How do I get my money back? It was not authorized by me.. Freewallet was said to be secure. And how do I get ahold of blockchain? Where is their support? Freewallet should know where the money went. Account frozen
I received some btc from payment gateway called block.io. Initially I was able to perform deposit and send without any problem. Once I received the 2.2btc in 7 separate transactions, I was not able to move the btc out. To my surprise, the account has been frozen and I received email notification on the matter. I submitted the document requested for the KYC requirement and send additional information requested afterwards. However, I am stuck as I am not able to provide the remaining documentation as it is not available.
Please note that I have given the identity information requested. I have also given the proof of the source of fund as requested to the best I can give and I believe it should be sufficient.

I exchanged some bitcoin into xmr and was sending it off the wallet until the last of it was suspended with nearly $60k now sitting there without the ability to move it. Freewallet account not allowing transactions
Awaiting the unlocking of my account to enable transactions since April 1 . Did not have this issue previously a year ago when things were resolved in 24 hours . Suspend withdrawals after receiving USDT

On 2023 Feb 21 I received a USDT payment on my wallet and soon after that my account temporarily suspend withdrawals. Then they asked to verify my identity as per their order I have send my passport copy, video of some transactions on my app etc. Then they asked to give the screenshot/ video of incoming transfer from the sender APP. That also I have given. Then they asked to give video of transaction where my sender received the funds. I contact my sender, they updated that since we are giving same service they cannot give their client details. Then freewallet support asked my company registration details, I have given my PVT LTD company Incorporation Certificate, MOA and AOA. Then they started saying its not authority issued certificates. I don't know how they check a company Incorporation certificate is no genuine. They simply reply to all my mails saying its not authorized certificates. But I am sure that I am giving the original certificates. With out proper explanation, their support Mr. Philip keep replying send originals. I thought since they are out side of India, they may not able to verify that. So I told them I have Hong Kong entity with same name they can verify that and send the Incorporation Certificate and Business Registration Certificate. Again Mr. Philip replied to send the original certificate with out any proper explanation. I have registered HK company using Sleek.com I have given their portal logins to them so that they can download the certificates from there.

The problem I am trying to say is that, what ever the docs I am giving, your support person Mr. Philip simply say to send the certificate issued by authorities. I am giving the certificates issued by authorities only. On my last email, I clearly mention that Sleek.com is our registered agent for Hong Kong and all the company documents I have is in their portal. I shared portal logins to your support team they can login and download the certificates and business registration certificates from that.
Can you ask your person to login using my credentials and download authority issued certificates directly so that they should not have any doubt that its altered by me.

I am unable to withdraw my property of over $20,000, and they keep finding excuses to delay the process and request for more stringent proof. Brand new to Freewallet and was under the impression that I completed the registration and log in to use their services. It was only after I bought and paid for some Bitcoin that they needed email verification before I could do anything with it. I wasn't and still am not aloud to trade, swap, or transfer out my Bitcoin until my email is verified. I tried entering in my email many times and it would not accept it as a real email. Only after I accidentally entered in my email and forgot the "m" in "@.com" did it accept it and sent a verification email to nothing because my email wasn't entered in right. There's no option to do over or reset the email verification prompt. My money is now stuck. I emailed Freewallet immediately and sent them all that they need including my name, date it happened, the amount in my wallet and a bunch of other information including screen shots and my QR code but they have not unlocked it or reset it so I can enter in my correct email. It's been over a week now and they are saying they need a text document of my hash? I don't even know what they mean! This is absolutely ridiculous for them to act like this. I've sent them plenty in personal verification and they will not unlock my money. I have the emails back and forth tk prove there bad business practices. I'm furious!

They locked my account after accepting dozens of deposits. I have contacted them on twitter and telegram and filed a support request. The deposits were made over a series of several weeks, and when I tried to withdraw on May 6 they locked the account. I provided all information they demanded - driver's license, photo verification, etc - on Sunday, May 8. They said it was forwarded to security analysts, and then replied today on Monday, May 9 asking for the information I had already sent them.
My funds have been frozen for several days now and it has cost me $3000. I cannot move them, I cannot swap for other coins, I cannot do anything. I have reached out on Twitter, Telegram, email, on their site, and any other place I could think of to find resolution. They have been very slow to respond, and when they do it seems to be a form response. No one is helping, and I have no recourse other than to make my problem public.
I would like for them to unlock my account. This is horrible practice from a company and I am personally embarrassed I ever used their service.

I downloaded a Crypto wallet with this company. I simply need to use the wallet to send and receive money. The main issue here is that somehow FreeWallet took it upon themselves to create my email (identity) themselves thus making verification impossible. signing up I remember thinking "when are they going to ask for my email?", although I soon forgot. The account got created, I was given an active wallet and address, I received money fine (of course) from a friend. However, trying to send the money I was immediately blocked and told to verify my email. Then (after sign up) I must verify my ID/and email I used to sign up. That is fine except for the fact that my email was created by FreeWallet. I do not have the password for that domain and have never ever heard of it. Now I am told by support I must send a BUNCH of personal documents. I am trying to work with them but when I send what they need I seem to be on hold for quite some time. As of now this seems like a scary way to hold peoples cash. This app seems to have some alterior motivations here although I am sure they do business with people who make zero mistakes. (comforting). Maybe it is all my fault. Hopefully it is and I can apologize and get my money still.

I filed a complaint about Freewallet suspending my account "for suspicious activity" in March 2021. I complied with all their requests for transaction information, photo ID (though it was an anonymous wallet), utility bills, handwritten signs that say I know its illegal to commit fraud...all from the original phone, email, 2FA etc. I can't get anything but generic requests for more information. I am complaining again because my original complaint was not resolved and is now gone from the listing page. Please restore my wallet. At the very least, please send me a phone number so I can talk with a customer service rep to understand what you need to reopen the account.

FreeWallet really does like to lock your money down by making you confused and frustrated it seems. Some how my account got created with an email I have never even heard of. Which means, FreeWallet some how moved the process along and added their own email as my identity. While working with support I am getting resonses but they refuse to acknowledge that they made any email or how it was made and added as mine. They are asking for everything one could imagine and when I actually am providing the information they need, I get little to no response so far. They seem to be even asking what wallets I received my BC transfer from. (I dont know my out of state friends wallet). This is not right. If I am wrong, I will gladly resolve this issue.
