls to cease. It seems I'm not alone in facing this robocall harassment. Attached is a list of phone numbers and a call log linked to these spam calls.

I work for a healthcare system and received 64 spam robocalls in 1 week from this company. They call from different phone numbers and area codes so it's impossible to block them. All of their calls are tying up our phone lines. If I was in the market for insurance, I would go out of my way not to purchase from them based of this experience. Companies who robocall need to fined until they stop.

I never requested their services, I never made an inquiry with their company, and I had no idea who they were until I received tons of calls and voicemails (with many obviously fake numbers from all over the country) and messages from *** at Fiorella wanting to sell me a health care plan. Obviously many others have had the same experience and have received a "canned" response to the Complaintsboard.com that they will remove the caller's number from their records. I actually spoke once to one of their reps when they first started calling, told them I never called them, told them I did not want them to ever call again and, just like the many other folks that have complained, they have continued their nonsense and continue to call. There has to be some way to stop this kind of pure disrespect and harassment for people, if they want to make sales so bad as to call the same people over and over day after day that have already block so many of their numbers they need to get into a different business, like something where they cannot get access to a phone... ever. Please tell me everything there is I can do to stop this, I am to the point I want to hire a lawyer just to see if I can shut down their business and hold every staff they have punching number accountable, not only is this wrong as a business but the staff have to be aware that doing something so grossly harassing is not ok just because their employer said to go do it. I've been pestered by relentless robo calls from a persistent insurance company recently.
I have been pestered by relentless robo calls from numerous different numbers from a persistent insurance company for the past 2 weeks or so. Tonight was the last straw. I had seven phone calls within 2 minutes from this insurance company. They use different phone numbers. I've had calls from numbers ending in 407-6013. I've had calls from various others. I called one of the phone numbers and asked them to stop contacting me as I'm not interested. Immediately after, I received another call, an automated message from the same insurance company but from a different number. I then spoke to a representative and requested they stop calling me. Despite hanging up, I received yet another call, this time a woman answered. I implored her to remove my details from their system. They've been bombarding me with messages from multiple numbers. Even after blocking them, the calls persist. Two weeks ago, I mistakenly visited a misleading website, and I've been inundated with these nuisance calls ever since. My frustration is mounting as it seems my pleas are ignored.

The issue is the spam calls my house phone which is a cell phone which as been registered for years on the National "Do Not Call List" has been receiving. It is being bombarded with Robo Calls from Fiorella Insurance. The calls are spoofed from various numbers and the message ask you to call them in regards to a request made on line. Number one I have never made a request for any information from them. I am tired of these calls and I have already reach out to the *** to file a complaint. I am also going this avenue. Stop calling my home. Below is the list of dates, phone numbers and times that I have received calls from this Serial *** Spammer. As you can see from the list below, it is a ridiculous situation to have to deal with phone calls from a company which you have never done any business with nor care to do business with. I am keeping all received messages from this company. If I continue to receive calls from them I will be perusing legal avenues. This will be their only warning to stop calling my home. My phone has been broken for 4-5 days. I was unreachable by text or call and as such could not have called these people for any reason. Today around 4pm as I was setting up my new phone I began receiving phone calls from local numbers. I answered the first and hung up on the lady once I figured out she was talking about health insurance. I am covered so its a mistake. I got an immediate 3 calls back from different local numbers that I declined and one official call labeled as the company Fiorella. I told the person from the official number that I didn't ask for anything and they had the wrong number. I also received a text from the company welcoming me to their info text chain as if I'd signed up. I texted STOP immediately. From then on every few minutes I kept getting calls sometimes multiple in a row about this health insurance I never asked for. They left voicemails enough to the point where I yelled at the next person to call to take me off the *** call list because I'd never contacted them my phone was broken. He confirmed to me he understood and hung up. I proceeded to recieve at least 2 more text messages from different numbers claiming to be employees from this company asking me which insurance I wanted, and another phone call shortly before I started typing this report. I explicitly told these people to stop contacting me multiple times through each of the channels they tried and they have continued to harass me. I also believe they obtained my contact information illegally as again not only did I never contact them, but they also didn't have my correct first name. They called me by the nickname I use online. Any place that is going to *** me has my legal first name and these people did not as they proceeded to harass me. This rendered my phone unusable for the duration and made setup unnecessarily difficult. Imagine if I was an older person actually trying to pay bills? Shame on these people.

Fiorella Insurance reported for multiple robo-call spam complaints.
I have reported Fiorella Insurance to the appropriate authorities and directed them to their Complaintsboard.com profile for an overview of the numerous robo-call spam complaints. My phone number has been on the Do Not Call list since 2016, which I verified today before filing this complaint. Despite this, Fiorella Insurance has persistently made unsolicited robo-calls and sent spam texts to my number under the guise of following up on a non-existent health plan information request. I have not requested any health insurance information for over ten years while employed by my current company, so there is no legitimate reason for their harassment. Moreover, the additional complaints on Complaintsboard.com indicate that Fiorella Insurance is not complying with legal standards and is using the site as a makeshift solution to their non-compliance. To resolve this issue, the following must occur: 1. My phone number must be immediately acknowledged as one that should not be contacted. 2. Fiorella Insurance must provide a notarized statement, filed with the county clerk, and posted on their website, committing to full compliance with legal contact protocols by the end of 2023. This statement will serve as evidence in any legal action if they continue to disregard the law. 3. Fiorella Insurance must go 12 months without any new Complaintsboard.com complaints about unwanted communication. The count resets with any new complaint.
