This company has been taking 107.17 a month for over a year before I caught it for a machine which I returned to my salesman Ray Fernandez in Las Vegas. I was never set up to take credit cards. They sent me a machine exactly like one that I already owned. When I realized early on that they were "no good" and dishonest, I thought I had stopped everything. Now they won't leave me alone calling daily and send mail everyday too. The should go to jail for what they are doing and trying to do to people. I would like to start a class action suite against them.

We are a small bar/restaurant that was also scammed into this contract, the sales rep totally lied to us that we could cancel when we wanted. We have talked to many FDGL employees that are rude and tell us different buyout amounts. we sent them a $500 cashiers check and someone else called us to tell us we owe $1200 more. All this after sending the machine back. They also accessed our new account without our permission and drew another monthly charge out. How can they do this? They totally take advantage of small businesses because we cant stand up to them! They don't have a clue who the sales rep is, as soon as you sign your name FDGL takes over and you are screwed! Will they take you into court if you don't pay or just ruin your credit score?

We got hooked up with First Data Global leasing for a CC machine. We are paying a crapload of money for this machine and I have requested a copy of my lease for months now with no results, no returned phone calls. This company is a rip off and the government needs to address them!

I have now been scammed by this company as well and I would like to participate in and law suit that anyone has initiated. We had a salesman walk into our establishment and say we have a risk free 30 day trial offer we told him we were interested and he signed us up. A few days later a credit card machine arrived. We used the machine for 7 days and decided we are no longer processing our clients money in this manner and sent the company back the machine we now have First Data collecting a supposed 4 year lease. I agree this is ridiculous and something has to be done my nightmare started in February! Same old story the run around when you try to contact them, or any other parties that got me involved with them; Fifth Third Bank, and Vantiv. Please respond with any advice!

I was leasing equipment. My business relocated to a place where a hard phone line is not available. I told First Data and they told me to return equipment. I did and they received but continue to charge me. When I asked why they said the lease cannot be cancelled and that I owe for 19 more months. When I stopped payment they are threatening to hurt my credit report. I complained was hung up on twice and told I am being ridiculous. When I asked them to either replace with equipment that works or at least return what I had sent back they refused and said they are not required to. I cannot understand how legally they can charge me for 19 months for something I no longer have, they refuse to return. I have paid for several months without having equipment and am appalled at the rudeness of this company

I’m a victim of this business as well. I’ve tried everything to cancel this lease. I finally made a police report and filling a lawsuit against them. No one had contacted or reached out to me.
