In Sept. 2022 I made a purchase from Catherine's for some pantyhose. Since Catherine's has a serious problem with having enough stock of pantyhose, I was ordering to have extra on hand so I wouldn't run out. I received my order and put the items away until I needed them. I opened a pair of the new pantyhose on 1/17/23 to find they were miles too big! I ordered size "B" and that's what the Catherine's label on the item showed, but upon further inspection, I noted the actual product lable was Size D. Clearly the warehouse has mislabeled and pulled the incorrect items when fulfilling my order. I sent an email to Catherine's the evening of 1/17/23 telling them of the issue and mistake "they" made but was told it was past the return window of 60 days. I was not asking to return the unwearable items, I was asking them to send me the correct size that I ordered and paid for. I called to Catherine's on 1/18/23 and spoke to 3 different people, all of whom gave me the same song and dance about being past the return window. I'm sorry, but in the real world, when people receive multiple packages of pantyhose, I don't believe they look at every label on the item to make sure they all match up and they certainly don't open every pair to make sure they fit! All I want and expect, is for Catherine's to correct the error they made and send me the products I ordered. I've paid for them, yet Catherine's adamantly refuses to make good and in essence told me that I did not do my due diligence in making sure I received the correct items and return the wrong ones within the 60-day time frame. I have been a long-time customer of Catherine's and have spent lots of money on their clothing. They need to be held responsible for making the rror and correcting it, not the consumer

Desired outcome: I expect to receive the 3 correctly sized pantyhose I ordered. Style 0370-0 Size B at no additional expense to me.
