Florida Power & Light [FPL] review: Work order #00012535067

late fall of 2022 received a severe storm that resulted in the power line from the pole and transformer to the house separating. FPL was called and power was shut off to the house until the box was reconnected to the house. Within a couple days FPL reconnected power to a different transformer and the power line was left on the ground and has been on the ground for almost a year now. This resident is located at 1026 19th ave sw Vero Beach, Florida 32962. This resident is tenant occupied and and We (Katherine and Dale Downing) are the owners of this property. I visited this property about late May 2023 and a work order was placed by the tenants soon after. I have made several attempts to get the attention of FPl service personnel with regards to the unsafeness this is for anyone living or working on this property. The tenants have been unable to maintain the back of the property and the weeds are now about 3+ feet tall where the line lays on the ground and beyond. I would also like to mention that this family contains two very young children.
