RE: CAN'T PLACE ORDER!

I have enclosed copies of my efforts to place an order on-line. Your system would not accept my Credit Card information and kept recycling to enter it. I went on line and tried to delete my old Credit Card info. It deleted, but when I went back to order my clothes, it popped back up and I couldn't get rid of it. That Credit Card had expired anyway. WHAT A HUGE MESS!

Then I called in on your 800 number. WHAT A MISTAKE! The foreign girl kept putting me on hold - our call was well over 10 mins long. I finally hung up. She obviously couldn't help me. You obviously have some communication problems going on!

I would still like to order these clothes. I am concerned they will no longer be available at the listed sale price. Could someone please contact me to work on this?
