LuggagePros Disappointing Quality and Customer Service from LuggagePros

Yo, so I bought these two carryons from LuggagePros and I was pretty stoked about them at first. They looked dope and seemed sturdy enough. But then, after only two easy trips, the wheels fell off! I was so pissed off, man. So I hit up their customer service, thinking they would help me out, but they straight up refused! Like, what kind of customer service is that? I'm never buying from them again.

LuggagePros Shop with Confidence at LuggagePros: A Review of Their Selection, Service, and Prices

LuggagePros is the best place to get your travel bags and accessories! They have a lot of stuff to choose from and their service is really helpful. I always go to them when I need to buy luggage online. They have a big selection of bags and accessories that are perfect for any kind of trip.

The website is easy to navigate and the prices are really good. I've never had any problems with my orders and they always arrive on time. The customer service is also really helpful if you have any questions or concerns.

I recently bought a new suitcase from LuggagePros and it's amazing! It's really sturdy and has a lot of space for all my stuff. I also got a travel pillow and a luggage tag to go with it. The pillow is really comfortable and the tag is really cute.

Overall, I would definitely recommend LuggagePros to anyone who needs to buy travel bags and accessories. They have a great selection, helpful service, and good prices. I will definitely be shopping with them again in the future!

LuggagePros LuggagePros: Great Selection for Laptop Bags, but Quality Could Be Better

I recently bought a bag from LuggagePros for around 18 bucks. I wasn't too impressed with the quality of the bag, but my laptop fits in it just fine. That's actually why I'm writing this review - to give a shoutout to LuggagePros for having a great selection of bags that can fit all kinds of laptops.

I was a bit hesitant to buy from LuggagePros at first, but I'm glad I did. They have a wide variety of bags to choose from, and their prices are pretty reasonable. I was able to find a bag that fit my laptop perfectly, and it didn't break the bank.

The only downside to my purchase was the quality of the bag itself. It's not terrible, but it's not great either. I've only had it for a few weeks and it's already starting to show some wear and tear. But hey, for 18 bucks, I can't really complain too much.

Overall, I would recommend LuggagePros to anyone looking for a bag that can fit their laptop. They have a great selection and their prices are pretty good. Just be aware that the quality of the bag may not be top-notch.

LuggagePros Smooth Maneuvering and Sturdy Handle: A Review of the Blue Luggage

and put everything inside the luggage and it worked fine. The wheels are smooth and it's easy to maneuver. The handle is sturdy and doesn't wobble. The color is nice too. I got the blue one and it's vibrant. The only downside is that it's a bit heavy even when it's empty. But overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

LuggagePros LuggagePros Review: Sneaky Handling Fee and Poor Customer Service

So, I was looking for a new luggage and stumbled upon LuggagePros website. They claim to offer free 3 day shipping, which sounded great to me. But when I placed my order, I was shocked to see that they added a $19.95 "handling" fee. What the heck? They blamed it on FedEx, but I'm not buying it. It's just a sneaky way to make more money off of customers.

I was so disappointed with this experience that I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from LuggagePros. There are plenty of other places to buy luggage from that won't try to pull a fast one on you.

To make matters worse, when I asked to speak with the owner to voice my concerns, I was told that he doesn't speak with customers. Seriously? That's not how you run a business. If you're going to charge extra fees, at least have the decency to speak with your customers when they have a problem.

Overall, I was very unhappy with my experience with LuggagePros. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

LuggagePros Terrible Customer Service Experience with LuggagePros, Found Better Alternative at B&H

Don't even bother with LuggagePros. They cancelled my order because they thought it was fraudulent, but they didn't even bother to let me know by email. I had to call them myself to find out what was going on. When I asked them how they could help me, they just told me that I wasn't their customer anymore and that they didn't want to talk to me. They were so rude! I don't think I'll ever shop there again.

Luckily, I was able to find the item I wanted at B&H for the same price. And I got it in just two days! I'm so glad I didn't waste any more time dealing with LuggagePros. They really need to work on their customer service if they want to keep people coming back.

Dear Sir,

Please help me, the detail of subject mentioned complaint is given below for your reference .

The Dubai airport authority has taken 910 aed from me against carrying the hand baggage during the flight boarding . However during the check in time they haven't told me anything about hand baggage charges and they said it is standard that 10 kg is allowed to carry the hand baggage . As checking done, they gave me a boarding pass and I went Inside the airport and I have purchased few items from duty free even duty free sales team said, the stuffs which is being purchased here is not chargeable and they have scanned the boarding pass . A movement I reached and step in the flight they have started checking the baggage and they said this is chargeable and it is clear mentioned in the ticket . As I said it is not mentioned anything in the ticket neither your team informed us during check in time, that hand baggage will be chargeable . the access baggage we can understand but such kind of things whatever amount charged for me is not acceptable . the Dubai is most happening country in the world and people believe in excellence service as well trust a lot .

LuggagePros baggage

Hi,
We travelled from Brisbane to Hyderabad on 6th feb 2019 on flight TG474. Though we had a halt of 2 hours in Bangkok we missed our shopping and haven't spend any time over there and we were forced to board the connecting flight by the team.
We haven't got our luggage in Hyderabad and we were said to receive it by 8 Th feb morning.
I had my marriage Occassion on 10th feb and I missed all my clothing and important stuff in my luggage.
The bag tags are(TG8824145/146/147). It's very disappointing and frustrating to buy all the stuff again. We demand an explanation.

LuggagePros I am complaining abt luggage counter at alpiri

Hello all,
This is about the luggage counter at alpiri where people leave there luggage n start there walk to tirumula. There are almost 5 counter over here, however only one counter they r accepting the luggage to be dumped rest all counters r closed... More over people are in queue for Near about 2 hrs.
Requeat to please take u immidiet attention in the issue n make the pilgrims happy in this devotional place.

LuggagePros luggage policy

The luggage booking does not clearly show that bags are not included in the ticket price. Online luggage booking is r120 per bag. At the airport r250 per bag. What a rip off. Is that the way to make extra money? Selling cheap tickets and make their money on r250 a bag r500 for 2 baggage. My next flight will be through mango or kulula again, they do not have hidden cost. 😭😭😭😭😭

LuggagePros Absolutely terrible service!!

I wanted to order something from this website LuggagePros but I was not sure was it worth it or not and I also did not like that prices were so expensive! I decided to contact them and ask some questions. I found their phone number and when I called some young lady answered the phone. She was very rude and nasty and the end of our so called conversation she said that if I can't afford their products I should buy from another site. Then she added that I can order from eBay or Amazon where things are a lot cheaper! Can you imagine that? Absolutely terrible service! That girl should be fired!

They advertise free 3 day shipping. When you order they tack on a $19.95 "handling" fee and blame it on FedEx. Are you kidding. Buy your new luggage anywhere but at Luggage Pros. Then when you ask to speak with the owner they tell you he doesn't speak with customers. I guess not after he try's to play them for idiots.
