Flooring was put in wrong in August at my condo in Orlando Florida. I sent Flooring America pictures of the two areas in the kitchen that needs to be fixed. The transition from the kitchen/hallway ain't level and they didn't paint the quarter round black by the kitchen cabinets. All as per contract dated 8/1/2022, invoice no*** I called them many times but they don't answer the phone. I leave messages but they don't call back. The sales rep, Brandon E is my contact, I even sent emails. I need the work fixed and done. Today he replied to my email and said he passed it to Rob...? Not good customer service. I bought the floors in August/September
I bought the floors in August/September . They finished installing the floors in my whole home, which is about 2000 sq. ft., in September . But within a month, I started having problems all over my home. I called DANNY B (the salesman) many times, and they finally came to address the problems in November . However, by December , I had the same problems in the same areas. I called DANNY again, as well as ROB, and even sent an email to the owner JEFF C, but I didn't get any response. Finally, in July/August , they tried to fix the issues. They sent the installer, but he didn't have enough materials to finish the job. He was supposed to come back, but he never did. He found a lot of problems with the initial installation, and I took pictures and sent them to DANNY. As of today, my floors are still messed up in multiple areas. I want them to honor their warranty and fix my floors. I spent over $13K, and it's only fair for them to fix the floors.

Original install was supposed to be completed on January 15. They didn't have the right transitions and were missing some as well, so it got delayed. They temporarily glued the wrong transitions while waiting to order the correct ones for safety. Finally, on February 18, they completed the installation and brought the correct transitions. Unfortunately, the transitions were covered with tape, so we didn't notice the cracks until we removed the tape. In March, I reached out to their store, but nobody returned my call. I decided to email the Flooring company instead. It took them a long time to respond, clearly showing that they don't respond promptly. Jim came to take photos and acknowledged the defects, but when I followed up with the manager, Rob Remy, after two weeks, he said he would order the transitions. However, it has been over 30 days and nothing has happened. I tried reaching out to the owner, Celeste C, and she responded twice, assuring me that she would assist. But after sending my follow-up email three times, she hasn't responded anymore and completely ignored my plea. I feel like I'm not getting my money's worth.

On 5/2/2022 I was in the store and found sum flooring that I planned on using for a home renovation later in the year. The plan was to start the renovation sometime after August. The salesperson "Danny" stated that if we put a deposit down the flooring would be held at no charge until we were ready to do our project, with no commitment to buy if we changed our minds. The next day after looking at other flooring we decided we liked the tile and the price at the Orlando Flooring America store and called Danny and placed a 5,000.00 dollar deposit for the tile. In early August we decided to go a different direction and I went to the store for a refund of my 5,000.00 dollars, which was processed that day by one of the salespersons at the Orlando location. As of today 10/12/2022 I have not received the money into my account. After back and forth with Celeste C the VP of operations, basically per her, the companies bank and credit card processing company say they sent the refund and the matter is closed, and that it is my credit card company,*** who will not accept the refund. *** has done an investigation and basically state that they do not, not accept refunds and are requesting more information from the business to further investigate. I sent an email to Celeste again asking for the documents that state her bank and credit card processing company sent the money and I have not heard back from her. I also stated in the last email that I will be suing the company if I do not get anymore assistance, which I have not.
