This is my second loan with Fundbox the process is a little slow but hopefully I can continue to build a relationship with them to continue to fund my business and to receive larger amounts of loans. I would recommend using them for any small business that needs funding.

It is great for me because I am paying on the principal and I can reuse anytime once it is available. I wish they approve me for more but never the less I am establishing a business relationship with the company and this way i can establish a great payment history with them.

Fundbox is easier than other business loan offers. I feel they understand the small business environment by not wasting my time on complicated application processes. They seem more like an investor and/or partner to keep my small business (along with my employees) going! Thank you, Fundbox!

I made a wrong mistake and applied for a loan. It was rejected, which was good for me because anyway it would be a bad decision. Since then they have been flooding me with spam and unsolicited despite unsubscribing several times and even responding to them asking for taking me off their email list.

I love Fundbox! Your spending limit increases the more you build a relationship. The repayment amount is amazing compared to all these loan companies. The fact I can make weekly payments and not daily. I would recommend them to anyone! This is the better/best reasonable choice when you need help, hands done!

Fund box is very helpful and handy to have at my finger tips. with Fund box I'm able to have the money to back me up on payroll while I'm waiting for revenue to come in. the payment terms are very reasonable and fees are not outrageous. i give fund box a huge thumbs up because its a great option when your in a tight spot.

Thank you Fundbox for the confidence and the *** in building business credit and business funding relationship. Smaller credit lines to build up the relationship makes it manageable for smaller lines and business expenses. Terms to 24 months gives breathing room on weekly payments. Fundbox would be on my recommend list.

They have been easy to use - not aggressive with phone calls. I was able to upload my docs to them and be verified quickly. My credit was FAIR from always working for myself and they verified me with my bank accounts. I was originally verified for a lesser amount and once my accounts were attached the amount more than tripled. I'm thankful for the ease of Fundbox.

Sends an email Spam campaign and does not follow CANSPAM rules. there is no option to stop their spam or text messages I have replied STOP to the text messages and they continue to send those along with email offers I have unsubscribed to. The next step is to report this to the *** and File a CanSpam complaint and DNC complaint about unsolicited text message offers I'm also speaking to a litigation attorney about this.

Fundbox has been an extremely helpful tool. Overall - very upfront & honest with any details regarding payback - we have had increases in our available credit as we have made more money and paid our debts back - quick availability of funds The only part that has given me trouble sometimes is the syncing, but its still very much worth it. 2 business days to get your money is pretty good, but there are times where I wish there was a quicker option Great option for any business!

I truly appreciate Fundbox giving me the opportunity to further my business by opening my line of credit. This allows me to cover purchases and pay subcontractor who depend on me to cover their business and household bills while wait for my clients to pay my final ***. I am lucky to have great clients that always pay sometimes 2-3 days after receiving the final invoice. 90% of the time its because their are out of town and *** is struggling to keep up with standard delivery schedule.Fundbox takes the stress off my back and I can prepay with no penalty WIN WIN CHICKEN DINNER!

I have been trying for weeks to get someone, anyone on the phone to talk to me to answer some questions. I am repeatedly put on hold, and when I email them, they tell me "We are experiencing a higher volume of inquiries and will get back to you as quickly as possible. Please do not submit multiple requests as this can slow down our response time. If you have additional comments or questions, please reply directly to this email.We look forward to serving your business shortly!Have a great day!P.S. I am writing this review after witnessing 4 years of Fundbox's unethical business practices. I have funded several people, all different ethnicities, with Fundbox. Fundbox is very bias towards who they approve for funding. I was able to fund an Asian and Caucasian business owner, who both deposited between 40k - 60k average per month. I was unable to fund 2 African Americans and a Hispanic. The African Americans had 700k average monthly income, and 100k average monthly income but, could not get funded. The Hispanic had 200k average monthly income but, couldnt get approved. Giving the similar variables including industry type, amount of deposits, average ledger balance, etc., all business owners should have been funded but werent.

Due not under any circumstances go through this company. I missed a payment due to forgetting to turn over the funds be cause I was dealing with the death of my recently murdered brother. However, I made the payment five days later. These folks harassed me about a payment I already made. When I called I'm to let them no they were creating a hardship on me by continuing to call after the payment was made. These folks told me I needed to make an additional payment although they were pulling the payment out today. Which was my regular due date. These folks are rude disrespectful beyond measures not only will I not die buisness with them again they for get about any recommendation from me ever. Don't do it find another way it's not worth the hardship.

They lost $24K of my money. I had funds wired to pay off my $24K loan balance in January 2022. Two months later they've "located" the funds but haven't reimbursed me. I call daily and no one can help. I keep being told compliance reaches out to the bank that wired the funds, and the bank won't speak to them. So... the money sits.We're a VERY SMALL BUSINESS and being out this kind of money is unacceptable. While their customer support is very nice, I've not ONCE received a call or email from any supervisor, anyone in compliance (who they claim is dealing with the issue), etc. I've spent at least an hour daily dealing with this for more than two months and, still, no resolve. Buyer beware. When it works, it's fine. When there's an issue, it becomes your issue -- and an endless waiting/following up game with no end in sight.
