Freewallet *SCAM* do not trust on freewallet!!!!

I have a wallet with them and they blocked my withdraw capability because KYC.

I'm spanish and after several months requesting various information, they ended requesting me bills in english laguage, but Í'm spanish and live in spain, so i can't provide any document in english.

They keep blocking my funds and asking for information I can't provide.

They will ask you for ID card, driver license, photos of you holding documents and your smartphone showing your account at the same time and so on.

Recommendation: *SCAM**SCAM**SCAM*

Yeah, thats your modus operandi. Require more and more information to customer until he cannot provide it, then you keep his money FOREVER.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! DO NOT THRUST FREEWALLET!

FRWT IS A SCAM!
FREEWALLET IS A SCAM!

GIVE MY MONEY BACK!

Update by 4predacon

Your top priority is few weeks delay to respond a mail to say another new odd requirement.

Since september 19th 2024 I open the case and until now you only ask for infinite requirements to keep our money.

Whats next? ask for a proof of blood? maybe a certificate of being human?

They ask of a HI-RES photo of your passport and ID-card

They ask for a screenshot to find out where the funds come from, even if they are more than two years old!

STOP ASKING DOCUMENTATION WE CAN'T PROVIDE TO KEEP OUR MONEY.

FreeWallet has kept my money hostage since June of 2023. They finally responded by claiming my account was opened up to withdraw and told me I had ten days to withdraw my funds. When I when to withdraw them it still shows suspended and unable to withdraw. No further response the last tree days. They’re scammers that will keep telling you to provide the same information over and over again. I’ve had two ticket ID’s 468248 which I believe is the one they’ve most responded to, but also have 468281. Their last email came through on 2/6/25 and no response since after three emails to unsuspend my account so that I can withdraw.

Freewallet Beware of freewallet

It's a real scam. Once your funds are on their platform, withdrawing them becomes nearly impossible. Accounts are blocked without explanation, and their customer support either responds extremely slowly or completely ignores your requests.
This appears to be a well-planned scam aimed at stealing your assets.
This company is not trustworthy. Protect your assets and stay far away from Freewallet. This is a classic example of a scam operation.

Freewallet FRWT Wallet is a Rebranded Scam—Avoid It!

I’ve been keeping an eye on the FRWT wallet, and it’s clear that it’s a scam. This app is nothing more than a rebranded version of Freewallet, which has stolen from countless users by freezing their accounts and taking their funds. Despite claiming to be non-custodial, FRWT’s developers have full control over your assets and can block your account at any time. Avoid this app at all costs!

Freewallet Мой опыт Freewallet

Freewallet Yeah!

After the KYC, which is essential on such platforms (to protect customers), was completed, Freewallet works perfectly.

It's a cool platform because you can store all kinds of coins.

The support tries very hard and always writes clear instructions on what to do.

You can find a lot of negative things about freewallet on the Internet, but don't let that confuse you - a lot of what is written is simply not true.

I can only recommend freewallet.

Thanks!

Recommendation: Be nice!

Freewallet It's not safe. They make money out of everything

Those who faced the need to find out the fate of their lost money by contacting technical support will receive a long instruction, from which it follows that you need to address anywhere, but not to the technical support of the wallet itself.

They have nothing to do with anything. Somewhere between the exchanger and arrival to the wallet a few Monero coins got lost. You can't find the ends, you can forget about your money. It's pretty sad...

Freewallet Good reviews on Freewallet are definitely bought

Positive reviews about Freewallet cannot be considered reliable, as they are the result of paid advertising and marketing efforts of the company. In every attempt to create a false impression of its reliability and usability, Freewallet pays for the publication of positive reviews, which makes them biased and unreliable for potential users. To get real reviews about the service, you should turn to independent sources and look for users' opinions on forums, social networks and specialized resources, where comments are not influenced by marketing campaigns and are not supported by material benefits.

Freewallet LTC was stolen!

I started using Freewallet six months ago. At first everything went smoothly, but after I tried to exchange my Lightcoins, the wallet started giving errors. After contacting support, they requested my personal documents for KYC. Sent it and my account was blocked. It's been two months now, no response, and over 5 LTC has been stolen. Freewallet is not just a wallet, it's a total fraud!

Recommendation: I strongly advise you to avoid using Freewallet!

Freewallet Freewallet holding my crypto hostage

I have had a doge free wallet account since 2017 where I purchased some coins through ebay when that was still possible. Now when i try to withdraw some, I am told that my account has been blocked due to 'suspicious activity'.
So I contact support, they ask for all sorts of things like photos of my identity document, a bank statement with my address on, they ask for selfies with my ID document, and then also selfies with a page they sent and my phone displaying the app. I have sent all of this.
Now they are asking me to provide the proofs of the purchases for the transactions.
Hang on, I have had access to my wallet all along, I can login, and have the pin so its not like I am resetting the account or have locked myself out. I can see my balance but you have locked me out of withdrawing, depositing is still fine which sounds quite suspicious.
I will unfortunately have to take this further but am hoping that it can be resolved.

Claimed loss: 5000 USD

Desired outcome: Give me access to MY funds

I have submitted all the requested documents including pictures of both sides of my ID, as well as bank statement, also selfies with a notice you wanted me to print and write on while holding my phone on the open page. I did mention that I don't have records of the incoming transactions as these were in 2018 and sent from eBay. This definitely smells like a scam and requires involvement from law enforcement.

Since i am not requesting to change my password or pin (both of which I have), and have complied with all the ID verification requested, then I do believe you are trying to hold onto my funds unlawfully.

Freewallet Cannot log in to Freewallet account

My name is Adrian Delport and I transferred Etherium to my Freewallet account but cannot draw or even log into my account. I laid a complaint to Freewallet via Facebook and Twitter and they giving me the run around. They even tried to get me to hand a OTP from my cell number and have been trying to get me to open an other account and said its rebranding. I sent them all the information they requested and they keep asking for the same things. I don't trust them and will not open another account simply as they request. When I attempt to log into my account now I get the message below. I think they somehow blocked my domain or something of that sort.

Freewallet Freewallet stole all my money

I have used this wallet for several years and would continue to use it. But one day I couldn't withdraw assets and accidentally found out that my account was suspended.
I sent documents for KYC, standard procedure takes a few minutes. But this is not about freewallet. Documents were sent a month ago, but the verification is still pending.
Seems like it’s a standard reason to steal money from accounts. They block accounts for no reason because they find «suspicious activity». Many reviews confirm it. These scammers come up with new quests, drag out the process, and avoid unlocking funds. Freewallet apps have already been removed from google and appstore. Do not use freewallet in any reasons if you don't want to lose your assets

Is Freewallet Legit?

Freewallet earns a trustworthiness rating of 80%

Reliable, but always remember to protect your data.

Our conclusion: ComplaintsBoard has reviewed Freewallet and concludes it's largely legitimate. Interactions with Freewallet's website can generally be safe. You can trust Freewallet's services, but remain informed and cautious.

Freewallet has received 2 positive reviews on our site. This is a good sign and indicates a safe and reliable experience for customers who choose to work with the company.

The age of Freewallet's domain suggests that they have had sufficient time to establish a reputation as a reliable source of information and services. This can provide reassurance to potential customers seeking quality products or services.

Freewallet.org has a valid SSL certificate, which indicates that the website is secure and trustworthy. Look for the padlock icon in the browser and the "https" prefix in the URL to confirm that the website is using SSL.

Freewallet.org has been deemed safe to visit, as it is protected by a cloud-based cybersecurity solution that uses the Domain Name System (DNS) to help protect networks from online threats.

We looked up Freewallet and found that the website is receiving a high amount of traffic. This could be a sign of a popular and trustworthy website, but it is still important to exercise caution and verify the legitimacy of the site before sharing any personal or financial information

This website offers payment methods that provide the option for customers to get their money back, which could be a positive indicator of the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.

However ComplaintsBoard has detected that:

  • Website's registrar is popular among scammers, it means that a significant number of scammers have used that registrar to register domain names for their fraudulent websites. This can indicate that the registrar has lax verification processes, making it easier for scammers to register domains without providing accurate information.
  • Freewallet protects their ownership data, a common and legal practice. However, from our perspective, this lack of transparency can impede trust and accountability, which are essential for establishing a credible and respected business entity.
  • We conducted a search on social media and found several negative reviews related to Freewallet. These reviews may indicate issues with the company's products, services, or customer support. It is important to thoroughly research the company and its offerings before making any purchases to avoid any potential risks.
  • Freewallet offering cryptocurrency services, it is important to be aware of the potential risks involved. Cryptocurrency transactions can be anonymous and irreversible, making them a prime target for scammers and fraudsters.

I made payments and accepted payments, everything was fine for six months, but as soon as about $ 5,000 accumulated on the balance, the account was blocked (06/03/2024). I sent my passport, a selfie, a bank statement, screenshots of the withdrawal of funds from the bookmaker's (incoming transactions were mainly from bookmakers), a video to the support service, but the account was not unblocked-every day they ask for some new document/ screenshot to send.

Freewallet Freewallet scammers stole money from clients!

Hello! I am a journalist. I am investigating the Freewallet project. According to the information we found, Freewallet is a multi-currency wallet that makes it easy for users to store and manage their cryptocurrency. However, we are convinced that this is a lie and behind this project are scammers! Having collected information, it turned out that their wallet owners deceive users under the guise of KYC verification, address updates and more. There are a lot of complaints about missing transactions, and you can also come across a lot of negative reviews on the internet, where people tell about their situations where they lost assets using Freewallet multi-currency wallets. We roughly estimated the amount of loss at $8 million! There is no information about the real owners anywhere on their sites - this only tells us one thing - they hide their identity to avoid punishment. It is also important to note that law enforcement agencies ignore complaints and statements of deceived users, which casts doubt on the involvement of the police in this company, perhaps they are covering up for the fraudsters. This affects another global problem - corruption. That's why we appeal to you to prevent the fraud of Freewallet project and protect people from deception. Maybe you have some action steps to help people whose funds have been frozen and they cannot restore access to their wallet. You can read all the materials of the investigation on these sites:

Freewallet Bitcoin wallet freewallet

I was using Freewallet wallet for about 1 year didn’t have any issues with it soo around March 21 2023 I downloaded Bitcoin wallet from freewallet I use this wallet to send a diposit of 2,000 I didn’t receive a Email from Freewallet to let me know my funds diposit . I find out because I received E mail from where I requested the withdrawal that my funds were successfully deposited into the Bitcoin wallet address I provided.I check the wallet and my funds here in I try to withdraw and it said I hade to verify my Email I did after it said that I was going to receive a Email to verify the transaction ok I waited for 30 minutes nothing I try it again it said the same thing waited for 1 hour nothing try again nothing . Then I contacted the help option a automatic boot assisted me and it said that looks like I had made too many verification requests to wait 1 hour I waited until the next da To request another withdrawal I waited for the verification Email I waited for 30 minutes . When I was starting to start a conversation with the automatic boot . It took me out of the wallet and it took me where I had to log in I try to log in and it said my password was wrong I try it few more times then I reset my password and the new password went true then ask for 4 digit code I put the code it said it has wrong it wasn’t wrong I knew for sure because I use my husband year of birth I tried many times then I use two other codes that I only use and nothing . So I contacted costumer service by Email I explain the issue and I also mentioned that before I downloaded Bitcoin wallet from freewallet I had a Freewallet wallet account open that I had been using for a 1 year and provided the Email address for each of them. They ask me for the tx hash from the sending side I didn’t understand what the he they were asking for but it’s too much to explain. After I was able to provide the tx hash the bitcoin address and the ID transaction I provided with 2 bills with my bank statement with my id With a picture with intention me holding my id I have sent them everything that shows that I downloaded and created this bitcoin wallet and this funds r 100 mine . They blocked my account on the 4 digit pin code it’s been 7 months now. To make it clear i didn’t have a chance to use this Bitcoin wallet I was only able to send 1 diposit on March 21 2023 it the only thing it was done no transaction’s we’re made . This wallet didn’t have any movement of anything whatsoever ok on September 1 I received a Email from Phillip all will post this Email. It said they had disable pin to provide my Id within the wallet to withdraw my funds. I try to log in in the bitcoin wallet and it says my password was wrong so I reset it and it was successfull I log in with my new password on the 4 digit pin code that was supposed to be disabled it said my account was blocked so the dint disable the pin i sent them a Email and they’ keep saying tha they disable pin on the request account. I sent them Email saying that what account they disable pin to provide me with the details of the information because the account that is blocked and it has been the only account I have been asking them for 6 months to now to unblock is till blocked. They were saying that they aredy unblock one account and know I want them to unblock on other account they just playing games with me. They think I’m stupid and that they going to get away with stilling my money. They think I’m soo stupid that I’m not going to fund out what they did . What they did was that they copied the transactions and information from my other free wallet account and put it in the wallet account in question and this is funny after resetting the password on this bitcoin wallet the one I just downloaded on March 21 2023 wen it ask for my 4 digit pin code I put the pin that I had originally chosen when I created the bitcoin wallet and that it said it was wrong well I put the same pin and it went true they changed the Email address to tha same Email adress that I have for my other free wallet account . And they are traying to say that that’s the bitcoin wallet that I downloaded on March . Like I said i only have 1 account that was blocked the only account I been asking you guys to unblock for 7 months now. Sense March 21 2023 I been asking you guys to unblock Cisnerosmaria874@gmail.com this is the only Email address that I use to open this bitcoin wallet from freewallet. You guys removed the Email address that I use to create this account and put my 2 Email address that I use for the freewallet wallet that I been using for almost 2 years now and put all the transactions from this wallet to the bitcoin wallet that i created on March 2023 see it can’t be because I I didn’t get a chance to use this bitcoin wallet so no transactions were made nothing just the one diposit I sent on March 21 2023 . So no you didn’t unblock the account on the pin code section.

Freewallet My balance simply burned, well, or passed into the hands of owners-fraudsters!

Freewallet- they play on people's trust. I decided to try the Ethereum wallet from Freewallet. At first everything was fine, I was completely sure that the wallet is good. In the AppStore I was convinced that it is reliable after reading positive reviews. After what happened to me I doubt the validity of these reviews, I am convinced that they are bought because after I tried to withdraw my funds I was written that my wallet is frozen. I have contacted support many times, but I have not received a single answer. I tried to contact the police, but the Freewallet administration justified the situation by saying that they seized my assets because of suspicions in their purity. I don't know how to react to complete inaction. I just want to warn people never to use Freewallet wallets if you don't want to get into a similar situation!

Freewallet Monero Wallet

I recently noticed that I had received a small deposit in one of the wallets I have registered with Freewallet.org (an XMR wallet). I have had an account with them since 2017, but have only made/received a handful of small transactions since then, all of them under . 2fa is enabled on my account (and has been working normally for a long time).

Yesterday I tried to withdraw the XMR from my Freewallet, and after successfully entering the Google Authenticator code, it said I also needed to confirm the withdrawal via email, so I did that, too. It said the transaction was pending, but when I clicked on the details, I noticed it said "failed." So, tried again, and it played out exactly the same aa the first time. So, I submitted a support ticket.

Support responded a few hours later and said my account had been suspended due to suspicious activity, and I would need to verify my identity in order to re-activate my account and be able to attempt the withdrawal again.

Now, keep in mind the total amount of my withdrawal was for about the equivalent of (US). Flagging my withdrawal and requiring me to pass an identity verification procedure over a transaction is obviously absurd, but to be a good sport, I went ahead and followed the link to initiate the identity verification.

I was required to take two photos of my ID, front and back... pretty standard. I was alsp required to then take a selfie holding my ID and a piece of paper on which I was required to hand write "Freewallet.org" as well as the date and the email address associated with my account. So, I did all that, and it said that the verification was complete and pending review. Once it was reviewed and approved, presumably, I would then be granted access to my four dollars.

I let Freewallet support know that I had completed the verification (because they told me to tell them when it was complete). Then, they responded with a new set of requirements that I was expected to fulfill. This is what is known as moving the goal post. This new challenge required me to take a new selfie, this time holding a new note, which was to read: "Attention! I confirm that I am the Freewallet account owner by taking a photo with this picture.

I also realize that if I am not the Freewallet account owner, I am participating in criminal activity by taking a photo with this picture." Oh, and in my other hand I was told I needed to be holding my phone with the Freewallet app open and my account info displayed visibly on the screen.

Now, forget about the fact that taking this photo would require that I enlist the aid of another person and another phone (to take the new photo). All of that is pretty absurd. But the thing that baffles me the most about this hoop jumping exercise is the fact that it was all triggered by A FOUR DOLLAR TRANSACTION.

They even included a little cartoon example graphic of some poor guy holding up the note in one hand and his phone in the other with a fearful yet ingratiating smile on his face.

Hopefully this is just another fraudulent company stealing from its customers and you guys don't actually think that this policy is the slightest bit sensical (let alone sane).

Enjoy the .

Oh I almost forgot the best part, their response when I refused to satisfy the new requirements:

"We understand that providing the requested photo may be challenging for you"

LOL

Desired outcome: Give me my four dollars. Or at least apologize for the insulting, demoralizing, and ever expanding verification requirements. That is not a verification procedure, that's a carnival game.

Freewallet has yet to respond to my question regarding AML Regulations. I have requested via email that they close my account, they responded with the same generic request for additional identity verification material. I responded with quoted sections of their T&C that essentially say that if an account is closed for any reason (including user request), then they will return any outstanding balance to the user as long as they don't suspect them of committing a crime. They have yet to respond to (or even acknowledge) this information.

"According to European AML directives and regulations, we always request a specific list of documents."

Where do the directives state that compliance is mandatory for transactions under 1,000 Euros (or in this case, transactions worth apprx $4)?

Update by AnarchyM
Oct 12, 2023 8:07 am EDT

NOTE: If FREEWALLET is currently holding your crypto hostage, skip to the end of this update for info on what you can possibly do to get it back (without submitting to their insulting ID verification requirements or hiring a lawyer)

First of all, selfie identification procedures are no longer compliant with current AML/KYC regulations. Video streaming identification is the standard, now. So, since your elaborate selfie identification requirements do not actually even satisfy any current AML/KYC compliance requirements, why do you still implement them? One reason might be because they discourage users from completing the process. Your requirements are asinine and frankly embarrassing, and no one with any self-respect is going to scoff at the idea of multiple selfies holding multiple documents. You even require the user to be holding their mobile phone in the selfie showing their logged-in account info. That one isn't even possible to comply with unless the user happens to have two phones or is willing to ask someone else (who has also has a phone) to assist them with it. None of this adds any real security, and all of it discourages users from completing the process, which is obviously your real objective.

I created my account in mid 2017. Since then, I have logged in only a handful of times, and always either from the US or Canada. I reset my password one time about two years ago, and prior to this withdrawal request I only ever made one other withdrawal request for an even smaller amount (that withdrawal was somehow miraculously approved without any additional verifications being imposed). I have had an authenticator 2FA enabled for years on the account. It is still enabled, I successfully provide the 2fa code every time I'm prompted to do so. The account has never been compromised, or associated with any kind of illegal activity (or any significant activity, for that matter). My email has been verified since the day I created the account. I have one current active session (and it is legitimate). And as I have stated before, the withdrawal I requested was for an amount equivalent to about $4 USD.

One thing that has been markedly absent from your evidenciary demands is any documentation regarding the source of the $4 in my account. But that is not surprising, considering the funds came from Minergate, a mining platform regarded by pretty much everyone in the industry to be a fraudulent outfit (or at best, an objectively incompetent one) that actually recently shut down, presumably under the crushing weight of the countless claims of fraud from its users and other companies that have engaged with them in any capacity. So, you already know the source of the funds. Maybe thats why the transaction was flagged? Because the funds came from one of the fraudulent other companies that your fraudulent company is affiliated with? I guess you got me there. Touche.

You are freezing funds from accounts with little value because you know the people who created those accounts won't have sufficient motivation to satisfy your carnival game-esque challenges (that are seemingly designed to discourage users and ultimately cause them to abandon the absurd ID verification procedure altogether and subsequently forfeit their crypto property.)

So, to summarize:

1) The identity verification procedures you demand from users that you claim are in place to comply with AML/KYC regulations are actually not even conpliant since they rely on selfie-based identity verification.

2) There are countless complaints from your customers (here and elsewhere online), way too many for them all to be the result of false positive fraud detection failures. There is even an entire website dedicates to documenting the fraudulent practices of your company. Many of the transactions you flag are for negligibe amounts, meaning they are low-risk transactions, which means the cost to authenticate them is not economically feasible. Unless of course they cause frustrated users to ultimstely surrender their crypto...in which case there would be great incentive to do so.

So, instead of repeating yourseld for a 3rd time, please address these two points. I will further sunmarize, in case there is any confusion:

1) Why are you implementing non-AML/KYC-compliant "selfie-based" ID verification procedures? If it doesn't serve to satisfy your lawful obligations in that regard, then what purpose does it actually serve?

2) Why are you flagging accounts for fraud that contain less than $5 worth of crypto?

The following and final section of this update is not for Freewallet but rather for the disgruntled and/or defrauded customers of Freewallet past, present, and future who may stumble upon this complaint...

HOW TO GET FREEWALLET TO RETURN THE CRYPTO PROPERTY THAT IS RIGHTFULLY YOURS

Freewallet's terms and conditions contain a clause that basically says if your account is terminated, they will return any funds in your account to you. There is a caveat, of course. Here is clause:

"6.9.

In the event of termination, Freewallet will return any crypto assets stored in your Freewallet Account and not owed to Freewallet, unless Freewallet believes you have committed fraud, negligence or other misconduct."

Obviously "other misconduct" is intentionally vague, but if you close your account and they refuse to return your funds for any reason, they will legally obligated to substantiate the claim of the alleged "fraud, negligence, or other misconduct."

As soon as Freewallet support returns to this complaint to, I assume, repeat themselves for a 3rd time (again without actually addressing the above concerns in any substanitive way), I will be requesting they close my account and return my four dollars.

"We cannot disclose the reason for the suspension; it can put all our users at great risk of hacking attempts."

No, you cannot disclose the reason because there isn't one. Not a valid one, anyway. So if you specified, it would be subject to scrutiny which it would of course fall apart under.

"Please get back to the support ticket and follow our reps' instructions to complete the procedure."

No. You have all of my information. I have correctly provided all passwords, passed 2fa checks, etc. You have a selfie of me holding my ID with a handwritten note with the date clearly visible. Explain to me why you would need anything further to grant a $4 withdrawal? You can't, because you wouldn't.

This has bern a public service announcement. Stay far, far away from Freewallet.

As a bonus, here is the graphic they provided that illustrate their additional demands. Hilarious.

I understand the rationale behind KYC policies/procedures. Why would you think any of that should apply to an account/transaction with a total value of $4? Or do you subject all accounts/transactions to these extensive verification procedures? Can you give me a good reason why you would flag transactions of negligible amounts in this manner? Or is it possible that your standard protocol is to flag ALL transactions and freeze ALL customer assets and then demand unreasonable verification procedures be complied with in order to discourage and hopefully permanently separate your customers from their rightful property?

The ticket number is 475672.

Freewallet Freewallet Scam

What exactly did you do to my money? Why did you transfer my deposit funds to another account? I deposited 14,000 Trons to my freewallet account 43 days ago. After the sudden and unreasonable suspension of my account, now my account balance is not even 10 dollars!

I just checked the address of the wallet where I deposited the funds on tronscan and the balance is not even ten dollars! But it shows fake numbers in the program itself.

Freewallet My wallet, deposit address, lack of customer service about the issue

My user ID is Brittles

On an August 19th I made two deposits equaling $350 into my deposit address that I have been using consistently for the past year. I have used this same deposit address for almost every transaction deposit I’ve made into my account. However, on Saturday after making the deposit upon checking, my Freewallet addresses, this address is gone, and my funds have never been deposited into my account. I have wrote Freewallet contact customer service numerous times with no explanation resolve or even a response. How can this be ok?

Desired outcome: I would like my deposit address, and put back into my account along with my funds, which on the Blockchain I have clearly made it to that account. Also the “customer service” for Freewallet is atrocious

Freewallet My coins are stuck

I have been a loyal user of Freewallet for more than a year, using your platform to manage my cryptocurrency holdings, including Shiba Inu coins. However, I have recently encountered a distressing problem that requires immediate attention and resolution.

My Shiba Inu coins are currently stuck in my Freewallet account, and I am unable to perform any transactions. Additionally, I have noticed that the exchange rates offered by Freewallet are unreasonably high, which has further hindered my ability to manage my assets effectively.

What is particularly concerning is the fact that I do not have control over my private keys, leaving me in a vulnerable position with no means to access my coins independently. This situation has led me to question the legitimacy of Freewallet’s operations, as it goes against the principles of security and transparency that are crucial in the cryptocurrency industry.

I kindly request your immediate assistance in resolving this matter. I would like my coins to be accessible and the exchange rates to be fair and reasonable. Additionally, I urge you to provide clear and transparent information about your platform’s security measures and the handling of users’ private keys.

I understand the importance of maintaining trust and credibility in any business relationship. I hope that Freewallet shares these values and is committed to addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively.

I look forward to your swift response and a satisfactory resolution to this matter. Please provide me with the necessary steps to unlock my coins and ensure that such issues do not recur in the future.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Freewallet Account suspended

Hi, as soon as I tried to move my coins to an exchange, freewallet suspended my account. Then asked me to verify myself which I did according to what they wanted. Then now they have asked for a proof of address like bank statement. Which I provided. Now they are asking for a video of the exchange I use and what wallett address I use etc. This is ridiculous.

But i managed to get chat history with the person whom i bought some btc on 12.01.2018 which is 5++ years ago.

The transaction took place via freewallet to freewallet.

Did the screen recording for that chat which clearly show date and time of the chat together with address and sent it to support.

Acc id is 1cbe9842

ticket ID is 471965

Desired outcome: I want my account reactivated and my coins to be transferred to my exchange wallet.

Freewallet Just a message about my issue / resolution

Just a message about my issue / resolution.

Advised there had been something dodgy going on with my account which then got suspended. Contacted them and was advised to send driving license, bill with address and photo of me holding the piece of paper and my phone with account number. Completed. Then asked for proof of funds going in to the account, completed this, asked for video of accessing the sent report from other crypto platform. Then asked for live Skype call to advise pretty much everything already provided? After a week of last request contacted them for update, advised that could not give specific timings, later that day email advising could no longer provide service and to remove funds. Whole process took about a month! Happy that I have access back to what is mine, was not mine for sometime as no key not your possession, learnt this the hard way.

I am happy with the security kind of as would not want to to simple so that if an account had been breached someone could walk off with my funds. It would be better to advise of all steps/ hoops to jump through could be given at the very beginning, they know what steps they want you to do. Just tell us so we can do this quickly and get our funds back quicker. Also video of accessing report was pointless as Skype meeting did the same thing? I was given assistance the whole way through via a friendly helpful member of the service team, but not being provided a list of all requirements at the beginning just unnecessary slowed the whole process down, read so many reviews about people not getting results or being asked for the same documents as being lost etc, did think I was not going to get access to my funds back!

Am very happy currently as I have back what is mine which again honestly did not have much confidence due to scathing reviews. Maybe a little blindsided due to being happy having back my funds. I just think the whole process is slowed down for the purpose of them making money off of my crypto, I had a few ether which can now be staked so thinking maybe this is what they did with mine and delaying it so they could unstake it, again not sure. Currently happy with the service that I have had but again provide everyone will everything they need to do at the beginning and they won't feel as if they are being strung along and will end up feeling happier about the whole process.

This is kind of a good review in some ways? Keep following their process, keep cool, no point getting angry with them, it makes no difference to them, will only make you more angry. Biggest lesson is NOT YOUR KEY NOT YOUR CRYPTO. Wish I knew this years ago!

Desired outcome: This has already been resolved.

Freewallet Account suspended

You tell me to prove that you are the original owner of the account. As the main owner of this account, I am aware of all their transactions and documents. I am sending you all my documents. I did everything you said. I gave you the smallest and most private details of my account. Several times, I sent you not only screenshots but also videos to prove it. But what is your answer? Every time you tell me that the details of the main owner of the account are needed. You say the same thing every time, regardless of all the efforts I make to the lost my trons.

in a really ridiculous way, you say that it was referred to the technical department, but right after that, you received an email that needs the details of the real owner of the account. I can even log in with the computer I created this account with, but nothing seems to be enough for you.

That's the issue. That's my problem. I did all their suggestions! I sent all the information that your representative asked for! There is nothing left. I am really tired. There is nothing left that I haven't provided support for. And the issue is that all my documents are definitive and convincing. But your support doesn't give me any conclusive reason and just repeats a short nonsense sentence

82 emails with selfie photos, documents, invoices, all transactions! Even the video of the proof of transactions has been sent to you. And the only answer that your support team repeats to me can be seen in the screenshot

It's been more than a week and I'm still having problems with my account and verify it :)

They keep saying that the documents have been sent to the technical department, but I don't see any progress. The question that came to me is, what is the reason for me to transfer the money from my wallet to this site and then they tell me that I intend to steal this property :)))) really nonsense, it will definitely be my last experience with this site. Your answer is not logical at all, man. I had no objection. I sent all the videos and screenshots. What is the reason for this irrational doubt? The most disastrous support team! First, they tell me that the documents have been sent to the security department. After a few hours, I ask the support team about the situation and they give me the most irrelevant answer possible without any reasoning or reason. It seems that all the videos and screenshots sent by me are worthless! They told me to send the ID card: it was sent. A selfie with the desired text and Account: was sent. Screenshot of all transactions: Sent. Video of requested transactions: Sent. Video of the transaction 3 years ago: sent. I am really tired of this situation. Without any reason, my account is blocked only because of personal use and none of my documents are considered. If this account does not belong to me, why should I deposit and hold all my funds in it? What is the reason to choose this address? How can I even access the transaction information of the last three years and prove it to you? How did I log into my account with a device that I created this account on three years ago? You don't even have the courage to explain and give a convincing reason, then you claim that the security of users is your concern? it's ridiculous

Please do not forward this issue to Philip support. I am slowly coming to the conclusion that he is making fun of me and this is really making me nervous

I understand and followed all the protocols, but your support says that the process cannot proceed until the original owner of the volt provides his documents! I have said several times that I am the only owner of this account and I have also provided you with its documents many times

Your answer contradicts the answer I get from the support (Philip). He does not pay attention to my documents, screenshots and videos. He gives only one answer all the time and does not pay attention to how hard I am verifying the documents of my transactions 3 years ago. Leave the management of this issue to someone else. He really doesn't care and doesn't pay any attention

Freewallet Account suspended

I have had this wallet for almost 4 years, but I usually had little use. A few days ago, I decided to use FreeWallet to manage and transfer part of my Tron, so I sent the amounts from the different Wallets I had to FreeWallet. The same night my account was blocked due to a misunderstanding:) After 2 days, FreeWallet support still did not respond to the tickets registered from my side. The sent trons were worth 1240 dollars at the moment of sending, but with the drop in the value of trons and the inability to transfer or change them (thanks to FreeWallet), it has now reached 1165 dollars. I want to ask the support if you have a plan for the damage you did to my money? :)

I talked to you for a whole week, all the documents you requested have been uploaded (ID card-selfie-bill-screenshot of all transactions-video of transactions-many old transaction bills) but you say that these documents are not enough. Really tell me what is enough? How can I prove to you that I am the owner of this wallet? Please make reasonable requests. I will present it to you as much as I can

Your reasons were not convincing, I asked another question but I don't know why you didn't answer. My balance was closed at the peak of the market due to your doubt about my activities (for no reason and a frequent case for all your users) and about 100 dollars decreased from its original value. Just as your policies ensure the safety of users, are you willing to pay damages to them?
