Fitment Industries Go elsewhere

made the mistake a purchasing wheels from this company.. Two weeks after I purchased the wheels I get notification that they have arrived and they will be installing the tires on and shipping soon. Finally I get a notification that the shipper has the wheels and supply me with a tracking number. Originally they told me the wheels will be in my possession by July 17th, but then I read that this is only an estimates. My wheels arrived at the terminal in Arizona on the 15th and we're not offloaded off the truck until the 19th. I contacted fitment on the 17th and told them I needed my wheels now as and being deployed to a border location in Texas for 90 days I would not be able to receive these wheels and did not want them sitting outside my house for three months while I was away. The girl I talked to suggested I drive the 200 mi to the terminal to pick up the wheels. I responded I did not have the time to go pick up what should be delivered as I needed to get my gear together for my deployment. I reached out by phone a few times being placed on hold up to 20 minutes for someone to pick up the phone. After a couple phone calls and countless emails it was decided that since I would not be there to receive the wheels that they would just take them back. This morning I get an email saying that once the wheels make it back to their location and inspected I would get my refund minus $400 for restocking fees. I told the girl I spoke to on the phone that since I never received the wheels any damage that may be done to them was done in shipping as I never received the wheels (such a complicated concept for her to understand) I usually purchase three to four sets of wheels for my vehicle a year spending my money at Discount Tire. (Drive in /order rims. Come back when wheels are there put tires on. Drive home. Wtf was I thinking. I wanted to try something new and I regret it. A month later $2,600 less in my account and I still have no wheels.

Fitment Industries Disappointing Experience with Fitment Industries Wheel and Tire Package

I recently purchased a wheel and tire package from Fitment Industries and I have to say, I was a bit disappointed with my experience. I opted for the mounted and balanced package, which also included TPMS sensors and ceramic coating. However, just two days after putting the wheels on my car, I started having issues with three of the sensors. Upon closer inspection, I also noticed that one of the tires had been mounted backwards. To make matters worse, I later found out that the wheels had not even been ceramic coated as I had paid for.

Now, I understand that mistakes can happen, but it was frustrating to have multiple issues with the same order. I had hoped that by spending extra money to have everything ready to go upon arrival, I wouldn't have to deal with any headaches. Unfortunately, that was not the case and I had to go back and fix half of the issues myself.

Despite these setbacks, I will say that the rims and tires do look nice on my car. However, I can't help but feel a bit let down by the overall experience. I hope that in the future, Fitment Industries can take steps to ensure that their customers receive the products and services they pay for without any issues.

Fitment Industries Fitment Industries Review: Great Selection and Customer Service, but Limited Car Database

Yo, so I gotta say, Fitment Industries is pretty dope overall. But, I do have one gripe with them. Like, why can't I just buy the tires I want without having to enter my car's make and model? It's a bit of a hassle, ya know? And to make matters worse, the selection of cars to choose from is pretty limited. I mean, I drive a 2021 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring, but that wasn't even an option in their database. So, I had to pretend like I had a Mazda 6 just to place my order. Like, what's up with that? It's just unnecessary hoops to jump through, ya feel me?

But, other than that, everything else is pretty solid. The website is easy to navigate and they have a good selection of tires and wheels. Plus, their customer service is on point. I had a question about my order and they got back to me super quick and were really helpful. So, if they could just fix that one little issue with the car selection, they'd be golden.

Overall, I'd definitely recommend Fitment Industries to anyone looking for some fresh new wheels or tires. Just be prepared to do a little extra work if your car isn't in their database.

Fitment Industries Fitment Industries: Hidden Fees and Constant Issues - A Disappointing Experience

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Fitment Industries. I mean, I get it, there's always gonna be some hidden fees when you're buying stuff online. But come on, guys, you gotta be upfront about this stuff. I bought some wheels and tires from you guys a while back, and I thought I had everything all sorted out with the financing. But then I got hit with a bunch of extra fees that I wasn't expecting. And it wasn't just a little bit of money, either. We're talking hundreds of dollars here. That's not cool.

And it's not just the fees that are the problem. It seems like every time I order from Fitment Industries, there's some kind of issue. Whether it's shipping delays or problems with the products themselves, it's always something. And I'm getting pretty fed up with it. I mean, I'm a loyal customer, but how much more of this can I take?

Fitment Industries Disappointing Experience with Fitment Industries: Poor Customer Service and Shipping Process

I recently decided to purchase some rims from Fitment Industries after watching their YouTube channel. I must say, the channel is pretty funny and has a great car culture vibe. However, I have been experiencing some issues with the company. Despite calling every day, I can never seem to get through to them. I live in California and call at 8am every day, but they are always closed. I mean, come on, our time difference isn't that much, right?

It has now been three weeks since I placed my order and I still haven't received my wheels and rims. To make matters worse, there is no shipping number for UPS or USPS, so I can't even track my order. All it says is that it has been shipped. I am extremely unsatisfied with this experience. To be honest, I don't even want the rims anymore. This is just pathetic. I have already paid two weeks of payments and I don't even have the rims yet. I want my money back and I want Fitment Industries to take their rims back. I am even considering unsubscribing from their YouTube channel.

Overall, I am disappointed with my experience with Fitment Industries. While their YouTube channel is entertaining, their customer service and shipping process leave much to be desired. I hope they can improve in the future and provide a better experience for their customers.

Fitment Industries Fitment Industries Review: Disappointing Communication and Transparency with Order Status

I placed an order for some wheels and tires on Fitment Industries website on February 27th. I was excited to receive my new wheels and couldn't wait to put them on my car. However, my excitement quickly turned into frustration when I didn't receive any updates on my order for a while.

Around March 3rd, I received a text message from Fitment Industries saying that I should expect a tracking number within the next "2-3 business days." I was relieved to hear that my order was being processed and that I would soon receive my new wheels. However, a week later, I received another message saying that I should expect my order to arrive in "5-8 business days." I was disappointed that my order was taking longer than expected, but I understood that sometimes delays happen.

However, my frustration grew when I didn't receive any updates on my order after that. I checked the website and saw that my order had gone from "being processed" to being "placed." I was confused and didn't understand how my order could go backwards in the process. I called Fitment Industries to ask about my order, and they told me that they were still confirming product availability.

I was frustrated because they had already informed me that they had received my items and were getting to work on them. I didn't understand why they were still confirming product availability after they had already started working on my order. It felt like they were giving me the runaround and not being transparent about the status of my order.

Overall, my experience with Fitment Industries was disappointing. I had high hopes for their service, but they let me down. I hope that they can improve their communication and transparency in the future so that other customers don't have to go through the same frustration that I did.

Fitment Industries Mixed experiences with Fitment Industries - Great selection, poor communication and follow-through

I gotta say, I've had some mixed experiences with Fitment Industries. Don't get me wrong, I love their selection of wheels, tires, and suspension parts - they've got some seriously cool stuff. But when it comes to actually getting my orders fulfilled, it's been hit or miss.

The first time I ordered from them, everything went pretty smoothly. I got my wheels in about two weeks, which was totally fine with me. But the second time around, it's been a bit of a nightmare. I've been waiting for over a month now, and I've only gotten one update on my order. And when they say they'll call you back, don't hold your breath - I've been waiting on a call for days.

I will say, though, that the customer service I dealt with today was really polite and helpful. So props to them for that. But I do wish they would do a better job of keeping their customers in the loop. It's frustrating to not know what's going on with your order, especially when you're dropping a lot of money on it.

And to make matters worse, I just found out yesterday that the tires I ordered are on back order until next year. Ugh. I know it's not Fitment Industries' fault, but it's still a bummer. And now I have to shell out even more money for more expensive tires. It would be nice if they could offer a discount or something for customers in this situation.

Overall, I still think Fitment Industries is a great place to shop for car parts. But they definitely need to work on their communication and follow-through. If they can do that, they'll be golden.

Fitment Industries Mixed Experience with Fitment Industries: Great Customer Service, but Some Issues to Work On

So, I recently made a purchase from Fitment Industries and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with what I got. I went all out and got myself some new wheels, tires, and a set of coilovers. When everything arrived, I was stoked to get started on the install. The coilovers went on without a hitch, but when I went to put on the wheels, I noticed that they had sent me the wrong lugs.

I reached out to their customer service team and they were quick to respond. They shipped out another set of lugs, but unfortunately, they were still the wrong ones. This happened a couple more times until they finally got it right. In the end, I ended up with 20 right lugs and 60 wrong ones.

But that wasn't the end of my troubles. I received a shipping charge from FedEx and when I contacted Fitment Industries about it, they told me it was "being disputed". However, I kept receiving collection letters which was pretty frustrating.

To top it all off, the wheels weren't properly balanced. Even though it says "free mount and balance", I had to spend more of my own money to get it fixed.

Overall, I think the customer service at Fitment Industries is great, but there are definitely some things that they need to work on. The wrong lugs and shipping charge issues were a bit of a hassle, but they eventually got it sorted out. And while the wheels weren't properly balanced, I'm still happy with my purchase.

Fitment Industries Fitment Industries Review: Terrible Customer Service and Damaged Products

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Fitment Industries. I ordered a set of wheels from them and when they arrived, they were all scratched up and had a blotchy ceramic coating. On top of that, there were missing wheel weights and the lug nut socket was nowhere to be found. I was pretty upset about it, so I immediately emailed customer service with pictures of the damage.

After waiting two whole days for a response, I finally got an email back from them asking me what I thought they should compensate me for the damage. Honestly, that didn't make much sense to me, so I decided to call them up and see what was going on. When I finally got through to someone, they told me that they were too busy with other customers and that I just needed to respond to their email.

To make a long story short, they ended up offering me a measly $200 credit for my $3600 wheels. I was pretty shocked by that, especially since my local body shop quoted me $1300 to fix the damage. And to top it all off, their customer service was just atrocious. I mean, I get that they're busy, but come on. Is it really that hard to respond to an email or pick up the phone?

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend spending a single dollar with this company. There are plenty of other reputable companies out there that actually care about their customers and their products. So if you're thinking about buying from Fitment Industries, I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere. Trust me, it's not worth the risk.

Fitment Industries Fitment Industries Review: Poor Customer Service and Restocking Fees

So, I recently had an experience with Fitment Industries that left me feeling pretty frustrated. I had placed an order for some parts that were on back order, which I didn't realize until after I had already checked out. The estimated wait time was 4-8 weeks, which was a bit longer than I had anticipated, but I figured I could wait it out.

However, as soon as I received the back order email, I started to panic a bit. I realized that I really needed the parts sooner than later, and I didn't want to risk them not arriving in time. So, I tried to cancel the order as quickly as possible. I called, left voicemails, and sent emails, but I didn't receive any response from the Fitment Industries team.

Eventually, I decided to just bite the bullet and pay the restocking fee to cancel the order. But, I was pretty upset about it. I mean, why should I have to pay a fee for something that hadn't even left the shelf yet? It seemed like a pretty poor business practice to me.

To make matters worse, I felt like I was dealing with a lot of bot responses from Fitment Industries. I couldn't seem to get in touch with an actual person, which was really frustrating. I know that the restocking fee can be waived in some cases, but I didn't feel like I was given that option.

Overall, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Fitment Industries. I ended up paying $150 for nothing, and I didn't feel like I was treated very well as a customer. I think that they could do a lot better in terms of customer service and communication.

Fitment Industries Disappointing Experience with Fitment Industries: Damaged Wheels and Poor Compensation

This is my third time purchasing wheels from Fitment Industries and I have to say, I was pretty comfortable with them. However, to my surprise, the wheels I received were damaged. This was my most expensive purchase yet, costing me a whopping $3300. I purchased these wheels on November 15th, 2022, so it was during the colder months of the season. I didn't think too much of it and stored them away in my garage, as they were packaged like always.

Finally, when the weather broke on March 7th, 2023, I decided to put them on my car. To my dismay, all four wheels were damaged. I immediately contacted the company and sent them pictures of the damaged wheels. They offered me a measly $150 for compensation, which was completely unacceptable. I should have opened them up when I received them, but I never had this problem with these guys before, so I didn't think too much of it. That much is on me, but as a valued customer who has spent over $9000 with these guys, I expected more.

Now, I'm stuck with damaged wheels that I paid $3300 for. It's a shame because I really liked this company and their products, but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope they can make it right and provide better customer service in the future.
