I began to report my issue as soon as I noticed that you had marked my third goal in the Slotomania reward app as “EXPIRED.”

The fact is, not only did I achieve this objective, but I also exceeded the next four in my first 24 hours.

As you can see, my current level is 655.
Also followed a FreeCash pop-up that said I would receive a $5.00 “INSTANT cash pay-out if I made a $3.00 purchase. I used the link but did not get the money as indicated.

I tried to resolve this issue though the support feature that is located at the bottom right of your main page, however, someone named Abisila told me in so many words she could not help me. Eventually, she ended up ghosting me.

All told, I continued to try to get her to respond to me until noticed she was no longer active. Ithought it particularly rude of her not to at least inform me she was finished with our exchange.

Nothing about this process has been smooth. This includes figuring out how to reach you. It’s not clearly marked on the FreeCash.com website. I calculate you owe me 104.50, which includes the $5.00 due because of my in-app purchases.

Claimed loss: I spent over two days on this APP. The total I am owed is $104.50. It could have been more had I continued playing the game.

Desired outcome: To get paid what I am owed.

You can reach FreeCash.com directly by sending an email or a certified letter with all the proofs of your level, achievements, and your in-app purchases. Complain about the $104.5 that they owe you, and include the promotion where they owe you $5. Also, ask how long it will take to solve this issue. If it is still not sorted out, you can report it to your payment provider or even to the consumer-protecting service for misleading advertising. Keep all the correspondence in case you will need it later.
