I have all the info for my account, however the website continually brings up a red error box with "uh oh, something went wrong here. Please try again."
I log out and log in and immediate get the same box. I try to check my email/account ID is correct and they either reply with that ID is currently being used or that ID doesn't exist. Then if it does accept the info (with hasn't changed) I get the red error box on any services, drop down boxes, or anything other that "log out".
I called the customer service and after hours or automated and fruitless suggestions from their tech, nothing has changed. (suggestions like clear search history and try again.) I followed the inept suggestions and even tried multiple web browsers and the app, all which arrive back to the same broken webpages and responses. I don't know how they stay in business- they make it nearly impossible to just pay the bill let alone provide any customer service.
Claimed loss: Loss of satisfaction and hours of running in circles.
