Fixya people not being helpful

there is someone named http://www.fixya.com/users/ssimons47 and this is what we said to each other:
steve
Get over it we dont care here

Testimonial:
"I am over it but I just want to know how to help. And why do people not care here? That's not nice. People should care, and help. That would be nice."

steve Jan 03, 2019
we dont care because this website is for repair questions . did you get that yet? do not post your junk here again or you will be banned

Queenie Goldstein Jan 04, 2019
it can be for anything (and I do get it! don't you get it?), not just repair questions and some people do care. Why would I get banned for asking for help? That isn't right and its not fair. You should get banned because you say mean things to others and sometimes you are unhelpful. I am sorry but its true, and you cant stop someone for posting questions for help on here. You can ask anything, about electronics, engeneering, or whatever. it doesn't have to be about the same thing.

Can you ban him or suspend him please?

Fixya Waste of time

Completely useless website. You can ask a normal serious questions and get some dumb answers. This site is full of people who just want to get some fun and they will spam your answer with some ridiculous junk. There are many other great places to ask questions. Fixya site looks really great and modern, but it seems like owners do not care what is happening on the site. In my opinion Fixya is a total waste of time.

Fixya Fake Responses

While searching into a washing machine problem online, www.fixya.com had numerous "hits", which showed the washer model # and problem I was searching. I looked at at least 8-10 of the supposed "results" and none had anything concerning what I searched. Sensing BS, I searched again, using a model number that did not exist for my brand of washing machine and got numerous results again.
Then I searched words and sentences that didn't make sense, using that same fictitious model #. Again the results had the words I typed and the fake model#, clearly the site is just picking up whatever I typed.

Fixya website

This website says they have experts who can help answer your questions, supply manuals, etc.. I have used them twice and receive very unsatisfactory answers to my questions. When I ask follow up questions I do not get answers. They force you to give them a rating before allowing follow up questions about original question. Today when I tried to sign in I had forgotten my pass word. Three times and 2 hours ago I asked them to send me information about resetting my password. They keep telling me they have send me this information to my email addres but I still have not received it. This is a sham. Do not subscribe to them. They do not even give you corrct informatin about changing your password so you can make use of their so called experts.

Fixya poor information, refused to give refund

Received very basic information from "expert" . When I explained I was well past his info in the logic tree, I did not get a reply. Went to another sight, got an immediate response. Info was spot on . Problem solved . Requested fixya to refund my $20.00 . First I was told I had not been charged, (false) Then after contacting them two more times I was told they were unable to understand my question. I dont believe they are a reputable business, WATCH OUT!

Fixya impossible to get answer to question

Having requested information on how to obtain help for a wine cooler repair, they requested that I pay $38.oo before they could check on my appliance and get back to me . Since 18th August, I have been back and forth trying to obtain the offered help, to no avail. Whenever I am able to check in, I am requested to pay an additional amout in order to obtain information. Now they tell me to check my request "on line" with a request access key. This leads nowhere and on reaching FIXYA again, I am asked to send any email I may have used on their site: Full name of credit card owner: exact date and amount of each charge: the last four digits of my credit card.
They will investigate my querry further once they receive the above information, giving me no return address to reach them.

They offer to give you professional advice if you sign up for a free 30 day trial and tell you they will charge you $9.99US per month if you do not cancel in the first 30 days. You need to give them your VISA number before they will give you the so called professional advice. I have tried to unsubscribe 15 times now and they wont let me sign in.

Fixya Refusing to pay registered experts

I'm only going to share the details of my experience with fixya.com consulting services and not my opinion. Fixya keeps a daily record of how much money is earned by its experts located on the account activity page of each experts profile. At the experts desire, they may quickly see how much money is gained from one day to the next day. Before joining the fixya consulting team, I understood according to the expert agreement I could provide either free or charged fees advice. Fixya sent me documentation that I would not be paid till after 60 days of continued supp0rt. At this time, I have 110 days of support with the company and have not seen a single penny in my account. I send emails, mail correspondence, phone calls, and the company states that I never existed as providing support on their site. Needless to say, I kept daily print outs of each problem solved. I solved over 1500 paid and none paid questions. Fixya charged each customer an average of 5 dollars per question so that means they charged 1500x5 = $7, 500 to paying customers and never sent me a dime for my work. I have proof of the work I did as I already know they actively delete expert accounts and simply state they never worked for fixya. I have teamed up with 10 other experts who have experienced the same issue with the company for a combined lawsuit. Should you wish to join, simply google this message on the web.
Thanks Fixya, your honesty is very much appreciated!

I disagree with statement, that Fixya do not pay to their experts. It might be right, that at present, they have stopped all the paid problems. I'm from India, and I've been Fixyas' premium experts list, and was able to earn more than $3000 within 11 months just before they have turned the site a free one. I did get all my earnings directly to my bank account here, within the 4th working day of every month. They have opened an account in my name with Payoneer, and will transfer all my earnings monthly to my account with Payoneer, and within 24 hours, Payoneer will send it to my bank account here, and I did withdraw it by any ATM in India, and I did. I've got an earnings, not less than $250 every month since September 2011. So never blame this company. it is a very trusted one. Even now, I'm working with them, in nickname Gopakumarg43. OK.

Liars like the person who started this complaint up top are really a bottom feeders looking for something for nothing. I read every one of these complaint boards in regards to FixYa before going over and trying FixYa. So now my experience. No regrets what so ever and I encourage anyone who wants to help others and make some cash while at it to go over to FixYa.com and get started. The rules are clear. So when you click the little "agree" box make sure you agree to the terms. There are many areas you can choose to provide solutions in from health and beauty to mechanics. So I signed up to the FixYa sight and started answering the required free questions. Some may say "why should I work for free" well outside of the fact that is part of the rules why should FixYa pay someone when they know nothing about them? Once you answer a few questions in a certain area you get a badge. Once you gain a badge you can apply for Expert status and start answering premium questions. If your a jagoff that answers questions with try Goggling "x.." you won't get far. So it took about a week of answering free questions thoroughly and accurately and I received a badge. I applied for Expert status and 4 days later was approved. As with any site questions arise. I have received a helpful response to every questions I asked from both the experts@fixya.com e-mail and Lauren. Fast forward 6 weeks from the first day I offered a solution on FixYa, paycheck. No hangups and it was what it was suppose to be. And I am still offering solutions and still earning money. So this is my experience with FixYa.

When I first read this report, I believed this person to have made an erroneous assumption on the way things at Fixya worked. While that may be true, I did show professional courtesy by trusting that he had indeed made a large investment in time without anything to show for it.

My mistake. One I won't repeat.

He claims to have supplied 1, 500+ solutions.

He claims an investment of 110 days supplying said solutions.

I could say that these are exaggerations, but that would be stretching the truth. Something these numbers have nothing in common with.

How about 112 solutions.

How about 1 day. That is one twenty-four hour stretch

Unlike the author, I am going to cite my sources

His username is Basejumper12. Have a look. See for yourself.

http://www.fixya.com/users/basejumper12

Member since Jan. 2011.

Since today is February 3rd 2011, I think we can safely consider the 110 days he mentions to be fiction.

112 Problems Solved.

There goes the 1, 500 solutions he claimed, fiction.

If you check his first solution and his last solution for when they were posted, they differ by a single day. Confirming the 110 days to actually be one day. Another false statement, fiction.

As stated, one has to apply for and be granted premium access before any money can be earned. A process that can take two weeks or more (there is a backlog).

It is not possible this person had premium access before his single day of answering questions had come to a close.

It is therefore not possible that this person ever laid eyes on a premium, much less answered it.

It is therefore not possible that this person earned a dime at Fixya. As far as his claims that Fixya refuses to pay registered experts, they are totally without merit. Fixya owes him nothing.

This person admits he received documentation that he would not be paid until after 60 days of continued support.

Yet this persons account was active for less than three days before he began with the groundless accusations. They started in the Fixya lounge

Then he created at least two more accounts. An act that violates the the Fixya terms of service. The user names are grandslam43 and johnnybeblack. How do I know they are the same person? He used them each to post the following:

Look familiar?

He then posted here and on [redacted]s

I don't pretend to know what sort of entitlement issues are at play or what this person is trying to accomplish by posting such easily refutable statements as fact, nor do I care.

I believe I have proven his claims to be groundless, his word to be worthless and sufficiently discredited him to the point where any further statements made should be considered false until proven otherwise.

If he posts at all the only acceptable content is a retraction of his false allegations, an extremely humble apology followed by a long silence while fading into obscurity.

I appreciate the opportunity this site provided in allowing me to set the record straight

Let's see...

I'm only going to share the details of my experience with fixya.com consulting services and not my opinion.

(OK. Again, let's see)

Fixya keeps a daily record of how much money is earned by its experts located on the account activity page of each experts profile.

(The records are monthly, updated several times a day. But, yes your meaning is understood.)

At the experts desire, they may quickly see how much money is gained from one day to the next day.

(Yes, the cumulative totals.)

Before joining the fixya consulting team, I understood according to the expert agreement I could provide either free or charged fees advice.

(There are free question and there are premium questions. You must qualify for premium access before you are able to answer the paid questions. This statement is true only after you have been granted premium status)

Fixya sent me documentation that I would not be paid till after 60 days of continued supp0rt.

(Once you are answering premium questions, if they get accepted, the amount you earn begins to accumulate. Once that amount totals $50.00 or greater for a month, you get paid that amount the following month. So you will likely not be paid until after 60 days of continued 'Premium' support)

At this time, I have 110 days of support with the company and have not seen a single penny in my account.

(Have you applied for and been granted premium status?)

I send emails, mail correspondence, phone calls, and the company states that I never existed as providing support on their site.

(Support or Premium support?)

Needless to say, I kept daily print outs of each problem solved.

(Yet, you needed to say it.)

I solved over 1500 paid and none paid questions.

(Only the paid questions count. How many of those?)

Fixya charged each customer an average of 5 dollars per question so that means they charged 1500x5 = $7, 500 to paying customers and never sent me a dime for my work.

(I believe you have strayed back to opinion-land on the $5.00/question. Cite your source. Your calculations are based on conjecture)

I have proof of the work I did as I already know they actively delete expert accounts and simply state they never worked for fixya.

(While you may have proof of the work you have done, once again you have made a statement of fact without proof to back it up. Therefore it is reduced in rank to opinion.)

I have teamed up with 10 other experts who have experienced the same issue with the company for a combined lawsuit.

(That's special. Is class action the term you were looking for?)

Should you wish to join, simply google this message on the web.

(Pass)

Thanks Fixya, your honesty is very much appreciated

(Did you actually read the FAQ's ? Should an Attorney actually accept your case, I wouldn't waste too many resources on what is sure to be a sizable retainer followed shortly thereafter by an even more sizable sense of disappointment. But good luck to you...)

You should have emailed lauren@fixya.com directly

She has infered in the past on the internal forum that she does not want to give out refunds and did at one point try to persuade expert to tr and defer from giving such as yourself any direct information about refunds.

Fixya invasion of privacy

I am reporting this “service” as being potentially destructive. I have a number of warnings from Norton AntiVirus that the IP address of 192.168.0.50which was traced back to FixYa.com has been making attempts to hack into my computer without my authorization ever since I worked with one of their ‘Experts” on 11/30/2010. I made the horrible mistake of allowing their "Expert" to have access to my computer. After enduring a sales pitch for a $300.00 annual service I informed FixYa that I only paid $350.00 for the brand new laptop and saw no sense in spending nearly the same amount for their technical support. The "Expert" then tried to sell me on a $30.00 package, at which time I disconnected the Internet hookup and restarted my computer. Within three days I was warned by Norton AntiVirus that "Norton has stopped an attempt to access your computer, " with one of the risk factors being "high." I traced the IP address given back to FixYa.com. Their "service Experts" have access to a person's computer even after a person disconnects the line, and they make full use of it.
I intend to file formal complaints against this "service” for these illegal and unauthorized attempts to hack into my personal information. I intend to warn people through blogs and possibly even my media contacts about how I sought their help and their company has made repeated attempts to attack my system. All of this information is documented in my Norton Antivirus profile. They will be hearing from me again.

Comment on 2w3's post:
Someone who knows their limitations on a subject is not inept.
Attempting to operate, fix or otherwise do something without skill or knowledge in that particular area of expertise might be considered inept.
For instance, you picking that IP as in house demonstrated certain knowledge of networking, yet from your post, one may still consider you socially and grammatically inept.

Just saying, read between the lines

Note the address 192.168.0.50 is possibly your own computers ip address, or another computer in your house. This is a private ip range that is reserved for your own computers in the house, these addresses are not public, your so called attack did not come from outside your house.

You are paranoid and technically inept to trace any kind of so called "attack attempt" to your computer.

Again I strongly suggest you place the experts name in the public domain as a warning to others who may use fixya.
Experts like this are often still allowed to practise on Fixya who I am afraid dont always operate an open policy with regards to poor experts and it can take up to a year for them to deal with these types of person.
Such experts could harm not only your computer but many others before being brough to book.
Access to computers in this way should only be from a fully qualified tech that you trust implicitly as your personal information is also at risk.

While it is easy to hold fixya responsible, it is an individual outside fixya that is actually to blame. This person abused the trust of both yourself and the fixya site. Don't let the issue drop with this one complaint.

Someone attempting this type of activity gives all legitimate experts and the site itself a bad name. I would very much like to see that the perpetrator gets what is coming to him. I'm sure you do to.

For that to happen some cooperation needs to occur. The sharing of information. Nothing personal about you. But as much as possible about the 'Expert' that you had contact with.

Necessary info to to track this person :
The Expert name is indeed the key.
The name you used on the site would be helpful, but not critical.
The date of initial contact/ when the session occurred.

The more info the better.
Let's get who is really responsible.

I would be very interested to have the name of the expert in question

When you do a support session with Fixya you have a log of the session also known as a transcript.
That may be very useful in getting to the bottom of this and if you dont have it there is still a copy over on FixYa.

BTW the IP you mention is not actually a Fixya one but that of a remote hookup from the expert direct.
The IP also translates into an INTERNAL netwotk Ip that could come from a thousand locations.
The expert name would be the key here

Fixya Rip Off Experts

I, too, thought I would have a chance to decide whether the answer to my Auto AC question was viable, and thus worthy of payment. I was charged without ever having access to a solution for the problem. Upon my first contact, they said that an "expert" (LOL) had responded within three minutes, though I never received an email telling me so. When I logged back into their website, no such answer existed for my question. They assured me that a refund was issued, because I wasn't "happy with the answer, " and that it was issued in "good faith." A month later, I still have not seen the refund credited to my account. Subsequent emails still allege that a refund was issued, and the most recent email requested that I "verify with my financial institution, to see that a refund was issued." Like most people, I don't have to wait for a monthly statement to see such a credit to my account. With instant access to it, I can see that I have never received a refund for the "Help" that they gave me. Still fighting this one!

Fixya Charges..

On Oct.27, , 2010 I called to them for assistance and the first thing they asked for was my credit card number. To which I complied. I did not get to talk to anyone and I was disconnected. The charge has been paid by my credit card. I have sent them some emails but they are undeliverable. I called their phone number and it says to send questions to www.support.fixya.com . But I am getting a notice that the mail is undeliverable. I do not mind paying if I am given a service. But this people did not provide anything. I did not even get to say a word to anybody.

I have had problems with this outfit taking money from my account ($9.99) per month. When you try to call them, the have a recorded message saying to send an email to ( cancel@fixya.com) but that is not a working email address.
I left them a message on their partnering #2 and told them I did not appreciate them removing money from my account, as I am a senior on a fixed account.
Can you help me with this problem. I have contacted my bank about this matter also.
This is on my bank statement.

Fixya scam and expertise

With all the complaints I have researched over the past few days, I feel the need to elaborate on a few things. Any website of this kind will have people claiming qualifications, after all Brad Paisley wrote a song about it. In defense of TRUE experts on the site, a degree or formal training is no comparison to years of hands on experience and knowledge (i.e., the first person the DOD documented with an unmeasurable IQ dropped out of college). I myself have worked on all makes of automobiles for 35 yrs, never in a shop and as a hobby and have been the top Guru on the site for several days in a row until I visited a scam site about Fixya while logged into fixya and my account was no longer accessible. If you carefully read their terms and conditions, let me translate into my layman's terms for you: they have the ability to legally take advantage of anyone joining their site, PERIOD! They have stipulations that make almost anything violate their conditions (EVEN LOGGING IN FROM ANOTHER LOCATION/COMPUTER OR SHARING A PERSONAL STORY CONCERNING YOUR QUESTION/ANSWER). The experts will always be burned for money without exception, the client's perception of being scammed will vary by who answered their inquiry and most of all by the way they asked the question/described problem and their knowledge and ability to comunicate/comprend the answer. My best advice is to BOYCOTT FIXYA! Allow me to sum it all up in this:
You are paying FIXYA to allow someone to attempt to help you or you to help another.
THAT IS ALL THEY ARE! I CAN THINK OF A MUCH BETTER SPELLING...

I am Fixya.com expert and I have 30 years of hands on experience in my trade, I share this mostly for free but do accept "Pay" requests in the Premium question part of Fixya. So your claim that all the experts are bogus is pure slander. Do you have some kind of chip on your shoulder? Stupid is as stupid does? This seems to apply to your claims in this case..

You have to remember that FixYa is a business and is in the process of making money.

That said many complaints are swept under the carpet from both the client side and the expert side of things.

Person in charge of that sweeping brush is lauren@fixya.com

Now in addition they are trying to make things better by the introduction of a higher level of expert known as PRO/ELITE and this may be an aspect will help FixYa get rid of a multitude of what are commonly known as BSE (bull [censored] experts). i wish them luck with that program

techbuster:To remove the lead connector from the condenser fan motor, grasp the connector with your thumb inserted between the connector and the locking lever.
techbuster:Pull the connector away from the motor.
techbuster:Attach a 115v test cord to condenser motor and plug into a power source. If the motor fails to operate, it is defective and must be replaced.

I have been an expert with this company for the past 6 months. Recently they changed system and they not paying me for un-rated live chats. I mailed the community manager Alex several times but not got response. According to the Payment program un-rated are assumed solved and the expert is credited with 6$. But some of my sessions are 1 month old and they don't want give a damn.

I have studies the conversation and conclude:

Techbuster is correct - the inspection/diagnostic process for this complaint is common to several models.

This is the reason he has sent that service manual - whilst not specific to the ASD2622HRW, the diagnostic process described within the service manual will apply to the ASD2622HRW.

Tll is very lucky to have received a $40 service manual at no charge !

@ FixyaExpert

You so strongly defend Scamya that one might get the impression you are directly on their payroll or seriously trying to be. I am not a member nor have I ever requested so called expert advice from Gotya. When their site was returned through something I was researching on Google, I decided to research Screwya from the sidelines and low and behold, they rank right up there with 'Review' websites, as warped and one-sided as it gets.

I'm now wondering how much you earned at their site when you spend so much time in here bashing everyone who does not buy into your spin.

Its not only that, I thought I would give fixya a try as I'm a 25years in the business IT analyst, there are very few paid questions on there, and I have now answered about 10 paid ones, and I have not been offered payment for any, everytime it comes back that the person never claimed their answer.

and heres a free fixya answer to sajkhaksjfh
" I wonder why, whenever I use a search engine to find information, that stupid site is there with the first 10-15 results. Why is that?"
Its because you must have clicked it a few times, googles gone inteligent now, if you keep going to a site it thinks you like it, so whenever the site contains reference to the subject you search, google thinks this guy likes fixya, I'll put the fixya results at the top...solution, clear your browsing history files, and never visit fixya again.#
Thats $5 please ;)

I needed a manual for the 2nd-- hand microwave I bought from someone. I wasn't looking for "fix ya"
(in fact I never heard of them before) but somehow thru my searching I ran into "fix ya". Stupidly I paid the $20 with my debit card thinking they were going to send me a manual. Well the charge went thru my bank but I never received anything. Meanwhile I got the correct address for the manual and they sent it to me free of charge. I just tried to call them for a refund and all the taped message told me was the web address to go to for fix ya. I want my $20 back and now I am worried because they now have my bank card information. I don't know what to do.

Fixya.com is so worthless. I wonder why, whenever I use a search engine to find information, that stupid site is there with the first 10-15 results. Why is that?
There is never any information on that site regarding my search so why am I getting results to it?

This kind of search engine link farming should be punished and all results removed.

your were one of lucky ones John, most askers all normally so baffled with so much ### from these so called experts, ( i should know, i am one) that they actually pay them for the advice and leave feedback, even before they have tried there solution...most often when they cant baffle the asker, they will tell them they need to take it to an expert for repair...lol

i would urge anyone thinking of using fixya.com try your solutions before you let feedback because there trying to make it, if you leave positive feedback, youll never get a refund..and since the chances of you getting a REAL expert, is slim, very slim.

i suppose if your reading this, my advice here probably wont help you

one expert continuously give false, misleading, guessed at, goggled and dangerous answers that could actually kill the person if they dont know what there doing ...when he was asked what will they do once someone gets hurt or kill...he matter of factual stated, THATS WHAT THE DISCLAIMER IS FOR!

remember where i said if your reading this, my advice is to late ...well there is a possible side...if your able to read this, your not dead YET!

am i disgruntled? No. im ashamed to be associated with a site that has no regard for peoples safety or the money they allow the asker to waste on solutions that are wrong, BS, from a BSE, misleading and dangerous answers.

Fixya EMPLOYEE WAGES AND EARNINGS

THIS COMPANY LIES ABOUT GETTING PAID.
I HAVE ABOUT 340 HOURS OF SERVICES WITH THEM.
I WAS AN EXPERT SOLUTION SPECIALIST ALSO A PHONE SUPPORT SPECIALIST EMPLOYEE FOR FIXYA.

THEY SAID I WAS INACTIVE FOR 3 MONTHS AND THAT ZERO OUT MY EARNING WAGES.

I WAS NEVER TOLD THIS NOR DID IT SHOW UP ON ANY EARNINGS INFO .THEY KEEP THAT A COMPLETE SECRET AND CONTINUED TO RECIEVE PAYMENTS FROM CUSTOMERS FOR MY SERVICES.THAT IS FRAUD, MISSLEADING, LABOR LAW VIOLATIONS, DISEPTIVE TRADE, AND MUCH MORE.

FIXYA IS A COMPLETE RIPOFF .

AS AN EX EMPLOYEE TAKING A COMPLETE LOSS FOR PAY WILL HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO SHOW A LOSS FROM THIS COMPANY ON THE NEXT TAX TIME.

MINIMUM WAGE TIMES 340 HOURS.

THAT COMPANY REALLY REALLY REALLY SUCKS.

You would think being a pilot you could read. This is strait out of the FixYa Paid FAQ. It's part of what you agree to when you click that little "agree" box. --- Pending earnings have been removed from my account. Why? --- FixYa reserves the right to remove pending earnings from an Expert's account if the Expert did not select a preferred payment method and/or is not active for a period of more than 90 days. --- So tell me which part of that you don't understand? It does not matter why it happens. You accepted that statement. Better be careful with that write off ;)

Fixya unable to fix pc and unauthorised deduction from bank a/c

I browsed the internet looking for a solution to have my Vista laptop communicate with Canon projector. Fixya offered free advice or a small ongoing fee until the problem was fixed. I inquired further and was then offered an option of a one off fee which I paid. One expert could not fix the problem, another expert told me that Vista did not talk to projectors and was not fixable, a third expert did not want to get involved because other experts were handling the problem. I did not ask for a refund of the first amount because it was fairly minor - but I have now just received another charge on my bank account which was unauthorised. I am about to ask for a refund on that but not sure whether to hold out any hope of recovering the money in view of the comments I see on this site in relation to this provider.

Fixya No help! - continue to bill credit card

In trying to fix an issue with my Pioneer Flat Screen TV, I tried FixYa, especially given their money-back guarantee. After explaining my issue, the so called expert replied with very basic suggestions that I had tried. When I pushed for alternate suggestions, their expert said I should consult a TV repair service. In the end I fixed it myself, so on I then requested they cancel my account as they had not performed in my opinion. Since that point they have charged my credit card each month for the last three months. I've now filed a formal complaint with Amex who did return the most recent payment.

I've emailed them on four separate occasions and yet to receive a response.

Buyer beware!

Fixya Expert advice

when my 3 year old Whirlpool Front load Washing machine had a fault i consulted fixya.com which referred me to a so called expert - i asked the expert - saumyar was his name - if he actually is an expert in Whirlpool Front loaders which he answered with yes. Anyhow he gave me very very wrong and very very costly advice and in the end i had to pay for a real flesh and blood expert to fix the problem which was actually very small and was fixed quickly as soon as the real expert seen the symptoms.
the whole exercise cost me nearly as much as a brand new Washing machine. i have never agreed to pay fixya.com as i wanted to have the problem fixed first before i pay but fixya.com deducted my money and when asked to repay my money for not fixing the problem i never heard from them again

Hi,

OK! First of all, there is a change in process and he was not with Fixya any more.Being a customer, i really value your service but before you change any product, you should have check the same. If your washing machine is unable to complete spin cycle and i say, change control board. It's not fair. Even if i have said ( Might be a chance that i might had the same situation and we might have changed the control board ), would not you ask an expert How you need to check and how would you make sure that this is a fault. It might be Timer. It might be many other reasons.

Believe me, Few months ago, my car broke down and i paid more than $1000 to only CHECK the fault. The real person options are not always cost effective. Tell me honestly, how many times you had been ripped out by a real expert in your hometown?

it's better to consult with logic . If you don't use logic - I am sorry . There is no one who could save you!

Thanks..

Hi,

Do you read all the Terms and Conditions?

You purchased a product, if you don't like it you need to deny it. Have you wrote an email?

You have many days by which you need to claim that. There are smart customers like you who might take an opinion and never accept the solution.

The purpose, if unhappy another expert would help you. If all the experts gave up or lets suppose if you want to get a cellphone unlocked and no codes work, then you can claim a refund.

Why you people NEVER READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS...
