Forest River review: Claims print out

I have been dealing with nothing but promised since I have received my brand new 2023 42 View Salem grand villa currently the back end is dropped out and it has been this way for 3 months we had no AC and 125° weather and now we have no heat in 17° weather and no bathroom I have asked for all the claims all the paperwork everything so far documented two Forest River about this from different technicians and I am being given the runaround I am not being given paperwork claims forms nothing I am being told that they don't exist I actually do know the exist I've done a little research because it's worrying. i am getting the runaround now.I'm starting to get scared did the company that I bought a vehicle from is being very Shifty I don't want to have to get loud to get the paperwork that I legally should be given without having to beg or get angry or get people involved I need all the claim information that has been done on my vehicle an is being ordered. I don't want to keep asking I just want it. Please
