Fanatics review: Unbelievable how incompetent 1

I gave it a 1 because I can't do a Zero. Depending on what team or affiliation you are looking to get branded apparel for, it can take up to 18/20 days for them to just process your order. Another 10 or so to ship it. They allegedly have one million products, so I should cut them some slack; unfortunately Amazon has 350 million products and can somehow get it to me within a couple of days, and most products in 24 hours with PRIME, and in under a week without. We need a choice for buying branded apparel besides Fanatics. The website is rarely up to date, they will cancel your order and tell you it was YOU that canceled, 10 days after you placed the order, 15 days before Christmas. AI system is horrific, Customer Service is in Philippines and you might understand every 10th word. After complete exacerbation, I went to X and just posted a rant. Someone named Brenda reached out and asked I DM her. Fanatics needs to make Brenda CEO. If they had more Brenda, might not be so damn god awful. I ordered 3 shirts on Dec 1 (sale was going on, come buy from us they say, we are the best they say, your one stop shop for branded apparel they say) well it's nearly 2 weeks later and one shirt (all part of the same order mind you) was just canceled 7 days later for no reason. One is still being processed and won't ship until the 18th (today is the 10th). And one miraculously processed but apparently has to go through Australia via Moscow to get to me from Texas and I won't get until sometime around the 18th. BEYOND INCOMPENTENT. I have NO idea what arrangement the NCAA, Nike, Under Armor has with this unbelievably disorganize organization but it is unacceptable that this is the ONLY place to buy certain branded college apparel. I suppose Amazon isn't in the mix because the apparel would be made in China versus Honduras and Mexico. I don't care, so long as they can spell Gamecocks and Football. So I'm pleading with Jeff Bezos, PLEASE PLEASE purchase Fanatics, adopt the Amazon processing, shipping, and logistics model and transform this company into something remotely efficient.
