Basing on call center team (Hasnain)`s assurance of full refund or £800 refund , i have prepared to cancel my ticket and book another ticket where he mentioned will be +200£ or +300£ on each extra. But i have paid £1900 for new tickets and cancelled ticket cost was 1028£only which was a low price ticket. Now i have received only 100 £ for cancellation and i had to book new tickets for 1900£ due to my emergency and believing the call center teams assurance on full refund or £800 refund.
Customer care center team now simply says apologies as it is a communication gap and typo graphical error by the call center team. The cost of their apologies worth 1900£ + 800£. I would have not cancelled my tickets and planned for an alternative if it was told to me clearly by the call center team. They played the business strategy of cancelling the low price tickets without full or maximum refunds, leaving the customer no options and create a situation to forcefully buy high price tickets as per the emergency or create a situation where customer herself trust them and get into their trap. I have been cheated by them by giving fake assurance and simply saying sorry and putting the complete blame on customers by passing statments on the customers without any respect saying you are a liar, we have not assured anything like that, you should`nt have bought tickets with high price, you should have bought the tickets with other agencies etc...,
I want this situation to be escalated with the legal boards, all the call recordings to be listened along with the emails. Call center team's irresponsibility cannot cost to me. This cannot be closed or without providing full refund to me as it is not my fault. and also cannot completely put the blame on call center team. If they have done a mistake it is company`s responsibility to repay for it. Not expecting an Apologies note which has no value added for me.

i understand this is a generic email. Without solving the issue, flightcatchers says case is closed internally .
My issue is not resolved, flight catchers have sent 100 £ for cancellation of each ticket and says case is closed internally. Need an escalation and need the path for legal board complaints.
Fight catchers/Polani travels, have not provided refund and Closed without solution.
