Fitbit provided discount on a replacement device since my device was out of warranty. However I am unable to use the discount code to purchase a new device - checkout says code successful but discount not reflected in price. I have had no luck resolving after multiple attempts using the Fitbit Customer Service number. The device I selected is not an excluded device per Terms and Conditions emailed to me (see below):

The device I selected was the Charge 6 which is no longer on pre-order and is not a listed exclusion item so per T&Cs it should be eligible device!
Desired outcome: Request Fitbit honor their 35% discount on the Charge 6 since this device is eligilble per noted Terms and Conditions provided to me.
