Involuntary Membership Fee on Credit Card
I was celebrating that I had paid off the FB credit card. Then a month later there was a fee of $19 on the card. I contacted Comenity about the charge and asked that it be removed. They did let me know it was a charge for FB membership that I never asked for or wanted. The representative said it would be done.Well it didn't happen. The the next statement added late fee and interest as well as another $19 and fees. This was also reported to credit bureaus. I contacted Commenity again and was told that nothing could. be done because they were administrators of the credit card, but not FB customer service. I was referred to a supervisor and she forwarded me to someone else...the the call was dropped.
Claimed loss: Commenity did send me a notice that account has been closed and I owe $79 for something I received no notice for, nor granted permission for the charge to begin with.
Desired outcome: All fees and charges dropped. There was also a credit on the account that I wasn't aware of, but Commenity closed it out. Reason why unknown to me.

I am trying to use a refund amount from items returned and I have a lettered from full beauty brands stating the gift card number and amount and the pin for the gift card -amount and the number and the pin - however I cannot use it on the site - I have made no less than 12 -15 phone calls to so many people I cannot count (being transferred to other people all along the way) and at least 3 supervisors promising me a new refund letter that I can use - I have yet to receive this "letter" and it is now 8 weeks since the first call - 2 weeks from the last call I made. This is getting really annoying and I cannot believe I have to go through this to get my $64 back from this company. I need help but I do not know who to turn to now - no one seems to help despite so many promises. Very shady deal here.
Desired outcome: I want my $63.97 so I can use it to buy something from their site - and I really want it NOW!!!!
Order fulfillment / mislabeling
In Sept. 2022 I made a purchase from Catherine's for some pantyhose. Since Catherine's has a serious problem with having enough stock of pantyhose, I was ordering to have extra on hand so I wouldn't run out.
